The goblin children's point of view
6 goblin girls hide under a table in the cafeteria. This is where they would go when they wanted to get away from their mother. Huddled under the table is the only location where they can speak in private, without it getting back to their mother. Hilda junior, the one with blonde streaks running through her hair and control over healing magic speaks first.
“We all know why we are here. Our mother is never going to let us do what we want. I want to help people. I know you all want something different… If mother had her way we would stay locked up in our room. We need to go behind her back and start getting stronger on our own… Otherwise we wont ever get to where we want to be in life.”
Hilda junior was the smartest of the goblins. The next to speak up is the Goblynn, other goblin with streaks of gold in her hair. Far less than Hilda junior but enough to distinguish her from the rest. She had some of the charming ability of Blue and also some control over water. Goblynn speaks next.
“I know we need to get stronger but do we have to go behind mothers back?”
While her appearance is normal right now, she can change at a moments notice into a more beastly form. Gobbish speaks next.
“We have to, if mom finds out she wont let us do it… She might start talking about moving again if we get caught. So we have to go behind her back.”
The next to chime in isn't speaking normally. Using a telepathic connection, she lets her sisters know her opinion via her mind. Gobda speaks without words.
“We can't get caught then. I like it here… I don't want to leave.”
Lightning flicks through the hair of the next goblin as she almost cuts Gobda off before she is finished speaking. Gobit almost yells now.
“Hey! I don't like it when you talk that way Gobda. Use your words!”
The flame user Gobbly, the final goblin speaks as she pulls out a sheet of paper.
“I'm glad we're all on the same page… I've been planning something and since we all agree. I've had this idea for awhile. We should head to a close by dungeon and clear it out to see how strong we actually are.”
Hilda junior questions now.
“How did you get that map?”
“I stole it.”
“Don't steal!”
“Either way. Look at this map. There is a 2 star dungeon within a day of walking from here. If we leave tomorrow morning we can clear it and walk back during the night and be back by morning. Prepare tonight and we'll head out at the crack of dawn.”
Gobbish speaks now, questioning the plan.
“It sounds like you want to be the leader of this group. I think I should be.”
“Having a muscle bound idiot the leader will only end in failure.”
“WHY YOU!”
Like normal, Gobbly provokes Gobbish and she chases after her, ending the meeting. The day passes by like normal and before anyone else has woken up. Gobbly wakes her sisters up. They grab the pieces of gear they had either stolen or made themselves. Each of the goblins isn't even 3 feet tall yet… None of the equipment fits them remotely close. In no other circumstances would they be able to clear a dungeon at their age. Only because of their powers, given to them by Kite's pets do they stand any chance.
The trip there is filled with them picking on each other. All 6 of them act more like boys then girls. Gobbly throws a chunk of dirt filled with worms at Gobit because she had stolen an entire cooked chicken to eat on their way there. Goblynn hurls a ball of water at Gobbly when they go to cross the river since she doesn't like water and Gobbish pushes Goblynn in as they get close. Goblynn scraps her knee off a rock when she was pushed into the water and Hilda junior heals her wound. The entire trip Gobda keeps getting distracted with all the new sights shes seeing. Even though they aren't as spectacular as she thinks they are. Within 4 hours they have made it to their destination. Gobbish speaks up.
“I thought it was going to take all day to get here.”
Hilda junior tries to answer her question.
“I guess the map was made for people who were going to take breaks or something. I don't know why we got here so much quicker. Let's just go in and test our powers.”
The 6 tiny goblins enter the dungeon. What would be the sight of the entrance room… Normally a peaceful room is filled with corpses… The corpses seem to be drained of blood and in the other corner seem to be piles of rock being stored for some reason. As if someone inside has taken it upon themselves to pile up as many as they can. Heavy clanking noises can be heard on the inside now. The sounds of an intense battle is clearly heard, even the little goblins know to avoid it. Goblynn now says, with her voice trembling.
“We-we should get out of here.”
Gobbish answers her.
“No… We can't leave after coming so far. Look, the room splits into 2 different paths. We might be able to avoid that noise altogether.”
After discussing it for a few more seconds. Some of them voicing their opinions of fear while others agree with Gobbish, it seems they are completely divided… Gobbish rushes forwards by herself. Deciding for the group what they are doing.
The group rounds the corner as her sisters yell in protest over the sounds of distant clanking. This direction hasn't been cleared yet, the first set of opponents they come across are in front of them. 2 golems, giants to these girls now rest in front of them. Behind them appears to be a mage wearing brown clothing. As if the enemies have been waiting for this fight to happen for years all of them immediately jump into combat.
Both golems start to approach them as the mage starts to chant a spell of some kind. The girls just sit still, frozen in fear at the enemies now in front of them. Being caught completely off-guard and never having participated in any fights… None know how to act, the golem swings down at Gobbish, she barely avoids it by jumping out of the way. Now laying on the ground the other golem is directly above her. It picks up it's foot and is ready to crush her, the other goblins now realize how dire the situation is. Each jumps into action.
Hilda junior shows a power she hasn't before. Controlling the golem enough to make it raise it's foot more than it wanted to. Toppling it onto its back as she controls the earth in it. Through either the weight or the new learned powers, it appears to have drained most of her fatigue. She falls to the ground now. With her life no longer in danger, Gobbish springs to her feet and charges the mage. The mage casting several earth spikes that are unavoidable for her. She gets hit… She goes down.
“No!”
Goblynn pulls water out of a gourd she was carrying. The earth mage at the back of the room starts chanting again. The water thrown at him is only enough to stop the chanting for a second… Her sister uses one of her lightning attacks now. Running passed everyone so they don't get hit by the collateral. She jumps into the air and uses an electrical explosion… The blast radius wasn't big enough to reach the mage. The backlash of it drains her mana completely and even injures her…
Gobbly uses a fire attack against the golem… No effect… Gobda starts to scream as she rushes into close range and uses her own weight and an air shock-wave to attack the same golem. The force is enough to knock it off its feet as well… But it also throws Gobda back 10 feet and slams her against the wall. The attack knocks her unconscious… Both golems start to work to stand themselves back up, both not taking any noticeable damage. The mage is right on the brink of firing another attack at the now downed Gobbish. It doesn't fire though, the mage stops chanting for some reason… Something has stopped it.

A red blur flies in front of those still conscious. In one quick motion it rushes passed the golems… None have eyes fast enough to track what happens as a loud metallic clank echoes through the room. In the next moment both golems explode. In that same moment, the red blur has the caster in the air, impaled on a gigantic sword. All of those who have watched this occur still don't understand what has happened… They now can see the red blur as it has stopped… Blood pours down onto him and is most likely what has caused him to become red in the first place. The person is greedily catching as much blood in his mouth as he can as he throws the drained corpse to one corner of the room.
He walks over to Gobbish… None of the remaining girls does anything. This person could easily kill them and they all know it. Gobbly's legs buckle and she falls down, continuing to look at the red image of a person. A white light begins to glow from him as the fresh wounds on Gobbish begin to close. He picks her up and now he speaks.
“What do you 6 think you are doing? You come to this tier 4 dungeon this unprepared. If I wasn't here to save you, you would have all died without anyone knowing what happened.”
Some of them can now see his face…
It's Kite! Why is he here? Did he follow them? None of them are for sure. Hilda speaks up.
“Please… Heal my other sisters.”
It is now clear that many have suffered self inflicted injures. Gobbish and Gobda knocked unconscious, Gobit twitching from the electricity of her own attack. Singed hair and smoking cloths come from Gobbly and while Goblynn has suffered no damage… The sight of Kite has frightened her to the core. Kite now yells out loud.
“Are you serious!? They're children! They're not worth killing, I'd rather them grow old and get stronger before I worry about that… No… I'm not giving back this body until we step out of this dungeon.”
Those who are close enough to hear him whisper now hear something terrifying.
“If you try to take this body… Maybe an accident will happen when we're fighting for it.”
Some of the girls are still shocked by what they have seen. In mere seconds Kite had destroyed enemies that all 6 of them were struggling against and almost dying to. Just how strong is Kite!?
Wrath's point of view
Kite speaks loudly in the subconscious now.
“We need to go back now! We have 6 children with us there is no reason to stay inside.”
“What are you talking about!? These 6 are willing to risk their lives, we might as well teach them a thing or two for their bravery. I might take a few under my wing and make them my subordinates.”
I can feel Kite judging me from the subconscious of my mind. We're doing this because if I don't let go of some of this aggression, I start to act out. I just don't understand Kite. We have this blood lust and he just lets it fester. Turns everything on himself. That isn't how it is. When someone dies… It is their own fault for not being strong enough. Even with all the help Kite has given these people they still have the audacity to die on us. Kite just can't understand that, the world is sink or swim and he has taught everyone how to swim, their deaths are on them.
We're waiting for the unconscious to wake up… I decided to wash the blood off myself as I noticed it was making the girls uncomfortable. One of them is staring me down. The one with the blonde hair. I yell at her.
“What you lookin at?”
“You… You don't seem like Kite… What happened?”
“I'm aint Kite. Least the Kite you know… Soon enough you will all get to know me more as I keep taking over this body.”
“I don't like you… The other Kite was so kind… I don't feel any kindness coming from you.”
“I did save you and your sisters. I could have left you for dead. Why not take the fact that I saved you as an act of kindness?”
“...No… You didn't do it for us… You did it for yourself.”
I get up and walk over to the 2 unconscious ones still. Pulling water out of the wall I dump it on them and they shake awake from the sudden shock of water being poured on them.
“What do you know about kindness… You're a fucking child.”
I wait for them to decide what they are going to do… None of them make a move, they all just stare at me now… I guess they want me to make a decision for them.
“So… You girls have 2 options now… Leave and go home… Or finish this dungeon.”
The beast goblin speaks now.
“No… We're too weak to do this… I thought we were stronger but… To fail in a tier 2 dungeon… I guess we really should stay in the base.”
I let out a little chuckle before answering her.
“This isn't a tier 2, this is a tier 4 dungeon… And of course you are all weak. None of you have any classes. None of you have any weapons either. How did you expect to kill anything? Your gear isn't made for you… Look how big that chest piece is on you… I'm glad you were wearing it though… Your mother would have ki-...”
Why do I care what their mother thinks… Why would I care if any of them dies? I shrug it off. It must be because there children. I'd rather they get old enough to be a challenge when I fight them. Maybe some of them will grow into beauties and I'll end up taking them as concubines. I hear Kite start yelling now.
“They are children!”
“So? In the future they wont be children. Got to keep your options open right?”
“No! I would never do anything to hurt Leaf. Doing… That with anyone else would hurt her.”
“Really? You sure you are just not projecting that onto her? I think Leaf would be fine if you decided to take a few mistresses to bare your children.”
“No she wouldn't. Do you even know Leaf?”
“Do you? You keep putting her on this pedestal but… Is she really that great? What about all the other girls feelings that your hurting by not accepting their love? Does her feelings matter that much more than dozens of others? You're such a hypocrite. Afraid to hurt anyone but you just blow through everyone emotions like they don't matter.”
I sense something… Someone is eavesdropping on this conversation. The moment I think this I hear an “Eep.” sound come from one of the goblins.
“Hey! What are you doing?”
“You were just standing still so I thought.”
“What you just heard me talking about… Forget it okay?”
The little goblin nods… They decide they aren't ready yet. Kite pleaded for me to guide them back home… It is only a 4 hour walk. They almost cleared a room for of tier 4 monsters… I honestly think even bandits wouldn't be able to stop them… Whatever… I guess I'll help them home. I killed enough things to sate myself for a week or 2... As long as Kite keeps doing this I might be okay with our current set-up.
