Lia's POV;
Mrs Chicken Wing was looking rather furiously down at the pitch black hole under Enies Lobby. Lara and I have watched the fight between her and the pigeon of Lucci. It was clear that she has had the upper hand, but the bird was strong.
It's surprising that the pigeon was stronger than Lucci. That bird alone would have been enough to beat the whole of the Straw Hat crew. Maybe the Straw Hats would have been stopped in this universe if we were not here.
“Thanks, Lia, did think that Hattori would attack us when he was fighting Mrs Chicken Wing,” thanked Lara from the side. I nodded, agreeing to have thought the same. Only my constant track on both their aura allowed me to erect an air shield fast enough to block the pigeon's attack.
Mrs Chicken Wing then kicked the head of the pigeon and it fell into the abyss below Enies Lobby. Maybe it's dead, maybe not. Mrs Chicken Wing looks to be angry for letting it get away in such a way. Maybe she was too much in a haste to help Lara?
I looked at the hen and noticed that she was patting Lara's head with one of her wings and looking at her chest. She might be trying to confirm that nothing happened to Lara while taking a rest on her shoulder.
Her feathers are a little bit ruffled and her beak hasn't closed yet. She was breathing rather quickly. The Haki blasts and the extremely quick fight must have taken a toll on her. Not that the fight itself wasn't interesting.
I know that I wouldn't be able to evade some attacks Mrs Chicken Wing has used. Lara would be, she is better in evasion. The force blades she has used were strong enough to cut through the sea and into the bedrock down on the ground.
And none of them was enhanced by me, she was too far away for that.
“I am fine Mrs Chicken Wing, Lia stopped it from reaching me. And even then, it's pretty hard to kill me,” assured Lara. Well, she was trying to. Mrs Chicken Wing was now standing on her head and bowing forward to look into Lara's eyes.
“Bough?” I don't know if I should be worried that I could understand her clucking as an 'are you sure?'. I spend to much time with the hen and Lara. And while I can understand some of her clucks and chirps, Lara can do almost anything with little problem.
Come to think of it, the last time Lara tried to kill Mrs Chicken Wing was also quite some time ago. She hasn't tried to eat or kill her since we reached Water 7.
“I think we should meet up with the others,” I said and got the attention of both of them. Mrs Chicken Wing took one last look at Lara and then sat down on her shoulder. When she did nothing else I took that as an okay and we flew over to the end of the Bridge of Hesitation. There we found Franky, Robin and Noa.
“Lara, Lia and Mrs Chicken Wing!” greeted Noa in a relieved tone. He was waving us over to him and wasn't wounded nor did he seem to be exhausted. Must have been able to evade the other CP agents.
“So these are the SUPER twins I have heard so much about?”, asked Franky with his strange pose. He was smiling a bright smile and looked way too happy for the situation he was in.
“Yes, Lara, Lia, these are Robin and Franky. Robin and Franky, this are Lara and Lia, my captain and her sister, who is the cook of their crew.” Introduced Noa us.
“I've met Robin in passing,” I replied with a nod at the black haired woman. She was looking rather beaten up. The last time I saw her she was still part of the Baroque Works and tried to rig our ship to explode.
While Franky was shaking Lara's hand with his own massive ones, I was taking a look at the sea all around us. The eight, soon to be nine again, warships have taken position around the island and started to carpet bomb it with a none stop bombardment. Their massive cannons were turning the already damaged island into a wasteland.
Hopefully, Jonny, Yosaku and Fiara will be okay. They must have met up with the Franky Family by now. And the others are coming rapidly closer to us, I can feel them coming from under the sea.
So I walked over to Lara and put my hands on her eyes while closing my own. “What are you doing Lia?”, asked Lara with some amusement.
The reason came quickly. The drunken woman announced her presence and a couple of wet sounds followed quickly after. Then we heard the groans of the Straw Hats and our crew.
“Ah yes, thanks for protecting me from this particular sight”, laughed Lara. She gave me a kiss and we waited for a moment longer when Franky demanded of the drunken woman to get clothed again.

After hearing the rustling of clothes I decided that it was saved again and opened my eyes while taking my hands from Lara's. We saw the rather beaten up Straw Hats. A slightly ruffled Nojiko and Jo, who had some scrapes and bruises. Chopper was strapped on his back like an animal styled rucksack.
“Lara, Lia, Noa, glad to see you are well. Where are the rest?”, greeted Nojiko, while the others began to speak about the ugly thing that was the drunken woman.
“Jonny, Fiara and Yosaku have gone to find a ship to flee, they don't have geppo and were not able to come here.” Explained Lara briefly.
Suddenly we heard a loud gotcha from a transponder snail and the loud tone of a man spoke throughout the area. “All ships, form a battle formation around the Bridge of Hesitation. We have confirmed that there are 15 pirates, including Nico Robin, Pirate Hunter Zoro, Slicer Lara, True Shot Lia, Pressure Point Mengele and the Hen of Death Batilda on the bridge and the convoy ship.
They are probably the main force behind the defeat of the CP9.”
“How do they know about me? I have had my mask on for the whole time”, questioned Jo with an annoyed tone. He wasn't keen on being recognised for this trip.
“Probably because Lara and Lia no longer wear theirs and Mrs Chicken Wing is not really common under pirates,” answered Nojiko for us. She then pulled her own mask off and grabbed her sniper rifle.
“By the way, I can see Luffy and the Zoan guy. Should I take aim and take the Zoan guy out?” she then asked, sniper already risen.
However, Zoro put a hand on the rifle and pushed it down. “Don't! That is a fight Luffy has to win, helping him now would be dishonouring him.” Nojiko looked at him with an expression that clearly disagreed with him. Then she looked over at Lara, who just shrugged.
“It's not our place to decide their way of conduct. As long as they don't harm one of us or danger Nami I have no problem with watching how their captain gets injured again and again until he can barely breathe, just because they have some false honour.
Maybe they will change their view when Luffy gets his arms ripped off, his lungs punctured by finger pistols or his bones broken beyond repair,” the picture Lara was painting with her words made Ussop, Nami, Chopper and Franky look quite queasy.
Zoro and Sanji were exchanging pointed looks. Zoro was obviously disagreeing with us, while Sanji saw the reason and truth behind Lara's words.
They came to a conclusion and Zoro looked beyond annoyed with the result. “Fine, please help Luffy. It would be stupid to not help when we could,” said Sanji with a side glance at the annoyed Zoro.
Nojiko raised her rifle again and concentrated. In the last few weeks, I have noticed that her aura was flaring when she was doing important or hard shots. Maybe she was using Observation Haki without really knowing it. If she does, then it was working. Her shooting skills have greatly increased since we started our month-long training in Water 7.
“Right, I won't be able to hit his head, he is too fast and Luffy is often in the way. But his chest is broad enough,” muttered Nojiko while taking aim. Ussop was watching her and the rifle with interest.
“Here goes nothing,” she muttered before breathing out and pulling the trigger. A loud BANG! Rung through the air and Nojiko was pushed back from the heavy recoil. Noa even had to steady her, otherwise, she would have fallen off of the bridge.
The black bullet was almost invisible, even for me, when it shot out of the muzzle and flew towards Lucci. He must've felt the danger because he locked up and activated his tekkai. Not that it helped much. The bulled passed Luffy's body with little room to spare and then punched into and through Lucci's body.
It hit him in the stomach left on the other side, then it impacted with the wall and destroyed a large portion of it as well. Lucci clutched his heavily bleeding stomach and wasn't able to prepare, nor react, to the incoming hundred of fists from Luffy.
He got pummelled and puked blood before the attack was over. Once it was he tumbled forward, still clutching his bleeding stomach, before falling face forward into the dust. A large hole was visible on his back. The bullet must have ripped a lot of his intestines out with its supersonic speed.
The Straw Hats were looking at Nojiko with wide eyes and an open mouth. Just now she has taken out one of the strongest enemies they have ever faced with a single shot. Granted I don't think Lucci would have been hit if he had time to concentrate on her, or wasn't already somewhat wounded from a fight.
Luffy was confusedly looking at the downed man and then looked over at us. He frowned for a moment and then used his rubbery skills to fling himself over to our position.
“Attention! Rob Lucci from the CP 9 has been...defeated.” Said the shocked sounding voice of the Marine speaker. The bombardment stopped momentarily from this before another command was issued.
“Destroy the convoy ship!” With barely any time to spare, we jumped off of the ship and onto the bridge. Then over a dozen massive explosions destroyed the Marine vessel we had wanted to use for our escape.
“Guys, why did you interfere with my fight?”, asked Luffy in a rather angry tone. Zoro was giving us an 'I told ya' look, but it seems like Nami wasn't having it.
“Shut up idiot. We did it because we could no longer watch how you get wounded by him. Noji-chan interfered because it might have cost your life otherwise.” She added a hit to his head for good measure.
Luffy glared at Nojiko and then took a look at the worried expressions of his crew. With a sigh, he nodded and let the matter drop.
“Good, now that we are all here we have to find a way to get away from here. I personally recommend to simply destroy the Marine ships and take one to flee. But none of you Straw Hats, with the exception of Luffy, Zoro and Sanji, is strong enough to fight the massive amounts of Marines to do so.
I honestly don't think that even my crew can fight more than three of their ships. And there are also the five Vice-Admirals to consider. Lia and I will have our hands full with them.
If one of you has any idea about a possible escape, now would be a good time,” she finished in the exact moment two Marine ships decided that they will take a more personal approach.
Dozens of Marine soldiers have jumped off board and were running at us with raised swords, swung mazes and already smoking rifles.
This is going to be a massive fight until the Vice-Admirals decide to join the fight.
