Back to the real Chris.

After a few more hours of walking non-stop, we have finally made it to the Akatsuki hideout.

Since everyone knew the identity of Pain and the Akatsuki, the hideout wasn't really that secretive anymore.

But nobody dared to attack it. They are all still very strong, and possessed unimaginable power. Unless if one was as strong as Isabella, then no one would ever go against them.

The only reason why Isabella let Pain go alive, was because he was a student of Jiraiya.

So she let him off with a warning, or next time she will bring down the Akatsuki herself.

Even though she said this, the Akatsuki are still doing terrible things behind the shadows. Like helping Orochimaru destroy the leaf village, and kidnapping the other tailed beasts.

But do they know that it's impossible now to summon the 10-tails? The alien just absorbed Isobu and there is a big chance that it's never respawning ever again.

The Akatsuki were planning to kidnap the 1-tails, 3-tails, and 9-tails today, but Sasori's plan failed.

Not only that, but now it's impossible to summon the 10-tails without one of the tailed beasts here.

Unless if Pain would kill the Dark-grey turtle alien, then they would have no chance on reviving the 10-tails.

If the alien hadn't gone through a transformation, then there was a chance on Pain taking it down, but now there is no chance on Pain taking down the alien.

When we entered the hideout, I only saw some people there.

Pain, black and white Zetsu.

The others had missions to attend to.

Obito was still looking for the wolves of greed.

Deidara has been assigned to get another partner, because his last partner was Sasori, but he's dead.

The others had yet to finish their missions, or were just making a little bit more money on the side.

They had captured most of the tailed beasts during this last month.

They got the 2-tails, 4-tails, 5-tails, and 6-tails.

They still need the other 5-tailed beasts to complete their ultimate goal.

“Konan! I thought I told you to not bring him here!” (Pain) said very angrily.

News has spread that Isabella is back, so there is a chance that she would come here for revenge.

They had purposely layed low for a while so that she doesn't come here. And now that Konan kidnapped somebody from the leaf village, she is sure to be even more pissed than usual.

“I know that you ordered me not to bring him, but you need his power to survive.” (Konan)

Sasori failed his mission to capture all the three tailed beasts. And now Pain only has less than a month to live. If he were to die, then the Akatsuki would have to disband, and she didn’t want to lose another friend.

“What did you want to ask me?” (Itachi) came out of nowhere.

He was summoned by Konan, as she had to ask them both questions. He was very surprised to see Chris here.

A month ago, Pain had black and white Zetsu look for the wolves of greed, but found nothing. Even Obito couldn’t find them.

But Fan mentioned something about Itachi, and Chris’s Kekkei Genkais. He just couldn’t complete the puzzle until he knows what is going on.

Fan has very high-tech weapons that could even make Obito be wary of them. If they could get these weapons for themselves, then their powers will increase to new heights.

Black and White Zetsu had taken their weapon for examination, but found something odd about it. The metal it was made from isn’t even known to this world. And it uses chakra to shoot out those things that explode upon contact.

Even with their resources, they could never replicate such a design.

And the scariest part, is that it appeared to be pretty common to the wolves of greed, to them it was like a kunai or a shuriken.

They wanted to ask Itachi about this matter, but he took a month break before they could ask him.

Kizame had lost his abilities to the alien, and now he is considered weak and useless to them.

Kizame quit the Akatsuki to wonder the world. Since his Samehada abilities were taken as well, he left it behind with the Akatsuki.

His spirit was utterly destroyed when his entire strength and abilities were taken from him.

They would have looked for another companion for Itachi, but they were a little bit too busy to even look for  Kisame's replacement.

Back to topic.

“Itachi. What do you know of the wolves of greed?” (Pain)

Itachi frowned upon hearing that name. Those annoying bastards haven't stopped hunting him since his daughter was born.

“They had been after me for a while, and their leader is someone by the name of Fan, that is everything I know.” (Itachi) said truthfully.

The name ‘Fan’ sounds very familiar to him, but he just can't remember where he heard it.

“What about you, have you heard that name?” (Pain) said to me.

I have seen that name on a piece of paper when I protected Izumi and Karen from the people that tried to kill them, but that's it.

“It's the same as Itachi, I don't know much about them either.” (Chris)

Pain looked at me with his rinnegan eyes. He felt very strong, but not as strong as Isabella or the alien.

Before he could say anything else, he coughed up blood and a kneeled on the ground in one knee. His life is at the end already.

Even though they had captured some of the tailed beasts, it hasn't helped his state at all. His only option is to capture every single one of them, and that way he will live.

“Nagato!” (Konan) ran to his side to help him up. This is his false body, but she can't go to his real body as it could give out his real location.

Itachi and me didn't move, Itachi never had been fond of Pain, and I saw him as an enemy as well.

He killed a lot of people in the anime, and he almost killed Naruto and Hinata. Even though that hasn't happened in this world, I still feel some sort of rage towards him.

But he did revive them in the end.

True, but he didn't need to revive them if he hadn't killed them in the first place.

Guess that's true.

‘Why are you here?’ (Itachi) communicate telepathically with me.

‘I read Konan’s mind, and she wants me to heal Pain from his state.’ (Chris)

‘Can you?’ (Itachi)

‘Yes I can.’ (Chris)

‘Don't do it.’ (Itachi)

The only reason why he hasn't left the organization left, was because of Pain, and Obito. He would have a lot of trouble fighting both of them at the same time.

He had noticed that Pain is slowly dying, and he was waiting patiently until his death comes, and then he will be a free man.

As long as Obito doesn't unlock his own rinnegan powers, then he doesn't need to fear anyone else in the Akatsuki.

‘You don't need to tell me, I know.’ (Chris)

If I were to heal Pain from his current state, there is a chance that he will revolt against my friends.

Pain is very stubborn, and it took Naruto a lot of convincing to get him to change sides.

I am not Naruto, so there is no way that I can ever convince Pain to join my side.

Even if I were to tell him the truth of his friend’s death, there is a chance that he won't listen to me, and there is also the chance that his friend’s death might be different than in the anime.

This is a new Naruto world, so I cannot rely on the knowledge that I have to use it on this world.

“I command you to cure him!” (Konan) commanded me in a loud tone.

Her explosive seals were still in my body, but I deactivated them shortly after I teleported here. They don't have any information on my skills at all, except Itachi but he didn't want to explain to them about my skills for my protection.

He only did it because it could lead the Akatsuki to target me and kill me, and he doesn't want to see that, since I am his younger sister’s boyfriend.

Before I could say anything, my blood puppet was talking to me. Something just happened at the leaf village.

TO KONOHA!

Earlier that day.

Back in the village, Sasuke was sitting on a high branch on a thick tree.

He was looking at the clouds, as he thought of his deceased parents. And also, the fact that his little sister and his other acquaintances are getting stronger than him.

He thought that as an Uchiha, he would have been one of the best, and have his name written in history.

At this rate, people are only gonna remember him for being the brother of Luna Uchiha, instead of making an actual name for himself in the world.

What he loved in this world, was recognition. Whether it was from his dad, brother or sister, he didn't care, he always liked being the center of attention.

Sasuke hasn't changed one bit. He has indeed improved his attitude, but his lust for power will never be satisfied.

After learning that Naruto is a Jinchuuriki, he realized why he had so much power, and why he is hated by everyone to this day.

If Naruto could unlock his own hidden powers, then why couldn't he?

His sister could do it. He had asked Luna how she got her powers, and she said that it was from her own abilities.

She didn't need Chris’s help unlocking them, but he did help her control it. She then told Sasuke everything that she knew.

After hearing how to unlock his own mangekyou sharingan abilities, Sasuke began to ponder what to do to unlock them.

Itachi unlocked them by witnessing the death of his friend.

Luna unlocked hers when she witnessed the true death of her parents.

In the anime, Sasuke unlocked them when he killed his own brother.

Sasuke couldn't think of any way to unlock his powers. If it meant hurting someone close to him, then he won't do it.

Luna is the one thing that he cares more in this world then himself. And he can't even think about hurting Luna for his own selfish reasons.

He will never ask for Chris’s help, as he was too proud to do that. If he is gonna surpass him, and Naruto, then he will do it his own way.

As he was about to leave, he heard a faint rustling noise coming from behind him.

He took out a kunai and pointed it to where the sound came from.

Then there appeared 5 people in front of him.

They are the 5 ninja sound.

Ukon, Sakon, Tayuya, Jirobo, and Kidomaru.

Just like in the anime, all these are like in the anime with the same skills and personalities.

Kimimaro had the same disease as in the anime, which is why he wasn't able to participate in the battle.

“Who the hell are you five!” (Sasuke) said very guarded against them.

(Technically they are four since Ukon and Sakon are connected. It's kinda complicated, so just google it.)

“We are the sound ninja…” (Tayuya)

The whole speech was exactly like in the anime, so it's not worth repeating word after word of what just happened.

When Sasuke heard this, he became intrigued. He needed power right now, and it did not come at the cost of his life, or anybody else’s.

He could tell that they were plotting something, but as long as he could gain that power, then he would have no one to fear, not even Orochimaru.

The 4 sound ninja needed Sasuke to come with them right now, as Orochimaru needed his body right now.

If Orochimaru doesn't ‘take’ Sasuke’s body right now, then he will have to wait a long time before he could do it again.

Before they left, Sasuke received a curse seal from one of the sound ninja.

He could feel a lot of pain going through his body, but was soon replaced by pleasure of gaining immense power.

He thought that he made the right choice in going with them.

He was then covered in spider silk made by Kidomaru. Then was carried by Jirobo on his back. They soon left the scene shortly after.

No one ever suspected that Sasuke just left like that.

Sasuke was hesitant at going with them at first, as he couldn't leave his sister behind. But she will be all right. She's strong, and she has a strong boyfriend to protect her at all times.

He didn't have time bid his farewells to her, as he needed to leave right now.

He will come back again when he is stronger.

I did mention that I put a tracking seal on everyone that I knew before I left, this included Sasuke as well. Cocky or not, he is still Luna’s brother, and will possibly become my brother-in-law in the near future.

When my blood puppet sensed him leaving, we knew that it would be a matter of time before he dies.

Sasuke will forever lust after power, and Orochimaru is the only one willing to give him that power.

He did leave a bit earlier than I anticipated, so I left to go after them. I did not want to cause Luna or anyone else a ruckus, as they were all busy and were still recovering from the shock of this ambush.

But Luna sensed something was wrong, and she left to follow me. I didn't notice her at all.

I came up with a plan to help Sasuke. Even if he doesn't want my help, he will still become very strong in the future, and I will need his strength to fight the alien.

As a blood puppet, I told my real body about the current situation. He told me to kill them and try to return Sasuke back. Chris had an idea in mind to unlock Sasuke’s powers.

I purposely let them get far away from the village, as it could attract unwanted attention from the leaf village. I needed to do this alone.

The sound ninja sensed me approaching their location. They had been warned by Orochimaru that Chris or Isabella might catch onto them.

And even if it meant to sacrifice themselves, they had to bring Sasuke to Orochimaru at all costs.

Jirobo stayed back to stall enough time. He truly thought that I couldn't get through him.

The rest didn't think of anything else, but to get Sasuke to Orochimaru.

When I saw Jirobo right in front of me, I smirked. Not even a hundred Jirobos are a match for me.

“For lord Orochimaru, I will bring you down with me-” (Jirobo)

He then found his own head flying far from his body. He died in seconds.

I did not have enough time to make another master sword for my blood puppet, so he is relying on some reinforced steel swords for this fight.

Jirobo's lifeless body fell to the ground. He didn't even see when I cut his head off.

I then threw a dog treat on his head, and went after Sasuke.

They all sensed me coming after them once more, but it was to be expected. Jirobo is the weakest amongst them, but even they would need a lot of time to take down Jirobo, but I only needed a second to kill him.

Kidomaru stayed behind to stall time as well.

He covered a huge area in his web, as well as covered the area with little his spiders.

I didn't have time to fool around with him, so I used the rasen-kamehameha to kill him and destroy a small part of the forest.

I purposely missed the the root of the trees, because they were the ones to help me find Hanabi, so then I regenerated all of the parts that I destroyed.

As long as the roots aren't destroyed, then the trees will continue to live.

One by one I killed every single sound ninja. I am kinda surprised that they appeared here, as I didn't see the other sound ninjas in the Chuunin exams.

Even Kimimaro wasn't an exception, and I killed him.

It did take a bit of effort to kill them, as I am not the real Chris.

I barely managed to form a rasen-kamehameha, and had a bit of trouble absorbing the natural plant energy.

If this was my real body, then I would have gotten to Sasuke long ago.

If it weren't because of the seals my original planted on me, as well as the knowledge I have about his abilities, I may not have been a match for the sound ninja.

I don't possess my original powers, but I am still strong enough to take them down.

The only one who was left, was Sasuke and me. We both stood exactly where Sasuke fought Naruto in the anime.

“Why did you come here?” (Sasuke)

“To bring you back to the leaf village. You can't trust someone like Orochimaru.”(Chris)

I may be a blood puppet, but I was able to sense that a curse seal is on Sasuke’s body. If we were to fight right now, I am not sure who will come out as the victor.

“I cannot return to the leaf, not until I am stronger. So just leave me alone.” (Sasuke)

“Sasuke! Naruto and the others did not become strong from going to the dark side, they learned to unlock the powers hidden inside them. I could help you if you just let me.” (Chris)

Sasuke had an indifferent expression. No matter what I say, he is never gonna change his mind.

“I will never see you as my sensei. You are very strong, I admit, but there is so much that even you can achieve.” (Sasuke)

“Even Uchihas have their limits. And I am willing to break through those limits, not to destroy, but to protect, Luna, Naruto, Hanabi, Hinata, TenTen, Kat, Sakura, the Hyuugas, Teuchi, Ayame, and even you, Sasuke.” (Chris)

I am pretty sure I missed some people, but I will too protect them as well.

I won't protect every single dick and Harry in my way, but only those who are closest to me.

“I don't need your help, I'll find my own help.” (Sasuke)

He then activated his curse seal, which covered his entry body in black markings.

“This is gonna end in a fight, am I right.” (Chris)

This is Naruto, it's bound to end in a fight.

“Hm. Take care of my sister, I leave her in your hands.” (Sasuke) then took a fighting stance.

“I would have done that either way.” (Chris)

I took out a sword, and waited for the fight. I begin absorbing most of the natural energy that I could. I am made out of wood, meaning that I won't suffer the consequences of absorbing the natural energy in a wrong way.

Sasuke changed his chidori right at me. His chidori was all black, it was an effect of the cursed seal.

I prepared myself for the incoming attack, but something terrible happened.

In front of my eyes, Luna blocked the attack with her own body. The attack went through her chest.

Sasuke didn't see her at all. Where did she come from?

“Why…? Brother…” (Luna) that was the last thing she said, before she bled a lot and fell on the hands on Sasuke.

Everything happened so fast. Sasuke had his eyes bulging and a fear and sadness could be seen on his eyes.

‘Did- did I just. No…’ Sasuke thought.

“Luna! Wake up! LUNA!” (Sasuke) looked at her lifeless body on his hands.

But she didn't respond to him at all.

Sasuke started crying rivers of tears, and his eyes changed into the mangekyou sharingan eyes.

“Don't leave me, no… NOOOOOOOOO!” (Sasuke) looked up to the sky as he cried for his sister’s death.

He just wanted to protect her, but he ended up killing her instead.

Why is life so cruel to him?!
