The next class that Hatsyoudo attended would become his all-time favorite: Pharmaceutics.
When Hatsyoudo stepped into the classroom, he was immediately overflowed with a feeling of belonging. Test tubes adorned the light-wood desks, leading into the black marble floor, trailing across the room into the light-painted walls, Coming up to a glass dome, inviting to the sun to shine down into the old classroom.
The sun shone down onto an old desk at the very back of the classroom, in front of an old black board sporting what looked to be thousands upon thousands of precise mathematical equations showering the old thing. And, at the center of it all, was a brown-skinned man with black hair and thick glasses. He was an Asian fellow with long, grey robes and black shoes.
The man introduced himself to Hatsyoudo as Mr. Robinson, and he was always ready to talk a bit about Pharmaceutics.
"Isn't it spledifourous?" The man said, "That any old man can take a couple of chemicals...Not rare chemicals, just the cheap stuff from the store...And mix them all together...And suddenly, this tiny little tube of liquid bursts and fizzes up...And Slap Bang! You've created the latest on the periodic table, ready to change the world"
"That sounds wonderful." Hatsyoudo answered, ecstatic to his core.
"Any how, Hatsyoudo! Today, we shall be making a simple chemical reaction, just to get you used to the work! On the table in front of you is a tube of narcomaweed. It is a variant of Cannibis, and only the humans of Ginosullivan can smoke it. Narcomaweed is an interesting substance, as not only can it be smoked, it can be liquefied."
Mr. Robinson held up an emerald-green tube of liquid from his desk, that seemed to change color based on how Hatsyoudo looked at it.
"On your right," Mr. Robinson continued, is a tube of Cassavanocci. It's a very dangerous substance, with almost three times the amount of toxicity as a regular Cassava, but you should be fine, as long as you do not consume it. It has also been liquefied."

Hatsyoudo stared to his right. A tube of pale-brown liquid stared back.
"Finally," Mr. Robinson pursued, "In the middle of your desk should be a brownish-redish-yellowish liquid. This, my friends, is the liquid that requires preciseness at any given moment. It is HAIKO-990. It's a mix of fentanyl and Cassavanocci. Even just inhaling too much of the fumes is dangerous to your lungs. So I shall tell you the rightful order to help guide you through it. Follow my lead."
First, Mr. Robinson poured the narcomaweed into a big tube on his desk. Upon noticing that he had one too, Hatsyoudo did the same.
Then, Mr. Robinson mixed the Haiko-990 and Cassavanocci into a smaller tin next to his desk. Hatsyoudo did the same.
Finally, Mr. Robinson poured the Haiko-990--Cassavanocci mix into the big tin, before placing a lid on top of it.
Finally, Mr. Robinson shook up the concoction before carefully placing it into a test tube.
"Now, Scholars, I want you to drink it."
Cries of protest popped up all over the room.
"We could die!"
"Cassava and fentanyl? No Way I'm gonna touch THAT!"
There was only one scholar who did what they were told right off the bat: Hatsyoudo.
Upon drinking the medicine, he could instantly feel himself...Changing.
Hatsyoudo immediately looked down at himself...He looked, and felt...Different
"Woah, What magical stuff is this?" He cried in unison.
Immediately, the rest of Classroom 6A put two and two together.
And the reactions were anything but good.
"The Teacher's Drugged him! Hatsyoudo's going to drop dead any minute!!!"
Mr. Robinson just smiled.
"Actually, you will find that it's quite the opposite," He explained. "You see, the cassavanocci and Haiko-990 mix to make the result harmless. Then, the narcomaweed mixes in with the two to warp it, making it so that it will boost your nervous system to make you more alert."
"But how on earth does the toxic substances mix to become harmless?" Hatsyoudo asked, baffled.
"Nobody knows, Hatsyoudo. That's what makes it even more thrilling."
