Callan and Seth arrived in a white room with dark outlines, there was nothing around them and the two got curious. They started to touch the ground and even run towards the nearest wall, but their joy would soon come to a stop as something instantly appeared in front of their very eyes.

Callan and Seth's presence slowly returned outside their control. Multiple holographic blue screens were presented in front of their eyes. "What..." Said Seth. "Is this..." Callan continued.
But the weirdness didn't stop there, once they had read all the screens in front of them, a different one, much bigger than the previous appeared. It detailed multiple pieces of information that included their own names.

A screen that detailed their name, stats, and even skills was displayed in front of their eyes. None of the two knew what was going on, nor did they recognize anything similar to the screen in front of them.
Subsequently, their strength suddenly disappeared. Their heavy backpack which included many maps, food, and weapons became heavy. Callan and Seth had no choice but to drop their bag down on the floor.

Seth tried to touch his own window and it made a ripple effect that came from his touch. Nothing happened other than a slight nudge. Afterward, Seth tried his best to regain his composure, it was not like anything important was going on other than the screen in front of them and their power that had disappeared.
Their power disappeared! Because of the constant commotion from the screen, the two never noticed that they had turned to normal, but their small enlightenment wouldn't last for long, for as far into the distance, multiple green creatures were running towards them.
"What are!" Said Seth.
"Those!" Callan continued.
In the entire world, only the sea and the Barren Lands featured monsters, but even the twins had never seen small green creatures with uneven facial features, huge overbites, and such small and scrawny bodies.
"Take out your sword!" Yelled Seth. He waved his hands on the screen, shoving it away from his eyes and then rapidly circling around him. How do I remove this?
"You sure they are monsters?" Asked Callan. "What are you doing...?" He asked another, as he watched his brother wave his hand in the air. A few seconds passed by and Callan realized what his brother was doing. "Just make it disappear by thinking about it." He advised to his brother.
"Oh..." Seth was left embarrassed, and with the incoming monster, he couldn't let such a thing distract him. He forgot his brother's question and just blurted out, "They are getting close! Remember, we're in the Barren!" Seth yelled again. His sword advanced on an incoming goblin...
[Goblin][Level 1]
[A small green creature that lives in the forest. They live a very short life, and because of this, their body matures faster than any other creature on the planet. They are nimble and small creatures. Using their sharp claws and fast movement, with overwhelming numbers, they can kill a monster 3 times their size and weight.]
A screen suddenly appeared in front of Seth, distracting him from his opponent. Pausing for a few seconds, the goblin launched itself forward dealing multiple scratches on Seth using its claws.
The pain brought Seth back to his senses. He then removed the screen in front of him without reading it, with an enemy in front of him, he couldn't lose focus. He turned around looking for the goblin that passed him. "Focus! I got it!" Yelled Callan with his sword tucked between the goblin's eyes.
"Ughhh." Seth groaned. Callan and Seth placed their backs together, making an impenetrable formation. With multiple goblins coming together, Callan and Seth stood still in formation.
A goblin launched itself forward into Seth's sword, piercing into its body. Another came flying behind his back, and sliced in half it went with Callan's blade. A dash on the floor, a goblin stabbed in its brain. Corpses pile around the circled formation. Bent, Callan went, his sword slashed to his left. Seth laid upon his back, laying backward, stabbing into a goblin's stomach. Standing up, only one goblin was left. Blood splattered, and small puddles of blood were formed.
Stolen novel; please report.
The fight was finished, and Callan and Seth chased their breath. For some odd reason, a small fight that lasted for only a few minutes had run them dry of energy. Either way, the two weren't stupid, they already knew that the reason was the tower, and whatever it was, they had to do something about it.

Many messages from the screen appeared, but the most important one was the door appearing in the middle of the room. "So we go?" Asked Callan. "Obviously not! Let's figure out everything for now." Seth sat down on the floor catching his breath. A few minutes of constantly moving has drained his very muscles, he couldn't go even if he wanted to.
"Well, what do we know so far?" Callan said. "Oh wait actually I'll start. First, we can remove the screen by thinking about it." Callan continued. He paused and looked at Seth. He stared, hinting to Callan "Is that all.". Not picking up on any signs, Callan kept quiet until Seth opened his mouth.
"Well, I did see this weird screen appear when I first got close to the monster." Said Seth. "Wait a sec." He continued; crawling slightly over to the green monster. When his arm reached the monster, he dragged it closer to him and moved his face, touching the body with his nose.
"What are you doing?" Callan asked full of curiosity and concern for his own brother's mentality. "Ahah!" Yelled Seth. He recovered from his position and sat again facing Callan. "Well here it is, I'll read it to you, I think this is the monster... but if it is, this kind of power... is revolutionary."
Seth then read the entirety of the screen that detailed the Goblin. The two were shocked, as scouting adventurers, they were the real definition of "Adventure". Seeing a new form of magical phenomenon and a new species of monster, the two were delighted.
They took out a book from their bag, titled, "Monster Dictionary.". The book had drawings and intricate details written about each part of a monster.
Callan opened a blank page and started drawing. "I'll hold it for you." Said Seth, completely forgetting about what they were just discussing. He stood up and held the goblin in both its arms and displayed it standing in front of Callan as drew every little feature it had, even its private part.
"Even this is green... everything in its body is green, other than red eyes and white overbite teeth." Said Callan. "It truly is interesting. We are going to be in a lot of trouble because of this again." Seth continued.
After drawing the goblin on a single page of the book, Callan then wrote for a whole page, everything on the screen, including its "level". Whatever that meant, the two still didn't know.
The two continued even finding more information about the monster they were holding. To dissect its body, to even eating its organs for edibility, and smashing its bones and teeth for any probability of good material.
A whole hour passed and the two completed transporting the goblin into their book, putting even the number of hair on its body, and the taste of its organs. Once finished, Seth went back to the screen that detailed his name and capabilities. So I just think of it appearing right... "Ahhh!" He yelled in surprise. "What happened!" Callan said with concern.
They knew what "Strength" and the rest of the "Stats" meant, and so they didn't have a hard time understanding such a thing. "But then, why are... are all of them 1?" Seth questioned. Callan blew his mouth as he tinkered his mind, "Well, there is one that is 20." Callan answered. "Maybe we use that?" He continued.
"Hmmm... True, ok, I'll test it then, first I'll add where I need it right now." Said Seth, but before he clicked anything on the screen, he just decided to evenly apply all of them. "Callan! You're good at arithmetic... what's 20 divided by 4?" Seth asked Callan.
"Just add 1 to each stat till you run out. That's what I did and look! I'm full of energy again!" Callan jumped around Seth even twerking in front of him as a joke.
"Ok, now what are soul points and how do we unlock our invisibility..." Now Seth asked, finishing from the stats fiasco. "Are you not concerned that our level is 1 and another number seems to be grayed out?" Callan asked. "No, this is more important, if we don't have this, how will we get out of the Barren," Seth answered. Callan then got to thinking and punished himself by not breathing. "Stop your stupid antics."
[Twin Dependent Invisibility(Locked)]
[100,000 Soul Points To Unlock]
"What? Callan what number is 5 zeros and a 1?!" He yelled at Callan who was behind him lying on his back. "One hundred thousand," Callan answered. "One hundred thousand! What!!!!" Seth punched his screen and stood up as Callan fell to the ground.
"I don't care anymore! We are going through that door and getting this one hundred thousand soul points!" Seth picked up his bag and dragged Callan on his feet. "At least let me stand up!" Callan yelled while his back and arm scratched on the floor and dragging his bag along.
"I don't care!" Said Seth.
Seth and Callan entered the next floor. It was the same white room, or more so, it was literally the same exact room with the only difference of having no goblin corpses. "You know, we did forget to get some goblin eyes," Callan said.
"I do not care." Seth refuted.

"Umm... I leveled up..." Callan said, still lying down on the floor. "Well me too, but, I don't see anything, are there no goblins or something." Seth looked far but all he could see were the walls that indicated "This really all there is to it.". But his wait wouldn't be long as something familiar happened.

"What? That's it? We cleared the floor? How?" Seth wondered. He was confused, but the message was true as a door appeared in front of them. "Well I was just putting my free stats, I don't know about you." Said Callan, showing absolutely no care for anything happening around him, as he only tinkered around the screens and placed them onto paper.
"Well let's go." Seth once again dragged Callan towards the door. Once they entered the door and teleported again to the same white room, the same thing happened, only this time, there were no level-ups.

"Again," Seth said. And "Again" it would be. The same thing repeated on the next floor.

[You Will Level Up When You Enter The Door]
"Ok next," Seth hurried to the door, wasting no more time on blank areas that do nothing to him...
Moving to the next floor, none of the two expected anything different, but just at that corner, stopping the motion of what you might have expected for a roller coaster of emotion, Callan and Seth arrived in a completely different area. Something that was more in theme to the "Death Tower" name.
"Ok, now this is something, stand up!" Seth tugged Callan's leg. Callan stood up and was greatly astounded by the beauty of the huge archway they arrived in was.
It was made completely of black marble, reflecting them from the floor and even on the far-distant walls. At the end of a hallway, made for giants of the myth, was a huge arched door with carvings of ancient angels and demons.
"Do you see that Seth?! It's angels and demons! And the walls! Look at this artistry!" Callan ran straight to the wall, drawing it on his notebook. Seth pulled out his own book and started to walk towards the end of the hallway.
"Well this back is inconsistently bothering me, why is it not detailed? It's just a pure blank wall." Callan complained. "Wait for me!" He yelled at his brother as he continued.
Seth was focused on the carvings on the door, it was a fight between angles on the side of the sun and demons on the side of the moon. It was something completely from the lost history of the world.
"Callan do you know what this means..." Seth asked Callan. "What did you say?! I can't hear you!" Callan slowly reached Seth, running with his full might and almost tripping as he looked at the walls.
"This tower... it's a relic of the past. Draw it now!" Seth ordered Callan. "Ok! Wait, I'm catching my breath, this is a really big and long hallway." Callan stood beside Seth, as the two drew and wrote on their books, astonished by the drawings on the door, they were soon met with a huge disturbance.
A loud noise raptured, coming straight from the door, as it slowly opened the two were met with a huge gust of wind coming from the other side. Ahhhh! They fought the wind, as they stood still, taking all the surge of air, when the gap was big enough, they spotted a different quarter... it was a giant chamber.
A throne room. The brothers didn't need to talk, nor did they need to look at each other, as they were engrossed with such sight. Their adventurous blood walked on its own against the wind, entering into a different world.
Pressure immediately pushed Callan and Seth down to the ground. But they stood up fast enough, canceling the energy just with their might. Their eyes slowly came to a fix, and as it lay straight ahead, they saw a throne at the end of the room.
A red-colored baby, with black wings, slowly stood from the arm of the throne. A demon baby. It was like instinct, their mind recognized the existence quickly. Their human blood ran amok in fear, causing heat in their body.
And with everything going on, their mind running wild. A demon baby in this world? Not possible, they are extinct, the entire world needs to see this, I need to run! The two thought in their mind. But before they could even move, the demon talked, and its voice put a complete halt to Callan and Seth's minds.
"Again! I just slept and I'm once again woken up with all my monsters dead! Do you know how expensive they are!"
It was a high-pitched tone, the sound was even enough to make you think you were talking to a pubescent boy rather than a demon. Their minds couldn't decide on whether to live or laugh at such a surprise.
But of course, their body knew what to do, as the demon was awake, it was like they were born to do such a thing, but Callan and Seth started to run. Their legs turned even before their upper bodies.
"You think I'll let you escape! Oh fuck you!- Man I have so much work to do again!"
To them, time stopped like life was flashing before their eyes. Their hearing was filled with the sound of their rampaging heartbeat, and their eyes were starting be lose their vision. But as hard as they wanted to run, for some reason, they just couldn't move any further.
With one look below at their body, Callan and Seth stared at each other, raising their arms and holding each other's hands. "Stealth... brother..." it was the last thing they said, as their eyes came to a close, and their smiles were etched into their minds... the twin scouters... have died...
