Elise Phoenix walks up to the podium.

I looked around to find myself inside an empty void, I quickly got up from the ground I was standing on which was black and empty like my surroundings.

As I was questioning where I was out of nowhere a massive figure begin to shape inside the void.

It had the body of a reptile, lustrous golden scales coated its body, and a long tail protruded behind the creature. Sharp claws for fingers that could tear through everything that stood in its way. Two long horns protruded from its head and two golden eyes that exhibited life, and two giant wings came out of its back.

It was a dragon. A godly creature that stands on top of the food chain.

The dragon looked down at Jason with pride in its eyes.

"Human, I have chosen you to become my successor."

What did he say? Successor, I would love to but the fear I'm feeling just by being in your presence is too much to handle that I can't talk right now.

"I see, I forgot how weak humans were, I tend to forget, do not worry I will hide my aura so you can speak."

Did he just read my mind!? I'll have to think carefully.

"Thank you, I might have died from the sheer shock my body was in. Um, who are you."

"I'm Mithra the Dragon God of life, and light."

"Dragon God, no wonder I almost died from your aura alone."

"I'm in my conscience, why is it so empty?"

"I don't know but that is what makes you special, a clear conscience helps people in cultivating mana the best, but I have never seen a conscience so empty before."

I feel like he's insulting me. Maybe this has to do with what happened to my soul.

As we were going to begin, we heard something.
