She looked completely different from her previous appearance. She had a complete change of clothing, sporting a lovely black dress that fit tightly to her skin. She had her hair down, showcasing its beautiful shine. She was quite stunning.
She sat with her legs crossed in wait, her attention elsewhere as she looked toward the ground nervously.
A bit confused, Lucian walked towards her, startling the nervous girl. As she looked up, she saw him nearly naked once again, apart from the towel covering him, immediately forcing her head down in embarrassment.
"How did you get here?" Lucian immediately asked.
"H-Hey didn't mean to catch you at the wrong time. I'll just come back later if that's okay..." Violla said in embarrassment as she got up and slowly moved to the exit.
Shaking his head at the situation, Lucian chuckled to himself. This girl couldn't get enough of him, she decided to come to find him herself.
"Well, now that you're here, you might as well tell me why. It's not like you haven't seen me naked already, right?." Lucian replied Slyly.
"I'm sure you have a reason to sneak into a man's room," he said as he chuckled slyly.
"Okay, first off, I did not 'sneak' in. I simply jumped into your room normally," she said in defense, her head shooting back up.
"Jumped?"
"Well, I had to get here somehow. The balcony was a good choice!"
"And walking up normally, wasn't?"
"W-well, I didn't think I needed to..."
"Without knocking, I might add," he said matter-of-factly.
"... Okay, fine. I'll make sure to knock next time," Violla said as she expressed defeat.
"As long as you do," Lucian smiled.
She glared at him for a moment before continuing, "I just came to apologize for my actions back in the forest as well as my attitude towards you. I know you probably had a rough time through the forest, and I didn't know you were a chosen" she said honestly. She had a thorny exterior, but who knew she was such a softie inside. Lucian stifled a laugh.
"So again, I apologize," she said as she lowered her head.
"Oh? So you only came to apologize because I was a Chosen? What if you shot a random Bobby in his face with an arrow? Would you apologize then?" he said in mock surprise.
"Hey, that's not the point! I just came to a---"
"So Bobby doesn't matter when you shoot him in the face with an arrow? Poor Bobby lost his whole face and didn't even get apologized to..."
"NO! Bobby deserves an apology! I just thought since we'll be working more closely together, I should clear the air! You're twisting my words!" her face slowly turning red with anger.
"Wait. so you're saying if we weren't working closely tog-"
"YOU! SHUT YOUR MOUTH! I NEVER SAID BOBBY DOESN'T DESERVE AN APOLOGY. AND WHO THE HELL IS BOBBY?" she said as she erupted into a ball of raging fury.
"Oh him? He's a friend from fromunda," as he stifled his laughter.

"W-would you like to meet him??"
"... I think I should leave," she said suddenly; her anger completely vanished and was replaced with an annoyed expression.
She turned towards the exit, already fed up with Lucian's shenanigans.
"Haha. Wait, actually, there is something you can do to repay, so we're even," Lucian said with a smile.
Turning back, she glared at him, her guard up against any other tricks he had under his sleeve. "What is it?"
"Honestly, it's pretty simple, really. Just tell me everything you know about this world and its powers," Lucian said as he took a seat on his bed, his expression one of full attention.
"That sounds reasonable," she said with a sigh as she turned back from the exit.
She began. "As you probably know, this town here is Perrnan, one of the many towns travelers and merchants go through to reach the center kingdom. We are one of the bigger towns, so we have better facilities and security than most. We are governed by the Kingdom of Frauswen, which we inhabit now.
They currently hold about 400,000,000 km^2 worth of land, which is quite small compared to the other kingdoms nearby."
"There are 4 other Kingdoms on Eurytheus, namely, the Maelstrom Kingdom, which is the 2nd human Kingdom apart from this one. Next are the 3 beast kin empires: the Savage Kingdom, the Keltica Kingdom, and the Wevendraug Kingdom.
Hearing this, Lucian exclaimed in shock. "This planet must be much bigger than Earth! One Kingdom taking over that much land, and it's actually one of the smaller ones?" he thought in shock.
"Frauswen has been in power for roughly 2000 years, with extensive history and strength to show for it. Our current king is King Ezekiel Vambart III. He has ruled over the Kingdom for nearly 60 years and is one of the greatest mages our Kingdom has produced.
"How far is the central kingdom from here," he asked.
"It is roughly 25,000 km from here. With your status as a chosen, most likely you will be going there soon," Violla said wistfully, her eyes drifting into the clouds.
"You seem like you really want to visit," Lucian observed.
"Yes! It's a great place to grow stronger. I've heard warriors of the Kingdom are easily twice as strong as others in the same realm." she said with rapt fanatism, her eyes wide with excitement.
"Oh? Why is that?" Lucian asked with curiosity
"Their training facilities are top-notch, making creating strong warriors much easier. That and their special cultivation technique strengthens their power much more than normal!" she explained.
"Cultivation?" Finally, he was getting to the good stuff.
"You don't know what cultivation is?" she turned towards him in confusion.
"Not really. Still new to the area, remember?"
"Huh... I thought the chosen are given their cultivation techniques once they are summoned. Maybe some rumors aren't true after all..." she said in understanding.
Regaining her professional gait, she continued, "Cultivation is the accumulation of energy within the body to significantly increase the power of a cultivator's stats. It allows for the extension of life and the increase of battle strength, comprehension, and production. It is one of the main ways to gain strength in this world," she explained patiently.
"Oh, so is it similar to the system?"
"Well, no. Think about it like this. The system is like a cup. As a cultivator, you want to fill your cup as high as possible to be the strongest cultivator you can be. Now with each level up, the cup increases in size, and the amount of, let's say, water in the cup can be increased to a certain extent. Each time you level up, it is recommended to fully fill your cup before you upgrade to the next one. However, it highly depends on your previous accumulations at your previous levels."
"Basically, cultivation makes you the strongest person you can be at a certain level while the system increases your level, which comes with an increase in strength," she explained in detail.
"Every level up is like a mini-evolution of your body and species. Every 10 levels is a major evolution, and every 100 levels is a complete transformation. This means it is important to refrain from leveling up recklessly, as the work you put into each level amounts to the strength you would have at each level. The goal is to maximize each level up. However, it is nearly impossible to do unless you're a talented genius or born with an amazing innate ability."
Lucian immediately asked about innate affinity, "What is an innate ability?" his interest was piqued even further. Thanatos had mentioned it back in the underworld before, and now it seemed like he would finally gain the answer to his questions.
In response, Violla stepped back and equipped her bow into her hand from her space ring. Suddenly the energy around her spiked as two shadows began to form to her left and right, respectively. They created Large bows similar to the bow in her hand.
"This is my Innate ability, [Bow Shadows]," She said as she moved her bows around in the air based on her thoughts.
"It allows me to copy any bows in my hand, increasing my firepower dramatically. The stronger I get, the more bows I can summon," Violla explained as she unsummoned her ability.
"That is an example of an innate ability. Some are weapons like mine, some can be incredibly unique spells or abilities, and some could be passively active and much less visual."
"They can usually be unlocked once you are 16 years old at any facility with an Ability Awakener. Luckily we have one of those ourselves; Master will most likely help with that tomorrow."
"Master?"
"Ah, yes. Mr. Balodis, Grayson's father," she explained. "He taught me everything I know about combat. He is a great Master once you get to know him."
"Ah, okay. Thank you for the information, by the way. You definitely cleared a lot of things up for me," he said in appreciation.
"It was my pleasure. I'll let you get some sleep. You have a big day tomorrow." she said with a smile as she began walking out of his room.
Shutting the door behind her, Lucian was finally left to his own devices. He sat back down after putting on some clothes he found in his room. That was a lot of information for him to process. His face, however, showed a large grin.
"The path towards the peak is much more multifaceted than I thought. That just makes it much more interesting," Lucian thought excitedly.
Tomorrow was a new day with new challenges and hurdles, but he was excited. This world was quite exciting, and thinking of the powers he could gain here, let's just say...
He was looking for to tomorrow very much.
