[Titanic Body] - Converts all stats, including magical, into weight. A portion of your weight is converted into Physical power and Health. 1 Stat (Grade 1) = 1kg, 1 Stat (Grade 2) = 10kg. 1% of your weight is converted into Physical power and Health. However, the heavier you weigh, the slower you shall become.
It wasn't much of a bonus now, but it would definitely be a game-changer in the future due to its compounding effect. Based on that formula, by rank 4 or 5, his physical power and Health would be through the roof!
However, the downside was that he would lose a good chunk of his speed. That, he couldn't accept. He would have to find countermeasures for that in the future. He took a look at the next Gift.
[Primal Muscle Activation] - The Body is a powerful thing. With perfect mastery, it could be even more. It grants the user increased control over the body's abilities with a near-perfect mind-muscle connection at the cost of dramatically increased stamina usage. Each point in any Physical Stat (Strength, Endurance, Constitution) grants 1% Attack speed per point. Each point in any Magical Stat (Intelligence, Willpower, Soul) grants 1% Accuracy per point. Each point in any Miscellaneous Stat (Perception, Dexterity, Agility) grants 1% Movement Speed per point. Grade 2 stats increase by 2% per point, and Grade 3 Stats increase by 4% per point.....Stamina usage 1.5x.
Well, he found his solution after all! [Primal Muscle Activation] increases his muscle activation effectiveness, increasing his attack speed, movement speed, and accuracy dramatically! It's downside was the increased stamina use, but Lucian didn't think much of it. At later levels, this Gift would be insanely powerful! It wouldn't be long until he was whizzing past everything at insane speeds!
[Primordial Bone Burst] - Stimulate the bone and muscle to create an explosion of force much stronger than currently possible at the cost of Health and Stamina. Increase Movement, Attack speed, and Attack power by a multiplier of 5x for 0.5 Seconds. Multiple uses beyond the body's limit may damage the body irreversibly. Proceed with Caution.
As he expected, this Gift was pretty Dangerous; though, it showed a lot of promise. He could see it being beneficial in tight situations. However, Lucian got the feeling that there was more to it than the description explained.
He took a look at the gifts he gained for his soul.
[Sense Amplification] - Increase the diameter of Soul Sense by 5x
[Sense Strengthening] - Increase the strength of Soul Sense by 5x
[Soul Manipulation] - Reduces Soul essence usage by 50% and Soul Sense by 5x. Greatly boosts Soul-related abilities by 25%
These ones were pretty straightforward. It looked like they would have a lot of room for improvement in the future. Then again, how did gifts work? Can they be upgraded in the future? He had no idea, but Lucian knew he would get some answers once he found civilization.
"Now, all I need to do is actually reach civilization and well be getting somewhere." he muttered as he followed the Rain-Deer.
The Deer walked roughly 50 meters ahead of him. However, he could keep up with it due to his mighty soul. Unfortunately, he didn't have the same sense range and strength while he had a new body, but it was still very powerful, easily more potent than most at his current level.
He used his ability to track the Deer and spot edible fruits and nuts to eat. He also made a makeshift bag for his items using the vines and leaves in the area, though he didn't expect it to last too long.
Soon the Deer reached a stream of water. Smooth rocks and plant life grew all around it as the Deer began to take a drink of it.
"Great! Now I shouldn't have a problem attaining water for now. With the fruits, I should be able to be self-sustaining for a while." he thought as he walked further down the stream. He would rather not antagonize the animal since he wasn't sure he could defeat it.

Walking roughly 20 meters down, he got closer to the stream and took a drink of water, instantly feeling refreshed. He drank his fill as he took a couple of bites out of a mango-life fruit he found on his path.
"Not bad. Now I need to find the nearest town." Knowing that civilizations are usually built around or nearby streams of water, he went south of the stream since the creek seemed to flow towards the north. He was betting that a town was around that area.
Suddenly he heard a loud growl behind him. Lucian turned slowly, as to not scare the beast into attacking.
It was a small-sized beast, about 1 meter in length and half a meter in height. The first thing that stood out to Lucian was its beautiful purple eyes. It almost seemed to radiate rays of energy like purple sunlight onto his as he stared, mesmerized. He couldn't see anything due to one of the trees covering it in its shadow. He quickly caught himself as he stood on guard, ready to defend himself.
How did it escape his senses? Even now, he couldn't sense it whatsoever, which he found unnerving. How powerful must it be for something to bypass his sense like this? He decided to check.
[#@$#!$%(#!@$#$) - LVL 1]
Level 1? That was unusual. And why couldn't he see its name?
"Grraww!", it growled once again as it stared at Lucian. It seemed like it was trying to run, but it couldn't, so it could simply backpedal, hoping to scare Lucian with its growls.
Lucian took a closer look at his body and noticed a large gash on its side. It seemed like it was recently attacked, which was why it was on edge.
Seeing this, Lucian smiled gently in hopes of calming it down. The beast, however, grew even more scared as it howled in fear.
It saw a giant human monster grinning maliciously, ready to kill and eat its flesh.
It didn't want to die.
It suddenly began crying as it rushed back even quicker, deathly scared of what the terrible Lucian would do.
Lucian, on the other hand, grew surprised at how scared it had gotten. Was his smile really that scary? He didn't know, but he found this little beast interesting. Especially how it could hide from his senses. He wondered how it functioned...
As if it sensed his thought, the beast seized up once again, staring at Lucian like he was the real beast.
"Hey, I was just joking. I'm not actually going to kill you...probably..."
"AWOO!" it cried as it tried to run, surprising Lucian again. Could it understand what he was saying?
"Hey. Can you understand me? Nod if you can" Lucian asked this seriously, hoping he wasn't crazy.
It reluctantly stared at him before nodding once.
WTF!
He really was in a magical land, after all!
"Amazing! Even beasts can understand the human language!" he exclaimed in surprise. This world seemed to have many surprises in store for him.
"Hey, I'm not going to hurt you. I can help you heal your wound." Lucian said to the beast. It seemed to understand as it stopped trying to run away.
Slowly walking towards it, he eventually touched a paw. It was soft and fluffy, almost as if it hadn't stepped on a hard surface in its entire life.
Finally, he could see it for the first time up close.
It was pure black in color, with a single white line of fur cutting through from its nose to its tail. On its head, two black pointed ears popped out with tufts of white at the top, while two small but visible bumps sat symmetrically on its forehead. Its nose was similarly colored as red claws protruded out of its paws.
It was a fox!
He could assess the wound on it and immediately attributed it to an attack from another beast, most likely due to its weak level. The gash spread throughout its side, bleeding periodically. Luckily, it didn't seem to have damaged any internal organs but needed some form of treatment lest it bleeds itself to death.
Unfortunately, the stream water was made of freshwater so he couldn't harvest any salt. However, he had some lemons in his makeshift bag. He decided to use that to disinfect the wound and start the healing process.
Lucian took out a lemon and broke it open.
"Hey, this is gonna hurt. Don't run, okay?" Lucian spoke softly to the fox. It eventually nodded, even though it didn't know what he was doing.
Lucian then slowly squeezed the lemon, releasing some lemon juice onto the wound. He wasn't exactly sure if the effects would work the same way as they did on earth, but he was optimistic.
The lemon juice dropped onto its wound, and it immediately yelped in surprise and pain. Fortunately, it seemed to expect the pain as it endured when Lucian rubbed more of the lemon juice into the wound.
Next, he went towards the stream and grabbed a handful of water from his palm to wash off the wound. Then, using a large leaf, he poured some more lemon juice onto it and plastered it onto the beast's side. It wasn't perfect, but it was better than leaving the wound open.
It winced in pain but soon calmed down. Lying on its uninjured side, he watched it as it slowly fell asleep.
Lucian sighed. That was the most he could do with the tools he had. Hopefully, it didn't have any infections, and it healed quickly because he wasn't sure how long he would be able to take care of it. He did have to focus on his survival as well, after all.
Almost like the world was punishing him, he heard another roar of an animal. Turning his head, he saw a giant beast easily 4 meters long and 2 meters tall on top of a hill roughly 50 meters away.
[Dark Jaguar(Common) - LVL 9]
It snarled at him as its eyes trained on the fox behind him. It seemed like it came to finish what it started.
Lucian's eyes narrowed. This was going to be tough.
