"Haaaaa..."

Here I am currently enjoying a cup of coffee alone in the dinner lobby while thinking what happened last night.

(Emy... What should I tell her to stop. Although i don't mind it in fact it felt good...)

I shake my head rapidly from dismissal.

(Nonono. Things like this should have proper steps to follow. Like getting to know each other first and stuff...)

I am fighting against myself in my head as to what to do when velvet with tea at hand decided to sit on the opposite side of the table.

"Hey eris..." Velvet calls me.

Yet I am still oblivious from the fact that velvet is now sitting in front of me and is now calling me.

"ERIS!" Velvet called again this time with a louder voice which startled me.

"Oh sorry... Just thinking some stuff... What is it?" I replied in hurry.

"Hmm..." Velvet stares at my face.

"Wh.. what is it?" I stuttered as I try to cover my faced embarrass from getting stared at.

"That face... Geez eris. It's still early in the morning." Velvet said with a sigh.

"What face?" I asked while trying to touch my face thinking what's wrong with it.

"You're horny." Velvet claimed with a blank face.

"Ho... What?!?" Surprised... "Wha... What do you mean? I am not!" I replied defensively.

"Yeah sure. Look at the mirror and see for your self." Velvet dismissed my defense. "Anyways are you going to grind again today?" Velvet asked.

"Y..yes. need to clear my mind by earning money." I replied as I gather my composure.

"Hmmm... Well just asking. Since tomorrow I might be able to go back again adventuring." Velvet said while drinking tea.

"Ho... So you are a dicer too?" I asked.

"Yep. Got to stop for a while cause no one can manage the inn. But father will be coming back tonight that's why."

"I see. Then want to join the party? Let's go together!" I invite her with my hands forward for a shake.

"Hmmm... Let me think about it." Velvet slapped my hand with a smile.

"Playing hard to get do we?" I teased her.

"Oh dear better than heading towards monsters while laughing like a maniac as you watch them burn." Velvet replied making me spill my coffee.

"Ho... How did you know that?" I asked surprised she knew.

"Eh? Did you actually do that? Waaaa scary." Velvet acts scared as she hugs herself while teasing me.

"Geez..." I lowered my head in defeat.

"Ahem... Anyways velvet I would be glad to have you." I regain composure.

"Even though you don't know my class?" She replied with a grin.

"Yep." I replied right away.

(Even though I don't know her class and I can't discern it by judging her considering she is fairly tall albeit a little shorter than emy and her body is quiet slender hell I might even call it frail looking combined with her usual violet/black color combination dresses she always wear. If I where to guess it might me something like magician or supporting one.)

"Well I will atleast give you a reply tonight. Need to see if father actually arrives tonight to be sure too." Velvet replied as she stands up after finishing her tea.

"Sure. I will always welcome you in our party." I replied happily.

"Then see you later." Velvet said with a wave as she returns to kitchen.

(Hope she joins us too. Might be fun with her together. That said about emy... I will talk to her later tonight. For now lets enjoy some fun fun grind!)

There I decided to head out for the day alone since Emy needs to do something in the town while Elly decided to spend the day reading the books on display at the room shelf.

I head to the academy right away to ask for quest where I noticed a group of people together with a familiar figure.

"Sir bern!" I called out to him as I head closer.

"Oh eris right? What's up?" He replied as the other 4 looks at me.

"Nothing much. What about you sir? Taking quest?" I asked curiously.

"Nah. I'm here today to train this 4 kids here." He replied as he pat the head of the two guys.

"I see. Then I shall not disturb you anymore." I replied as I was about to leave but.

"Good timing. Since you are here join us. You can give them pointers too!" He invited me.

"Eh? I'm a student too right?" I asked.

"Surely you jest. No student or newbie can hunt at area 7 onwards alone." He laughs.

"Well..."

(Honestly teaching others I don't know feels hard but since I have nothing to do might as well.)

"Sure i guess if it's okay." I answered.

The 4 guys smiled happily upon hearing my reply.

"Alright follow me. Let's all head to area 7." Bern quickly lead the way to the teleportation area and we all follow.

Upon arrival to the area 7 bern gathered us all.

"Alright this is what we will do today. You two follow me while the other two will follow eris. Our goal today is to hunt dark boars. One of the basic monster that can be found in area 7. You already hunted one before right Eris?"

"Yes sir." I replied quickly.

"Good then you two listen to eris' advice and aim to defeat 10 by yourselves. Eris your job will be giving advice how to defeat one and only help if they are in danger. Return here after defeating 10. That's all let's go!" Bern dismissed right away and lead his way while the two follows him only me and the other guys remain.

"So uh... Before we start mind introducing yourselves and your class." I ask.

"Yes!" The two replied.

"Allow me to introduce myself first. I am cane. I have a primary class called warrior. I can pretty much dish out damage while maintaining survival but don't expect any finisher from me since warrior class mostly got duel type of skills."

(So he can probably work as Frontline. Good thing since dark boars are fast and only got single attack which is ram. As it's name suggest it runs really fast and ram it's body to it's target. Warrior may not withstand it but dodging it is simple so cane can lure it.)

"Umm... My name is... Nills... I have archer class... And I uh..." Nills seems to have trouble staring at me and he keeps on stuttering.

"Its fine nills. Calm down and tell me a little about your class." I tried to calm him down.

"Err... I am skilled at dealing range damage and most of my skills got a little penetration but my accuracy rate are not perfect so I might need to stay at one place in order to hit a target." He explained.

(So nills on the other hand can be a great asset as long as he is not targeted by those ram.)

"Alright let me explain to you about dark boars. Before we start defeating one."

"Yes!" The two replied right away.

"Dark boars are actually really easy to defeat but a little problematic. You see, dark boars can dash really fast and their skill "ram" can mow any target. So how do you think we can deal with it?" I asked them.

"Umm... Someone will taunt while the other hit?" Nills asnwered.

"That should be the case normally but did you know how fast dark boar is?" I asked them which is answered with silence.

"So not huh. Okay look at this." I summon a fireball which is now floating infront of us.

(Lets see... Add skill wind upon movement of the fireball to increase it's speed )

"Watch carefully. And go!" I aim the fireball to the rock and with the skill air the fireball's speed greatly increased which is now as fast as an arrow fired from a fully drawn long bow.

The two eyes wide surprised from what they saw and the black haired warrior asked right away.

"How did you make that fireball fly that fast?"

"I used a condition to use skill wind at the fireball upon it's movement to greatly increase it's flight speed."

"Wow..." Nills can only mutter to himself.

"Anyways that's how fast a dark boar can charge when using ram. So do you think you can dodge that?" I asked cane.

"That might be impossible." Cane replied as he lowered his head.

"Under normal circumstances yes. But what If i gave you a clue. Try changing the topography and taunt the boar from afar."

Cane looked at me clueless while nills eyes light up.

"Hey... I have a plan." Nills called cane and explained his plan.

I only watched the two as they had their strategy meeting. After few minutes the two head out the open area where there is a dark boar nearby and draw a large circle before cane stand at the center.

"Don't tell me... That's there plan? Hahahaha" i laughed while watching the two prepare the crazy plan.

After few minutes of preparation cane are now standing at the center with small stones at the edge of the circle. They probably aim to make the boar get tripped while nills are now standing atop a large rock few steps away from the circle.

"Lets do this Nills!" Cane shouts with enthusiasm at nills.

"O...okay!" Nills replied and aim at a boar before hitting it with an arrow. The arrow only scratch it making the boar now on frenzy as it's starts running towards cane probably thinking he is the one who attacked.

Cane hold his sword above his head as he watch the boar charge. The moment the boar passes the circle it's face dived in the ground after actually getting tripped by a stone. I assumed it's just a stone placed but it turns out it's actually pretty long and it's buried with only a small part showing outside. The boar lost it's momentum and is now lying helplessly in the ground before a cane attacks it with a skill called "slash" killing it easily. Cane still can't believe it worked easily now jumping around while praising nills.

(So they actually did it. Well let's just watch them take 10 it should be easy.)

And what happens next is actually what I expected. They repeat the plan again and again till they defeated 14 boars now before can falls on the ground with a huge smile on his face same with nills now laying above the rock.

"Good job guys. You made it easy." I praise them.

"Thank you miss?" Cane looks at me.

"Eris." I replied.

"Thank you miss Eris. Never thought area 7 is actually like this. Guess I can't just brute force everything." Cane replied.

"Your lucky nills came up with a plan then." I replied as I sit beside him.

Nills went our way and sit beside cane.

"That's right your plan was great bud." Cane looked at nills as he pat nills' back.

Nills now smiling happily.

"Glad I can help." Nills replied.

"Anyways are you 4 in party?" I asked.

"Yep we called our party sword of victory." Cane answered proudly.

"It's a little embarrassing though." Nills shyly replied.

"Well as long as you are all enjoying it's perfectly fine." I replied.

"Thank you again miss. We experienced fighting thanks to you." Cane said as he stands.

"Sure just be careful okay?" I said.

"Okay. Let's go back now." Cane replied and quickly return to the teleportation area.

There we saw bern already waiting with the other two.

"Not bad... I thought it will take a bit longer." Bern smiled at us.

"Well you are already here waiting for us." I replied.

"Hahahaha well I am more or less a teacher. I will lose my job if my student did better than me." Bern replied laughing.

"Anyways I'm going now. I will go hunt a bit at area 8." I said to bern.

"Sure. Just talk to the counter tomorrow for the reward I will leave it there." Bern replied.

"Got it. Thanks. See you guys!" I walk towards area 8 while waving at them.

There I spent grinding by myself till it became night time before returning to the inn. I checked my status while walking.

(I used 11 white dice earlier while grinding so honestly I feel a little stronger and got even more excited which made me grind more levels reaching level 20 before leaving.)

On my way to the inn I met with Elly. We decided to walk together till we reach the inn.

"Hello velvet we are ba-" i stopped what I am about to say as I stare to the giant man standing infront of us. He looks like a bear? Or atleast that's the image I have.

"Um..." Elly hide behind me after she saw him.

"Hello?" I asked.

But seconds passed no reply can be heard. We all stand in the entrance until finally someone speaks up.

"Geez father stop blocking the way!" There we saw velvet holding a spatula with an apron above her dark violet dress.

"Oh so you are velvet's father?" I look at him.

I wait for his response only after few seconds he nods at me before going back at the counter.

"Sorry about my father. Anyways dinner's ready. Emy is waiting at the table come join her." Velvet said before returning at the kitchen.

"Let's go?" Elly asked as she lightly tugs my shirt.

"O..okay." gulp.

(Alright... After dinner I will ask her)

I followed elly and there we met emy wearing sleeveless blue shirt and shorts sitting at an empty table for four.

"Hello elly. Hows the stuff you're looking for? Also hello there Eris." Emy greets us.

"Found it. I already bought it too will definitely read it later after dinner." Elly replied.

"Hello there." I replied to emy before sitting down infront of her.

"Wait guys I will put this book in the room real quick." Elly stand and ran quickly upstairs leaving me and emy at the table.

"Umm... Emy?" I look at her.

"What is it eris?" Emy just smiled at me.

"About... What happened last night. Umm..." I keep stuttering.

"What about it?" She replied as she slowly hold my hand above the table.

"Um... You see..." I can't focus at what I am planning to say when emy playfully tease my hands.

"Do you hate it?" Emy asked as she holds my hand.

"N...no..." I replied blushing.

"Then... Can I continue doing it from now on?" Emy asked.

Embarrassed yet I don't know why I can only nod in agreement.

"Good girl. Lets be real close okay?" Emy said as she held my hand and kisses it.

(Geez what am I doing. I am planning to stop her but the moment she touched me...)

"Don't worry Eris. I won't do it much that it affects our relationship. Just so you know I actually like you. But I'd hate it if I make you hate me for that so I will be sure to ask you everytime I want it okay?" Emy smiles at me.

"O... Okay..." I replied meekly.

"Good girl." She said once more before letting go of my hand and returning to her casual self when elly returned and sit beside her.

(Mou.... I might have fallen to her...)

I can only scream at my head as we all have dinner. As we enjoy our meal, velvet came and sit next to me.

"So about your offer eris. Is it still valid?" Velvet asked as she place her plate and start eating beside me.

"O... Ofcourse. I still welcome you in our party. Isn't that right guys?" I look at the sisters.

"Yes. Having more help is great." Elly replied happily.

"Frankly speaking I am just a support so I would be happy if we have more help." Emy replied as she chows down in her steak.

"There you have it. Are you joining us velvet?" I asked her again.

"Okay. I got permission from father and mother will also come here tomorrow so I don't need to help managing the inn anymore." Velvet replied.

"Yes! Welcome to our party velvet!" I held my hand and shake hers before hugging her.

"Welcome to the party~" emy replied before returning to her steak.

"Glad to have you with us velvet." Elly greets her with a smile.

"Then allow me to re introduce myself. I am velvet lock. My class is guardian. Long story short it's a tank class and good at protection skills. I can show it to you guys tomorrow so let's just enjoy dinner for today. Good to be working with you guys." Velvet stands and bow at us.

"Nice to work with you too!" The three of us replied to velvet and we enjoyed dinner together.

There we got another party member this time we got a beauty velvet. Although I am surprised her class is guardian looking at her slender body, nonetheless I am excited for tomorrow since we have a new member we might be able to grind now at greed's death swamp.
