TenTen's POV;
This is so boring, sure it's important to protect possible targets, but why did it have to be me and the fangirl? This pink haired girl never stops speaking about her crush. Sure Sasuke looks passable, but not as good as Dexter and he's surely not as strong.
Dexter is the strongest Genin I know of. He decimated the other Genin during the last Chunin test, only to surrender, so that we could stay together.
Sasuke won't stand a chance.
“I wish I could be with my Sasuke-kun, he's surely fighting now some bandits or even this Zabusa guy”. Oh for fuck's sake, shut up.
“Please stop speaking and watch our surroundings, there is a chance that Gato sent some of his men. Kakashi and Guy-sensei think that Zabusa fully healed now and a fight will be soon”.
Sakura, I think that was her name, turned to me with a sneer; “What do you know? Just because you're older than me doesn't mean that I'm weaker”.
That may be true, but I don't believe that she is. Training with Guy-sensei, Lee and Dexter-kun is hard and by the looks of it, she wouldn't survive one day.
*Crash* “IIIEEE!”
I wiped my head around to the sudden sound of breaking glass and the scream of Tsunami.
“You go and confront them from inside, I will sneak around and take them out from behind” I then whispered to the wide-eyed pink haired girl. After that I jumped out of the house and sneaked around it, just to find three thugs outside with crude swords. It hurts to see these weapons in such bad condition. Don't worry, I will free you of such bad people.
“You think we can have some fun with her before we have to give her to the boss?”, asked one of them. Another laughed dirtily and the third just grinned lustfully.
They are disgusting, but that was a trait many bandits have in common.
I took three Senbon out of my pouch and threw them at these three barbarians. Each Senbon hit true and they slumped down. I hit a major nerve cluster and their organs were now beginning to shut down. Their death will be soon and painless.
I waited for a few seconds, in case someone noticed their downed friends, but no one came.
It wasn't hard to sneak up to the house after that. There were no more enemies outside and I heard some sounds from inside.
A peak around the corner showed me that the pink haired girl tried, and failed, to oppose the remaining goons. There were two more. One held a sword against the throat of Inari, the son of Tsunami and the other had his foot on the chest of the fangirl. Her face was slightly bruised.
“Heh, if every Ninja is as weak as this girl, then I'm ready to become a Kage myself”, taunted the man who stood on her.
The fangirl somehow spotted me and hope filled her eyes. She opened her mouth to say something, probably to reveal my position, but I put a finger over my mouth to show her that she has to stay quiet. Thankfully she wasn't as stupid as her voice suggests and closed her mouth again.
The guy that is stepping on her won't be a problem, but the other might become one. I have to hit fast and precisely to not get Inari hurt. So my best chance was, again, a Senbon. But I made sure and threw only one, the target was a nerve in the neck of the guy who had Inari. It hit thankfully and he was paralysed.
His muscles were no longer counteracting gravity and he fell face forward. The other was quick to react and looked around, spotting me in the entrance.
He might have tried to say something, like trying to take the fangirl under him hostage, but a Kunai between his eyes made short work of him and he too fell to the ground. The only difference to his friend was that he was dead.
The pink haired useless girl looked wide-eyed at the corpse, probably the first time that she saw someone dying in front of her.
“Inari!”, shouted Tsunami in relieve. She rushed over to him and hugged the life out of his body.
While I helped the fangirl up.
“Thanks, he surprised me”, she said in gratitude and looked over her clothes for any damage.
“No problem, stay inside and protect them”, I said and gestured at Tsunami and her son.
“What will you do?”, she asked in return.
“One of them is alive, I will ask nicely about their plans”, was my reply before I walked over to the downed man.
I quickly began to drag the paralyzed guy out of the house and into the nearby forest, where I bound him to a tree and then released him from his paralysis. His eyes were constantly on me and followed all my movements with fear. Good, this means that I might not have to revert to forceful methods.
I undid his paralysis and he quickly began to beg for mercy. He did not even consider to stay quiet. I just had to ask about Gato and his plans and he spilled the beans. Apparently, Gato wasn't intending of paying Zabusa and wants to wait until the fight is over and then kill the survivors. Doesn't matter if they are Konoha or Zabusa's. There is also another Ninja in Zabusa's ranks, someone that is quite strong and fought against Zabusa in a few sparring matches.
This new person will be a problem, I had to warn the others, but first I needed to get rid of this guy and then tell the fangirl about the new changes.
I killed the still bound thug quickly by piercing his eye with a Kunai, the metal reached his brain and he died instantly. After that, I rushed back to Tsunami's house and informed Pink Hair about my intention to warn the others. At first, she wanted to come with me, but I told her that there might be more thugs that are after Inari and Tsunami. This shut her up and she agreed to stay behind and bury the other five men.
I have to be fast, the others might already be in a fight.

Dexter's (Original), POV;
“And don't forget, call me Uzumaki. Never Dexter”, I warned one last time before we sprung into action. Zabusa and Haku began to frighten the worker, while I set some seals and a few clones for our guests. Mentioned guests were nice enough to arrive shortly, running directly into the thick fog and with that into the obvious trap.
The group consisted out of Guy, Kakashi, Naruto, Dexter, Lee, and Sasuke. The first two led the group, while the Genin formed a defense parameter around Tazuna.
“Well, well, well, if it isn't Kakashi, and he has a friend with him”, said Zabusa, he was still hidden in the fog and both Kakashi and Guy tensed visibly.
“Zabusa, we don't have to fight, leave and no one will be harmed”, said Kakashi in one last attempt to solve this peacefully.
“Sorry, no can do. You know how it is, once a contract is signed a Ninja has to do the job. Anything else would be dishonorable”, declined Zabusa and with that started the fight. A water clone attacked Kakashi from behind and an ice Senbon flew towards Tazuna. Guy instantly dispatched the clone with a roundhouse kick and the Senbon was deflected by one of Dexter's Kunai.
°Do you also think that it gets confusing with all these clones? All of them are technically you°, asked Kura-chan suddenly.
°Kinda, but what am I else to do? They help immensely°, I replied. The link conveyed the feeling of agreement and she kept quiet for the moment.
“It seems that Zabusa is a most unyouthful opponent, let us show him our flames of youth Kakashi”, Guy said determinedly.
“It seems so. Naruto, Sasuke protect Tazuna. Dexter and Lee, you're going to fight the fake hunter Ninja. He shouldn't be stronger than you”, ordered Kakashi.
“Why should I protect this worthless bridgebuilder? I'm an Uchiha, I can beat this hunter Ninja on my own”, disagreed Sasuke. He then rushed off and tried to find Haku.
°Stupid°, commented Kura-chan dryly.
“Dexter, Lee, follow him. Don't let him get killed, the council would have my head”, barked Kakashi. The last part was more mumbled than shouted and he was also not able to do anything himself. Zabusa was sending one water clone after the other.
Water clones aren't really Chakra consuming, barely more than a normal Bunshin. They weren't also strong, only a tenth of the original.
The plan was to tire Kakashi with these clones. His Sharingan was burning his Chakra way faster than it was worth it and he hasn't yet realized that.
The problem came with a green spandex clothed man that constantly shouted something about flames of youth. Guy dispatched the water clones almost as fast as they were made and his fighting style was built for long lasting fights. His Chakra never really left his body and as such wasn't depleted in a fast place.
So I had to step in and get him out of the equation.
I strolled over to Haku, who was already engaged in the fight with the three other Genin. Only that Lee and Dexter were waiting for Sasuke to fail, which he did speedily.
He was already larded with ice Senbon. None of them live threatening, but still hurtful. Still, he wasn't taken out and could keep on fighting.
“Hello Haku, let me help you with these three useless Genin”, I said in greeting and all three webt pale by my sudden entrance.
“So? What is another one going to change? And what is with that creepy mask?”, asked Sasuke in false bravado. I wore my normal mask, only that I had my eyes hidden by a piece of clothes. It wouldn't do for them to see the Rinne-Sharingan yet.
“Haku? Did this little shitstain just call my mask creepy?”, I asked and Haku backed off. She knew that I like my mask. The last one, a goon of Gato, who mocked my mask didn't see the next day.
“I think so Uzumaki-sensei”, she answered.
I blurred out of their sight and reappeared behind Sasuke. He did not even have enough time to react to my next move. I slapped him over the head and applied a gravity seal, integrated within a paralysis seal. His body slammed to the ground and he was no longer able to move.
Sadly, I only had enough time to nudge his head enough to see the coming fight with Haku, before I had to defend myself from a kick of Guy.
“Dynamic entry!”, he shouted and only my stronger than normal and Chakra enhanced body spared me some broken ribs. I shot off of the bridge and skipped over the water before stopping.
°This is going to be fun, finally we are able to punch your creepy teacher°, said Kura-chan cheerfully.
°His kick still hurt like crazy°, I commented while standing up.
°Shut up and evade the next°, she said and I had to spin once to evade the next flying kick. An explosion of water showed me that I successfully evaded the attack.
“So you are the one Zabusa mentioned? Going after Genin isn't youthful at all”, stated Guy.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Haku's POV;
Mister Uzumaki already told me that I should neither attack the guy in green or the purple haired Genin in close combat. He said that the first one will be too fast for me and the second one will easily seal off my movements. The purple haired one might be one of Mister Uzumaki's clones, but he is still undercover and has to fight me seriously. So I have to use my Bloodline from the start.
I created my dome of ice mirrors and vanished in one of them before they had the chance to act.
The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.
It was larger than the one I was able to make a week ago. Mr. Uzumaki's training helped a lot.
“I'm sorry, but no one ever beat me in this technique other than Mr. Uzumaki”, I said apologetically.
“YOSH! A youthful challenge. I will try my best to beat this technique of yours”, shouted the guy in green. He then rushed off and attacked the mirror that currently had my face. The speed of his and the strength of his following punch surprised me greatly. Mr. Uzumaki was right, I would not have been able to counter such an attack outside of my mirrors.
“Your attempts are futile”, I said and threw a bunch of Senbon at him from another mirror. He used a kick to break them all. These Senbon are as sturdy as normal Senbon made out of steel. His leg strength must be seriously high.
“I see, it seems like I have to go faster”, he then said and vanished in a blur of speed. Then, not even a second later, a second mirror of mine was destroyed. It is good that I'm technically not in a single one of them. Most images of mine are made of ice and only one of the mirrors has the real me inside.
He continued to attack my ice clones, while simultaneously deflecting Senbons from all around him. But he will tire, they always do. What worried me was the purple haired one, he didn't attack a single time and waited. Maybe I should take care of him first?
I threw a Senbon at him from his blind spot, but it was caught before it even reached him. He didn't even look away. How did he do that?
The green clothed guy quickly destroyed the mirror that threw the Senbon at his friend and then continued with his useless onslaught.
What might they do if I attack from all sides at once? The answer was a blur of movements and dozens of ice Senbon that clattered to the ground. Not a single one hit them. Still, this kind of defence must be taxing, so I only have to continue until they tire out.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kakashi's POV;
Shit, Zabusa isn't repeating his mistake of attacking me openly. I can't see him within this fog and my Sharingan only helps me when he is in striking range. His constant use of water clones isn't helping.
At first I hoped to quickly beat him with Guy's help, but then he told us of his new ally. Practically bragged that he had help from an Uzumaki. I didn't know that some of them are still alive, or is he just one in name? I heard the latest rumours of a new Uzushiogakure.
Either way, Guy was forced to help our Genin and now I'm alone against a surprisingly sneaky Zabusa.
“What's wrong Kakashi? Problems with your sight?”, mocked his voice from all around me. Then my instinct screamed for me to duck and a large cleaver like sword soared over head. Hadn't I ducked I would have been one head shorter.
I spun around, still in a crouched position, and swiped the legs of the next clone away. The water clone fell down and I killed it with a Kunai. This fog is a problem, I have to get rid of it.
But there are only so much ways to do that.
I could run out of it, but that would leave the others in danger. Then I could counter his fog with a Chakra emission. This however will cost me much of my own Chakra. The last option would be a wind Jutsu that blows the fog away.
Option three might sound like the best one, but we are on the open sea, he has enough water around us to quickly re-establish his fog. The Chakra emission would block his Chakra and he would have to use more Chakra than me to use his Jutsu again. It's the same way you use against large area affecting Genjutsu.
Hmm, but the Chakra lazed air would also allow me to use my new Jutsu easier. It might be worth the shot. If not I'm as good as dead anyway.
I killed another water clone that tried to attack me and then concentrated on my Chakra. The burst has to be large, large enough to encompass enough room for a fight.
I think I was ready a few seconds later. I gathered and compressed enough Chakra to flood the whole area. I released the ball of Chakra that was inside me and a visible blue wave gushed out of me. The wave hit the fog and dispersed it instantly.
The bridge cleared enough for me to see the fight of my Genin against the hunter Ninja, Tazuna and Naruto. Guy's fight was loud enough to not miss it. Giant water explosions were visible in the distant. He must be using his gates to create such columns of water.
The now clear bridge also showed me Zabusa, as well as three new water clones that came dangerously near.
I hurriedly threw two Kunai at the first two water clones and broke the neck of the third. Zabusa in the mean time tried to reapply his Jutsu but failed. One good thing about my eye is that I'm forced to have large reserves. Its constant drain forced my body to adapt. It's still not enough for a prolonged fight, but I have enough Chakra to rival a Kage.
“What have you done? Why am I not able to use my Jutsu?”, he asked angrily.
“Heh, that is for me to know and for you to find out”, I mocked and his eyes narrowed in anger.
“Doesn't matter, you are weakened enough for me to fight you directly and whatever you've done can't have been good for your reserves”, he said after calming down. Sadly he was correct, I have to be fast, or else I will be of no use in no time.
“Well then, die!”, he shouted and rushed at me. He was fast and I dodged his attack only narrowly. Wasn't he badly wounded only a week ago?
I jumped back and draw two Kunai to deflect a second swing of his massive sword. Which I shouldn't have done in hindsight. His strength was also back and I couldn't fully block his attack. I had to jump back again. This forced me to the edge of the bridge. Any further and we have to fight on the water. Not something I wish to do. He might be more skilled in the Silent Killing, but he was still a Kiri Ninja and every Kiri Ninja is dangerous on water.
So the only choice left for me was to counter attack, in hope to get into his defence for my sure kill technique.
He blocked my first Kunai, but was forced to bent away from the second. I spun around and brought both Kunai down at his backward bended body. Sadly he was fast enough to raise his sword in defence and my Kunai's were again blocked. He then used his superior strength to throw me away.
I did a somersault and landed safely on my feet, only to evade a vertical swing of his way to large sword.
“Getting tired Kakashi?”, he asked and I answered with a forward thrust. He jumped back and laughed. He's fast, I need to have him stand still for a moment.
But my Chakra won't be enough to summon some Ninja dogs to suppress him. A lightning clone or stone Jutsu might do.
I'm not really good with stone Jutsu, so the clone it is.
I threw a smoke bomb on the ground and quickly made three clones, two of them were shadow clones, while the last one was the lighting clone.
“What is this Kakashi? First, you dissolve my fog, only to make your own?”, taunted Zabusa, as a swing of his sword, created a gust of wind, strong enough to blow the fog away, and made a free view on me and my three clones.
“So you decided to create clones of your own? They won't help you”, said Zabusa before restarting his attack. My clones and I also moved and engaged him. The lightning clone stayed a little behind, while my two shadow clones attacked from the front. I jumped over them to attack from the back.
He killed the first shadow clone with an upwards swing. He turned into a white cloud.
“Shadow clones? They might be better than normal clones but won't stand a chance against me”, he said and kicked the second clone away before rushing at my lightning clone. Exactly what I hoped for. He cut into the clone and began to laugh.
“Hahahaha, did you seriously think you could win with only three clones?”, he then said and my lightning clone smirked before turning into electricity. The high voltage that was created with its death traveled through Zabusa's metal sword into his body. Stunning him and making him unable to evade my next attack.
I gathered what I had left of my Chakra and activated my not finished, second version of my, Chidory, my Raikiri Issen. It uses way more Chakra than a normal Chidory, but is also way stronger and deadlier.
“This is the end!”, I shouted before spearing my arm at his chest.

Dexter's (Original), POV;
“Who are you?”, asked Guy after stepping out of the water pillar.
“Me? I'm a friend of Zabusa, you can call me Uzumaki”, I answered with a shrug.
“The Uzumaki are dead, you can't be one”, he stated and got into his Strong Fist position.
“Are they? Say, Green Beast of Konoha, do you think to be strong enough against an Uzumaki?”, I replied and activated my Chains. Four of them came out of my back and formed dangerously sharp spears.
“So you really are an Uzumaki, weren't you allied with Konoha?”, he asked.
“Allied? Why would I be allied with someone who betrays its own allies. Why should I be allied with someone that kills innocent children?”, I retorted and moved my chains forward. They only pierced the water.
“What are you speaking about? Konoha was allied with Uzushiogakure, it saddens me that we weren't able to help you against the invasion, but we still were allies”, he said with confusion evident on his face.
“Ask your oh so friendly Hokage what I mean, that is if you survive this fight”, I answered and send two more chains at him. He evaded both with as little movement as necessary and looked even more confused. This confusion then settled down and only a stern and serious fighter remained.
“I don't know what you mean, but you are currently an enemy of mine and, as such, I have to beat you. Surrender now and I won't be forced to kill you”, he then said.
“Yeah right, as if you could beat me”, I answered and he sighed once.
“Well then, it pains my youthful flames, but I have to beat you if I want to help my friends”, he then said and blurred in an act of speed. The water under him splashed upwards and I had to bring two of my chains up. His fist smashed into them and they began to entwine around his arms.
He enhanced his muscles further and jumped away, ripping the chains apart and freeing himself by doing so.
“This might take longer than first thought”, he said and undid his bandages on his legs. Two large pairs of weights came into view and were quickly unstrapped. He let both fell down into the water and giant pillars of water splashed over us.
°Psychological warfare°, commented Kura-chan. I didn't reply and only brought two more chains out. I now had four chains in total that protected me from all sides and were in constant movement, while the remaining chains swished from left to right.
Guy crouched down and then blurred out of sight. He reappeared in front of me and kicked me upwards. I already saw the beginning of the Konoha Whirlwind and anchored myself to the water surface, so that I won't fly any higher.
He didn't expected this and stopped way to high for a follow up. However, my chains weren't in a bad position and pierced upwards. They were still not fast enough. Guy vanished in another burst of speed.
°How has he done that? He was mid-air°, asked Kura-chan.
°He propelled himself away with a Chakra burst. It's a crude but effective way of manoeuvring mid-air°, I answered and spread my senses out. I found him under me and had barely enough time to evade his next attack. He flew out of the water like a spear and made a somersault after realising that he hasn't hit me.
We traded a few blows and each of us suffered equally under the heavy hits.
Maybe five minutes later our fight came to a short pause and both of us evaluated the other.
“You are good, too good to be unknown, yet I don't know you. I also noticed that you have hidden your eyes. A sensor?”, he mused.
“Maybe, I promise you that my state of being unknown will change. But this little bout went on for long enough”, was my reply. I created four more chains and changed the spear tip into hands for six of them. I also activated my Swirling Armour Jutsu. Both I and my chains were now shrouded in a blade sharp storm of wind.
“Yes, I have to agree”, he said and I felt a massive spike in his Chakra. He began to open his gates, at least three of them.
°You need more than your tiny wind armor to get away from that°, warned Kura-chan and I agreed. Guy was strong enough without his gates.
°I know, and that is why I will also begin to use seals°, I replied and was suddenly punched in the stomach. Guy managed to get land a hit and his hit was fast enough to render my wind armor useless.
His punch catapulted me away from the bridge and I crashed through several waves before finally stopping.
°Ouch°, said Kura-chan dryly. She sent her own Chakra into my damaged stomach and I felt how my organs and muscles repaired themselves under her healing Chakra.
°You have to take of your own weights if you want to hit him°, advised Kura-chan and I agreed wholeheartedly.
I stood up without using my hands and went through a short line of seals, before pressing a thumb against my forehead.
Guy, who was running towards me, stopped mid step and watched how my whole body was lit up in a net of seals.
“Gravity seals? Shouldn't surprise me, the Uzumaki were known for their seal mastery”, he commented and began his rush anew, this time only a little bit faster.
I felt how the weight was lifted from my body and it was suddenly way easier to evade the incoming kick from Guy. My Chains followed him and each hand tried to stomp down on his body.
Alas, my Chakra manipulation did not increase and the chains weren't fast enough to catch him.
He flew past me and landed on the water a few meters in front of me. This time it was me that vanished from his sight. We both exchanged a few blows and blocks before I found an opening and hit his shoulder with a heavy palm strike. I couldn't use my normal fighting style of hitting pressure points, as it might remind him too much of Dexter, but the normal palm strike allowed me to create a seal on him.
However, his skill and finely tuned instincts allowed him to damper the strike and he wasn't thrown away. He even used the force to spin around and plant a kick on my hip.
Again I was thrown away like a rag doll. But I already got him. He too noticed what I've done.
“So you're able to apply seals with a single touch. I heard that only a seal master is able to do such a thing. But your weight seal won't stop me”, he said and opened the fourth gate.
His body turned blood red and a green aura of Chakra enshrouded him. His next attack created two walls of water and his outstretched fist only missed my face by a few centimeters.
I was still faster than him, only if it was by a tiny bit. This tiny bit was enough to apply a second weight seal on him. He flew past me, but this time I predicted his trajectory. All six of my chains waited for him and each one applied a weight seal.
This was too much for him, even I am only using three. He now had eight weight seals, maybe the eight gate might allow him to overcome this weight. And that only because the heavy Chakra output will erase each seal on him.
He fell down and wasn't able to get up again.
“Don't try to open any more gates, they won't help. Only the eighth will allow you to get rid of my seals and it would kill you”, I said and walked over to him.
“If it means to protect my pupils. I'm ready to forsake my life if I can save the next generation”, he answered and I felt how he gathered his Chakra for the next three gates.
It's good that he had to pierce his chest if he wants to activate the last gate because only that allowed me to be fast enough to stop him from activating the last gate.
I grabbed his hand with one of mine and used all of my chains to seal his Chakra away.
This was something I couldn't do during our fight, the seal for sealing Chakra is way too complicated for such quick fights and needs a good amount of concentration.
“Thank me later”, I said and picked him up. I turned around and witnessed a bright blue-whitish light coming from the bridge.
“That was Kakashi, Zabusa is fried”, noted Guy. He was also able to see the light.
°That wasn't planned°, commented Kura-chan. How the fuck did my clones not see this?
°The death of each strategy is the start of a fight°, was my reply and I hurried back. On the way, one of my clones dispelled and answered my question. They saw it but weren't fast enough to react. They thought he would use the Chidory and not an unknown new technique.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Haku's POV;
The fight against them wasn't progressing. They didn't slow down under my onslaught of Senbon, it even seemed like they got used to it and were now deflecting them with ease. Mr. Uzumaki was right with his statement that I won't be able to beat them. I can only wait until either he or Master Zabusa finishes their fight. This was why I only kept enough attention in my fight to keep it in a stalemate while watching Master Zabusa's fight.
Mr. Uzumaki's fight was frightening, giant pillars of water shock waves were both seen and felt in the distance.
Then it suddenly happened and Master Zabusa got cornered by one of Kakashi's attacks. He wasn't in a position to defend himself from the next attack, which looked deadly, and I had to act fast. Only passingly noting that one of Mr. Uzumaki's clones was doing the same.
I jumped out of my mirror and between Master Zabusa and Kakashi's bright crackling lightning attack. I knew that no shield of ice would defend me from such an attack, so I used the only thing that was more resistant than my ice, my body.
Still, it was not enough, Kakashi's hand pierced through my chest like it was made out of paper and hit Master Zabusa as well. I didn't know how heavily wounded Master got but it had to be deadly. Every wound in the upper torso is deadly with such piercing strength.
Kakashi's eyes went a little wider and slightly remorseful. He still pulled his arm out of me and Master. My legs weren't strong enough to keep me standing. I fell down and forward. My heart is gone, it won't take long for me to die. If only I could serve Master longer.
The last thing I heard was a heartbroken cry from Master. I only hope that Mr. Uzumaki is fast enough to heal Master.
Someone lifted my body but I was too tired to react. My vision went black and it got increasingly hard to breathe. He must've pierced a lung as well.
So tired... I can't sleep yet... Master needs me, who else will help him when he is overwhelmed with cooking or business talks...so tired....
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dexter's (Original), POV;
I came too late, Haku was already dead and Zabusa didn't look like he was far away from his own as well. Seems like some things can't be changed. The clones that I had made looked apologetic at me, they were surrounding Kakashi.
“She's dead”, said Zabusa weakly. He was hugging her dead body. His own chest had a hand sized hole, one of his lungs is gone and only luck saved him from getting his heart pierced. Well, luck or Haku.
“I couldn't save her like I promised when we met”, he continued and no one of us was emotionless enough to interrupt him.
“Please Uzumaki, bury her. I won't be able to do so”, he then said and broke his sight from her dead face for the first time. He was crying and his mask was bloodstained.
“I will”, I simply said and Zabusa stroked one last time over her hair before dying as well.
We stayed silent for a long while. Lee and Dexter came over and both Guy and Lee were crying.
“Well well, seems like he wasn't as strong as he thought he was”, said suddenly my blood clone Gato from behind us. A large group of thugs was behind him.
°Kinda sucks to have him replaced now. Feels wrong to keep the charade up°, said Kura-chan. Her tone had no sadness or other signs of sympathy for the death of both Haku and Zabusa. I don't know what I felt. Haku was nice, kinda like a little sister. I hate it when something doesn't work out like I wanted.
“Would you please be so kind and die now?”, asked my clone in a mocking manner.
I did not even turn around to pierce him and half a dozen others with a chain.
He fulfilled his role and was useless now. I did not turn around while my chains began to pierce, crush and rip the remaining thugs apart. I also did not turn around when the villagers came.
“I will take both of them. Don't worry, Guy is fine and the seals will vanish in an hour”, I finally said and broke the silence.
I put Guy down and carried both Haku and Zabusa with my chains. The mass of villagers divided to make way for me.
°What is wrong?°, asked Kura-chan the moment I reached the hideout.
°I don't know, I kinda feel sick from using them like pawns. It wasn't planned for them to die, only to occupy Kakashi and the Genin°, I answered and put them both down.
°You can't control everything. And it's not like they will stay dead°, she reassured.
°But I think this should be the last time we will revive someone. Not because it isn't right to play god, but because we will become overly confident. It won't do the people good to forget that death is the end. Your influence in Uzu is bad enough, some of them are praising you as a god. It will be the best to not revive anyone from now on. These two will be the last°, she continued and she was right. The people of Uzu started to see me differently after I revived them.
°Yes, these will be the last two°, I said in agreement and activated the Hell path.
