"A teenager girl was sexually harassed by the driver of the bus she's taking to get into her school."
"A four year old was brutally killed by his own brother after he accidentally broke his brother's phone."
"The traditional lost at least 350 million dollars when a group of robbers attacked them."
These kind of news aren't even unusual in the city of Mechiv, a city that's evaluated as the city that have most of the crimes. Not a single day will pass by without a crime occuring in this city. This city is known as the "Crime City."
"Crime City huh? It may be a good idea to start my journey there because I still don't have a single lead on that man's existence." Jade silently thought.
It's now the thirteenth of July in 2022, it's almost two weeks when Jade left his uncle's grasp so he can start his long bloody journey. After not finding a single thing about where is that man, he temporarily focused his attention to a city where cruelty is taking place. Jade knew that his revenge will not be easy and quick so he plans to familiarize himself on the society. That's why even though his eagerness to kill that man is overflowing, he still didn't want to go back to the house where his struggles began, he's simply still not ready so the "Crime City" is his focus now.
3 days later...
"Did you find any lead?
"There's not a single hint of evidence at all, whoever did this probably planned this out cleanly." A police officer said.
"Admiring a criminal's ability? You ought to be whacked aren't you?" Another police officer said with a serious tone.
"I'm sorry"
Officer Zed sighs as he's disappointed with his junior's action and how they didn't find a single evidence here.
Officer Zed is regarded as a righteous and capable individual in his field of work. He was never assigned to Mechiv City but with news that's been going on, he volunteered himself so he could reduce the crime rate since he knew that it's impossible to completely eradicate the criminals in the world, especially at Crime City.
Officer Zed is currently investigating a case where a student is buried alive in an abandoned factory. After finding out that he's already dead, they're looking for the evidences for murder since the student's body was full of bruises. The autopsy showed that the student's cause of death is suffocating but the body indicated that someone may have forcefully insert the student in the coffin seeing his legs and arms are tied.
"Why do we exist?" Officer Zed asked with a cold tone.
"To protect citizens" An officer responded.
"That's right, but how come we still don't have a single lead to this case? We're literally working on it for 1 week now. I'm embarrassed to say that I'm the leader of this investigation seeing how incompetent you guys are." Officer Zed said with a firm and chilling tone.
"I met the kid's family myself, they're too devasted but here we are, not doing your best to enforce law? I can now see why this city is like this. Forget it, I will not rely on you trashes anymore, I will do it myself since you guys don't even live up to your duty."

Bang!
A loud sound echoed throughout the meeting room after Officer Zed swung the door as he walked out. The police officers couldn't say anything since they know that it won't do them any good to question the leader of the investigation.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Officer Zed shouted while sitting on his office.
"I've been here for the past two months but I still haven't able to solve a single case? Did I got too cocky or something? I thought it would be easy to catch criminals here since this is their base, but it seems like I underestimated them."
Officer Zed's mood is too gloomy because the events he's facing right now.
"Let me think for a day then I will go to that student's school to ask questions." Officer Zed said to himself.
"Hmmmmm, so this is a university huh? I could've gotten into one if I was just a normal kid. But it doesn't matter, I have my own objectives now." Jade innerly said.
Jade wandered the university in front of him for a moment since it's his first time seeing it personally because he was isolated on the society. He didn't have time to pay attention to anything because he endured hellish training from Ray that caused unimaginable pain to him.
Jade suddenly spotted a two figure as he wanders on the university's garden, upon closing the distance, he could hear what they're talking about. Jade hid his presence because he doesn't want to attract any unnecessary troubles while mindlessly wandering at the university. With the help of his uncle's assistance, he was actually trained to hide his presence so if he were to assassinate someone, it could become helpful.
"Just lay low for a while." The old woman said.
"It's alright grandma, that bastard deserved to die." The student spoke with a cold tone.
"I know, it's just that we should be careful. A bunch of officers questioned our school about the incident."
"But it got taken care of right? You're the dean after all. All those teachers couldn't defy you and say to police that bastard faced bullying here. As long as we have money, cops will not get us.
After their conversation, the student and the dean separated but there's one thing they didn't know, a monster is about to devour them.
"It seems like that student and the dean of this university is a family and they're also related into a crime, I guess?" Jade innerly analyzed what he heard.
"I think this was the incident I saw from news, a case where a boy college student was found dead in a coffin inside an abandoned factory. No wonder police couldn't solve it, trashes are covering up for each other." Jade innerly said.
Jade's heart is pumping quickly, due to this incident, he couldn't help but be excited to extract cruelty against the cruel people for the first time.
After one day...
Officer Zed is now in the university where the victim studied. He asked the teachers, students, and the dean if they happen to know what happened to Mark, the victim. However, he also didn't get anything because of the dean's scheme. The information he obtained is identical to what the other police officers obtained.
"This is strange, is this school even related to that young man's death? All I know that he wasn't even bullied here, he's an academic achiever so the university is proud of him." Officer Zed innerly questioned the scenario. His parents said that there's not a single time where Mark showed wounds when he come backs home so he most likely didn't get bullied as per Officer Zed's evaluation.
"Why do I get the feeling that I'm missing something? Crap, I'm blanking out. Is this just a random murder because it's normal to perform such crime here?" Officer Zed innerly questioned himself because of the wall he's facing right now.
After he got out of the dean's room, he saw a tall student with a muscular build. That student's figure was mesmerizing because of how bright his skin is. His brown eyes also stood up that matched his blonde hair. Just as Officer Zed was about to go down the stairs, he smelled a cigarette on the men's rest room so he went there first.
"Look at these students, smoking inside their school? What kind of parents do they have?" Officer Zed said.
!!!
"What is that?"
Officer Zed suddenly saw a foot of someone in the bathroom. It was lying there so Officer Zed had a strange feeling. He slowly opened the door while reaching out for the knife on his pocket to prepare for a fight.
"This is preposterous!" Officer Zed exclaimed as he saw an unconscious student with broken legs.
