Monika doesn't really need to pack anything; she stores most of her things with her ability. At this moment her control of ability is unquestionably proficient. Due to the nature of this journey, only a few people know about it. Before the sun comes out, Monika, Nova, Kira, Noel, and Maverick meet up outside of the HQ.

One of the reasons why Monika is getting along with Nova is that she wants to make sure Nova won't do something to intentionally screw up her operation, she learned it when she was in Mirrodin. The Terra sisters hug each other while Noel has tears dropping from her eyes. She always wanted this moment to come, now her wish is fulfilled. Maverick doesn't really care about this kind of thing; he was never really connected with Monika. But Kira didn't really say anything during the whole action. Until Monika is about to go.

"Wait!" Kira said it loudly, it grabbed everyone's attention." I want to go with you!" Kira's expression looked serious. She's always seen Monika as an idol, she wants to pursue her and help her throughout her journey.

Monika smiles, she's glad that this girl from the cave finally starts to take initiative in things. Monika herself wouldn't really mind; a companion is a companion:" If you come with me then you better be prepared for death." Monika isn't joking about the last part.

Kira did not flinch, in a world like this, she would more likely be drafted into the imperial guard and die on the frontline within 30 seconds." I don't care, I know I am not strong on any of your levels but please give me this opportunity." She's begging Monika.

Monika looks at Nova, then Nova responds with a shrug. Seeing this, Noel wants to come as well, she can't let Kira go somewhere dangerous without protection. Monika is certainly a skilled fighter but when they are outnumbered someone has to be there. Nova shrugs again:" Anyone else wants to join?" To be honest, she's glad that more people are joining Monika, she doesn't really trust Monika's judgment when it comes to emotion-related matters.

"Then it's settled." Monika looks at Kira and Noel. She's glad that people joined her so it will make the journey more fun. They bid farewell with Nova and Maverick and disappeared into the forest. But not far away behind them, the tree leaves fall from the tree and its approaching Monika's location.

"What are we exactly doing?" Noel asks Monika. She has been away for a while due to her mission now she has something like a paid vacation, she decides to spend it on helping Monika and taking care of Kira.

"We are doing an assassination operation." Monika hides the fact that it is supposed to be for Trazyn, it's still too early to let Noel know about all of this. "There are some unworldly beings on this planet, and we need to exterminate them."

"Unworldly?" Kira blinks, she never really encountered anything like that.

"They are chaos spawns, creatures of immaterial," Noel replies, she loves to flex on her knowledge about things.

Monika didn't really correct her, if what Lucifer said is accurate then Noel shouldn't be able to identify whether they are from another dimension or another planet. Monika speeds up her steps, apparently, they have to reach the vehicle station by afternoon otherwise they have to sleep in the car tonight.

After a few hours of walking, they finally reached the vehicle station. All of them grabbed some hamburgers that's made by the local boar meat. The meat itself wasn't that amusing but the special sauce they are using, unforgettable. While they are waiting for the key in the car rental service, Kira asks if Monika likes someone. This question also immediately hooked Noel as well.

"Huh?" Monika got hit by the question out of nowhere. "Well…. Actually, I am already seeing someone..." She lowers her head, her face is turning a bit red, this is the first time she talks about her relationships with her friends.

"Who?!" Kira and Noel ask at the same time. Seeing this, Monika finally decides to tell them about Trazyn:" Well... before I say anything you guys need to promise me that you are not going to tell anyone!" Monika is a bit serious about this kind of thing.

Noel and Kira nod.

"It was almost two years ago, we met each other at a bar... I was dumb so I got myself into trouble, Trazyn showed up and saved me." Monika is still embarrassed by how stupid she used to be.

"Did you fall in love with him first?" Kira asks, she always loved a good romantic story.

"No ! I mean... We lived together for a bit; it was fun. I learned a lot from him." Monika doesn't want to admit that it was her who fell in love with Trazyn."Then we got separated for a while..."

"What happened?"

"It was really my fault... I didn't want to be so clingy, so I told him that I wanted to live for myself sometimes. Then…" Suddenly Monika sobs.

Seeing this Noel and Kira sit beside Monika and start comforting her. From how Monika is reacting they can already tell something bad happened between them.

"Then he died because he deserved it." Suddenly Ria appears in front of them, she has her rifle on the back and looks at Monika with a taunting look:'' Can't believe you and him can be in anything in the first place."

Noel pulls out her revolver. She will not see her friend being bullied like that:" Your apologies to Monika, now!" Noel recognizes Ria, she was at the ceremony that day as well.

"Or what lieutenant?" Ria clearly outranks her, but Noel did not back down.

"You insulted your superior officer. I have the right to put you down." Noel's combat skill is no joke, she could've advanced in ranks, but she prepared to stay with her friends in the army.

"Let's go." Monika doesn't want to fight the people like Ria.

"Looking for this?" Ria holds the key with her fingers.

"Give it and leave." Monika's tone is stone cold.

"How about a bargain?" Ria smiles.

Monika suddenly appears in front of Ria and swings her fist towards Ria's face. But Ria dodges her attack and pulls Monika by the arm then catapults her further from her. Monika landed with her feet, but she's still surprised by Ria's speed and skills.

Ria swings her bang on her face:" Shall we continue the business?" As she tries to pull out the key, she realizes it's already gone. Apparently, Kira stole it while they are fighting: "Brat!" she yells.

But Noel stands in front of Kira, covering her front:" Just as Monika said, Leave!"

Currently, odds don't favor Ria, two of them are extremely prominent fighters. Ria doesn't really want to take the chance. She drops a smoke bomb and dashes away from the scene. Then Monika finds the car and starts to drive towards their destination: Lokar, the city of the process. If you consider Cadiarc as the heart of the planet Terren, then Lokar is like the human spine. It is a highway of all the newest technology and important information that connects the cities together. It is also where the Ghost training program was originally established.

After a few hours of driving, they stopped at a recharge station, Noel proposed that she should drive instead, so Monika can rest a bit. However, instead, she let Kira drive for the remaining distance.

In the recharge station, Monika sneaked a bottle of booze on the car, she might need it at some point. In the car, Noel puts her head on Monika's shoulder while sleeping. Monika however is looking outside; the city of Lokar is established on the great plain. In other words, there's only grass. Kira looks at Monika from the front mirror. She feels like she needs to talk more with Monika.

"How are you feeling?" Kira asks.

"Bored but it's better when having you guys around." Monika is still looking out at the window.

"I don't know whether I should say this, but I've heard from you once while you are sleeping."

"Shoot. I wanna hear what I said as well while I was daydreaming." Monika smiles.

"You said: Don't leave me, please. We still have time!" Kira fixes her eyes on the road, even though it's a straight line ahead but she still doesn't want to take chances.

Monika breathed deeply:" Trazyn is gone… I was there to witness everything..."

"I am sorry... So, what are we doing here exactly?" Kira asks

"If I tell you the truth, will you still be here for me?" Monika looks Kira in her eyes from the front mirror.

"Absolutely, you saved me, remember?" Kira smiles

Monika tells Kira about the meeting with Lucifer and what they are going to do. Kira didn't really judge Monika's decision. But since they are already at this point there's really no place to return to.

"It feels good to have someone you can trust," Monika said

"What about Noel? Isn't she your childhood friend?" Kira asks

Monika cuddles Noel, but Noel is still sleeping and seemingly enjoying what's happening in her dream: "Of Course I do, but sometimes you wouldn't want your friend to suffer for what happened to you." Monika learned it the hard way.

"What's… happening?" Noel opens her eyes and sees Monika cuddling her. She immediately closes her eyes and puts her head on Monika's lap. She used to do that when they were in school together. Noel always wants to relive that moment.

Monika is glad that she still has friends for her when at her lowest. But she also kind of regretted that she did not spend enough time to maintain her friendships with others while she was having fun with Trazyn. Monika gently puts her hand on Noel's head and plays with her hair. She almost forgot how much fun she used to have when she was young.

When the sun started getting low, three of them arrived at Lokar. The city seemed a bit too quiet for a major city on this planet, The city did not get damaged by either natural disaster or war, but it still looks odd. Monika shows her identification card to the guarding officer then they let them in.

Inside the city, there's barely anyone walking outside. Everyone who's walking seemed to be depressed or lacking energy. After a few more minutes they arrived at the hotel they reserved. In the hotel, there's not a lot of people. The receptionist seemed normal as well. While Monika is taking their keycard she asks:" What happened to this place? It's too quiet for a major city."

"It's always been like this. Don't worry about it, please enjoy your stay!" The receptionist is giving out a smile. Monika recognizes it, it's the smile that only moves the mouth but looking at them in their eyes the expression just seems creepy instead.

"We are at 406…" Noel is trying to find the room. After bumping into multiple corners, they finally found their room at the end of the hallway. Kira is carrying hers and Noel's luggage. She looks like the errand girl in the hotel.

After twenty minutes of rest and preparation, they decide to go grab some dinner before sleep. Unlike the time they arrived at the hotel, the restaurant below it is full of people. Some of them are dating but most of them are here to celebrate after work. Three of them found an empty table and ordered some light tasted food.

They are not here to eat but to gather information about the black praetor's operation. Lucifer specifically mentioned that they need to be careful about the people who have a 'demon' name. "What can I get your ladies?" A girl around the same age as Kira is talking out a notepad. From the look of the girl, it reminds Monika of Lucifer. Sharply dressed clothes, white hair plus red eyes. But she looks like she's wearing a dog ear decoration.

"We are just going for the basic menu," Monika said before Noel could. Because Noel is always talking way too long to choose for her food.

"Right away, crimson reaper." She winks and walks to the kitchen.

Monika is suddenly alerted; she's not very well known by her nickname. But Noel just pats her down on the shoulder:" Don't worry, you are a famous person now."

"Famous what do you mean?" Monika is confused.

" You are the fastest-growing soldier in the ranks! Why wouldn't people know that?" Noel grabs the water bottle and fills up the cups.

Monika looks at Kira, she doesn't look surprised as well. Maybe it was just a bad hunch? She thought. But very quickly the food arrived. It looks extremely fancy and sophisticated. Monika looks at the waitress:" We just ordered the most basic food. You got the wrong order."

"No, we did not! It's for the Crimson Reaper after all!" She sounds excited like a fangirl.

"Stop repeating that name." Monika is unhappy about her nickname.

"What should I call you then? Monika?" The waitress suddenly flashed an evil smile.

"Alright, that's enough." Monika stands up with a sword in her hand. But Noel and Kira both seemingly fall asleep. Apparently, there's something wrong with the water.

Everyone in the room is looking at Monika. But suddenly they all recognized her as the Crimson Reaper. Soon Monika got surrounded by her fanboys and lost track of the waitress. She quickly grabs Noel and Kira then dash out. She checks out the condition of both of them, they are just seemingly sleeping without having any danger.

It's just been half of a day Monika already feels like they are not prepared for this operation, but since they are already here there's no turning back. Trazyn did not prepare for the Mirrodin but he still managed to do fine. Monika sees Trazyn as an idol to study from. There are probably also the elements of trying to surprise him when they are united.

Monika dropped them in the hotel and was about to walk outside, she wants to investigate things by herself. Just like Trazyn did. But the moment she steps outside she is immediately recognized by the citizens. She had to retreat back to her room.

"Damn it." She hits the wall; she intentionally hits it lighter because she doesn't want to break the wall. Monika suddenly something isn't right, if she remembers correctly, her nickname was the crimson hero. Since when did people start calling her the crimson reaper?

However, her noise did wake up Noel and Kira. "What happened?" Noel asks.

"You guys were drugged, apparently this city isn't clear as long as they recognize me." Monka sounds pissed off. Usually, people would get excited about being famous but not Monika, she never wants to be the center of attention.

"That wouldn't be a problem!" Noel is excited, while Kira is taking stuff out from her bags. Within minutes the bed is already full of gadgets and different clothes. "We will make you look unrecognizable!" Noel is definitely having fun while Kira is just following orders.

Monika sighs:" Alright…Do whatever you want..." Monika sounds like giving up in her life.

Despite the upbeat attitude of Noel, she's not really talking nonsense. Even at this point, Monika is trying to remember what Noel is saying. After a few minutes of discussion and laughs, they finally finished with Monika's new look.

"How do I look?" Monika asks while having a timid face.

"Like a university student." Noel and Kira answer it simultaneously.

"Or more like a university student who just finished her part-time job and is going to a club at night. Where she is getting her sensual encounter." Noel continues her background story.

"Alright stop it…" Deep inside she's happy that she has friends like this to help her when she most needs it.

"Let's hang out!" Noel is still full of energy, but Monika and Kira look at each other, they're both tired of what happened today and rather to have some sleep than hang out. Noel looks disappointed but she understands their choices.

In the morning, they are in the same restaurant for breakfast, surprisingly the others think they are just a group of students who are traveling in the city. Monika couldn't find the white-haired waitress from yesterday. The people who work here say that the girl might be on the night shift.

These are actually the few occasions where Monika can finally let her hair down, both literally and figuratively. For Monika letting her hair down means more of a different mental condition. She was devastated by the loss of Trazyn, she was a mess. Maybe this can be a new opportunity for her to say goodbye to her old self. But this old self is still one of the most powerful individuals in the army. Maybe Monika doesn't want to switch to her bad side but it's surely successful in an imperial perspective also in terms of their family honor.

Before Monika sets a course to the outer Lokar, she needs to do some recon about the city. She never really came here despite being one of the high-ranking officers. Nova knows about the city quite well, but Monika does not want to bother Nova about a simple recon mission. She needs to do it herself.

Just as she's still thinking about the plan, a girl that looks exactly like the waitress sits next to Monika on the bench while Noel and Kira leave to buy some sweets. She dresses like a student and carries a blue laptop. Monika glanced at her a few times. She's sure that she's the same person who drugged Noel and Kira. Before Monika could speak, the girl spoke first, she's focusing on her laptop but talking to Monika:" I am sorry for what happened to you and your friends yesterday."

Monika doesn't want to make a scene as well; she's speaking to her quietly:" So you admit that you drugged my friends yesterday?"

"I physically did not but I am sorry about what happened."

"Physically?"

"I don't know if this is a good time to explain it to you." The girl said it calmly.

"Talk or you will regret it." Monika tolerates no person who tries to harm her or her friends.

The girl is wearing a hat, but she slightly tips it sideway, showing her white canine ears that emerge from under her hair on the top of her head. the ones similar to the waitress from yesterday. She then wears the hat properly and continues writing on her laptop. But Monika can already guess what's happening at this moment.

"You are a demon? Do you work under the black praetor?" Monika is a bit nervous; she did not expect that the demons she's seeking are right in front of her.

"I supposed Lucie told you about the generals who rebelled against her." The girl turns herself to Monika and reaches out her right hand:" My name is Cerberus, The triple hound."

"Triple? What does that mean?"

"We are three but sharing a single soul. We were the guardians of the hell's gate but recently we left." Cerberus explains.

"So… does it mean I have to fight three of you?" Monika is focused on the mission, she's not here to make some demon friends.

"You don't have to; you can just leave, and no one gets hurt." Suddenly two other girls who look exactly like Cerberus appear behind the Cerberus Monika is talking to.

Monika can feel the tension in their words, normally she would not ask the reason before operating a mission, but that's at the time when she's depressed and heartless. Monika at the current state decides to harm as few people as possible. "What did you do to make Lucifer want me to hunt you down?" She asks.

"I guess because she's bored and wants us to play with her." They all replied simultaneously.

Monika is thinking about what kind of mission is she doing at this point? Sending people back for fun? She starts to think about the integrity of Lucifer's promise.

"Oh. I think Lucie has promised you something." One of them put her face close to Monika and stared into her eyes.

"Damn, such a poor creature, maybe we should help her?" The one that dresses like the waitress talks.

"I am bored about this life anyways, maybe Lucie got us some new playthings." The one dressed in student clothes speaks.

"Wait, does this mean you guys are going back to hell?" Monika blinks rapidly.

'Yes, but you have to let us play with you first." The one in the waitress's clothes wraps her arm around Monika's shoulder and starts to smell her scent. The other one dressed in a suit gets closer and sticks her face on Monika's cheek. The student-dressed one seemingly isn't interested in this kind of thing. However, Monika noticed the sharpened fang in their mouth, as if at any moment they can tear Monka into pieces.

"You smell good, what's your secret?" The suit-wearing one licks Monika's cheek, and Monika suddenly moves away from her head, but it is stopped by the one behind her. Monika isn't enjoying this, but she can't move. Because what's on the line is Trazyn, she needs to get him back to her. This little suffering means nothing. That's what she kept telling herself while allowing the other two demons to do whatever they want.

Just about them doing something more intimate, Noel taps one of Cerberus's shoulders and pushes her away:" Stay away from her!" Noel put both of her hands on her hips and power posing.

"Who is she? She looks tastier than the reaper." The one who was licking Monika's face stands up and walks next to Noel. But Noel fears not about the kind like Cerberus. Noel is establishing an alpha against Cerberus. But it's useless, she starts to tickle Noel and drops her on the ground while hearing constant laughter from both Noel and Cerberus. For some reason, Noel cannot stop laughing, she's almost out of her breath after a short while. Monika is still pinned on the chair; she can't move due to some strange spell.

"All of you stop!" Kira yells, but this time Cerberus stopped and stood in a line. Even the one who's dressed like a student. Seeing this Kira break into a smile and throws three candies into their mouths. And starts to pat their heads:" Good doggy… Who's the good girl..."

Surprisingly it is very effective towards them. They surround Kira but more submit. Then Monika and Noel broke their spell, and they are back to normal. But they are also extremely confused about what happened.

"They are not human... They are the three-headed hellhound. Cerberus is their name; I've read about the stories of ancient human history when I was young." Kira explains.

"But my idea should've worked as well, I was establishing an alpha…" Noel sounded a bit sad.

One of the Cerberus plays with Noel's hair:" You are establishing, but you are just too cute to be intimidating us!"

"Hmmmmm!" Noel mourns out the noise of frustration, while Monika is just standing there impressed by Kira's knowledge of such niche stories. If it was just her, she would've been violated by Cerberus.

"How many other demons like you who're working under the black praetor?" Monika asks.

"There's three more, the first one is called: Justice. The second one is called: Baal. The last one is Beelzebub, The Queen Crimson.

"What is the Justice?" Monika asks

"You'll see, he's chill, I don't think he's gonna fight you at all. You might fall in love with him at some point." One of the Cerberus does a heart shape with her hands.

Monika isn't really interested in finding a new relationship, and she's not going to as well:" Are the rest dangerous?"

"Aww... what's the fun if we spoiled it for you?" All three of them smiled in an uncomfortable way. "Anyways we are going back to hell and good luck on your journey!" They snuggled one more time with Kira and left with a portal. Surprisingly after all that happened, no one else in the crowd noticed anything. Maybe it's just the demons that are playing with them.

"Three more to go huh?" Kira picks up the dropped bag from Noel, It's the dessert she bought while Monika was talking to Cerberus.

Monika picks up the little candies in the bag and puts them in her mouth. It's amazing: "Yea, they didn't tell us a lot of important info but now at least we got some names." Monika said it while enjoying the amazing candies Noel picked.

They find a cafe with not a lot of people and sit at a round table. Monika looks at the names they wrote down, it doesn't give any information either:" Justice… Baal. Are those even names?" Monika flips away from the paper, but she's glad that there's a specific name that they can look for.

Kira doesn't know any of the other names, because they can be anything and from her knowledge, there really is no connection made. As for Noel, she's not really helpful in this kind of thing. However, she just noted that her parents are in the city thus she wants to visit them. But she has no idea how to bring it up during their investigation.

Monika covers her face with her hands. She's exhausted, they need to find some new information and right now they are not getting any. She notices something is bothering Noel, she can tell it from the expression that's similar to holding their bladder on a cold day. Monika drinks the coffee on the table and asks:" What's bothering you?"

Noel is startled. She's trying to make up some reasons:" Nothing… really nothing. I am not really bothered by anything." This is so obvious that even Kira can tell she's hiding something.

"Lieutenant Vermillion, maybe we can talk it out. We are all friends here, no?" Kira is intentionally calling her rank name just to give the illusion that Noel is straying Kira away by hiding secrets.

"Not you as well…." Noel can't hold it anymore; she decides to tell the truth:" I just got a call from my parents... Apparently, they are in town..." Noel looks at Monika's eye but she's just focusing on her coffee: "I want to visit them, but I have no idea how to bring it out because it would stall your mission and make you unhappy."

Monika chuckles:" What do you think I am? I don't really mind you seeing your parents. In fact, maybe we should come along. So, we might find something useful on the way." She looks at Noel teasingly.

"Yea, I am also interested in meeting with your parents," Kira says.

Noel didn't really expect such an answer:" You guys are the best!" She beams with energy; it's coming back on her now.

"When are we going to meet them?" Monika asks

"Probably tomorrow, the earlier we meet them the faster we can get on to the business." Noel is taking this operation seriously.

"Sooo… what do we do until then?" Monika knows what Noel is going to respond to.

"Shopping!"

There it is. But It probably isn't a bad idea as well, Monika learned a lot about gifts with Trazyn maybe today that knowledge can come in handy.

"I don't really have a lot of savings for an expensive gift…" Kira looks down. She's just a trooper so it's normal that she doesn't have a lot of money.

This however made Noel feel really bad, she immediately hugs Kira from her back and starts weeping, she's really emotional, too emotional even for Monika's standard but this is what she loves about her. "Sorry that I made you feel bad…" She gulps and holds Kira's hand:" I will pay whatever you want to give to my parents."

Monika just sitting there sipping on her coffee. She loves seeing things like this. No politics and drama, only the spark of love and friendships. She almost forgot about when the last time was, she got something so simple and pure. She's thinking about the times she spent with Trazyn, it was really nice and simple. She could feel love but she's also having some doubts. Imotekh once said that Trazyn sees Monika as his pet. Maybe Trazyn sees Monika more like a cute puppy instead of a lover. But thinking about this, Monika shakes her head to get rid of the bad thoughts. She would rather ask Trazyn herself instead of trying to figure out an answer that would only torture her.

Monika leaves out a long relief sigh, apparently coffee does the tricks for her already exhausted mind. Maybe the best thing for her to do at this moment is to forget everything and enjoy the moment.

For Trazyn, there was no pain or any emotion when damnation fell upon him. For Necrons, they already outlived death, but they never know what's the afterlife is. That's the same for Trazyn. Just as Lucifer said, he's banished into another dimension. Normally he can just come back due to the inter-dimensional traveling device that's owned by every Necron lord. But Trazyn's device is broken during his adventure,

He found himself in his mechanical form but apparently, he's floating in an endless void. He tries to transform himself into his human form but the suffocation of the void forces him to return to his original form. This is not the first time Trazyn found himself in a completely screwed-up situation. It happened to him before but since he always has the ability to transfer his consciousness to another body, he never really paid for his punishment. But this time, he's unable to go anywhere because he has no idea where he is.

He activates his artificial gravity drive which allows him to walk on literally nothing. Maybe he's not walking at all. He's just mimicking the movement to find purpose. Suddenly he sees a shining star dropping from the eternal darkness. He activates his build in drives and pulls the shining object towards Trazyn.

Before it impacted. Trazyn used time prison to stop the space-time near the object and get a close inspection. It is a hot meteor. Trazyn analyzes its content, it's really nothing special. Just about him to let it go, suddenly a portal opens near Trazyn, and walks into another Necron. A Necron that Trazyn knows and pissed off before,

"Orikan the diviner?" Trazyn immediately recognizes him, he's the seer of the necrontyr, also an astronomer, a person who can read future events from the stars.

"Trazyn, the infinite? What in the silent king's name are you doing here?" Orikan had a few encounters with Trazyn, most of them ended up being cheated by Trazyn, so naturally, he's not really into seeing him.

"My old friend, I was traveling in another world then I was banished into this endless void." Trazyn finds his lifeboat.

"Void? This is no void; this is the future you are standing in. Well, not exactly your future but one of the possible futures that allow me to retrieve items without damaging time correlation." Orikan explains:" Anyways, did you see the person who's able to catch the star itself? I have some use for him."

"You mean me? I just time prisoned it," Trazyn replies.

"YOU DID WHAT?" Orikan sounds mad.

"What's wrong?"

"I am finding a person who's able to catch the star so it can help me to resolve a problem that I caused." Orikan sounds really annoyed

"Can't you do it as well?" Trazyn refers to the time prison ability that every necron lord has.

"You see, i need to find a person who's not significant enough to finish the task so I can get rid of him without causing too many problems in the galaxy." Orikan refers to the butterfly effect that might cause if he changes the event too much.

"I can do it for you in exchange for returning me back to my world," Trazyn said.

"I don't trust you, I might as well spend a few more decades to find another person instead of trusting you." Orikan is about to leave.

"Wait!" Trazyn cannot let this opportunity slip out of his grasp:" What should I do to regain your trust?"

Orikan is surprised by this response, normally Trazyn's pride would not allow him to even consider bowing himself down in front of someone: "Let me think about it." However, Orikan is not really thinking, he's looking at the past event that happened to Trazyn, finally, he found the part where Trazyn said to Monika: You are the only one that makes me feel special about myself.

"Ah, Love." Orikan is seemingly entertained by Trazyn's life with Monika. This also means that Trazyn is actually serious about helping him instead of trying to gain benefits.

"Does it mean you are satisfied?" Trazyn does not like his secret being exposed by another person, especially a person who's able to see through the future and has lived for millions of years.

"I am indeed, alright why don't we sit and talk for a bit." Orikan snaps his mechanical finger and suddenly Trazyn is sitting on a chair while Orikan is sitting across the table. "Why don't we talk about this little pet project of yours?" He's interested because the more he knows about Trazyn the easier he can control him.

"I dislike where this is going." This is indeed a private matter for Trazyn.

"Well, the more you talk right now, the earlier I shall send you back to your world." Orikan chuckles with an evil tone.

Trazyn holds grudges but now he can do nothing about Orikan:" Fine...I met her about two years ago and it was… not going well. But then we suddenly got better due to various reasons."

"And how did those chain of events happen?" Orikan asks.

"It's none of your business." Trazyn sounds a bit mad.

"That sounds very important to me."Orikan is persistent.

"None. Of. You. Business." Trazyn pauses between each word.

"You also want me to bring you back to your world."

"If this conversation continues then I would rather let you send me back to the place where you found me. I will not break the promise." Trazyn sounds very serious.

"Look at you…" Orikan stands up and walks in front of Trazy:" Finding a relationship with a human. And it turned you into someone this easy to be used and manipulate. I am, to be honest, a bit disappointed in you. Anyways if I want to know the answer I can see it anytime I want."

"Then why did you ask me?"

"I want to see your reaction, apparently you changed a lot since the last time we met. Someone that actually has honor."

"Can we get on then? There's something I want to prevent."

"You will not, and you cannot." Orikan is serious:" Because if you do, your relationship with that human girl will change and the butterfly effect of that is fatal."

"So, when do you think I can get back to her in her time?"

"I'd say after that event no matter what because what you are going to do with me is quite big and I will not let you leave until then."

"Will our relationships be affected by this?"

"Maybe. Depending on your approach, I can see multiple endings already and if I tell you the answer right now, it will lead to a doomed ending."

Trazyn doesn't want to trust Orikan but he has to. Despite being a manipulative spider-like person, Orikan indeed knows about the future and his accuracy of prediction is very high. So, at this point, Trazyn can only take his words as it is. He would not think about the things that would only bother him if it doesn't bring any results.

"So, what job do you have for me?" Trazyn asks Orikan

"It's a rather simple one. Which your expertise can be used in this case."

"Which kind of...expertise are you looking for?"

"Being able to blend in with humans."

"Do you want me to retrieve an item? If it's that easy then why wouldn't you do it yourself?"

"Because it's related to you. You see, I always want to gain the ability to make things that I want anytime…. Do you know who has it?" Orikan sounds menacing:" Of course the process won't kill her but surely will be extremely painful.

"You want me to take away Monika's ability? Why do you think that would work?" Trazyn doesn't want to do it.

"Because I dragged you out from that pit, besides… you are out of choice unless you agree to do the quest for me." Orikan's green eye brightens: " Her ability isn't natural; it is fused by a rare creature called: Crimson daemon. A space creature that will enter one's mind when it's the weakest and co-exist with the host."

"And why is that a bad thing?" Trazyn asks.

"It will eventually change the host's mind bit by bit making it feast on bloodlust and conflict. Then when the time is right it will kill the host and use it as a breeding station." Orikan scoffs: " So basically I am doing you a favor."

"You still didn't explain how this relates to her power."

"The creature can open an interdimensional portal, so in order to fulfill the host's request, it will replicate and teleport the requested items for the host to fulfill the daemon's request," Orikan explains patiently.

"So… you are saying eventually it will kill her and the more control she loses the less time she has?" Trazyn asks.

"In an extremely simple way… yes. So, you see? This is me helping you to save your companion."

"Damn you... " This is almost the first time that Trazyn is being outplayed and forced to do something. "Are you going to bring me back or not?"

"As I said, not yet. Besides, the portal can only open once per week so that's how long you are going to wait. " Orikan picks up the staff on the wall then proceeds to continue his research.
