First of the name, single born daughter of Roira von Lass and Hertel Von Tarren. As a child attacked by a rabid wolf. The damage to her throat rendered her mute. Undisputed Blade Master. Won seven hundred sixty-nine registered duels. Lost, none. Personal bodyguard of  great emperor Yattu. Fallen at the age of thirty-seven during the battle of the Tara bridge where she alone defended the bridge for more than nine hours against the invading haggu army. Her sacrifice allowed the imperial army to regroup their forces and stop the invasion. With the highest honors, laid to rest at the imperial tomb.

Aferrila von Melleroy

First of the name, first child of Ru von Melleroy and Bodegard von Hann. Turned Mermaid at the age of eleven. First concubine of the emperor Olgarf and later his second wife. Loved by all people due to her caring personality. She was the inspiration behind many reforms that improved the wellbeing of imperial citizens. Assassinated along her husband by one of the opposing noble families.  Laid to rest at the imperial tomb.

Salilea the ever young

Child of the street. At the age of five sold to a pleasure house where she lived and served for nearly twenty nine years. Bought by one of her patrons, she was kept in a golden cage and used in various experiments or simply for pleasure. The only known person to survive a death bite of the monstrous black viper. She is most known for being held for many years in a glass box filled with nine black vipers. She slept with them, she ate with them, she lived with them. The snakes often bit her or kept her constrained for many hours however none killed her. Considered a Saint by followers of Savale. At the age of one hundred fifty two she was acquired by emperor’s daughter Villene and freed of her confines. Given clothes for the first time in her life, she refused saying: “All my life I had worn naught but my collar and I’ll die wearing just that. My skin would not stand any of the silks you are offering.” She sacrificed her life in exchange for the life of the empress, her lover. Laid to rest at the imperial tomb.

Hero

Unnamed. Possibly a peasant boy from a village near the city of Fennira. Lineage unknown. Drafted into the army during the rise of the second daemon lord. Often found talking to himself, addressing a woman no one else saw. During the final battle of the falling castle Heberoth, he challenged and defeated the daemon lord in a duel that lasted whole three days. It remains to be explained how his body was even able to move after the amount of damage he sustained. Died with a smile on his lips after he returned to the castle, brandishing the severed head of the daemon lord. With the highest honors, laid to rest at the imperial tomb.

Sha von Tillen

Third of the name, firstborn daughter of Eleor von Tillen and Frissa. Born of a human father and a ferru mother in scandalous circumstances. Although scorn upon by almost all other noble families, Eleor did not banish her mother. He felt remorse for his sin. While drunk, he raped one of the maids. When he came to and realized what had occurred, he confronted both his wife and the girl he raped, confessing his sin. Feeling partly responsible for what her husband did since she denied him such pleasures for a long time, the lady took great care of the raped girl and later of the child born from her. Loved by all three parents, Sha grew into a splendid woman. Her analytical mind had no equal in those born before or after her. Instantly climbing up the ranks, at the age of twenty one she became the supreme commander of the imperial army. Under her command, the empire conquered numerous lands and tripled its size. By the age of twenty seven, she became the wife of Augustus von Bathory and the first non-human empress to ever rule the empire. Surrounded by family, she died of old age.  With the highest honors, laid to rest at the imperial tomb.

Northon von Melleroy

First of the name, second born. The only boy ever born in the Melleroy family. Possessor of untold, beauty. In his young days often mistaken for a girl, a fact he abused to conquer the hearts and bodies of countless maidens. He sired more than a thousand children. Human, ferru, haggu and even of elven blood. His permanent harem consisted of four dragons, an elven princess, an army of ferru female warriors, several succubae  and an immortal seer Talika of the daemon continent.  His nine years rule as the emperor is known as the golden period of peace and prosperity. His death remains a mystery as no body was found. His personal artefacts were laid to rest at the imperial tomb.

Rose of Everooth

Unnamed. Court witch, guardian of the imperial tomb and the peaceful sleep of thousands of men and women buried there. Last to be laid to rest at the imperial tomb.
