Darcia's pov
The next day came, and I felt a lot of energy flowing through me. My garage is pretty massive, so I split it and made a small gym for myself. I like to stay in shape and gain extra muscles, even though I don't need them. I'm strong without them already.
I took my clothes for a workout early in the morning. I cannot comprehend how humans can sleep so much. Sleep is a waste of time. Even my loud search for clothes didn't wake her up. She sleeps like a bear in the winter.
I moved to the garage, deciding what workout I was going to do. I chose boxing. Chanel all of my energy into the boxing bag. I closed my eyes, imagining my enemy standing in front of me. The first kick went into their stomach, then my hand landed on their face. I jumped back and forth, pumping more energy into my arms.
Both of my hands worked on their face until they were dripping blood out of their mouth. After two hours of constant boxing, I felt sweat on my forehead. That's how I knew I was done for today. I picked up a towel from the chair and buried my face in it. I walked upstairs to take a cold shower.
I entered inside, and Talia was still lying in bed, but awake. "What?" I asked because she was staring at me.
"Nothing..." she quickly answered and looked away. I chuckled and grabbed new clothes from the closet.
As I was leaving for the bathroom, Talia said, "Wait." I turned to her and nodded.
"Could I go to the kitchen? I'm thirsty," she asked.
"Sure," I answered, and headed to the bathroom. After what happened yesterday, she's avoiding eye contact. I think she realized what she had done. It's not easy to act brave all of a sudden, huh?
After I got out of the cold shower, which took longer than usual, and changed into my everyday clothes, I went downstairs to make her lunch. I'm getting tired of cooking every day. It would be a lot easier if she were a vampire or knew how to cook.
When I wandered to the kitchen, I smelled something weird in the air, my nose scrunched up. I noticed Talia sitting at the kitchen counter, swinging her feet, and smiling from ear to ear.
"What did you do?" I asked out loud. She noticed me and lifted her hand up, holding a glass bottle in it. I walked up to her and took it from her.
"Nooo, give it back," she weirdly said, trying to grab the bottle back. I looked at the bottle and realized she had drunk almost half of the bourbon. I put it back where the rest of the alcohol was and got back to her, holding her waist because she had lost her stability to sit straight.
"I — want more of it!" She loudly whined. I sighed and rolled my eyes. "No, you don't need more of it," I insisted. She suddenly grabbed my arms and pulled me closer. "I know you're drunk, but be careful what you're doing." I slowly said so she would understand. How could she mistake water for alcohol? I've been gone for just twenty minutes.
"What am I going to do with you, huh?" I laughed, looking into her hazel eyes. Talia giggled at me and laid herself on the whole counter. Her tank top moved upward, and I could see her whole stomach. "C'mon, you need to go back into your room." I grabbed her hand and pulled her back to me.
Her legs twisted around my waist; she looked into my eyes and surrounded me with her hands on my back. Her body pressed against mine, and I could feel her warmth. Her head leaned on my neck, and her hands were grabbing me even tighter.
Her warm skin...how much I crave for the warmthness.
I snapped out of my thoughts, I didn't know what to do other than to take her back upstairs and somehow get her off me and onto the bed. She was completely stoned and couldn't even look straight into my eyes.
"Let go of me, Talia," I urged when we were right next to the bed. She moved her head higher, toward my ear.

"No," she whispered. I sat down, so I could get her off of me easier. She finally moved her head completely up and touched my lips with her thumb. My thoughts were getting wild, and I couldn't push her away from me at that moment. I sighed and touched her collarbone with my fingers. I heard and felt how her heart skipped a beat.
She was glued to me, and I had no intention of pulling her away from me.
"Darcia," she whispered with her hands around my neck. Her look was serious, almost as if she wanted to tell me something with her eyes. Something she couldn't say out loud.
"Ugh, I feel sick." She covered her mouth with her palm. I immediately took her to the bathroom so she wouldn't throw up on me. A few minutes passed, and after she got everything out of her stomach, I gently placed her on a bed. I was ready to leave, but she grabbed my hand. "Don't go, please," she begged quietly.
"Can't live without me?" I removed my hand from hers and left. I'm not her babysitter or her mother, but I felt like one. I headed back to the kitchen and cleaned up the mess she had made. Alcohol spilled over the whole counter and floor. After that, I made her chicken soup. I pureed the soup into a big bowl and went upstairs with it.
Suddenly, I noticed dark clouds appear through the whole window, and a storm followed immediately. Of course, the lights went out, and I couldn't see shit. My vampire vision helped me get upstairs. I put the bowl of soup on the table. She was sitting on the bed with her arms crossed around her legs.
"Tell me, why do you always need to cause a problem?" I questioned with anger.
"I- don't know," she mumbled, putting her hands on her head in frustration.
"You are so fucking annoying for fuck sake," I mumbled. Everything about her annoys me. Her face, her talking back, and her plump lips that catch my eyes every time I'm near her.
"Then let me go," her voice broke as she started to sob. I wasn't able to see her face, but I knew she was looking at me. Her shaky voice made my hand fold into a fist.
"I'll keep your secret with me, and no one will know about you, I swear," Talia stated. The thought of her leaving this place made my jaw clench.
"Oh, really?" I sassed and shifted on the bed. She got startled with her eyes wide open. I pushed on her arm, so she would lie on her back. She didn't resist because she knew she had zero chance against me. I laid on top of her, looking at her pumping chest.
"I'm going to say this just once, okay?" I moved a few strands of her hair away from her face, with a few tears from her cheek.
"You - are - mine," I whispered into her right ear. Something possessed me, and my hand slipped under her top, touching her stomach. I wanted to hear her heart start pounding at my touch. Her fucking soft skin made me go insane. I suddenly wanted more of her. I couldn't stop looking at her cleavage, as she wasn't wearing a bra. My hand almost shifted higher.
"Darcia?" she mumbled with her angelic voice.
"Shhh." I put my finger on her lips to shut her up. She took a deep breath in, glanced at me, and then slightly turned her head to the side. Her breathing got faster with every second. I always make her nervous. All it takes is to look into her eyes, and her heartbeat immediately changes. My face leaned closer to her neck. I couldn't hold back anymore. The first time I saw her naked, it made me feel something I had never felt before. I craved her flawless body. Since the first day we met, I knew I made her feel some type of way. Her drunk side confirmed it entirely.
My lips finally touched her soft neck. Her body reacted immediately; she let out a soft gasp. I slowly moved on her collarbone and gently kissed it. Talia dug her fingers into my arm. She didn't try to push me away because she loved every second of what I was doing to her.
"Ahhh." Talia whimpered in pleasure as she crossed her legs around my waist. With my right hand, I pulled the strap of the tank top down so my lips had room to travel on her shoulder and then put my hand back under the tank top.
I paused for a moment before slowly running my tongue down her entire neck. Her back arched, and her heartbeat was incredibly fast. I was out of control, and even though I should have stopped, I didn't.
I unbuttoned the first three buttons on my blouse so I would feel more comfortable. The lights turned back on, I could see her red face, trying to escape away from my eyes. My next kiss went behind her ear. As I slowly shifted my head up, our eyes met, and I felt like she could see right through me. Even the tiniest vulnerable part inside of me. I sensed a sharp pain in my stomach. I don't want her to discover my vulnerable parts. No one can.
I pulled my hand out of her shirt and touched her cheek with my hand. "What I said earlier about you being annoying, I didn't mean it, sweetheart," I denied and then crawled out of bed. As I left the room, I glanced at her one last time. I couldn't stay with her any longer. If I stayed, I would rip her clothes off of her and do something so twisted. The thought of it was driving me fanatical, but I was not capable of it.
I just stood there in silence in front of the door. Like a coward, I wasn't able to stop myself from such a sin. Why am I longing for a human girl? What is wrong with me?
A loud noise that came from my room startled me. My nose picked up a familiar scent. A smell from another individual.
"It can't be..."
