Fellow Daoists…
Listen to my meditations and take heed of them. Indeed, take heed of my meditations once you have listened to them.
This ancestor writes to you in kowtowance, as he has been most insolent…
He has truly been unable to see Mt. Tai.
…
You see, I’m not so young as I used to be when I was a child.
In those days, we walked through the pavilions during the golden age of Dao.
The Jadeskin Renaissance, we called it. Indeed we did call it that, as jadeskin beauties were a spirit stone a dozen, and their temperaments were cold as ice. As cold as ice their temperaments truly were. Ah yes, what a bountiful time it was.
Yet, while the heavens and the earth stay the same, the times do not. Everything is not what it used to be...
As sure as the heavens and earth are without end, all other things fall apart.
…
You see, this ancestor once thought that the golden age of Dao had long passed him by.
This ancestor thought that the days of jadeskin beauties were no more…
But the Dao is bountiful, it is radiant. It does not change, nor does it end.
The Dao is as endless as the heavens and the earth…
There is no “Golden Age of Dao…”
Rather, the Dao itself is pure gold.
It is as Golden now as it was in eons passed, and as it shall be in eons to come.

To explain...
The Demonic Underworld Sect waged war with my Divine Heaven Sect, beginning with their formidable Young Master's assault.
He left a most grave one-star review on my scripture… Truly he was unable to see Mt. Tai.
Worried, this ancestor sent word far and wide across the Great Plain, seeking aid. The Esteemed Elder MintSpectre of the Heaven Shattering Azure Turtle Archipelago responded, and it seemed like we would be able to stand our ground against the throes of demonic technique cultivators.
But little did we know, that the Demonic Underworld Sect’s Sectmaster, in all of his unfathomable malice, would leave a most grave point-five star review on my scriptures…
…
Now, listen to my meditations and take heed of them. Indeed, take heed of my meditations once you have listened to them.
You see, this ancestor once thought himself to be the Dao’s most faithful advocate. He pondered and meditated for many thousands of seclusive years.
He even passed up a once in a trillion year ancient cultivator inheritance to ponder the Dao.
But, when the ages regressed, and war was waged on his sect, this ancestor began to give up hope…
He nearly gave up his hope in the Dao.
…
Hah…
This ancestor cannot use words to describe his foolishness.
He called the Dao bountiful, but knew not what bountifulness was within the Dao.
Truly this ancestor was not a crouching tiger nor a hidden dragon…
He was merely a frog in the well, knowing nothing of the great sky nor sea.
Just as this ancestor lost hope in the Dao…
The Dao bestowed upon his sect its bountifulness.
It sent formidable aid.
Esteemed Elder Vya and Elder Archenar came to the aid of this old fool’s sect, under its guidance.
They left astounding five-star reviews on this old fool’s scriptures.
…
Their cultivation techniques were nothing short of extraordinary.
You see, together they clashed Qi with the Demonic Underworld Sect’s Young Master, eviscerating his grave review from the realm.
It no longer exists. It is gone, reduced to atomic particles.
Truly, the Dao has been bountiful to this old fool’s Divine Heaven Sect.
When all hope was lost, it came to his aid...
Even after he nearly forsook it.
…
Now, only the Sectmaster of the Demonic Underworld Sect and his point-five star review remain.
Sure, many other descendants have left most perilous ratings upon my scriptures...
But this old fool has decided to place his trust in the Dao. He has decided to set Mt. Tai clearly within his sights.
Surely, it will not forsake him.
Perhaps it will even send more aid.
