"So, you've finally shown yourself, Milan." Trevor said, his voice cold and hard.
"Yes, I'm here to finish what I started. And I see you've been busy too. Killing your old friend Rowan. How does that make you feel, Trevor? Do you feel any remorse? Any guilt?" Milan smirked, his green eyes gleaming with malice.
Trevor clenched his teeth, feeling a surge of anger and pain.
"I did what I had to do, Milan. Unlike you, I don't blindly follow someone else's orders like a dog. I have my own principles, my own convictions. I fight for what I believe in." Trevor said knowing how the mage Tower was.
Milan laughed, a cruel and mocking sound. "Oh, please. Spare me your self-righteousness, Trevor. You're nothing but a traitor. You abandoned your position as the head of the mage Tower, the most prestigious and powerful institution in the world. And for what? To join a ragtag guild like Phoenix? To oppose the inevitable rise of the demon lord? You're a fool, Trevor. A pathetic fool."
"Did you forget your last defeat, Milan? Did you forget how I beat you? Well, I won't make that mistake again. This time, I will end you. Let's see who's the fool now, Milan. Let's see who's the pathetic one." He looked at Milan, his eyes burning with determination and resolve.
"This time results will be different." Milan said.
He made the first move, swinging his staff and sending a wave of thorns at Trevor. The thorns were sharp and fast, aiming for his vital spots.
"Well, let's see. Aisel, Mark don't interfere." Trevor said.
Trevor reacted quickly, moving his hand forward and reciting a prayer. A shield of light appeared in front of him, blocking the thorns. The shield was strong and bright, reflecting the sunlight.
Milan frowned, seeing his attack fail. He decided to try a different tactic, pointing his staff at the ground. A vine sprouted from the soil, growing rapidly and coiling around Trevor's legs. The vine was thick and strong, trying to immobilize him.

"You still haven't changed." Trevor said, smiling.
Trevor kicked the vine, breaking free from its grip. He raised his hand, summoning a burst of holy fire. The fire flew towards Milan, burning his dome of branches and leaves. The fire was hot and pure, scorching the plant.
Milan gasped, feeling the pain of his connection to the plant. He decided to switch to defense, raising his staff above his head. A flower bloomed from the staff, intercepting the fire. The flower was large and beautiful, absorbing the fire. The flower was also poisonous, releasing a cloud of spores.
Trevor gasped, feeling the effect of the spores. He decided to switch to defense, holding his hand to his chest. A halo of light formed around him, cleansing him from the poison.
The spores cleared, revealing the two mages facing each other. They both looked exhausted, but determined. They knew this was the final clash, the decisive moment.
They both gathered their remaining energy, preparing their ultimate spells.
Milan lowered his staff, touching the ground. A tremor shook the earth, as roots and vines emerged from the soil. They grew and twisted, forming a giant plant monster. The monster was fierce and savage, roaring at Trevor.
Trevor raised his hand, facing the sky. A thunderclap echoed in the air, as a bolt of lightning struck his hand. He channeled the lightning, forming a giant sword of light. The sword was majestic and holy, shining at Milan.
The monster charged at Trevor, swinging its massive claws. Trevor dodged the first swipe, but the second one caught him off guard. He felt a sharp pain in his side, as blood gushed from his wound.
He gritted his teeth, ignoring the pain. He swung his sword, slicing through the monster's arm. The monster howled, as green sap spilled from its stump.
Milan felt the pain of his creation, as he shared a bond with it. He clenched his staff, trying to maintain his control. He ordered the monster to attack again, hoping to finish Trevor off.
The monster obeyed, lunging at Trevor with its remaining arm. Trevor saw the attack coming, and braced himself. He raised his sword, blocking the monster's claw. The sword and the claw clashed, creating a loud noise.
The impact was devastating. The sword exploded into fragments of light, piercing the air with a deafening sound. The claw broke off with a loud snap, dropping to the ground like a dead weight. The monster shuddered and collapsed, its life force drained.
Milan plummeted to the ground, his strength gone. He looked up and saw Trevor looming over him. He felt a surge of fear and despair.
"It's over, Milan." Trevor said, his voice raspy and low.
He yanked him closer, and pressed his palm to his face. He whispered one final prayer, and unleashed a blast of holy light. The light burned Milan's flesh and soul, making him scream in agony.
The light engulfed Milan, burning his flesh and soul. Milan screamed, as he felt his life fading away. He tried to resist, but it was too late. He was doomed.
He looked at Trevor, and spat out his last words.
"You... you may have... killed me... but you... can't stop... the demon lord... he will... rise... and destroy... everything... you... love..."
His voice trailed off.
He closed his eyes, and drew his final breath.
"Everyone finish them." Trevor ignored his dying words and commanded his group.
They all charged at the remaining foes, slaughtering them with their spells. But they halted when they sensed a dark and sinister energy emanating from the Echelon base.
"Aisel! Mark!" Trevor cried out and dashed towards their camp, leaving the others to deal with the rest of the invaders.
