Jasper had to put an end to what Frank and Cindy were doing.
Since he was going to turn down the offer, he wanted to be firm about it.
After finishing his sentence, he hung up.
He then turned around to look at Willow. His voice was much gentler than before when he spoke. "Keep going."
Now that Willow looked at his dark eyes, she felt a chill down her spine.
Her entire body shivered in disappointment.
Jasper had just said that he did not like children. He thought they were annoying.

Willow calmed down all of a sudden. She barely knew anything about Jasper. She neither knew what he liked nor what his temperament was like.
Although he had once said he would look after her, he only meant her and not the children.
Since he did not like children, Willow was worried he might say something harsh to her children if she told him the truth. That would make her children terribly sad.
Willow paused for a moment. She felt a little panicked and quickly came up with an excuse. "I tried looking for you years ago, but I couldn't find you."
"Back then, I went to your house, but your family was holding a funeral. Samantha told me you were dead." Jasper came clean about his search for her years ago.
Now that the two had bared their hearts, Jasper knew exactly what had transpired.
Samantha and Edith had worked together to trick him!
That was unforgivable!
Jasper was determined to make them pay the price.
Willow was stunned. Her heart thumped. She could vaguely hear the sound echoing through her chest. "It was the sow that died. We held a funeral for it. I cannot believe Samantha told you I was dead! She's awful!"

heart attack. Come to the hospital. Quickly!" He immediately heard

After hanging up the phone, he gave Tyson an order. "Turn around after we arrive at Nason Village. Head to the hospital."
Nason Village was just up ahead. Tyson drove up to the village entrance.
Willow knew Jasper had urgent matters to deal with. "You can stop here. I'll just get out here."
Tyson stopped the car, and Willow got out.
Four children ran carelessly toward her from somewhere not far ahead. They looked like clumsy yet adorable penguins.
"Mommy!"
"Mommy!"
