This is perhaps not the best way to ask about this. However, I find myself in something of a quandary.

I'm not really enjoying writing about Victor. I am actually getting to the point I despise him. Yes, I'll admit he and I share a couple of traits but that makes it much worse, as I very much write at least main characters by trying to put myself into their mindset.

As the whole point of my writing was for me to enjoy the process, and explore a writing format, this is killing my motivation to write.

Some of it is the random factors actually forcing him into mindsets I'm not enjoying exploring. Some of it is that he is also too mistrustful of people and situations.

Now, I don't want to drop the story, because that is not fair to anyone who actually enjoys it.

So, I'm going to put this story as a lesser priority going forward bring it to maybe one chapter a week, once I run of of the current scheduled chapters. I will actively be trying to twist the story back into something I enjoy writing about.

We can revisit this story's future at the end of the first Arc, which isn't too far away.

That brings me to why I need/want your input.

I have two ideas for a new story. They are kind of the same, but my focus would be different with each one.

One is a Fanfiction. Victor himself has brought this idea to me. It would literally be something like a Warcraft Druid Isekaied into Cyberpunk 2077, maybe using some Waifu Catalog elements. IF I go this route I will probably take the time to to explore relationships and maybe the fun sex stuff. This would give me a lot of freedom to be silly and explore culture crash. I'd probably work some RTS elements into the story as it progressed. Ah, I should say, regardless of other factors no Furry/Beasty stuff, that just too far out there for me. If I do explore the sexual stuff the story would have to edited differently for RR and SH.

The Second would use the Metalpunk 2121, without the Xenos and Arbiter components. setting I have here and the Omniversal Meta Guide Framework. The Main Character would be a Druid as well, but from a Setup I created for a Rifts campaign a looong time ago. This would be less about ascension, and more about the character and their relationship with this new world. Perhaps the exploration of concepts like Balance vs Harmony. The character would be scripted out this time and while the randomness factors are part of the ruleset, I will set some things up myself, so doing I hope to mitigate some of the problems I've run into with Victor. I won't rule out sexual content, but much like with this story it is not yet a driving motivation.

Since I would be equally excited to write either idea I want your input. So A poll I guess. This poll will last One Week and be on both RR and SH. Also write in the comments your thoughts on this.

Sorry for the long windedness, but I know how annoying this kind of situation is, and I felt that you deserved an explanation, and an option.
