Yuuki dashed forward and as he swung, she blocked hastily with her shield. As his katana made a grinding sound, he pulled it back and stabbed towards her torso. Swiftly discarding her shield, Kiera equipped a pair of gauntlets and caught the katana between her hands.

From within her hands, something shone brightly.

Shiinng—!

"It's the same thing DokuNeko used—!"

Chains began materializing and started quickly wrapping around his weapon the same way as before and their ends lodged into the ground. He hopped away before he was caught in it and his katana dropped down with chains wrapping around its blade.

"You're out of weapon now!" Kiera lunged forward and began throwing wild hooks that Yuuki began parrying with annoyance.

"Think this will give you a chance to kill me alone?!"

"Well, it's still harder to beat you when you're using a weapon." She threw an uppercut which Yuuki was able to block with his forearms but he was knocked back.

Kiera then continued speaking. "After all, you're not as good as AbsoluteZero in hand-to-hand anyway."

"Hah! Fair enough…"

Yuuki began coating his hands with Aura and dashed forward. Although he was not as good as Yohan in unarmed combat, he still do know how to fight without a weapon. After all, every single player knows him as the one who only solely uses a weapon and doesn't engage much without it. But over the course of him playing these games, he of course tried alleviating these weaknesses of his. So despite not being a master when it comes to unarmed combat, he's still competent with it and leaned some from Yohan, who had some background in martial arts.

Kiera quickly swapped her gauntlets for a bow and began wildly firing arrow after arrow as Yuuki neared her.

He chopped towards her side but she swapped to a shield once again.

"Her damn equipment and rapid-swapping!"

Yuuki punched forward with his other hand, but Kiera simply moved the shield to the other side.

Kiera shoved forward, throwing Yuuki off-balance. She took this chance to quickly swap to a short sword and began swinging wildly.

"She's fresh, while I'm near death! Fuck this!"

Instead of going defensive, Yuuki instead clashed against her. "Fine, I'll entertain you."

"Heh!"

As Kiera stabbed forward, Yuuki parried it and slammed her down on the ground.

Thud—!

"Keuk—!" Kiera gritted her teeth and retrieved her shield as Yuuki stomped on her, driving her a few inches into the ground.

She swapped into her gauntlets once again and grabbed Yuuki by the leg.

Shiinng—!

"Again…?!" Chains materialized around Yuuki's leg, restraining his movement as Kiera hurriedly got up and threw a punch.

Yuuki tried blocking it with both hands but it still managed to strike his chest along with his hands.

"She has higher strength?!" He gritted his teeth.

Yuuki then grabbed her extended arm and struck her neck with his other hand so quickly she wasn't able to react.

Bam—!

Whilst Kiera was pushed back, Yuuki severed the chains with his Aura and quickly let out a line of thread towards her as he dashed forward.

"It's my turn now!"

"Tsk! You really…!"

Yuuki began letting out some quick strikes as the thread circles around them. After he managed to make her fully commit to the defense, she swapped to a shield.

Anticipating this, he quickly grabbed the end of the thread he released and ducked under her shield. As he rose up, he quickly reached for her arms but only managed to restrain one of them.

Kiera tried throwing a hook but Yuuki took out her helmet and slammed it onto her face.

As Kiera reeled back with her nose bleeding, Yuuki followed with a mana-reinforced punch to the same area after he discarded the helmet.

"This guy…!"

Yuuki didn't stop there, he grabbed her other arm and tied it together with the previously caught arm.

As he completely restrained her, he immediately swept her legs and slammed her down by lifting her through her abdomen as he have nothing to grapple due to her armor.

Thud—!

Kiera spat blood upon impact but Yuuki wouldn't let her have a breather. He quickly shot out a thread to retrieve his katana and as soon as it wrapped around the katana's handle. He made Aura run through the line, empowering his weapon and after it extinguished the magical chains around itself, he reeled the thread back to him.

"Shit!" Kiera cursed after seeing her opponent in possession of his win-condition.

She quickly swapped to her shield thinking Yuuki will stab her but unbeknownst to her, he took a second to wind up a downward strike.

Under her shield, Kiera was anticipating the stab, but she quickly panicked.

"I'm downed. If he's preparing an attack, then it's…!"

"[Eleventh Form: Heaven's Fall]…"

As Yuuki drove down his sword, nothing happened. The surrounding was peaceful and the air was as serene as if the attack seemingly failed.

"I'm dead…" Kiera smacked her lips under the shield.

After a moment, a massive gust of wind began descending directly from the sky. It quickly strengthen from simply blowing the grasses away from the area around Kiera to getting impossibly heavier as if more than a ton was pressing down on her despite all of it simply being concentrated airflow.

As she continued holding on, she was gradually getting crushed underneath her shield while Yuuki continued his stance, unmoving as the wind somehow never blew him away despite his clothing and hair fluttering along the winds.

Whooooosh—!

"Samurai!!!" Kiera's muffled shout rang out, but Yuuki never paid attention to her at all.

"It's my win." He amplified it further until the Moderator's protective measures finally kicked in, protecting Kiera then transporting her and her equipment out of the trial.

As the wind died down, Yuuki turned his gaze onto the remaining enemies, NPCs and players alike.

"I can finally end this…"
