The next morning after I gave grandfather the idea of holding a tournament he sent a message saying that it will be held in a month time. Since my first training plan was cut short I decided to leave a note for grandfather and took Luna back to Demon Forest for more training.

“Lucifer should we be doing this without telling him.” Luna asks as we approach the forest.

The young man looked to be saying something and soon one of the four approaches us.

“Young man our young master is wondering if you want to become his.” The man said but it feels like he not telling it all.

“Like a servant or something else.” I said as a gross feeling being to raise inside.

“Not a servant more like his…boyfriend.” Time just froze after he said that. Currently, I very conflicted between wanting to laugh or kill the guy but also confuse as for why choose me instead of Luna.

“No, he can’t have him he’s mine.” Luna shouts hugging me and killing intent directed at them.

“Lucifer let go and hunt some demon beast.” Luna said to me in a tone making me feel pity for her victims.

After few hours of traveling, we entered the forest again and Luna currently battling against a pack of Silver Wolves which all are low houtian realm but their leader mid houtian. Their numbers are around twenty of them making it possible to battle against late houtian realm cultivator.

“Luna be careful and don’t underestimate them even with their low cultivation.” I shout down from the tree I’m sitting on.

“I know you don’t have to tell me.” Luna arrogantly says as her confidence grows after ever battle she wins.

‘Sigh, I hope I can knock out that arrogant she from before it to late.’ I thought as I watched the weaker wolves surround Luna.

One of the weaker wolves managed to sneak around to Luna back ready to pounce anytime and Luna has yet to notice. The wolf waits for the time to strikes but Luna spun which allowed her to notice the wolf in time and slice down with her sword.

“Huh?!” Luna noticed that the wolf got close without her noticing it and could end badly.

“Lucifer why didn’t you warn me.” Luna shouts in an angry tone while she continues to trade blows with the wolves.

“What would be the point of training if I point out all the danger in group battles and what will happen if I’m not nearby and you have to fight against a group.” I said.

After a few more minute of watching Luna fight, I saw that she getting tired and decided it was time to rest for the night.

I hop down from my tree and pick up a rock and threw it at the leader causing his head to disappear.

“Luna we’re leaving.” I said as the wolves began to run into the forest as their leader was easily killed and felt fear.

“I can still go on.” Luna said and I can only shake my head as it wasn’t worth risking her life on such a small improvement.

“We are resting for the night and can continue tomorrow.” I said as I pick her up and headed back to a cave we found on the way here.

The cave is simple as it covers our basic needs since their water source nearby, protect us from the weather, and provide us a place to rest.

“Let lay down simple alarm array for now.” I said as I move my hand creating hundred of seals in seconds. This continued for few minute since I need a higher cultivation then I am able to place them down instantly.

“Lucifer what were you doing.” Luna asks since the first time she saw me placing an array since she didn’t see when I did it in my house.

“Placing down an alarm array so we don’t need to keep guard.” I said sitting opposite of her.

“Really but I was told that formation master were all old men.” Luna said.

“If you don’t believe me why don’t you test it.” I suggest and she simply shook her head no.

“I will pass and time to meditate so I can surpass you and you will have to follow what I say.” She said closing her eyes while I didn’t know what to think as that such a weird goal.
