THE RISE OF ELFEN QUEENDOM
The Clash of Titans

The Clash of Titans

Everything was ready. Orcs and dragons were poised to attack. My mind raced, trying to find a way out of this dire situation. The biggest threat was a level 50,000 dragon, and there was no escaping without a fight.

In the blink of an eye, the massive dragon landed, and a flash of light blinded us. When the light faded, the dragon had transformed into a handsome man with crimson hair. He was tall, muscular, and carried a sword at his side. He stepped forward.

"My name is Ryan Draca. May I ask who is in charge?"

Elfan stepped forward confidently. "You can call me Elfan Aceso. I am the one leading the army."

"A dark elf? Okay, sir, why have you invaded Orcathia? Last time I checked, there was no enmity between our nations," Ryan asked.

"No enmity? What do you mean? Wasn't it the orcs who invaded our country centuries ago, kidnapping and killing our people?" Elfan responded.

Someone shouted from the orcs, "It was not us but the previous king, and our king dealt with him."

"What? That has nothing to do with us! What happened to our women you kidnapped?" Elfan shouted, fuming with anger.

"So this is just revenge?" Ryan asked.

"We are just doing the same thing the orcs did to us centuries ago," said Elfan, glaring at Ryan.

"Okay, how about this: take your soldiers and go back to your country, and Drakoria will inform the Orcathian royal family to send emissaries to Elzaran," said Ryan confidently.

Phew, I managed to get out of this dangerous situation without fighting. I didn't think this big guy was pro-peace like me. I guess I am a genius after all.

"Okay, but we will expect you!" said Elfan confidently.

Elfan was about to shout retreat to his soldiers when a spear flew past his ear and stabbed one of his soldiers behind him. The atmosphere became tense; silence filled the area. You could hear a fly buzzing around, it was so quiet. Elfan and Ryan both froze in place, taken aback. A loud voice shouted from the Orcathian soldiers, "Attack!"

"How dare you trick me!" said Elfan, looking at Ryan.

"No, this is not what you think," said Ryan, trying to stop the Orcathian soldiers.

Ryan wanted to settle the matter peacefully, but the Orcathian soldiers wanted to avenge their people. They thought they would easily win this battle, but Ryan had started negotiating with the enemy. They decided to attack without him; the commander would take responsibility later.

Orcs and elves began fighting. The battle was fierce, and the elves had the upper hand with their long-range magic and bow units. While Ryan was still shocked, Elfan cast [Quick Step +Quick draw]. In the blink of an eye, four dragons fell to the ground without their heads.

"How dare you hurt my people!" said Ryan angrily.

He started shooting fireballs toward Elfan, but Elfan used [Quick Step+Quick draw] to dodge. Before Ryan could register the situation in his mind, another four dragons were crashing down headless. Ryan couldn't believe his eyes. This elf was killing dragons like they were goblins. Only two dragons remained in the sky. Ryan knew he had underestimated his enemy, costing the lives of his comrades. This elf is too dangerous; he must be dealt with before he becomes stronger, Ryan thought to himself.

Ryan took out his sword, and Elfan stood in front of him.

This tale has been pilfered from Royal Road. If found on Amazon, kindly file a report.

Elfan used [Quick Step + Quick Draw] to kill eight dragons with a surprise attack, taking advantage of their lowered guard. No one thought a puny elf could kill a dragon with one hit.

Ryan and Elfan stared at each other silently, looking for openings. The wind blew between them, the battle still raging around them, but it was as if they were alone on the battlefield. Their concentration levels were so high that, in their minds, only the two of them existed. As the wind blew stronger, a tree branch broke and fell to the ground. As soon as the branch touched the ground, both Ryan and Elfan moved toward each other, and their swords clashed. The steel blades met in a flurry of motion, casting a brief, fiery glow on the faces of the combatants. Orcs and elves stopped fighting to observe this battle of gods. They couldn't keep up; their movements and swordplay were too fast. The spectators could only see them appearing and disappearing. No one thought of helping either side; they would only be in the way. The orcs were taken aback; they knew Ryan was strong since he was a dragon, but they never thought an elf could keep up with him. The battle continued, and the results were starting to show. Elfan was an excellent swordsman, but he lacked experience and his level was low compared to level 50,000 Ryan. Elfan was cut, but he continued to fight like nothing happened, thanks to his skill [Infinite Regeneration]. As time went by, his healing began to slow down. He knew things were getting dangerous. Elfan and Ryan stopped fighting and looked at each other.

"Prepare yourself. With this strike, I will end this battle. You are a great swordsman, but you lack experience," said Ryan, preparing to attack.

"Oh? Bring it on," said Elfan, also preparing himself.

The two fighters attacked each other at the speed of light. Their blades clashed, and they passed each other. Silence filled the air. The spectators held their breath, waiting for the results.

Blood splashed across Elfan's chest as he went on his knees, coughing blood.

"Don't worry, I will make your death painless," said Ryan as he attacked Elfan to finish him off. However, Anna dived in front of Elfan and was cut down. She turned towards Elfan and smiled, "At least you are safe, Your Majesty."

Elfan couldn't believe his eyes. Since this war started, it had felt like a game to him, but his heart sank, and reality set in. Tears began to fall from his eyes. He leaped and held Anna in his arms. "Hey, wake up. Come on, stop playing."

There was no response. He kept trying to wake her up, but there was no response.

He started mumbling to himself quietly, "Mother, wife, please take care." Even though he was bleeding, he tried to stand up. Once standing, he looked at Ryan and started laughing. "Hahahahaha," Elfan laughed loudly, and all eyes were on him.

"So you have lost your mind, huh? Now you feel the same pain I felt losing my comrades earlier, but don't worry, I will finish this battl—" Ryan stopped talking because he realized mana was increasing in the atmosphere.

Sacrifice [Sticky Web Lv. 10, Scorching Breath Lv. 8, Acid Rain Lv. 9] to level [Catastrophic Hellfire] and [Meteor Shower], and the remaining will increase my mana

.{Confirmed}

{The skill Catastrophic Hellfire has increased to level 10, and the skill Meteor Shower has also increased to 10}."

Good. Since I am about to die anyway, let us all meet in paradise as the goddess is waiting for us," said Elfan as he cast [Meteor Shower level 10].

It was a sunny day, but it grew dark as if the moon was blocking the sun. Everyone on the battlefield dropped their weapons, looking at the dark sky and falling to their knees.

"What the hell did you do?" shouted Ryan.

The sky was filled with countless large meteorites. Just one of the meteors hitting the ground would turn the capital of Orcathia and the surrounding areas to dust. Ryan changed to his dragon form and flew into the sky to intercept. He used dragon breath to crush as many as he could, especially those near the capital. But what he didn't realize was that the prey was busy calculating and planning for the predator. He had fallen into the prey's trap.

"You may call me a coward, but we would rather die together," declared Elfan.

The meteors were falling faster than Ryan predicted. He kept blasting them, and the orcs on the ground threw swords and spears to try to help. The elves did nothing but worry about their king.

Only one meteor was left that was close to the capital. Ryan blasted it with dragon breath. However, before closing his mouth, Elfan cast [Quick Step], appeared next to his open mouth, and cast [Catastrophic Hellfire]. The flames were no longer purple but black, and black flames entered Ryan's mouth. He tried to eat Elfan but realized something was wrong. He started burning from the inside. Elfan snapped his fingers, and the meteors that were about to hit the ground in other areas vanished. He had fooled Ryan. Only ten meteors were real; the other meteors far from the capital were fakes created using [Mimic]. It was too late for Ryan since black flames engulfed him. He fell to the ground and started rolling. The two remaining dragons and the orcs tried to help him put out the flames, but they too started to burn. These flames consumed everything they touched, and if you touched them, you would burn too. Zack knew this since he had seen them firsthand when they were purple. He commanded the soldiers to step back, knowing what would happen if they touched the flames.

Elfan fell from the sky as he lost consciousness, but before hitting the ground he was caught by a woman with a large chest; his face fell into her chest. However, Captain Zack realized he didn't recognize this woman since she was covering her face, even her mana was different. She had a dangerous aura around her. With a sweet voice she declared, "Kill all these heathens; leave no survivors."
