Chester reached both arms forward. he brought his right leg forward as far as he could. He pulled with his arms, and pushed with his foot, but he would not budge.
You are bleeding 14 damage
He changed tactics, and propped himself on all fours. His stomach was fully lying on the ground. A small pool of blood was starting to form around him. He tried crawling forward, but as his legs moved forward, his stomach stayed where it was. His knees pressed down on his belly flabs, and he was stopped dead in his tracks. He lied back down. The stab wound on his side was now facing the floor, and his weight was pushing down on it.

"SOMEBODY HELP" Most healers would jump at the chance to help someone in such a situation, but his cries weren’t loud enough for anyone to hear him over the hustle an bustle of the city. "HEEELP"
A figure stepped into the alley. they were medium height, maybe a little short. They were wearing a cloak with a hood pulled over their head. Chester noticing the blurry figure called out even more. "HEY, PLEASE I NEED HELP, I'm bleeding"
The hooded figure walked over. looking down at Chester lying in a pool of blood, a black eye, snot all over his face. Chester was looking up at the figure, trying to see the face inside of he hood, but it was too dark, and he didn't have his glasses.

The pain was mostly all gone. Chester looked up at her to thank her. Somehow he was able to see her clearly, even without his glasses. "You’re a kid"
"Is that any way to talk to someone who saved your life?"
"Thank you"
"You don't need to thank me, but you do need to pay me. Get the money by a week from now. And don't try to run away, I don’t think you would do a very good job of hiding. How did you get that fat anyway?"
Without waiting for his answer, the beast girl walked out of the alley. That was a good investment, and a great way to get rid of that stolen potion. The beast girl thief reflected on her actions.
Chester stood up. His clothes wet with fresh blood. His run in with the thugs woke him up to his situation, and he considered his position. I have no money, wait, I OWE money. I have no food. Nowhere to sleep. No job. I need a shower and a change of clothes. He looked down. I don't even have any shoes. Maybe that cat girl can help me. "HEY CAT GIRL" He ran out o the alley (not really ran but kind of walked a little faster than usual) He stepped out of the alley. "CAT GIRL!" he looked up and down the street. She was nowhere in sight. He moved his hand up to his face to shift his glasses back into position, and realized that he did not have his glasses. I can see everything so clearly. Even better than when I had glasses on. He spoke out loud to himself "How can I see so well without my glasses?"

Chester decided to stick with his original plan, and head towards the fighters guild. Once there, he can ask all about how he can get his basic living needs. Every one in the street was staring at him again, and his blood soaked clothes didn't help, no one even noticed that he wasn’t wearing any shoes. Stopping a passing man to get directions, he called out "Excuse me kind sir knight" Chester was getting into the idea that he was in a fantasy world, and his choice of speech was reflecting that. The result for some reason, was him talking like a jack-ass. "Can you direct me to the fighters guild?"
"I’m not a knight"
"Sorry, I saw you wearing that armor and I just assumed"
The armored man pointed down the street, past the alley.
"To get to the guild you walk straight, make the first right, and it's right there. There's a big sign in front, with a sword and shield"
Chester noticed the mans slender figure, and pointy ears. "Ooooh, are you an elf?" Chester was getting giddy. "Are elf girls real pretty and beautiful?" The armored elf had a concerned look on his face. He slowly backed away from Chester, and continued walking down the street. What was that guys problem. They both thought. Chester’s excitement came back, and he headed towards the fighters guild.
