Today is the first day I am officially in the combat zone, and today is the start where I, and my team, shall bring glory to America! We were sent to join the British unit to gain some front-line experiences, and then, if we survive, we will be sent to one of the hot zones. I was supposed to be the one who handles the greetings to the British, yet when Raphael met them, the first thing he said (or rather, yelled out) was “Where are the goddam’ Germans at?” You can imagine how the conversation played out.
We all thought Dave was going to be the only machine gunner, but then Carl grabbed a Lewis Gun (light machine gun). Raphael grabbed an M1903 Springfield, while Marcus grabbed an Mk III. Reklaw and Raghnall grabbed the M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle. I’ve seen all those weapons before, so I chose an alien weapon: a Model 97, or the “Trench Gun”. I have to pump it every time I want to fire it, and it shoots in a spread. Matthew took the M1911 pistol, and a big bag to carry all our ammunition and other supplies (those are extra since we all had to carry our own supply and ration).

I would write down here where I will be fighting later today if I did not forget my briefing. The one thing I remembered is that after around a month or two, we will be sent deeper into France and engage the fires of the German army. May God have mercy on those Germans because I certainly will not.
