Lilith, and Lillia fought with all their might, but the King of Hell was just too strong. Although their new found strength was nothing to laugh at, it was nothing not enough in order to defeat the man who waged war against all mortals.
The two girls desperately tried holding out long enough to buy enough time, “Hurry up, Laura! I don’t know how much longer we can hold out!” yelled Lilith
The King of Hell finally realized the girls plan, and shifted his focus onto Laura who was healing Alastor, and Abel from their fatal wounds. Just before The king could land his attack on Laura, Lillia mustered the last of her strength to push the King of Hell away.
Now enraged, the King quickly gathered his composure then thrusted his spear straight through Lillia’s heart. Suddenly the whole world went quiet for Lillia, she could feel her body start to feel heavy. Lillia tried her best to hold out but her wound was too severe, though she tried her hardest to keep going her body finally collapsed.
Lillia tried to look around the battlefield but it was no use her vision was too blurry and dark. The only thing she could make out was Lilith getting impaled by the Kings spear. The two girls had lost.
The last thing she saw before her life faded fully was Abel.
Lillia woke up to the sound of her alarm in a cold sweat. “Why am I still dreaming of that?” Lillia thought to herself.
A week after the battle for Sol, Lillia started dreaming about the same thing, a fight with the King of Hell.
Lillia stopped her alarm, and proceeded to get ready for school while the dream from last night played in her mind over and over. She finished getting ready and made her way to school. The entire walk to school was quiet for her even though she was walking with the group.
For Lillia School ended in the blink of an eye. All she could think about the whole day was her dream. Not knowing if the dream was just a dream or a vision, she decided to visit someone she trusted.
The green air was as light as she remembered, and the sun was also warm and comforting.
The two were sitting at a table in the middle of Abel’s garden, and Lillia noticed there was a new topiary of a girl wearing a familiar ring.
“So, what brings you here this time, Lillia?” Abel’s question caused Lillia to shift her focus

“I wanted to ask you something, Do visions exist?”
“As in visions of the future?” asked Abel
“Yeah.”
Abel sipped his tea then responded, “No, looking into the future is impossible. Unless?” Abel let his question linger in the air.
“Unless, what?”
“It doesn’t really matter. If you are however having visions of the future this is troublesome. It would be best if you were to ignore it.”
“If this is a vision then it’s kind of hard to ignore.”
“Why? What’s this vision about?” Abel asked curiously
Lillia let out a sigh and told Abel the dream.
Abel finished his tea then let out a sigh, “Well, that is unfortunate. Taking into account what Laura told me, this vision might be true.”
“Laura?” Lillia recognized the name from her dream
“The Demon Queen.” Abel responded
Abel looked at Lillia and noticed she was worried, “Don’t worry. If your vision is true, then we at least have time to train and prepare, and if it comes down to it, I’ll be by your side no matter what.”
Lillia could feel her heart start beating rapidly, “If I’m trying to avoid this future, why would I prepare for it?”
“As the mortals say “The more you run from your future, the closer you get to it”. There is no avoiding this, you mortals tend to run towards these things while trying to avoid them. The least we can do is prepare.”
“Say we get stronger, what if we still can’t beat him?”
“Lillia” Abel looked Lillia in the eyes, “I promise you, right here and now, that I will risk my life for you. I will not let him put your life in danger.”
Lillia blushed hard and stuttered, “Thank you.”
Lillia had something she wanted to ask but decided against it, but Abel knew Lillia well enough, “It looks like you want to ask me something else.”
She sighed, “Back in sol you told me about Alastor’s plan, and you said the only negative was Lillia being sad, but why didn’t that happen?”
“To be honest, I don’t know, and the outcome turned out way differently. Honestly there’s no point in telling you what should’ve happened.”
Lillia sat there in silence, “Although, what I am thinking happened, is Alastor didn’t fully go with the plan because he is truly falling for Lilith, and is really wanting to care for everyone in the group. I mean he did before, but now their bond is even stronger.”
Lillia’s eyes widened, “That’s amazing, I was really worried that Lilith would become heartbroken.”
Although Lillia didn’t show it Abel could sense something was wrong
Abel summoned a pot of tea and poured Lillia a cup. “Honestly Lillia, I can tell everything that has happened recently is taking a toll on you right now. I know it seems like everything is happening out of nowhere, but we have to move past what has happened and move onto the future. I know I shouldn’t mention this but bigger things are coming, and we need to prepare.”
“Bigger things? What’s bigger than The King of Hell coming to kill us?”
Abel let out a sigh, “It’s not my place to say. Honestly, Alastor, and I need to go have a meeting with Mother.”
“Mother?”
“I’m sorry I forgot you don’t know mother. My mind is all over the place since Laura’s warning and that vision of yours isn’t helping.”
Lillia put her head down in sadness
Abel picked her head up, “Lillia this isn’t your fault. It’s Alastor’s, so don’t bring it down on yourself.”
“Wait, how is it Alastor’s fault?”
“That’s not my story to tell.” said Abel
Lillia laid back in her chair and looked up at the sky, “I wish things could go back to the way they were.”
