"I hope Nate will be alright" Amanda says as she and Ken skirt some kelp.

"I don't know...it seems like Micheal thinks he will without believing that he will" Ken points out.

"And what do you think?" she asks, eyeing her friend.

He takes a few minutes before he answers "I think he can do anything once he puts his mind to it...that's what makes him so amazing. His ability to do anything when he really chooses to...Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if he turns out a thousand times stronger than his father one day."

"Oooo! That sounds like a compliment~ And it almost sounds like you're crushing~" she teases, joking.

He blushes at her joking tease "W-Wha!? I am not crushing! I'm just saying I could see him becoming more powerful if he keeps training...sheesh, get your head out of wherever it is!" He swims away a bit while Amanda laughs. She has only moved a little before something brushes against her back, something hard. She turns around to see the Mosasaurus surging upwards right where she had been only seconds ago.

"AHHHHH" she screams, swimming away as it twists to try to get at her.

"AMANDA!!" Ken shouts and just manages to shove her, sending them both into a crack in the rock, pinning her to the rocky wall. Ink fills the crack and they both wait, hearts pounding but finally Ken sees the Mosasaurus swimming away quickly.

"You're safe now" says a deep echoey voice seconds before Mega shows up just outside the crack. Ken sighs in relief and looks back at Amanda to see her bright red.

"Are you alright?" He asks letting her go so she can get away from the wall.

"Y-Yes!" she practically shouts before quickly swimming away. Ken and Mega look at each other before Ken shrugs and follows after her. Mega swimming behind them lazily, making sure they make it safely to the sub.
