It's been a whole day since Nate had gone insane and he hadn't woken up yet. Vaila and Carol were still around since Vaila was still recovering but she was well enough now to walk around without assistance. "We should leave...the watch is ready" Carol tells her as she's getting dressed, the door locked to prevent an accidental walk in again. Micheal accidentally walked in on Vaila changing although after that he remembered to knock first.

"We will leave but I want to make sure that the boy who healed me is alright first" Vaila says.

"I'm worried about Nate as well...but I'm sure he'll be fine." she admits.

"Still, I'd like to thank him for healing me without any further information given to him" Vaila says as she finishes getting dressed "Come on dear, let's get some breakfast."

As they enter the dining room, the others minus Nate are all there. Vaila smiles "Good morning everyone" she says trying to be friendly.

"Good morning" Micheal says friendly while Lady Eva glares at Vaila. Lady Eva dislikes Vaila, which she knows and doesn't care. She enjoys Micheal's company as a friend but nothing more than that. She sits on his other side while Carol sits on her other side.

"Has anything changed with Nate yet?" she asks, ignoring Lady Eva's hostility.

Micheal shakes his head "No...nothing yet. He's still sle..." he stops mid-sentence as he stares at the door. All conversations went dead silent as they all stares at the doorway where Nate now stands looking a little tired.

"H-Hey" he says, his voice a little shaky and tired.

"Nate!" Micheal says immediately standing up.

"You're awake!" Mathew says excitedly "Are you alright?"

"We were getting worried about you" Amanda chimes in.

"I-I was really concerned about you" Scarlet whispers.

"Peasants always come back" Ken states although he's smiling as well.

"I'm...really hungry" Nate admits looking up and he freezes staring out the window behind his uncle. They all look to see a fish-man staring at them. It's fishy face pressed against the window, openly staring lustily at the woman inside the sub. Amanda screams as she jolts right into Ken's lap, hugging him tightly. Ken blushes at the sudden unexpected hug and the person being in his lap. Scarlet hides slightly under the table covers as Mathew runs over to the window.

"COOL!!" Mathew excitedly says. The fishman glowers at Mathew who's blocking its view of the woman. "What is it?"

"A Deep One..." Nate whispers as Micheal clicks a button by the way, closing the shutters in the room so they can no longer see outside the windows same as it could no longer see inside the windows. "We must be getting closer to Cthulhu..."

Micheal looks worriedly at Nate "Are you going to be alright if we run into Cthulhu?"

Nate looks up at him "I'm going to be alright...I have to be." He smiles at them all but inside he's scared of failing.
