When the two return to the main room, Micheal is flipping through floating books, his whole body shaking. "When did you get permission to use the ancient library?" Nate asks, recognising the floating books.
"Molly gave me permission two days before the expedition started in case I needed to research something..." he says but his voice shows signs of his fear.
"What's wrong?" Crisp asks, sensing what has his brother all out of sorts but wanting to hear it from him.
"I..." he looks toward the monitor. Nate comes over to see what is on the screen as well and freezes. On the screen was a long creature with a streamlined body, an elongated tail ending with a downturn supporting a two-lobed fin and two pairs of flippers. Its back has ripples that resemble small spines following its backside almost all the way down to its tail and starting just before its snout.
"I-Is that...?" he starts and Micheal nods.
"I-I think so...I keep looking through every book the ancient library has on water creatures hoping I'm wrong but so far nothing else fits the description. The drones mark it at 15 tons and 58 ft long..." he says shaking.
"B-But how!? They're extinct aren't they?" Nate asks, looking at his dad.
"They should be but so are the Megalodon and Cthulhu yet here they are...maybe when Molly created this realm she accidentally created other sea creatures to go along with the realm." Crisp suggests feeling like this was the most likely.

"Well...Molly did say she had pushed her creation ability to the limit so...that could be possible..." he admits before the books vanish, returning to the ancient library as he adds two more monitors. "Mega is being...well Mega" swimming lazily "but this one is also weird..." he points to the third monitor showing some sort of weird mix between fish and human.
"Those must be the Deep Ones...servants of Cthulhu. I've read that the male ones will forcibly breed women they catch on the beaches to create hybrids...we should probably keep the girls close to the sub when we get close to those" Nate suggests.
"Don't worry. The others are also testing out some new weapons I just finished making earlier" he admits "Mega was kind enough to lend me some of his fallen teeth to create some daggers and swords that'll still work inside the water."
"So...there's a ton of ancient sea creatures that may have gone extinct or may have never existed before out there?" Nate muses.
"First the Megalodon, now a Mosasaurus...what next? The Loch Ness Monster!?" Micheal asks, whining a little.
"Maybe but I have a feeling the Mosasaurus isn't like Mega and will eat us if it wishes to" Nate says feeling like it wasn't an immortal animal like the Megalodon since Mega had said its fellow immortal animals all lived in different realms.
"At least...it can't eat the sub in a single bite" Crisp unhelpfully adds in causing Micheal and Nate to look at him.
"And that's helpful how?" Micheal asks.
"You don't have to worry about being eaten whole while inside the sub" he answers before teleporting away.
"I don't dad realizes that it still scares us" Nate frowns but shakes his head as his headache returns.
"Well...we can only deal with it if it comes at us" Micheal says after a deep breath "Come on...let's go get something to eat." Nate nods and the two head toward the dining room, unaware of the insanity that Nate was about to experience as a girl carrying a woman appears in one of the lounge rooms.
