Nate walks silently through the sub except that to him, it's not the sub but an ancient city. The buildings are amazing, the architecture is so great you'd think that a master artisan had designed it all. Nate runs his hands along a wall, not noticing the blood that seems to jump out of the wall at his touch. He continues to walk through the hallway, toward the diving room only seeing the city. The closer he gets to the diving room, the closer he gets to the center of the city.
"This place is gorgeous" Nate says to no one, saying it outloud.
"Yes~ It was before they destroyed it~" a voice speaks from somewhere near the center. Nate quickened his pace, waving at some of the people. He finally makes it to the edge of the city center, standing directly in front of the diving room door. "A little further and you'll see the truth for yourself~" the voice whispers in his ears. Nate opens the door and walks in. The minute the water envelopes him, the city changes. The once beautiful walls turned covered in dripping blood, the walkways became cracked and covered in seaweed and green algae. The people turn to dark, twisted fish people. The entire scene looks dead and rotting.

"Wha!?" Nate screams or tries to but he feels like he's drowning as water rushes into his lungs. The water in his lungs jolts him from his dream-like vision. He tries to make it back onto the sub before he passes out but he is just a little short as his vision starts to go dark. He feels something underneath him, gently pushing him through the hole where the diving room's exit was located. He lays there for a good few minutes before he struggles to his room and collapses into his bed.
"What's wrong with me?" He asks no one but he's shivering and wishing for his father or mother to help calm him down after this harrowing experience.
