There were a few guards left inside the room, and they pulled out their weapons.

Ken: I think that's all of them.
Tiffany: Hmm. Rose, can you sense anything?
Rose turned and looked around for a moment with her eyes closed.
Rose: No, I can't.
Tiffany: Alright, keep a watch on things. Let's destroy these things as quickly as possible.
Luke: On it!
Luke started grabbing cart after cart and piling them up in piles as Ken lasered them until they melted. An odd purple smoke left the crystals as they melted.
Max: Woah.
Tiffany: (thinking: If we were being watched, then how? It definitely couldn't have been her. So, who was it? And also, why isn't that person here right now?)
Ken and Luke were soon afterwards done with the job.
Ken: Phew. Alright.
Ken cracked his back and stretched.
Ken: Man, I'm beat!
Luke: Tell me about it.
Tiffany let out a huge breath of relief.
Tiffany: Alright. Mission accomplished everyone.
Ken: Great.
Luke: Phew.
Max: Oh yeah!
Luke and Ken looked at Max and laughed.
Tiffany: Ugh. Anyway....
Rose: G.... G.... guys..
Tiffany: Rose?
Luke: What's wrong?
Ken immediately got on guard.
Rose: I... I sense a huge amount of dark energy coming our way.
Ken: You mean like an army?

The panic in her voice unsettled Max. "What in the world was she so scared of?" he thought.
Tiffany, Luke, and Ken all got into defensive positions.

Rose continued to chant.
Tiffany: MAX! GET OUT OF HERE!
Rose suddenly stopped.

They all looked around for the target Rose had been tracking all thar time.

Rose tremblingly pointed to a crystal that had begun forming out of the ground that afterwards revealed Aloysius Wolfram.
