Hi Everyone!

Those of you who read When Immortal Ascension Fails Time Travel to Try Again already know that I had a terrible cold that really messed me up. It was so bad that I had to give up on Writathon and Rising Stars the first week. Then the next I had to take care of my kid all by myself while still very sick. It was exceedingly stressful. It didn't help that my cold combined with my ADHD to make me completely unable to focus, so a lot of the things I should have done I didn't do. Like, I should have posted this up earlier.

I have not given up on this story but I have decided to take it easy for the rest of this month. Working on two projects through the holiday season is just too much after the shitty weeks I've been through. I'll return to posting chapters for this project on January 3rd, 2023!

This year's cold is no joke. It's hitting harder and lasting longer than the previous year's. I hope you all stay safe out there!

So, ironically, when WIAFTTTTA made it to Rising Stars (they called it Trending back then), after two weeks I suffered from a severe eye infection. It was so bad I had to stop posting for several weeks which also dropped me out of the list. It was so bad that it turned into a tear duct blockage I ended up having to get surgery for it around 7 months later. Makes me wonder if I'm cursed when it comes to Rising Stars. 🤣 Well, next time I have a new project that gets on RS, we'll see if after two weeks I once again suffer from poor health. I'll make a game of it.
