Ame had charged at the girl the second he knew their cover was blown. He basically hurled himself at her once he was close enough. He wrapped his arms around her torso as he flew towards her, bringing them both to the ground. During the fall she had dropped her ax and Ame’s blade was still sheathed.
They both let out a grunt from the impact. The demon's recovery time was longer than Ame’s due to her head being the one that came in contact with the ground. Ame took the moment of hesitation to kneel on his knees above the demon right above her waist, and pull his blade up to her throat.
Then in a blink of an eye he was thrown off. He couldn't even process the movement while it was happening. He crashed into a wooden cart that was behind them. By the time he was trying to raise his head the girl was on top of him. Unlike when Ame was above her, she wasn't on her knees, she had her arms bent so her hands were right next to Ame’s face, she was standing on the balls of her feet. Her face hovered mere inches away from Ame’s, her teeth were barred and she was snarling. Then a kick to the gut.
It went on like this for quite a while, both of them just tossling around on the ground back and forth between who was pinned and who was pinning.
The girl above Ame was about to say something to him when she was interrupted by a voice that both teenagers turned to look at.
“OI Trixy!” It was Yuki. He was waving his hand over to them as he walked over right next to Avalon.
Ame and Trixy both couldn't help the judgmental yet confused expression that formed once seeing the pair.
Once Avalon and Yuki had made it over to them Ame and Trixy were separated getting up from off the ground. The two teenagers looked at their respective pale skinned, light haired mentors with a confused expression. In return the two just exchanged glances before looking back to the children. Avalon had an anguished face unlike Yuki, he looked like he was trying to find the right word. Yuki was about to start talking but Avalon beat him to it.
“Ame, these two are demons. They are Harbingers of Doom.” He said. Ame had a volt of shock burst through him, he gave the girl next him a questioning stare.
“Trixy, we are going with these two. Avalon is quite strong and he has made an interesting offer.” Yuki said. The girl just looked at him with a baffled expression. She was about to argue or question him before he cut her off.
“It is not up for debate Trixine Plague.” He said in a cold voice, almost as cold as his glare.Trixy let her enraged face boil down into an annoyed expression. Both Yuki and Avalon had pulled their trainees to the side to tell them that they would explain more later.
Yuki was not stupid, not in a million years so it wasnt that surprising when he had told Avalon that he knew the other was strong. Avalon then asked him if he truly wanted to see humans become produce. Avalon then gave him an offer, an offer to join them to fight for balance rather than demon or human. Yuki’s eyes lit up at the opportunity. Yuki then went on to explain to Avalon who he and Trixy were. Yuki harbinger number six elemental of ice. Avalon was shocked at the discovery. Trixy was apparently a strong half breed that Yuki had found. He found her when she was young, she was chased away for being half demon. Yuki explained that he tried to hide her existence at first but Kie had found out about her. He then learned about her abilities of illness and plague, he saw it as something he could use. Yuki explained that he didn’t want her to see as much bloodshed as he had, it was why he was turning on Kie so easily. Avalon told him about Naru and he seemed to be fine with the idea of the omnipotent being. So it was settled, Yuki and Trixy are now allies rather than enemies.

Naru was ecstatic to have the both of them aboard, admittedly more so about the elemental.
Ame and Trixy were close in power Trixy stronger but Ame was keeping up with her. Trixy was by nature physically stronger than Ame but she wasn’t a full demon, she had her weak points. Ame was a hunter, a stalker, he observed before attacking. Trixy was more brute, she still studied her opponent, she just did it while in battle. The both of them were quite skilled, they were good sparring partners, their styles were different but not complete opposites they were compatible.
“Hey Ame, why don’t you take a break.?” Naru shouted up into the tree.
She got an annoyed moan in response, and that was enough for her, she shrugged it off and began to walk away to god knows where.
Ame was flopped over in half on a tree branch. Trixy had “accidentally” thrown him too far. He let out a sigh.
It was strange, Ame was strong, very strong but he was still human. He did not have any outlandish abilities therefore he was weak, well, that's what he thought.
In truth Ame was quite aware of energy and aura, much more than the average human.
Aura was something that every living thing emitted, it was the life energy, the soul. The stronger someone's Aura the more sensitive they are to the life around them, the more aware of a situation. Some people were born with high Aura, others had to train. Aura automatically deflected energy made to harm the person, even if they were ignorant to the battle. Aura could be trained to strengthen the mind, body and spirit, but the use of Aura was a dying practice in the human world.
Ame’s aura was much more sensitive than Trixy’s, that was one of the main reasons he was still able to spar with her. Trixy had a strong spirit but she was much less attuned to the energy around her, this gave Ame the chances to catch her off guard.
Yuki seemed to find the company of other adults quite enjoyable judging by how he was now attached to Avalon by the hip. He found it entertaining how Avalon would respond to flirting, physical touch, dirty jokes, ect. Avalon had hardly any interaction besides Naru so he was easily flustered and taken by shock. Things have been quite nice this past month and a half, all things considered.
Trixy was up in a tree, high enough so she could see above the canopy. It was night, the sky was something unimaginable, a scene that could never get old. She turned her head down to look at Ame who was making gestures for her to get down. She gave him a very uninterested look before patting beside her on the branch she was crouched down on. Ame looked up at her with a frustrated stare before letting his head go completely limp, looking at the ground he let out a huff in defeat and gave a few small little stomps before going to join Trixy. By the time he was next to her she was back gazing at the sky. It was silent for a bit just the wind and the sounds of the wild night.
“Y’know Yuki telt me‘at humans used to throw so much stuff out that it would get into the air. By eh’time Kie came ye cuidn’t even see the stars. How weird is ‘at?” She said her Scottish accent coming out a bit more than normal, she only turned to look at him when she asked the question. Ame just gave her a little hum in return. It was silent again, not awkward but peaceful.
“ Ame yer kinda ‘he first person ‘at i've knewn ‘ats aboot ma age”She said as she looked at the endless sky. Ame turned to look at her she didn't meet his eyes.
“Yeah you’re dhe firss friend ive had das my age as well.” He said it in a soft tone. Trixy looked over at him and he smiled at her, after a moment she returned the smile.
