"No, I insist. After You." The man commanded and the apes eyes glowed.
"My name is Nicholas Frost. HOW DID YOU DO THAT!?!?" Worry changed to dread and fear. If he could force me to speak, what else could he force? I had no control, none at all.
"An interesting name. You may call me Looker. Where are you from?" Looker's tone spoke of danger if I didn't comply.
"Do I have a choice?" I whispered with defeat.
"No." What little hope I had was crushed. "Now, do as Instructed and answer the question." The glow came back, stealing the dignity of my own response.

"I'm from the United States." My answer came unbidden. How many more would be asked? Would I be spared when he was done asking them?
"Have you ever committed or conspired to commit a crime? Have you ever been in or worked for an organization known for criminal activity? What Pokémon do you currently own or train? Encore." The glow again, but this time I knew how I was being made to speak.
"No. No. None." my reply came out fast, giving me time to speak on my own. "I fell off a cliff in a blizzard before waking up in this bed. I don't know how I survived the fall, and I don't want to cause any trouble." Looker looked at the ape for a moment at my words before looking back at me.
"No lies so far." he mused. "Chansey, look after Mr. Frost for a bit. Oranguru, with me. Mr. Frost, we are done, for now."
