Not-So-Secret Santa

Not-So-Secret Santa

It’s December. Everyone is in Sikowitz’s class. The girls are having a discussion.

“Tori, you don’t have to make it a big deal. I still love you and your body.”

“Well, you and Trina have D cups. Cat and I have A cups.”

“I messed up before with what I said, but yours aren’t that small.”

“But you’re bigger than me.”

“Tori, you look like you have B cups. You’re slightly bigger than me.” Cat says.

“See? Cat knows that, but at least she has Robbie to make her happy like I make you happy.”

Sikowitz comes in through the other door. “Ho, Ho, Ho.”

“I also see some.” Rex says.

“What’s that supposed to mean‽” Cat asks.

“Anyway, girls, stop talking about your grades. We all know Tori and Cat work hard and Jade and Trina don’t.”

“They weren’t talking about grades.” Robbie says.

“How was Thanksgiving, class?”

“Good.” Everyone says

“Last year’s Secret Santa event seemed to be a success at first glance, but I looked at some technicalities. Tori, what was your gift to André?”

“The performance in the hallway to get his D to an A.” Tori starts to giggle, then Jade starts to laugh. Now every student in class is laughing.

“Of course you teenagers laugh at crude jokes. Now Tori, how exactly did that gift come about?”

“It was my gift to her.” Jade says.

“So that means Jade gave a gift to André. You didn’t.”

“Wait!” Tori goes to her locker and brings out the ceramic guitar. She goes to André and gives it to him. “Here you go. I made this at the Pottery Barn.”

“It’s adorable! Thank you!” André says.

“I wanted to give it to him last time.”

“It wouldn’t have been meaningful.” Sikowitz says.

“I think it’s meaningful. I like the guitar and she helps me.” André says

“Hypothetically, if it was a meaningful gift, you didn’t give it to him last year; therefore, that means you will join me in yodeling tonight.”

“Ew!” Tori says.

“Don’t feel bad, Tori.” Jade kisses her cheek.

“How sweet! It’s nice that you’re comforting your girlfriend, Jade. In fact, you can do that with us tonight while yodeling.”

“What‽ Why‽”

“Your gift was an idea for Tori to do something for André. Your gift could be interpreted as a gift to André, not as a gift to Tori. Technically, you didn’t give her anything. It’s almost as if you wanted a cop-out because you had a little crush on Tori Vega, the girl you couldn’t stand so much.”

Jade groans.

“Let’s look at what the other main characters gave each other, class.” He pulls out a list. “Robbie gave Cat a man who gave her cotton candy at her request. That is something that made her happy. Cat gave Jade scissors from her favorite move. That is something that made Jade happy. André caught a cricket from Beck’s RV. That made Beck happy and able to sleep. He fixed a problem Beck had.”

“So what makes that different from what I did?”

“What you did ultimately affected André and not Tori. Therefore, Tori neither received nor gave a gift. Last, but not least, Beck gave Robbie an opportunity to talk to a former bully named Christy Vicaris to resolve past issues.”

“What past issues?” Cat asks.

“Uh … we don’t have to say what happened!” Robbie says.

“No. Go on.” Cat says.

“They ended up going on a date.” Beck says.

Everyone gasps.

“I’m sorry, dude.” Beck says.

“Robbie Shapiro went on a date with a girl who isn’t Catarina Valentine?” Jade says.

“Cat, you and I weren’t dating.”

“But I kissed your cheek!”

Everyone gasps.

“Cat, we weren’t together yet.”

“Save it! Now I’m upset! First, Christy! Then, Gabriella! Who’s next?” Cat turns away.

“Is there anything I can do to make it up to you?”

Cat turns around. “A date that was better than hers.”

Robbie gets on one knee and everyone gasps. “Catarina Valentine,”

“Yes‽”

“Will you go on an awesome date with me to do whatever you want?”

“Yes!”

Everyone claps.

“Amazing! I’m giving you two extra credit for following a plot diagram! Why can’t there be a cute and adorable couple like you two.”

“Tori and me?”

“Jade, I said ‘a cute and adorable couple’ and they’re practically kids. Anyway, you and Tori can enjoy yodeling with me tonight. That can be your date tonight.”

The two girls groan.

“Now back to what I was saying. Because it was a hit, we’re doing it again. But this time, there’s no secret. You all will put your thang down, flip it, and reverse it.”

“Please don’t talk like that.” Rex says.

“I agree with Rex.” André says.

“You will now give a gift to the person who gave you a gift last year. Tori and Jade, you two will have to give two gifts. So that means Jade gives something to Tori and Cat and Tori gives something to André and Jade.”

“Fuck!” Tori and Jade say.

“Girls, language!” Sikowitz says.

“English!” The two say.

“Well, you two got me there. The class activity is to act like Santa until the bell rings. Tori and Jade, you two will be with me and my yodeling pals tonight.”

It’s the next day of school. The bell rings and Sikowitz starts class.

“A reminder class, I must know what the Secret Santa gift is so I can approve of it.”

“How was the yodeling?” Cat asks.

“All we did was sing Christmas carols. We replaced every word with ‘yodel’ for some reason.” Tori says.

“Sikowitz, it’s going to be hard to give two gifts!”

“So you can’t handle it? Of course you can’t. You’re Jade West.”

Jade glares at him.

“Come on, Jade. Tori’s your girlfriend and Cat’s your best friend. Tori, you should be able to do the same. André is a friend and Jade is a girlfriend. How will this be hard for you two?”

The two girls walk out of the classroom to go into their lockers and come back.

“Jade, here is this scarf. It’s damaged, but it holds some sentimental value. Plus, you like damaged things. It can be like a small hug when I’m not around.”

“Thank you, Tori. And here is an old sweater of mine. It might be worn out and has a few holes, but it holds sentimental value. It’s like a big hug from me when I’m not with you.”

“Not good enough.”

“We’re still keeping them.” The girls say.

“Well, they aren’t meaningful.”

“Why?” Jade asks.

“This feels like a big hug from Jade.”

“I will give everyone a piece of sliced beef. Do not eat it.”

“I could’ve brought my brother's Christmas beef.” Cat says.

“No.” André says.

“But he tries so hard.” Cat says.

“It’s okay.” Robbie gives Cat a hug.

Sikowitz goes to the other door and brings out a dog.

“I want you all to give the dog some beef and rubs.”

“I’ll do it when everyone else is gone.” Jade says.

“Come on, Jade!” Tori says.

“Fine.” Jade walks over to the dog and gives the dog some beef.

“Dogs are easy to please. You will know what they want because of how easy it is to please them. Food, rubs, and so on.” Sikowitz then brings out a cat. “Cats want your attention; you have to be accepted by them to know what they want.”

The cat walks around the other students. Everyone pets the cat.

“She’s just like me.” Cat says.

“And rabbits, well, they just sit there.” Sikowitz pulls out a rabbit.

Bunny! Jade pets the bunny.

“Now go back to your seats.”

Everyone goes back to their seats except Jade, who sits with the dog lying in her lap and each of her hands petting the cat and rabbit. Everyone laughs and pulls out their phones to take a picture.

“I’m not afraid to admit I love them. Tag me in those photos and post them on TheSlap.”

Tori gets out of her seat to kiss Jade.

"Take a picture of Tori and me kissing." They kiss. The class continues taking pictures.

“Class, use this information I just gave to be a better gift giver. Any questions?”

Nobody says anything. Tori and Jade wrap the gifts they gave each other around themselves.

“Okay. Now when class ends, I want you all to figure out what you will give your people. Good luck and—“

Tori and Jade sniff the sweater and scarf respectively and let out a moan. “We have to go to the restroom!” The two girls get up and leave.

After classes go by, it’s lunch. Since it’s not so cold, everyone is outside.

“Alright. Maybe we can work together and see what kind of things we like.” Tori says.

“I already know what you like. I stalked you.”

“I like you, Jade.” She kisses Jade.

“Well, I’m already your girlfriend. I can’t be a present, Tori. I should’ve waited for December to be your girlfriend. That would’ve been a good gift.”

“I like a lot of things.” Cat says.

“I like Cat.” Robbie says.

“I’ll write that down on my phone.” Cat pulls out her phone and types. “Robbie likes me.”

“I take back what I said in the past. You two are perfect together.” Jade says

“I like music. But I don’t have a major assignment this time. I’m good on the help, Tori.”

Tori sighs. “Okay, André.”

“We’re playing music for some kids here. You can sign up and sing.” André says.

“I like peaceful things.” Beck says. “Thanks for the help with the cricket last year, André.”

“I like nice and simple things.” Tori says.

“Jade’s not nice and simple.” Cat says.

“I can be two of those things. It’s just that I can’t be both at the same time.”

“Jade makes me feel good in complex ways.”

“I like violent things. That’s simple and nice to me.” Jade says.

Robbie gives Cat a gingerbread man and passes everyone else one.

“Let’s look at the situations from last year.” Tori says.

“I got cotton candy and it made me happy.” Cat says.

“I needed sleep, so André caught a cricket in my RV with peanut butter.” Beck says.

“I needed my assignment grade changed.” André says.

“André needed his D to go to an A.” Rex says.

“I didn’t really need anything at the moment. André got upset at me because I was merry. Although, I wish Cat were my girlfriend then.” Robbie holds Cat’s hand.

“Beck, you should’ve just tricked Cat into dating Robbie.” Rex says.

“I was too busy avoiding Tori because of my feelings. Cat gave me something nice from my favorite movie.” Jade says.

“I needed an idea.” Tori says.

“And I needed Beck to mind his business and find another gift for Robbie!” Cat yells.

Everyone looks at Cat.

“Okay, who’s secretly scared of Cat?” Rex asks.

Everyone raises their hand.

“Maybe we can think of stuff we didn’t get in the past.” Cat says.

“I think Cat just gave us an idea.” Robbie says.

“Yay!” Cat holds up a mistletoe and gives Robbie a kiss.

“Cat can be smart. I can’t believe I just said that.” Jade says.

“What if everyone said the first thing that comes to mind? I’ll start. Cat. That’s my name.”

Robbie: Dance.

Beck: Work.

André: Sleep.

Tori: Dance.

Robbie: I said that.

Cat: You all can say what you want.

Tori: Snow? Cheese? Christmas?

Jade: Kill. Destroy.

Robbie: Why do they get more words?

Cat: You can say as many as you want. It doesn’t matter if someone says what another person says.

Jade: Smart Cat is scaring me.

Robbie: Kiss. Girlfriend.

Cat kisses Robbie.

Beck: Girl. Assignment.

André: Grandma. Guitar.

Jade: Violence. Mean. Innocent until proven guilty.

Tori: Mistletoe? Movies.

Jade kisses Tori.

Cat: Dance.

Robbie: Stage.

Beck: Canada.

André: Mary Jane.

Beck: Peter Parker. Mary Jane. Spider-Man. Marijuana. Cannabis. Trina. Assignment.

Tori: Wait. Trina?

Cat: And why people from Marvel?

Beck: Sometimes I think she needs to calm down. That’s why I said marijuana and cannabis. I don’t know why I said those others.

Tori: Fear.

Jade: Scissors. Screaming. Sex.

Cat: Did that help?

Tori: I think so.

Jade: Cat, when did you get smart?

André: Did Robbie’s smarts get into you?

Robbie: I swear! We haven’t done anything yet!

Beck and Jade: Yet?

Cat: Yet.

Everyone stares at Cat.

“I know what you’re thinking. What happened to Cat? Well, maybe everyone will take me seriously next time. And maybe I just might get into some extracurricular activities with Robbie one day.”

The bell for the next period rings.

“Yay! Next class!”

“That was brief.” Jade says.

Classes go on and the day ends. Tori and Trina sit on the couch at home.

“What should I get Jade?”

“I don’t know. I’m not emo or a scene e-girl. I’m not you BTGG, Tori.”

“You’re not my what?”

“Big Titty Goth Girlfriend.” Trina looks at herself with her phone camera. “You know, I could pull that off.”

Tori looks at Trina. “You’d look like a Bertha if you were.”

“You’d look like a Lola.”

“Do you ever feel like you were someone else in one of your past lives?”

“Sometimes.”

“Wait. I’m being distracted. Not only do I need to help Jade, I need to help André. Channel your inner Bertha.”

Trina receives a text. “Well, it looks like Jade also needs my help. She just texted me. Since I’m your sister, I know all about you.”

“Alright. Let’s think. I can wait a while and figure things out. Maybe André might be in a situation like last time.”

“I’m going to Jade’s house. She wants me there.”

“Can I come?”

“She wants to talk to me alone. And no, I won’t steal her. Even if I liked girls, we would struggle for dominance. I’m the top.”

“I’m going. Maybe I’ll talk to Jasper and see if he knows anything about her. I’ll text her and let her know.” She sends the text. “And now I wait for a response. Any moment now.”

“Why must you sound so desperate?”

“Because I love her. Okay. She said it’s fine. Drive.”

“That was the plan.”

They arrive at Jade’s mom’s house.

“She said the door’s open. I’m gonna say ‘hi’ and then kiss her, and take Jasper.”

Tori opens the door.

“Hi.”

They kiss.

“Tori, I’m ready.”

“Be a good boy, Jasper.” Jade says.

“We’ll get you and Trina something.”

Tori and Jasper leave.

“What does Jade like?”

“I don’t know. Before I met you, she used to be scary.”

“So close! Wait. Scary. I might have an idea. Anyway, let’s go to a park and then eat.”

Jade and Trina sit on a couch.

“What does Tori like?”

“Aw! You really care!”

“Because I love her. Great. She’s making me soft.”

“You’d make a great addition to the family.”

“Really? Thank you. Wait. No. Not now. I’m not trying to be sappy. I need gift ideas.”

“Okay. When you think of Tori, what words come to mind?”

“The words that come to mind are helpful, pretty, resilient, and hot. All of those words describe why I love her and why she drives me crazy to the point of fucking her!”

“Drop it down a notch.”

“Sorry, but not sorry. I have to let her know that. I messed up by calling her an A-cup and ruining her image. She cried when we were first naked together. I have to be perverted to make her feel like her body is loved. I don’t deserve her.”

“That’s so weird, but that’s also so sweet!”

“I am what I am.”

“You used to be awful to her. Is there something in the past that you prevented her from doing that you regret? I won’t beat you up this time.”

“Aside from the bush daisies incident and other asshole things, I ruined Prome Night.”

“I should’ve been the queen.”

“I can get Sikowitz to do a redo of that as my gift and I can have a dance with Tori!”

“Good!”

“And she never got to be at the Cow Wow for long. Maybe we can have that dance together too!”

Unauthorized duplication: this tale has been taken without consent. Report sightings.

“Wow! You have changed!”

“I guess Tori brought out a different me.”

Trina hugs Jade.

“It’s your sister’s fault I enjoy hugs now.”

“She has a habit of changing people and getting them to like her. Plus, when you become my sister-in-law, you have to deal with this.”

Is this what it feels like to be loved like this? “Thanks!”

After an hour, Tori and Jasper come back.

“How were my favorite sister and my favorite girlfriend?”

“I’m your only sister and Jade’s your only girlfriend.”

“Great! Great! Trina was helping me with an idea.” Jade turns to Trina. “By the way, you can use this opportunity to get with Beck.”

“So my surprise is going to involve Beck and Trina? Also, you two are bonding!” Tori then kisses Jade. “We have to go. I have food for everyone. Here’s your bag, Jade. Trina, yours is in the car. Bye.” Tori and Jade kiss.

It’s now Wednesday. Classes have ended.

“Attention students. This is Principal Helen Dubois speaking. All students meet up at the Asphalt Café.”

Jade sees Sikowitz. “Sikowitz. Can I tell you my gift for Tori?”

“Sure.”

“Okay. I want to recreate the dances Tori missed.”

“Sorry. I cannot approve.”

“Why‽”

He walks outside to the Asphalt Café. Everyone is now outside.

“Hey, Jade.” Trina says.

“Trina, what’s going on?”

“I don’t know.”

“There’s my girlfriend!” Tori walks by and hugs jade

“Tori?”

“Yes. Your girlfriend.” She holds onto Jade’s waist and kisses her cheek.

Robbie, Beck, and André enter.

“What’s going on?” Beck asks.

Cat walks up to the top of the Café with a megaphone. “May I have your attention, please? May I have your attention, please? Will the real Robbie Shapiro please stand up? I repeat. Will the real Robbie Shapiro please stand up?”

“Girl, you ain’t Eminem!”

“Rex, stop! I’m Robbie Shapiro.”

“Robbie Shapiro, I may have been a very stupid girl in the past!”

“And in the present!” Jade yells.

“But tonight will be the night that I will fall for you, over again!”

“Wait. Aren’t those lyrics from ‘Fall for You’ by Secondhand Serenade?” Tori asks.

“Robbie Shapiro, will you dance, dance with me in this Prome and Cow Wow?”

“WHAT‽” Jade says.

“What was with the 2000’s references?” Someone asks.

“Aw, she used ‘Dance, Dance’ from Fall Out Boy!” Tori says.

“Everyone who joins in this dance gets extra credit! Sikowitz said so!”

“Yes! I approve! Tomorrow be the Prome and the day after will be the Cow Wow. The weather should be nice since it’s rather warm for a December. It should be 70° Fahrenheit.”

“Yes!” Robbie says.

Everyone claps.

“Aw! That’s so sweet! I love them so much! Imagine if you got that for me, Jade!”

“Yeah.” Dammit, Cat! Why were both of us so dysfunctional‽

“That’s a legit gift. They really love each other!” André says.

“I still have my outfit from the Cow Wow.” Beck says.

“And your Prome outfit matched mine, Jade. It’ll be fun!”

“I’m going for you.” Jade hugs Tori, but frowns.

Robbie runs up to Cat to kiss her.

“I better get that crown and become Prome Queen!” Trina says.

“Here.” Jade gives Trina the crown.

“Sorry, future sister-in-law.”

It’s the next night. Everyone is now at the Prome. Trina and Jade are talking to each other.

“Okay. Just be cool. Last time, he was in Canada; so he missed it. Just be as normal as you can without scaring him.”

“Thanks, Jade.”

“You look great in that crown.”

“Are you just saying that because I’m Tori’s sister?”

“No. I’m being honest. You look great. Now go to him! The band’s playing some great music and it should be fun! Go! Dance! I’m going to look for Tori.”

Trina smiles. She walks up to Beck and takes a deep breath.

“Hey.”

“Dance?”

“Sure, Trina.”

Jade finds Tori.

“I’m glad we still fit in these.”

“You two would make good sisters-in-law.”

“Planned our wedding already, Tori?”

They laugh and then kiss each other.

“I was just giving your sister some advice to be cool.” She points at her and Beck. “Once they date, he’ll be fine with her being crazy in another way.”

“Yeah, I don’t want images of my sister like that in my head.”

Jade laughs. They hold each other and stare.

“We should’ve had this moment earlier. I messed things up in the past.”

“You’re a different person now, Jade. It’s better now than never. Also, it’s Sikowitz who messed things up. We both got what we wanted later on.”

They stare at each other again.

“Where’s André?” Jade asks.

“Sherry came by and took him.” They see the pair making out.

“Oh! The girl who kept kissing him in the hallway. Speaking of hallways, can we go inside the school alone?”

“Ooh! Okay! Janitorial closet?”

“No. For a serious conversation.”

They take a break and go inside the school. Jade goes to the vending machine, gets two cans of Wahoo Punch, and gives one to Tori.

“Tori, I’m really grateful that you brought Clowns Don’t Bounce to life. Also, I’m sorry about the first Prome.”

“It’s okay. Remember, it was Sikowitz’s fault. You’ve changed a lot.”

“Yeah, but I wore this dress and hairstyle to match yours because I was so obsessed with you. I always had this obsession since you beat me in Alphabet Improv. I sabotaged everything and put shrimp in your bra last Prome.”

“Yeah. How did you do that?”

“I don’t even remember. I could’ve put it in your hair, but I chose your bra. Was I horny? Maybe. I don’t know. You make me feel so many different emotions. When you licked my can of Wahoo Punch, I still drank it because it was the closest I was going to get to kissing you. I was so fucking wet downstairs when I drank it! You wouldn’t believe—“

“I get it. You’re making me blush.” Tori hugs Jade and they kiss.

“I’m just upset because I wanted to do this for you.”

“Well, I would’ve loved it. We’re here now. Let’s dance, Jade!” Tori pulls Jade’s arm and they go back outside.

Cat and Robbie are dancing together and then they stop to get punch.

“You know, I’m glad you put this together, Cat.”

“Yeah. I’m sorry that I took that other guy.”

“Wait. He was real?”

“Yeah. Here’s a picture of us.” Cat shows him the picture.

“Oh.”

“Yeah. I’m sorry I didn’t ask you out first, Robbie.”

“Things are different.”

“I love you.”

“I bet I love you more, Cat.”

“I love you so much that I’d kill any girl who tries to take you!” Cat starts to laugh.

“You win.”

“Where’s Rex?”

“Over there.” He points at Rex near the live band. “He really likes their music.”

Cat giggles. She notices Beck and Trina. “They look good together!”

“Maybe we can get them together like how we did to Tori and Jade!” Cat and Robbie kiss.

Sinjin walks up to the microphone. “It’s time for everyone to get close to your special someone and slow dance! Ladies, if you’re single, I’m available!” Sinjin uses breath spray and raises his eyebrows.

Everyone starts dancing. Trina gets closer to Beck.

“I love you, Beck!”

“What?”

“Nothing!”

Tori and Jade continue to dance.

“This is really happening, Tori.”

Tori lays her head on Jade’s chest as they dance. “I love you, Jade.”

“I love you, Tori.”

Later on, the Prome ends. The band packs up and everyone is set to leave.

“Don’t forget that tomorrow is the Cow Wow!” Cat says.

“What do we do now?” Robbie asks.

“Anyone hungry?” Beck asks.

“Inside Out Burger group date?” Tori asks.

Everyone agrees and they all go. Afterward eating, they gather in the parking lot.

“Trina, is it okay if I stay with Jade for a while?”

“I’m not Mom. I’ll just tell her and Dad that you’re with your girlfriend. I’m gonna hang with Beck. They’ll want the alone time anyway.”

“Don’t have too much fun, you two.” Jade says.

“You should figure out your gift to Tori and Cat, Jade.” Beck says.

Jade drives Tori to Sapphire’s house. They enter her room and sit on Jade’s bed.

“I had a great time, Tori.” Jade starts to stroke Tori’s hand.

“Me too.”

“I’m ready.”

“Aren’t you afraid you’ll wake up anyone else?”

“We’ll just go slow. It’ll be just like you like it. Everyone here’s a deep sleeper. I know both sets of my parents are here, but it’s fine. I heard my moms talking to each other.”

“That’s fine.” They start kissing slowly with Tori on top. They then remove their dresses and continue kissing.

“I was so obsessed with you that day, Tori!”

“Well, show me how obsessed you were!”

They start to pick up the pace. Just then, Jade gets on top.

“Fuck it, Tori! If they hear, they hear!”

“I was thinking the same mi amor!”

“There it is!”

Jade grabs one of Tori’s legs and starts thrusting faster.

“¡Más rápido!”

“There it is! ¡Háblame Española!”

When she’s done, she goes down on Tori. Minutes after, Tori does the same. Afterwards, they cuddle while facing each other.

“You know, you get wet faster than I do.” Jade says.

“Yeah. It just means you’re doing a great job! It triggers my Spanish!” Tori smiles. “If only you didn’t have to take me home.” Tori starts to get up.

“Yeah. I know. At least tomorrow is another event where we can be a couple together. The Cow Wow.”

They cuddle and kiss some more until it’s time for Tori to leave. Jade drives Tori to her house.

“You sure you won’t get in trouble?”

“Trina covered for me. She got home after she was with Beck.” They kiss.

“Alright. I love you, Tori.”

“I love you, Jade. Text me when you get home.”

They kiss again. Tori gets out of Jade’s car and Jade waits for Tori to get inside before driving off.

It’s the next night and everyone is at the Cow Wow. Cat is talking to Tori.

“Tori, I got another band to play for this so you can spend more time with Jade. André is going to play with them too!”

“Thanks, Cat!” Tori hugs Cat and looks for Jade. When she finds her, they kiss.

“I changed my hair to purple.”

“Your spontaneity is one of the things that I like about you, Jade. I took that into consideration for my gift to you. It’s not necessarily a physical gift, but it’s something I think you’ll enjoy.”

“I have an idea for Cat, but I still need to give you something.”

“I know I’ll love whatever it is.”

“I see Beck with Trina again. Your sister really needed that push.”

“Unlike us, they’re not a couple yet.”

They slowly lean in and kiss. Tori starts to grab Jade’s butt.

“Save that ass grab for when we’re at your house. We can be cowgirls in a different way.”

Cat and Robbie are sitting together.

“I’m sorry I ran away from you last time. I was scared.”

“It’s okay. Like you said, you were scared. I’m not with Gabriella. I’m with you.”

“I’m glad I could make it up to you.”

“Thanks.”

“Hey, Robbie.”

“Yeah?”

“Can I tell you a secret?”

“Sure.”

Cat holds Robbie’s face and kisses him.

Robbie laughs. “You stole my line.”

“I did!”

“I won’t run away like you did.”

Cat laughs.

“Wanna dance again?”

“Yeah.”

They get up to dance. Trina and Beck are together at the punch bowl.

“You know, I feel bad that you missed out on the last Cow Wow. You would’ve enjoyed it.”

“You feel bad for me‽ You feel something for me, Beck‽”

“I just think that it would’ve been something that you would’ve enjoyed. Unfortunately, you weren’t there.”

“Oh.”

“But I’m glad you’re here.”

Trina smiles.

Tori and Jade are still dancing.

“Hey, Jade. I’m about to go sing with André. Don’t miss me too much!”

“Kiss me before you go?”

“Anything for you, Jade.” After their kiss, Tori goes on the stage to perform.

“Good job.” Jade says to Trina.

“Huh?” Beck asks.

“Nothing.” Jade says with a smile.

“Jade, you dyed your hair again.” Cat says.

“I know! I do it when I’m stressed! I’m purple, Tori’s making me horny, I can’t find a good gift, and I’m probably going to dye it again!”

“Before we start, I want to give a shout-out to a very special girl. I love you, Jade West!” Tori blows a kiss towards Jade and Jade does the same. The music starts. They’re playing ‘Here’s 2 Us.’

“Tori’s just so perfect and I don’t know what to give her!”

“I’ll keep helping you. I know my sister better than anyone else here.”

“I wish she and I could dance.”

“You two did. Are you wearing her old scarf?”

“Yes. I gave her my old sweater in exchange when we thought it would work as a gift.”

“Aw!”

“I know. Tori made me a soft.”

They continue listening to the song. After their song ends, a car pulls up to the school.

“ANDRÉ!”

“Oh no!” André says. “Grandma, what are you doing? You’re supposed to be with Mom and Dad.”

Sikowitz walks up to the two of them. “Ma’am, what are you doing here?”

“I DON’T KNOW YOU!”

André puts his guitar down. “Grandma.”

She then picks up his guitar and tries to hit Sikowitz. She ends up breaking it and continues trying to attack Sikowitz.

“Someone stop her!” Sikowitz says.

“Dude, I know this is bad timing, but I’m gonna give this to your grandma.” Beck says. “Hey, ma’am. Want a treat?”

“OKAY, PRETTY BOY!”

Beck gives her a brownie. She eats it. After a minute, she calms down.

“Merry Christmas, André!” Beck says.

“André, I’m so sorry. What happened? Why was I yelling?”

“I’ll take you home. How did you even get here?”

“I don’t know.”

“Just sit by the car, Grandma.”

“Okay.”

“Dude, what’s in those brownies?” Jade asks.

“A Canadian and Californian secret.” Beck winks at Jade.

“Maybe we can share secrets one day as a group?” Jade asks.

“Sure.” Beck says.

“Beck, thanks!” André says.

“Sorry about your guitar. Take some more of these. Go take her to get tested and hope she can get prescribed some of these things. Take the whole bag.”

Sikowitz walks up to Beck. “Beck, normally one would be in trouble for bringing such substances on school grounds.”

“But …”

“But she almost killed me and you boys saved me. And technically, while you gave something to someone who isn’t your assignment, André has been helped in the same way he gave a cricket peanut butter. This counts.”

“I couldn’t save the guitar!” André says.

“We can figure out a way to fix it or have the school raise funds for another one. You won’t be at fault.”

“But that was mine!”

“Oh. That’s too bad. Well, Cat and Beck have given their gifts.”

“My gift André you will be to fix the guitar.” Tori says.

“How are you going to do that, Miss Vega?” Sikowitz says.

“I don’t know. But I’ll do it somehow.”

“Good luck. If anyone helps her with this, her gift won’t count. Sikowitz is out.” He leaves.

“Tori, I’ll appreciate it so much if you can fix it!” André hugs Tori and walks away.

“Come and eat with us after you drop your grandmother off. We’ll be at Inside Out Burger.” Tori says.

“Okay.”

“Trina, help me put this in the car. Trina?”

“I’ll help, Tori. She’s busy talking to Beck.”

“Thanks, Jade.”

“Robbie and I will help.” Cat says.

“Thanks. Cat, Robbie, you’re great friends! Jade and I have both parts of the guitar.”

“I wish I had some of that Canadian stuff.” Cat says.

“I think we all do.” Robbie says. They put the pieces in Tori and Trina’s car. “I left Rex in my car. Bye. See you all there.” He and Cat kiss. “Thank you for the gift, Cat.” Robbie says.

“Trina, after we’re done eating, stay with Beck and go out somewhere. Tori told me your parents went on a date. I’m taking Tori home.” Jade says.

“I don’t even know care you’re about to do with Tori. You had me at ‘stay with Beck’ so that’s what’s happening.”

Jade and Tori enter the car. Jade turns on the ignition. “Are you okay, Tori?”

“I don’t know. André’s grandmother broke his guitar, I’m worried I won’t be able to fix it, you need your gift as well, you’re worried about giving me a gift, tonight was—”

“Wait.” Jade kisses Tori on the lips and strokes her face. “How do you feel now?”

Tori starts to giggle.

“I love watching you laugh uncontrollably after I kiss you! Let’s eat with our friends.”

They arrive at Inside Out Burger.

“I’m getting an extra for my brother so he doesn’t attack me.” Cat says.

“We worry about you, Cat.” Jade says.

“André and I are getting food for our sisters.” Robbie says.

“I might as well get some for my grandma. I bet she’s getting hungry soon.”

“I might as well buy one for Jasper.”

Tori kisses Jade. “You’re a good sister.”

They all order and get their food.

“Alright. I’m out.” André says.

“Cat and I are leaving.” Robbie says.

“Later. Apparently, Trina and I are going somewhere.” Beck says.

Jade drives to her mom’s house with Tori in the passenger seat.

“Hi, Tori. Steven and I are going to visit Ruby and Roy and try to have a date night. Take good care of Jade.”

“It’ll be the other way around.” Jade says as she hugs Sapphire and Steven and walks upstairs.

“Thank you, Tori. Have fun.” She winks at the two of them.

“Huh‽ Um … What‽”

“We know. Your mom told Ruby and me.”

Jasper sees Tori and waves.

“I’ll be embarrassed later.”

“Hi, Tori!” Jasper says.

Tori hands him the food she got him. “Here’s some food. I’m going to play a game with Jade.”

“Awesome! Thanks for dinner!”

They go upstairs to Jade’s room and take off their clothes.

“Here’s to us, Jade!”

“Come here!”

“I love you!” They kiss and then remove their clothes. After having sex, they cuddle together in bed for a while. Tori leaves and goes to her home. Her parents are on the couch.

“Hey, parents.”

“Trina seemed to be in a good mood when she got back.” Holly said.

“She spent time with Beck.”

“Oh. Poor kid.” David says.

“He was fine.”

It’s the next day at school and classes have ended. Robbie sees Beck.

“Beck, wait up.”

“Oh. Right. Thanks for the help on the assignment with that Tech Theater assignment. Was that your gift?”

“No. But I have it ready for you.”

“What is it?”

“Well, I remember that your present to me was that opportunity to say something to Christy Vicaris.”

“Which Cat didn’t like because you ended up on a date with her.”

“Yes. Since I went on a date, I guess it’s my turn to set you up on a date. So, that’s my gift.”

“Oh. Well, who is it? You know I don’t like basic girls.”

“Yeah. I thought about it and I could only think of Trina because—”

“No! No way am I—“

Trina walks by with a nice dress on. “Hey.”

Beck stares at Trina.

“Was this a bad idea? I know Trina can be weird, but she agreed. She told me something about Jade calming her down.”

"I'm weird? You're the one who thought I loved you because of a kiss."

“Oh. Yeah. Thanks for the gift.”

“See you after school, Beck?” Trina asks.

“Yeah. You never looked like that before.”

“Thank you.”

Beck leaves.

“Thanks for getting him to date me, Robbie.” Trina hugs him. Cat comes in and snatches him from her hands.

“Hands off! Robbie and I have a date tonight!”

“You really are better at being the possessive girlfriend.” Trina says.

“We can make it a double date, Cat. If Beck and Trina want.”

Beck comes back. “You know, it should just be Trina and me.”

“Or the four of us can go somewhere. Robbie and I can take a different table away from you two so you both can be alone together.”

“That works.” Trina says.

“You’re so pretty, Trina!” Cat says.

“So it looks like the three of us have our assignments completed.” Beck says.

“It’s just André and the other girls. Tori and Jade have to give two gifts and André has to give something to Tori.” Robbie says.

Jade walks in.

“Hi! Jade, Why’s your hair back to black with green highlights?” Cat asks.

“I’ve been dyeing it again!”

“Why?”

“Because I’m stressed and can’t find a gift for Tori!”

“Don’t forget me.”

“Dammit! Okay. I’ll calm down.” Jade closes her eyes and takes a deep breath.

“Thinking about Tori?” Cat asks.

“Yeah. Seeing her smile makes me feel calm.” Jade takes another deep breath. “Cat, since Robbie is your boyfriend, what would you want Robbie to give you?”

“Anything.”

“I forgot I’m dealing with you. I’ll try another approach. Maybe I’ll start with you before I get to her. Remember when you found out about what Beck gave Robbie?”

“Don’t remind me!” Cat says,

“Robbie, I’m borrowing your girlfriend.” Jade says.

“We have a date!” Robbie says.

“We’ll get there, Robbie.” Cat kisses him. Jade takes Cat’s hand and they go somewhere else.

“Maybe Robbie needs a reminder of who he’s got. I think I know how to make you more appealing to him. I know what my gift to you will be.”

“Yay!”

“Get in your car and follow me.”

“Where to?”

“A naughty store at a mall!”

Cat laughs as Jade grabs her arm to leave school. Meanwhile, Tori and André are at a guitar repair shop.

“Thank you, Tori.”

“It took a few days, but it’s good. I should thank your grandmother for breaking it.”

"Really?"

“Sorry.”

“Now it’s your turn.”

“Okay. What’s my gift?”

“I hired someone to work out some dangerous stunts for you so you can get over your fears when you do stunts in class. It’ll help your confidence.”

“Well, it’s useful. It’s also scary!”

“This woman’s gonna do some fight scenes with you.” He shows Tori a picture of the woman.

“She reminds me of Jade, but in a bad way.”

“And this woman’s going to push you off of multiple two-story sets.” He shows Tori a picture of the man.

“She also reminds me of Jade in a bad way. Well, it’s going to help me with my confidence.”

“Yeah. Sikowitz approved of my gift, so enjoy! I’ll drive you.”

Jade and Cat are at the Northridge Mall.

“Alright. I’ll pick out the suit for you and see if you’ll like it.”

“What’s your gift for Tori going to be?”

“Maybe I can help her get over her fear of stunts. I feel bad for pushing her that one time. I know it was my attempt at getting her to be better, but I was a jerk. I enjoyed making her fall more than I enjoyed boosting her confidence.”

“Good idea!”

“Am I a good person?”

“You’re a great person!”

Jade gets a notification from her phone. She checks TheSlap. “Dammit, André!”

“What’s wrong?”

“He beat me to it just like you beat me to the dance idea! But my Tori looks so happy! Look at my little tor browser!”

“Your Tori? Your tor browser?” Cat laughs.

“I don’t care anymore. I love her! And I gave her that pet name because I like to corrupt her. I browse through all of her secret parts. She calls me her gem or piedra preciosa.” Jade sighs and smiles. She immediately frowns. “I need something!”

“You two should’ve dated earlier. You wouldn’t be so mean.”

“I won’t take offense to that right now. I need to find something for Tori.”

“Me first!”

“Right. Uh…” Jade finds a body suit that looks like a cat. “Here. Check if it fits. If you still have that outfit for when we did that performance for André, you’ll make Robbie go speechless; especially if you wear this under that. Wait. Now that I say that, I know what I’ll do!”

“Yay!”

“Alright. I’ll pay for this and we leave.”

“Can we get food?”

“Fine. You sound like my brother. After that, come to my house and change and then go to Robbie’s place so you can make him hot and bothered. First, I need to ask if Sikowitz will approve of this.” Jade texts Sikowitz.

“Do you think it’s weird that we can message a teacher after school?”

“He said it’s good! Yes! And I don’t know, Cat. We go to a performing arts school.”

After the mall, two girls arrive at Jade’s mom’s house to get Cat to change.

“This suit has a zipper. Wear it on and then put on the outfit that you wore for André’s performance over it. Yeah. That’ll drive Robbie wild.”

“I’m not trying to have sex with him yet.”

“Yet?”

“Yet. Maybe one day.”

“Gross.”

“What if I said you and Tori having sex is gross?”

“Take that back!”

“See?”

“Fine. I only think that way because Robbie was weird. Also, I don’t want to think of him naked. But whatever. Have fun with him.”

“After our date.”

“If he makes you happy, then I’m happy.”

“You and Tori dating makes me happy.”

They hug.

“You like hugs now!”

“Yeah.”

Trina and Beck are now at their date at the Olive Bargain.

“Thank you for joining me, Beck.”

“You’re welcome. You look really nice in that dress. And there’s something different about you somehow.”

“Jade advised me to be more cool, calm, and collected. We’ve been friends for a while since I found out she had sex with Tori. You look great as well.”

“What have you been up to lately?”

“House decorating and dealing with classes. I hope I graduate this school year. What about you?”

“The usual. This Secret Santa assignment is another one of Sikowitz’s crazy things. I wonder how Robbie thought of this.”

“You helped him try to talk to a girl to get revenge, but they ended up spending some time together and it pissed Cat off. Since you broke up with Jade, he thought you needed someone to go on a date with.”

“Well, we shouldn’t let this food get cold.” They start to eat and he looks at her more. She seems different.

“How was your day so far, Beck?”

“Good. Good. Yours?”

“Good. You know, when the break starts, we should hang out more. Maybe as a group or maybe just us two.”

“I’d like that, Trina.”

“How about at your place after this?”

“Sure.”

In the same restaurant, Cat and Robbie are sitting at their own table.

“Thank you for this date, Robbie. I hope it’s better with me instead of Christy.”

“I’m always having fun when I’m with you, Cat.”

“Is anyone at your house?”

“No. My sister’s with her friends and my parents went on a date. Then they said they’d see my grandparents.”

“Perfect.” She holds his hand.

“Huh?”

“I said ‘Perfect’ and then I held your hand.”

“Oh. Why?”

“I have another gift for you!”

“Really?”

“Yeah. At your place.” She winks.

“Huh‽”

“I don’t want to go home because my brother’s home. Jade gave me a gift and I want to share it with you.”

“Right. Jade and Tori are the last ones left.”

“Do you think Beck and Trina would make a good couple?”

Robbie looks at them from across the table. “Maybe. It would be cute to see three couples within the group. Let’s eat.”

“Let’s.” Cat laughs. “That's a funny word.”

After they eat, they go to Robbie’s house.

“I’m going to the bathroom. Go to your room.”

“Um … I guess I’ll be in my room.”

“Wait for me.”

“Okay.”

Cat goes to the bathroom to change. After changing, she goes to Robbie’s room. Robbie stares at her.

“What do you think? I’m a Santa Cat. Or Cat Claus. I’m in a Santa suit and a sexy cat outfit. Also, my name’s Cat! Jade told me to leave the Santa outfit opened a little to reveal the cat part, and then she told me to unzip it a little.”

“Um … um …”

Cat looks at her phone to read off a list of things Jade told her to do. She then sits on Robbie’s lap. “Like what you see?”

He nods.

“Good. Look what I have!” She holds up some mistletoe and they kiss. “Jade told me to go only a little far. Only kissing. This outfit was her gift to me.”

“I should thank her.”

Cat checks her phone. “Maybe we could go further one of these days.” She reads her phone again. “I just want you to remember who you’ve got. No more Gabriella and no more Christy. Just me.”

“Sure.”

“Let’s watch Christmas movies. Then we can make out. I had a fun night. Thanks for the date.” She holds up the mistletoe and kisses him for a few seconds.

“I … I want more.” Robbie says.

“Okay.” Cat kisses him again. “It’s a good thing we brought breath mints.” They kiss some more. “Now we should watch this movie.” Cat leans into Robbie’s chest. “Oh. Wait.” She sits on Robbie’s lap. “There. Hold me.”

“Okay.”

“I’m texting Jade. I hope you don’t mind.”

“Go ahead.”

Cat pulls out her phone and speaks while she texts. “I did what you said. I gave him only a little. It worked!”

“Thank you, Jade.” Robbie says.

“Oh. I texted that out loud.”

“You’re so hot, Cat!” They start kissing. Robbie separates himself. “What about the movie?”

“Right.”

“Thank you for the cookies and milk, Robbie.”

“Sure.”

Jade reads her text and smiles. Now it’s my turn. Jade texts Tori. “I know you have something ready for me, but I want to give you my gift first. I want you and Sikowitz to see that I’m good at giving gifts.” She puts her phone down. “Why am I talking out loud when I text? Why am I talking out loud when nobody’s here?” Jade sighs. “Whatever. I’m glad Mr. and Mrs. Vega gave Jasper and me copies of their house keys. Oh! I hear the car!” Jade opens up her Santa robe a little. "I need to be her temptress."

Tori opens the door and stares at Jade.

“Hey, Tori.”

“Uh … You … You’re in that outfit you wore for André’s gift last year.”

“Yep. Yours is upstairs. Put it on. Wear it like mine. Less is more, Tori.”

“Okay. I … I wasn’t expecting this.”

“I know.”

Tori goes upstairs and changes.

“She’s so cute when she’s nervous! I just love being her hot big titty goth girlfriend!”

Tori goes back downstairs.

“You know, you’re cute when you’re nervous like that over me.”

“What’s my gift exactly? And why are we in sexy Santa outfits?”

“I’m giving you a Christmas experience that you’ll never forget.” She holds up some mistletoe and kisses Tori.

“In these outfits?”

“Yes. Don we now our gay apparel.”

“Because we’re not straight?”

Jade laughs.

“Where are my parents?”

“I convinced them to go on a date.”

“And what are we going to do?”

“You and I are going to watch Christmas movies.”

“In these outfits?”

“In our very gay apparel? Yes. It’s to get the Christmas vibe just right.”

“We could’ve worn pajamas.”

“And miss this?” Jade kisses Tori and starts to straddle her. Tori releases her grip.

“Not yet! Not yet!”

Jade laughs. “I love that you think I’m hot and I love how easy it is for you to get wet. We’re watching Christmas movies. We have some cookies here, some hot cocoa, and some milk if you want something different. It’ll be fun! And maybe we can go upstairs to your room.” She kisses Tori again. “Let’s just sit here and watch some cheesy Christmas movies. Later, we can get on the naughty list.”

“There’s the soft voice again.”

“You’ve never had a girlfriend to do these things before. So this is my gift. Even better, you have me of all people being your girlfriend doing this with you.”

“I don’t know what to say.”

“Let’s watch some Christmas movies for a while.”

Tori sits next to Jade. Jade gives her a kiss on the cheek. After a few hours of Christmas movies, Jade gets up.

“Are you leaving?”

“No.” Jade extends her hand and Tori takes it. They go upstairs to Tori’s room.

“What’s going on?”

“Wow! What are the odds that someone placed more mistletoe on the ceiling directly above your bed?” Jade pushes Tori onto her bed and they start kissing. “Goodness! Jade Claus is getting hot in these robes!” Jade takes all of her clothes off.

“And now you’re naked in my bed!”

“Yeah. But maybe Tori needs to take her clothes off too. Am I right, Tori?”

Tori removes her clothes and they start kissing again.

“Wait. Sikowitz said sex wasn’t a gift.”

“I don’t know what you’re talking about, Tori. My gift is for your first December with a girlfriend to be special. My gift is cheesy Christmas movies and tasty cookies.”

“But … I …”

“Sikowitz approved.” She shows Tori her phone. “Read the phone, Tori. Read the phone.”

“You stole my phone-in-face bit again.”

He doesn’t have to know we had sex.”

“You’re so smart, Jade.”

They start kissing. Meanwhile, David and Holly are still on their date.

“We need to get away from the kids more often, David.”

“Like we always do?”

“Oh. Right. Wait. Are we still bad parents?”

“No. No. Tori and Trina are fine. Jade suggested we do this.”

“Right.” Holly sighs. “Back to our date. Just the two of us.”

Back in Tori’s room, they’re almost finished.

“Oh, Jade!”

That’s what I need to hear!

“Yes!”

“Am I a great gift giver?”

“Yes!”

Their legs shake and they get wet. Jade stops thrusting and untangles her legs from Tori’s. They both take a while to catch their breath.

“Did you mean that? Am I a great gift giver?”

“I’m pretty sure that the many times I said ‘yes’ over and over means you are. Jade, I love you.”

“I can’t wait to see what you get me.”

“I feel like you’ll like it. I hope.”

“That doesn’t sound very confident. What’s wrong?”

“I couldn’t get a good gift to André on my own last year. This year I only got him something based on a situation.”

“So did he. He did that for Beck. It was meaningful to help him catch a cricket to help him sleep.”

“Yeah, but—“

"I believe in you. I'm easy to please."

"You are."

“I should've said this earlier, but in the performance for André last year, I wanted to squeeze your ass so fucking bad!” Jade grabs Tori’s ass.

“Oh, Jade!” They kiss and go back to where they started. This time, Tori gets on top and crosses her legs with Jade’s. More time passes as they have sex. They finally stop.

“Alright. We’ve had enough cookies and milk. I’m going to go home soon.”

“Yeah. I know what you mean. I feel a little full. I do love that you got different cookies, Jade.”

“I wasn’t talking about those cookies or that kind of milk.”

Tori blushes and giggles. “I love how you’re so … you!”

“You’re so innocent sometimes. I just want to corrupt you so badly. I love you. And you’ll be fine. I’ll love whatever it is. Now kiss me. We’re under the mistletoe. It’s the law.”

They kiss. Jade tries to get up, but Tori holds onto her.

“Ten more minutes. I won’t leave until we get enough cuddle time.”

“Is Tori Vega demanding I stay in bed with her?”

“Yes.”

“I like it!”

“I love you!”

“I love you, too!”

“I love you more!”

“I love you more, Tori!”

“You’re right.”

“I know I’m right!”

“Yeah. You do love me more. You started acting cheesy like this.”

“Look what you’ve done to me.” Jade gets back into bed with Tori and they continue kissing.

It’s now the next night. Tori is driving Jade somewhere.

“I’m in the outfit from The Scissoring because of what reason?”

“You look like you’d want to fulfill a fantasy.”

“I already had sex with you in this outfit on Halloween.”

“Another fantasy. Plus, Sikowitz already told us that sex wasn’t enough of a gift. I know we did last night, but technically your gift was a surprise Christmas date.”

“Why do I need the scissors from The Scissoring that Cat gave me last December?”

“I’m taking you somewhere to use them.”

“Tori, your dad’s a cop.”

“Jade, trust me. You’re not going to kill anyone. It’s close. Right over there.”

“A rage room?”

“Yes. And no, I’m not saying you need to relax. I’m saying I want to give you an opportunity.”

"Opportunity?”

“Close to it.”

“Your dad’s a cop.”

“You sound like Trina and me. It’s funny. You’re not killing anyone.”

“Okay. I’ll relax.”

They walk into the building. They sign paperwork and walk into a hallway.

“So I know you’re a very edgy girl.”

“I’d be offended if I didn’t own it.”

“And you really love that movie, The Scissoring.”

“I love it for more reasons than one.”

“And one time when we talked about how much you loved that movie, you talked about wanting to hear the final screeches of your victims.”

“Yeah. And you told me that wouldn’t be nice.”

“Maybe I should’ve indulged you.”

“This sounds a lot like you’re trying to get me to kill someone and get me convicted.”

They walk into a room and there are assorted balls.

“There’s a bunch of balls here, Tori; and not the male kind. I recognize some of them from the sports that men and women play. These other ones look like the ones in those ball pits at toy stores.”

“Now don’t get upset. I know sometimes you have a lot of pent-up anger. I thought that maybe you’d want an excuse to use your scissors aggressively. Maybe using scissors on stuff like these while you’re dressed like your favorite movie character would let you feel like you’re a murderer without getting in trouble. They’re here because I thought you’d imagine the sound of air escaping as the sounds of your victims crying while you do your thing. I was thinking about how you get angry and don’t really have an outlet for that.”

Jade looks at Tori. Tori starts to feel nervous. Jade picks up a ball.

“I’ll pretend this is my dad when he found out about us.” She closes her eyes, takes a deep breath and she uses her scissors to pop it. The sound of air escaping makes her smile.

“Well?”

Jade kisses Tori. “Finally! I can feel like a murderer without repercussions!”

“Enjoy your murder spree. If you want your backup scissors I have—”

“Gimmie!”

Tori hands her the scissors.

“Now I have two weapons in my hands! You’re so lucky that I’m a simple girl, Tori Vega!”

“I’ll let Sikowitz know I did a good job.”

“This next one is Sinjin! And this one is Sikowitz!”

Tori laughs.

“And these, no offense, are my friends!”

She stabs six in a row.

“Aw! We’re your friends! And he approved!”

“I’m like a kid in a candy store!”

After Jade finishes, they go back to Tori’s car.

“I regret not fucking you on your first week at Hollywood Arts!”

“So you enjoyed the gift?”

“Yeah!”

“Good.” They kiss for a few seconds. “Seeing you act like that made me feel aroused, so I’m taking you to your place to get it out.”

Jade laughs. “Thank you. Nobody would ever want me to act like this.”

“You should be allowed to be yourself, Jade.”

“I can kill people I don’t like with my scissors?”

“You should be yourself, but within reason.”

“Darn. Foiled by my girlfriend.”

They both laugh.

“Which place? Your mom’s or your dad’s?”

“Take me to my dad’s and then to my mom’s. Both of my beds need company.”

“I wouldn’t want one bed left out.” They kiss again and Tori drives off.
