Else where, in some unknown location, a group of 5 young adults clad in black outfits fought amongst themselves.
The dark environment was illuminated by the fire balls and lightning flashes that appeared to come out of their hands when fighting.
Trees would fall down from time to time; some even catching fire and burning to a crisp.
Suddenly, one of them stopped fighting prompting all the rest to stop as well. He took of his mask and walked to a chair on the side.
"Boss, what's the problem? Why did you stop?" one of the others followed, asking.
"This Akoha? The one from Altahoma, any leads on him yet?" the one who was reffered to as boss asked in a cold tone; taking his seat on the throne like chair.
"Sir, we checked out their tombs and every one of them is already awoken. Judging from the time of the last breakout, it appears that the Akoha is around sixteen years old now. Other than that, there's no other leads," his subordinate replied in a bowed position.
"Find him! We must end him at all costs!" the boss suddenly yelled while smashing his fist into the armrest of his chair; breaking it in an instant!

Trevor made his way to his class and headed straight to his seat.
Immediately he took his seat, the bell rang and the class teacher, Mrs. Benson, entered class.
"Good morning" greeted Mrs. Benson as she headed to her desk and placed her hand bag on it.
Mrs. Benson looked to be in her late 40's. About 5 foot 10.
"Good morning Mrs Benson" replied the entire class on unison.
Trevor had grown tired of this whole greeting replying thing though he had just enrolled in this school about a week ago. He just kept quite when teachers treated them.
"Can y'all hand in last week's Friday home work now. If you didn't do my homework am afraid ill have to put you through detention, " Mrs Benson seemed to be in a rather bad mood today.
"Pss.. Pss. New kid! Did you complete your homework." asked a girl who sat next to Trevor on the right.
Her voiced sounded a little low but still felt feminine.
She had short red hair that reached her shoulders, most girls envied her in school because of that and often bullied and tease her. That's why she cut it short.
A pretty face with freckles on her nose.
Beautiful brown eyes that gleamed when sun light fell on them.
She wasn't that curvaceous nor that skinny she was in the middle.
She was truly a beauty to behold.
Trevor's heart skipped a bit when he heard the voice. He didn't need to look there to know who it was. It was Claire, the girl he has a crush on! Although he had just enrolled to the school about a week ago, he felt attracted to her. Which was something new to him since he had never had a crush on anyone, even in his previous school. It all started that day when he reported late to school and he was told to sit wherever he wanted. He scanned around the class for free seats and was able to find one. However, when he went to seat to seat there, the person next to it told him someone was seated there with hostility. Even placing her school bag on it to emphasize that she strongly detested him.

Clearly, there was no one on the seat and since class had already started, he doubted there would be any other entries.
He could only stay quite about the matter and search for another.
Fortunately, Claire saved him from looking like a fool and called him over to a free seat next to hers. At first Trevor had not noticed it because her bag was placed on the seat. She removed her bad from it after calling him and placed it on the floor to free up space for Trevor.
A couple of murmurs arose due to her actions. Some in the class threw them disdainful gazes. Trevor could only assume she was the hated girl in the school. But he still just couldn't reject an olive branch offered to him. So he went on ahead and sat next to her.
Over the week, last week, they hadn't spoken at all, not even an introduction. Trevor had tried speaking to her but whenever he saw her serious yet sad face and her concentration towards her books, he lost all courage. Instead, he would just stare at her and freeze. There's a time he almost drooled because he was captivated by her eyes.
Although he had just joked to his dad about him bringing home ten girlfriends, he knew it wasn't possible to even bring one cause he lacked confidence when talking to girls.
"What should I do now......."
"How do I not make myself look like a fool?"
"Trevor don't, you'll freeze when you look at her eyes!"
Trevor's thoughts were all over the place and his heart continued to race in anxiety.
"Relax, Trevor. Just answer her question," he finally calmed down his heart and looked at Claire before answering with a slight smile,"Nope. I didn't understand any of the homework."
"Congratulations Trevor, on making your self look dumb!"
"Too bad, it looks like you'll be going in for detention and Mrs Benson look to be in a bad mood today. I could have helped you if you had come to school a little early, " said the girl with her low toned voice in a saddened expression.
She then stood up and walked to Mrs. Benson's desk and placed placed her exercise book along with the heap of books on the desk.
She walked back to her seated and gave Trevor a pitiful stare.
"Who hasn't handed in his/her homework? There are 39 books here and the class total is 40. I repeat again who hast handed in his homework.!" said Mrs. Benson in an escalating tone.
The girl with red hair next to Trevor could only feel scared for him.
Trevor raised his arm when Mrs. Benson asked about the missing homework.
" Young man can you come to the front of the class and explain to us why you didn't do your homework.!" said Mrs. Benson angrily when she saw him rising his arm.
Trevor stood up from his seat and walked to the front of the class.
Everyone had their eyes fixed on him, either feeling scared for him or excited about the drama about to unfold in front of them.
The class fell in to an awkward silence as they watched Trevor walk up to Mrs. Benson.
"What's your name?"asked Mrs. Benson in an unpleased tone.
" Trevor. Trevor Alphaman. "replied Trevor sincerely as he stretched out his hand to greet Mrs. Benson.
The whole class burst into laughter about his actions. It was like he didn't realize he was in big trouble. He offered a hand shake like he were an intern greeting his employer after getting the job.
He couldn't help but feel a little scared. With all the eyes fixed on him and the laughter , there's no way he couldn't.
Ms. Benson rolled her eyes at him and crossed her arms over her chest.
"So..... Mr. Trevor. Why didn't you complete your homework.?"
" I didn't know what to write, " Trevor answered sincerely without giving it a thought. Something he was used to doing ever since he was young. Lying to people was a difficult task for him.
Again, the class burst into another round of laughter, it was like they had come to watch a comedy show today.
Trevor got really embarrassed hearing the whole class laugh at him. 'Congratulations again, you have made yourself look dumb in front of the whole class now! " he berated himself.
The truth was Trevor wasn't dumb at all. Infact, he was a top student back in his previous school. Due to some reasons, he was expelled from it which earned him a month of not studying at home so he was far behind others in their studies. Not to mention he had just joined the school!
Mrs. Benson's face turned red in anger.
This student surely knew how to push her buttons.
"Shut up!" shouted Mrs. Benson, making the class filled with laughter earlier silent again.
"Aren't you a new student here. I don't care about which ever school you came from and whether you were exempted from homework if you did not understand it.
Your now in Maxwell prime and here, it's a must you must do and hand in your assignment. Detention!!"
This was a day Trevor wouldn't forget soon.
Trevor walked back to his desk silently, with all eyes fixed on him, and sat down.
"I'm really sorry you had to go through all this," Claire said apologetically.
"It's okay, it's not your fault. I blame my bad luck, " replied Trevor with a slight smirk on his face; making a joke out of his predicament.
Well, at least the worst part had come to pass and now things could go back to normal.
"Open your books to page 45. Modern physics! " said Mrs Benson, picking out a brown text book from her hand bag and flipping through its pages.
Everyone who was still making fun about how Trevor offered his hand to Mrs. Benson stopped and flipped through their books.
Those that didn't hear Mrs. Benson clearly still thinking about the drama that took place with a wide grin, ear to ear, snapped out of their daze and asked those close to them what Mrs. Benson said.
Just like that, the class commenced.
Unbeknownst to him, a couple of people were on the hunt for him; searching tirelessly to either end his life or change it!
