Chapter 13:
“So even you don’t know how you even got here too huh.”
Yin Yue simply said after listening to the tale of how this schools’ inhabitants have come to this world as well. The location has been changed from the changing room that the group was in before to a decent room sized conference room.
Seating parallel to one another one side being the representative of the Sun Tzu Military Academy and the Sun Leaf Academy both sides stared at each other sharply, appraising each other studying one another as much as we could. It was only natural since we were both in the same position. With Liang Lì at the head now properly dressed in a uniform of his Academy, Yin Yue seeing him in such a state found herself contemplating something that was building within her she didn’t know what this emotion was she didn’t like it. However, focusing on the task at hand she forced down the unknown feeling away and kept her poker face from revealing any visible emotion.
“Unfortunately for us, that would be the case yes.” The one known as Liang Lì who was sitting opposite to her replied.
It didn’t take a genius to know that he was the recognized ‘leader’ of the group.
“So, we’re all pretty much stuck here in this new world with no idea as to how any of us even got here.” Ailsa Smith said her expression tighten the news of it all was unsettling, though there was no gratinate that someone among them would know the causes of their current predicament still one could still hope to find answers to one’s questions.
“Still why is it that you guys haven’t been changed? Unless you were originally women to begin with and the roles here have swapped…. vice versa.” Yin Yue said without a care to her words while eyeing each of the assembled members opposition to her. At her words the opposite crowd were visible
“I can assure to you that I was born a male and have been a male for the last seventeen years of my life.” Liang Lì said with great affirmation in his voice.
“As we all.” The rest of the guys behind him responded together after he spoke as if on cue some even brought out their student ID cards for Yue and the others to verify. Yin Yue gave them a somewhat accusation look clearly not believing a word that was just spoken but said nothing more other than giving a slight shrug no longer interested in the topic.
“Alright-alright I understand no need to get so defensive I apologize if I offended you in any way.”
“None taken there is nothing to be forgiven for if there wasn’t anything needed to forgive.”
Then came the creaking monotone whine of the door opening that leads into the room, the door swung open inwardly in to the room on hinges badly in need of oiling. Revealing a lone figure behind barely illuminated by the soft light of the hallway the figure came trotting softly into the room, the figure in question a young teen like everyone else in the room of Sun Leaf Academy wearing the small student uniform.
He was quite tall and athletic looking with short slicked back hair. He keeps his outer overlaying button up shirt partially unbuttoned. He overall had the look of the typical anime cartoon typical delinquent walking by his side was a female student who looked a bit disheveled like the youth beside her, she has a tight and slim body. Her hair is long her uniform however was a mess loose in areas like her blouse showing off a great deal of her breast volume to the outside. She even had jewelry that was clearly not within any school regulations civilian wise and especially not by military academy standard. Appearances aside Yin Yue couldn’t help but make out a slight glow of an aura around the female. Though it was a real glow like a light but it was there nonetheless, Yin Yue almost though she was imaging things she turned her head slightly towards Ailsa Smith to find that she too was looking over to her. ‘Nice to know I’m not the only one.’
“It is impolite to stare at a lady so much.” The delinquent looking female student scowled noticing the looks she was receiving from Yin Yue’s party.
“Right~.” Yin Yue replied absently not really putting her words to her ears. The delinquent female face grew red as a result as she could see she wasn’t being taken seriously, but kept her tongue still glaring at the group in front of her. Yin Yue didn’t understand what was her problem nor did she even have the heart to care, something about the women ticked her off however she didn’t know what though.
“You’re late Ye Chen you were supposed to be here ten minutes ago and I don’t recall telling you to bring anyone else so why is Zhao Yanyan here.” Liang Lì didn’t even turn to acknowledge this newcomer and his tone of voice was not all that welcoming either. Not just him either the others behind Liang Lì didn’t seem all that welcoming towards the new arrival.
“Yeah-yeah sorry I’m late hope I didn’t……. whoa~……... are…….so these are our so-called saviors that everyone was talking about huh…...damn you people didn’t care to tell me about this sooner.” The called Ye Chen whistled as he continued to sweep his gaze upon Yin Yue’s party then his eyes came upon her.

At his gaze a slight shiver creeped up upon Yin Yue as if swarm of insects was crawling all over her skin. She found herself rubbing her arms at this intense feeling as if she was cold to which Liang Lì misunderstood picked up upon.
“Are you cold would you like me to call someone to fetch you something warmer? I understand that the uniforms don’t seem to fit you so-.”
“No-no its fine its nothing.” Yin Yue quickly replied trying to dispel the misunderstanding. What was that? what in the world is that gaze?! Yin Yue felt as though her skin has been exposed, and that there are slugs crawling all over, licking the side of her breasts and around her waist. What is this unpleasant feeling!?
It’s often said that a woman instantly notices when a man stares at her breasts, even a little. Never before had Yin Yue understood that meaning like today! Is this how all women feel when a man looks at them do, they just have the instinct to know when they’re being gawked at?
“Hey baby are you from heaven cause you look like an angel you know that~.” Ye Chen said towards Yin Yue ignoring the looks that he was getting from his possible girlfriend at his side, including the looks coming from Liang Lì and the rest of his colleagues. Yin Yue almost fell flat on her from the overly used cringy pick-up line she almost instinctively shifted her posture as Ye Chen moved closer to the table leaning in on his shoulder, his eyes never leaving hers. However, Yin Yue held strong showing no change in her emotions or motions remaining as passive as possible though the urge to slug the guy in front was increasing by the second.
“Ye Chen enough we have more important matters to you can do your shit a later time.” Liang Lì’s voice though soft boomed across every eardrum in the room like thunder silence hung upon the atmosphere within the room, the command was not forceful but the tone of his voice carried the aura of authority compelling everyone who heard it to listen. Even Yin Yue felt the sense of authority projected like a physical weight on her very being at this moment she could honestly say that she was impressed,
“Alright-alright no need to get so impulsive here we’re all on the same side yes I’m just trying to lighten up the mode here, no need to get all aggressive we’re all trying to help each other here.” Ye Chen smirked but Yin Yue felt a hint of mockery in that gesture and once against had to fight the urge to slug the guy in the face a feeling that persisted in her gut.
‘Like you did anything to help you little shit.’ A whisper came from one of boys standing behind Liang Lì, Ye Chen didn’t reacted to the comment he didn’t hear it or simply care to retaliate. He moved with the girl Zhao Yanyan and sat down at the table beside Liang Lì with Zhao Yanyan sitting upon his lap as he leaned back into his seat as they duo got into their flirting seeming melding in to their own world. Yin Yue couldn’t help but raise her eyebrow slightly at this from the interaction just now there was clearly was some hostilely between the two here.
“So, lets continue where were we?”
The talks continued for a while longer though for most of the duration of the discussions Yin Yue said nothing for most parts of the negotiation only letting out so input from time to time, letting Ailsa Smith do most of the talking. It ranged the number of students and staff they had having a total number of 3,207 students and 31 staff members, then to what Sun Leaf Academy specialized at being a tech school and what equipment they have, then continuing on the discussion of how we arrived to this world then went on to the current topic of the subject matter.
Annoyingly much to Yin Yue’s discomfort the flirting duo Ye Chen and Zhao Yanyan has been nothing but an eyesore distraction to her. The pair didn’t actively pay much attention to the talks but seeming enjoying themselves in their own world, with Zhao Yanyan fighting to keep her voice down as Ye Chen’s hand traveled all her body she bit her lower lips to suppress her voice with little effect. The rest paid little mind to their shanghaiing’s and focused on their task
In between the moments their flirting Yin Yue uncomfortably found Ye Chen gawking at her much to her increasing annoyance, this fool offended her but she didn’t let it show on her face and focused her attention on the talks.
“That will not be possible I’m afraid your school is quite the distance away from our academy…… we could make the trip but it will only end up one way.” Ailsa Smith said her expression was apologetic expressing great remorse as she spoke those words.
“I see…...” Liang Lì signed disappointment visibly plastered on his face.
Now the conversation has reached to this point of trying to establish a way contact between the two Academies. But of course, like any solution that they have come up with there was a problem that one wouldn’t think about in a world of easy convenience and abundance like their old world. Mainly the vehicles Yin Yue’s group have been using such as the trunks and vans all use gas however now such fuel is a scarce resource in their current predicament. It’s not like they can find any around here so they have to be resourceful with them.
Both sides did have electrical power vehicles however, weirdly enough when both parties were teleported to this world the energy most have short- circuited it the vehicles. Comparing both stories that were shared both parties have tried to restart them but to no anvil they don’t work they could even get their common hover boards to work the Anti-Gravitic Generators failing to reboot. Both sides did have spare generators powerful enough to give them a full charge. However, that was a heavy choice without sacrificing power to other necessity that they need at the moment so pros and cons aside it doesn’t seem to be a very good decision.
Even terms of communications between the two parties were not reaching a proper conclusion as the only reliable way to speak was over the radio-wave network. Which was hopelessly flawed by the occasional static interference not because it ineffective but because it was missing a great deal of equipment such as Tower Array or a Satellite to transmit the signals or receive them. Even their prized EM-Waves communications a network that never had such a malfunction is not entirely reliable in this case as well. As like the primitive radio-wave network its missing key components such as the ISAC (International Satellite Array Communication) array or Satellites that made the network.
It works for the most part but the reception range of the com links devices was in a word pathetic, barely operating a fraction of its possibly range even with its lowest settings and only capable of making one-way calls. Such was the poor state the system was in missing most of its key component that makes up the whole.
Yin Yue looked to make a comment of the subject matter when suddenly a buzz echoed on Yin Yue and Ailsa Smith’s com-beads in their ear as their smart watches on their wrist flashed. At the same moment Liang Lì’s radio walkie-talkie strapped to his uniform also crackled into life. The pair looked at each other Ailsa Smith to gestured to Yin Yue to answer so she did.
“Yin here send it.” She tapped at the commlink bead tucked at her ear opening the link.
Hwei-ru’s voice came through the line. “Yin you need to get out here we’ve got another ready on the sensor something big is coming this way.”
Across the table a similar message was relayed to Liang Lì the voice that crackly through his walkie-talkie was the elderly man that was standing beside him when they first arrived here.
“I’ll be right there, have my suit up and ready Walter.” So, the old man’s name is Walter Yin Yue took note of that name. “Unfortunately, young master we may be slightly delayed in deploying your suit we have taken apart the suit for inspection but the others are ready to go.” Liang Lì looked back to his boys who nod to him before rushing out the door in a hurry looking to his side towards Ye Chen was still playing with Zhao Yanyan with the latter who heard the commotion and saw the others rush out signs of panic replacing her lustful features.
Yin Yue in all honesty felt a tinge of pleasure at the sight of her panic turning her attention away from the pest in front of her she turned her attention to her kinsmen ignoring the look that Ye Chen was giving to her.
“Well let’s get going.” Then the group with Yin Yue at the head and Ailsa Smith right behind her strode out of the room.
