"Okay, I'm done here." On collecting the last crystal, Adonis followed the light at the end of the tunnel.
"He hee he hee!" As the two continued down the path, more than fifty Unupi made themselves known.
"Let's not waste our time here." Adonis raised his hand and summoned fifty-three ivory magic circles.
"Inferno magic: Hell's artillery." (matter variation)
Making quick work of the white-rank monsters, each magic circle fired a flame bullet.

'Convenience isn't wasteful.' He began collecting the rolling crystals once more.
'Didn't he just learn to use magic?' Hiram widened her eyes.
When the two eventually exited the tunnel they were greeted by a huge mushy pink block that repeatedly hopped in place.
WHOOSH THUD WHOOSH THUD
"What is that?" Hiram tightened her grip around her staff.
"Jelly, a pink rank mons-"
Interrupting the magic knight's explanation, the massive squishy block bashed into him, sending him back into the tunnel.
SLAM
WHOOSH
"Adonis?!" Hiram snapped her head back, watching the teenager fly backwards.
THUD
WHOOSH
Satisfied with its attack against the magic knight, the Jelly repeatedly hopped in place and switched targets.
"What the hell..."
Without giving her time to regain her thoughts, the Jelly rushed at the mage.

Ice magic: Frost barrier
'It's faster than before?' Barely creating the ice wall in time, Hiram frowned.
THUD
Rather than merely bouncing backwards, the Jelly began hopping in place till it went higher and higher.
"This is so weird."
WHOOSH
After springing in place for a few seconds, the monster leapt over Hiram's barrier, aiming to crush her with its overwhelming size and weight.
WHOOSH
"What?!"
'That really hurt.' Preventing the monster from crushing his partner, Adonis enhanced his foot with Earthly Aura and kicked the slime.
BAM
Due to the monster's squishy body, both the monster and the boy were sent flying in opposite directions.

"Are you okay?" Recovering rather easily from the blow, Adonis landed gracefully and looked at the girl near the ice barrier.
"What the hell is that thing!" Hiram scowled.
"It's a Jelly, a monster with no face, or limbs." Adonis briefly explained.
"Well, it's disgusting and annoying. Let's kill it." She demanded.
"Okay." Dimming his silver eyes, Adonis nodded with determination.
Moving much faster than it did before, the monster flew at the mage.

"Ice magic: Frost barrier." No longer off guard, Hiram quickly manifested a barrier of ice to shield the attack.
Once again, the monster behaved bizarrely and didn't bounce backwards, merely slamming into the barrier and landing in front of it.

'Supreme Devil Arts:' Channeling Earthly Aura into his gladius, Adonis leapt over Hiram and her ice wall.
"Domain Devastation!" Adonis viciously slashed his sword diagonally, separating the Jelly into two triangular prisms.
'Inferno magic: Hell's Shine.' To ensure the Jelly's remnants don't come back together, Adonis extended his hand and summoned ivory flames.

"That was easy enough." Landing with a soft thud, Adonis retrieved the pink magic crystal.
"Yeah."
Feeling the mana in the dungeon surge, both the mage and magic knight looked toward the path beyond.
"What's happening?" Feeling her body turn to tiny particles, Hiram winced softly.
"They cleared the dungeo-" At the same time, the boy also evaporated into mana particles.

"The exit isn't as bad." Adonis lay on his back in the middle of the peaceful field.
"It's still painful." Dismissing her magic staff into her spatial ring, Hiram complained.
"You're being a baby." He giggled.
"Says the one who was crying over gold coins." She huffed.
"Low blow!"
"Excuse me."
"Hm?" Adonis raised his head to stare at the bearded man wearing heavy chainmail.
"Hello." Hiram muttered.
"Did you two enter the dungeon with us?" He gestured to a woman who looked younger than Hiram.
"Yeah, I'm assuming you were the ones who cleared it?" Adonis smiled.
"No thanks to you." The girl with long black hair folded her arms.
"Sorry about that, we came late." Adonis chuckled softly.
{She's rude, kill her.} The Devil God commanded.
"We don't have a party, and by the looks of it neither do you. Would you be willing to team up so we can take on a level two one?" The older knight asked.
"They'll be as useless as they were in there, we can find other people Dad." The girl said.
"Sounds great, we're also in need of a party." Ignoring the girl, Adonis smiled.
"Stop making decisions without me!" Both the woman and Hiram said.
"I'm Adonis Vindicta, a magic knight." The boy got to his feet and offered his hand to the man.
"You seem pretty young Vindicta, I'm Rocco Edward, a knight." The brunette middle-aged man accepted the boy's hand.
"Nice to meet you." Adonis looked at his partner from the corner of his eye.
-sigh- "I'm Hiram Vindicta, a mage." She said disinterestedly.
'Hiram doesn't do well around people she doesn't know, I hope she warms up to them.' Adonis looked to the girl, anticipating her introduction.
"Roxanne Edwad, magic knight." Without bothering to look at her new party members the girl shrugged.
"Don't mind my daughter, she's just hungry." Rocco scratched his beard nervously.
"It's fine, speaking of hungry...Why don't we go eat before we go to the next dungeon!" Fighting off his drool, Adonis raised his arm excitedly.
"We just ate?" Hiram tilted her head.
"Let's go have some panis focacius!" He grinned.

"When'd you two get to Periculum?" Seated in a graceful restaurant that radiated beauty and courtesy, Rocco ignored the massacre happening before him and focused on his plate.
"Yesterday." Adonis muttered his answer, his words being muffled by the flatbread he repeatedly shoved in his mouth.
"I think I'm losing my appetite." Roxanne stared at the boy with a disgusted expression.
"Please forgive him, he's just...hungry." Hiram wiped her mouth with a small napkin.
"You know when I first saw you in the field I mistook you for a teenager, your appearance is really deceiving." Rocco smiled.
"I am though...I'm fifteen." Adonis shrugged.
"Wait what?!"
"No wonder you're so immature." Roxanne said.
"Shouldn't you be in school then?" The man asked.
"The academy has a break for a while, so I decided to come here to train." Adonis explained.
"You're so dedicated, I wish my daughter was like you." Rocco joked.

"Dad!"
"I'm sorry." The man laughed.
"My daughter here graduated from Telle Magic Knight's Academy two years ago and she's been a lazy ranger ever since, just like her old man!" The man slapped his uncomfortable daughter's back.
'He's proud of being lazy?' Adonis smiled.
{Don't end up like that.} The Devil God said dissappointedly.
"Stop telling everyone my business, we're done here. Let's go to a dungeon!" Roxanne rose abruptly, slamming the table with her hands.

Unlike the previous dungeon, this one was located in a vacant mine shaft, its portal being noticeably smaller and radiating more mana.
"You scare-" Interrupting Adonis's teasing, Hiram kicked the magic knight into the large portal.
"Oops." She giggled.
"Hehehe." Covering her mouth, Roxanne giggled softly.
"You're turn!" Copying Hiram, Rocco pushed his daughter into the dungeon.
"Da-"
"Haha!" Rocco laughed heartily and leapt into the portal behind his daughter.
"Those two are...interesting." Hiram smiled and calmly walked into the portal.

"That was mean." Adonis rubbed his bottom uncomfortably as he studied his new surroundings.
The Dungeon was huge, dwarfing the previous one in size and possessing none of the same features, except for the unsettling feeling the mana in the air gave the combatants.
Unlike the rough, rocky terrain of the cavern, the level two dungeon's surface comprised of a small crystal island, barely big enough to accommodate the small party.
Surrounding the crystal island was an unforgiving dark abyss that called out to any who dared to lose their footing.
Within this void floated five additional crystal islands, each progressively growing in size till they reached a massive wooden door devoid of handles.

Regeneration- When damaged the monster is capable of complete regeneration(The limit of the regeneration is atomic level damage)
Description: The monster is huge, possessing a squishy interior and exterior akin to that of a marshmallow, the colour of this exterior correlates with that of its rank; making it easier to identify.
(After defeating the opponents, the monster lowers the density of its body and absorbs them.)
