Staring at the working television that was inside of the room Dylan had burst into. He froze the moment he entered the room, having thought that there was someone or something in the room. He was glad that it was mostly his head just playing tricks on him. At least he hoped that was just the case.
But on the television. Was an emergency broadcast. Showing the city of Tsukana on the screen. With a spot specifically being focused on in the city. Well near the city in all reality. Was the nuclear power plant. And several military styled helicopters filling the air space.
"Here you can see footage of the Japanese military attempting to keep the Nuclear Plant in the middle of this deadly outbreak that has the entire city of Tsukana and the surrounding fifty miles on quarantine. All railway systems in and out of the city have been shut down. And the only two ways out are through the cities north and south roads. If you have not been bitten and or scratched by those infected with this aggressive disease. Make your way to these two exits so we can safely get you out of the city. The world and Japanese military's are all saving a decision on how to handle to ongoing situation with extreme military force. Is currently being postponed by a current estimate of two weeks. As they are still trying to find a safe way to solve the situation." The voice of a British world news broadcaster spoke going on to some interviews held with people that were kept from getting within the city. Those poor people being separated from their homes, their families. Because of something that would come from a movie or a video game.
The one time he decided to take a chance to go on a trip out of country. And that very part of the world he had decided on going to. Was the one he wouldn't be leaving. At least anytime soon. Would he even have a home after this? Or a job?
Shaking those thoughts momentarily out of his mind. He focused on the map of the city that was now being displayed on the television screen. Taking notice that most of these kids were talking about leaving the city into the rural district. Which was still well within the cities quarantine zone. But the direction they were headed. Was from what he could assume. To the western rural district.
This was information he needed to give to their group. But he also knew that their families were in this as well. Damn. Dylan tried to search through his mind trying to think of the best way to handle the situation. But there wasn't any that wouldn't lead to tearing their families apart.
He'd just have to wait until they reached the rural district to mention anything about it. But by then would it be too late?
Raking his hand through his hair. Dylan took a deep breath in an attempt to calm himself down. Followed by another, and another. As he felt himself finally beginning to give into the trauma he had experienced the last handful of hours.

Especially the one of having taken the life of that poor person. And what drew him out of that. Was the news real that was playing. Changing to another emergency message.
'Warning people of Tsukana. Stay inside of your homes, limit the amount of travel you have to do. Do it only if it is necessary to do so. Avoid infected persons at all cost. If you have to encounter them, aim for the head for that is the only way for them to be brought down. Physical trauma to the main body and limbs will only just slow them down. The only way to bring them down. Again as I repeat. Is to target the head. For they are no longer human like us. They are living dead.'
Seeing that lessened the guilt he felt by quite a bit. He hadn't killed someone who was living. That was all he needed to not feel like a horrible person. He still felt bad for having to put them to rest the way he did. But there was no other way. And that information was information he could share with the rest of the group. Even if it made him seem like a horrible person. He had to do it.
They now knew how to defend themselves against the diseased people, and he was going to make sure damn well that they were capable of doing so. He just had to tell them.
Walking out of the room. Dylan walked back downstairs towards the lobby. Having been satisfied with how safe the building seemed to be, and graced with the information he probably wouldn't have seen otherwise had he not been so paranoid.
Just glad that there wasn't any form of nasty surprises. At least not for now.
Arriving downstairs at the main lobby of the love hotel. Dylan would notice the girls missing, with Spirit, Kuro, and Kazui sitting there. Consuming ramen as if it was the best meal they have ever had. Staring at them with a raised eyebrow. Dylan couldn't comment on the matter since they were after all teenagers. Which hurt him on a deep level as they were subjected to the horrors of what was going on. It was something none of them needed to go through. But now what choice in the matter did they have?
"Where are the girls?" Dylan questioned taking a well deserved seat. Positioning himself so that he could see the progress the diseased were attempting to make on their rather makeshift barricade.
"They went to go wash off the blood and stuff they had gotten on them." Kuro replied quietly before taking a small sip of water. Which made Dylan realize, that even with the events going on. And the amount of time they had spent sitting around down here. They were barely even halfway through their waters. And savoring every last bite of their ramen.
"How do you guys know to conserve your resources like this?" Dylan questioned further.
"We would all go on camping trips together, which taught us to be conservative of our resources in a possible survival scenario." Spirit was the one to answer this time as he set his empty cup of ramen on the floor. "We can even scavenge and hunt if we need to. But the hunting aspect in the city sounds like it'll be the hardest part to pull of. With the lack of animals that aren't wild and such."
Hearing those words truly surprised Dylan. He didn't expect mere teenagers to be at a level like this. Especially being prepared with survival skills such as this.
"Well I found out some useful information. While I was searching through the building to see how safe we truly were here. Let's wait for the girls to come back so we can all talk about it together." He said exhaling a deep breath as he mentally prepared himself for the news he was about to tell them.
