Looking out over the city of Tsukana at large was once a huge prosperous city. Being home to a wealth of people that both lived within the residential districts of the outer city and within its downtown. Along with people from the four rural districts that surrounded the city.
To the north lie the nuclear power plant which roughly stands 100 miles from the city, yet still close enough to negatively effect the city with nuclear fallout should it achieve nuclear meltdown.
Flames consumed a large part of the downtown portion of the city, it was where the first poor victim was bit, and where they first turned. Spreading anarchy across the city.
Where the second had been received was towards the northern exit of Tsukana city, closest to the reactor, and additionally where the most damage to government, military, and innocence had taken place. Even now, the military is barely able to do much in order to keep the dead at bay. Even with all of their fire power, mainly because some soldiers refuse to shoot those undeserving of death. While not knowing whether they were alive or not to begin with. Whether or not they were friend or foe.

When the third outbreak occurred it had been roughly two hours after the first two. And brought forth a greater loss of life than the other two surprisingly. Mainly as a result of the population that resided there.
Amidst the panic as it had continued to spread further and further throughout the city, many lives had been lost as a result of poor decisions.

Which had existed under the city of Tsukana for quite some time, given that it allowed for the scientists to do their work without too much worry of being found out. Though the events that had transpired were not influenced by the likes of media or fiction, rather for the need of a control group. As Tsukana city had been designated to undergo an outbreak whether it was intentional or not. At least with the scientists releasing it, it would've been controlled. The loss of life could've been mitigated.
The current loss of life in Tsukana city is roughly estimated at one million. In just a single day.
