Sound of machine working, the sound of grinding metal, the sound of roars, the sound of fighting, and the feeling of water being fed at fixed intervals...
My body, is in pain as it is now completely overrun by nerve connections, so much pain that i don’t have energy to open my eyes, nor focus my senses...
This is how i pass my time, feeling the agony of being dismantled then put together, and resisting the piercing cold...
A unknown amount of time later the sound of machines die down, my new arms are released as they fall down limply on my side.
The support keeping my torso and legs in place release me, and my body sink down, but don’t fall.
And i stay like that, the feeling of needing more nanites come as sudden as it ends, the feeling of emptiness in my stomach announce that I'm out of nanites, but my body, my new body now feels alive.
*?: Poor thing. Another pitiful Warrior emerges. Will this Warrior succeed and live, or will it fall just like the rest of it’s kin along with it’s planet? With a groan i open my eyes, my senses sharpen again and i start to see again.
The first thing i see is a battered Lemi, i look in shock at the coiled Lemi, full of wounds.
“Lemi!” My Cold voice resounds, my wrath can’t be hidden.
Lemi weakly lift her head up to look at me, and give me a weak smile.
Then i finally see the littered emergency water bags on the ground...
“Oh, Lemi, my sweet girl.” my cold voice resounds as i try to walk to her
Managing to walk, the high pitch sound of servos resounds for some time before fading, being replaced by thumps of heavy impacts as i manage to walk in her direction.
I try to exert my... wings? That's not a arm.
*OP: They do have fingers and a thumb, but they are used as wing blades along with the rest of the arm, think of your arms like a harpy wings... missing the feathers.*
I felt my arms a little until it works as i lower my posture in front of Lemi.
My arms finally work as i extend it to caress Lemi.
She’s lying weakly on the ground, but reacts to me as she lifts her head to look at me again
“Can you coil on me?” i ask her
Lemi is too weak to talk, but she manages to coil around me, albeit weakly.
Getting my posture back i finally look at myself as Lemi is now with me, and i can protect her when needed.
My head protector looks more like a bunch of sensors around my head, protruding outward, my neck completely locked in place, making it hard to look at my chest.
The big chest plate made in a way that gives a deflection angle, but have space for upgrades, don’t look heavy, but is hi-tech and don’t make my meaty body look weird.
Taking a look at my back there’s four addons, the two close to my shoulder are for water, the two closer to my new mechanical tail are capacitors.
Taking a look at the double relay system showing on my head and by the sensors in front of my face i see the reactor, the life support system, the heat sinks, and other system all over the inside of my ‘Warcaket’.
Looking at my legs they look like the legs of a T-Rex, but bulkier on the feet with space for Toe talons addons.
It also have a tri shockwave system in it, that means i can stomp out EMP, Fire or Smoke.
My elongated hands looks like a harpy’s wings with no feather, but at key points there are turbine like addons that can be used for flying and also have the tri shockwave system.
*OP: Your wings, or better worded Blade Wings was modified along with all of the Warcasket to allow High speed flight, even in space, so the armor don’t have much strength, but are very light and extremely hard.*
*OP: Most of your armor needs nanite slimes to replace most combat systems that was changed into the lighter and better nerve connectors, this allow you to do most things as if you where born with this 2,5 meters intimidating warcasket. The bad news is that with no nanites you can’t make nanite slimes, and with no nanite slimes you don’t have combat capacity.*
*OP: The good news is that your Warcasket self repair using your nanites and can defend you with it’s thick armor, and if you get experience, deflect most of the damage off, adding another damage reduction on top of another.*
*OP: Almost all your combat ability are locked, i need time to install it on your Warcasket, you can still do ‘Raptors Lunge’, your new body makes damaging on hit a certainty.*
*OP: You got the following change to stats: STR -> 18 +100. END -> 30(Body) +500(Armor). Remember, if any damage bypass your armor and deliver a direct blow, your main ‘End’ are counted instead, so kill blow still kill if flesh is hit.*

Closing my eyes i take notice of two nanite slimes jumping around.
“Those carefree dumb things...” I chuckle as i give a mind call.
They stop bouncing and dart my way, merging into my legs, i got the best part of my Toe Talons back, the raised Toe talon.
My body receive the extra nanites they have kept and i give it to Lemi instead of making more Nanite slimes, getting a empty storage again, but Lemi is now healing at a visible rate.
“How much?” i say out loud

I take a ‘Velociraptor’s stance’, my new take on 'Prepare’ that allow me to attack and defend more easier, I'll need the bonus as my attacks are almost all disabled.

I start running back into the corridor, I'll have to kill the Juggernaut if i want to continue my way.
As i sprint back i see the Juggernaut ready, looking at me.
Speeding up i decide to shoulder slam him out of the way and hope he gives enough time for me to get in a less constricted place, I'm almost stuck here, there’s no way i can evade attacks like this.
The Juggernaut launch a punch my way, but my speed, the angle of his punch and the strong armor deflect his punch off leaving him wide open for a shoulder whack
And a shoulder whack he shall receive.
With a heavy shoulder strike the Juggernaut loses balance and fall down as it was not prepared to counter me with it’s superior strength and dexterity.
Taking the time he needs to get up i get inside the destroyed open space for a face off.
As the Juggernaut get’s up i see his body glowing, it’s enraged.
“Now we are even.” I chuckle as i readjust my stance, i don’t want to break it on the middle of the fight.
The Juggernaut bulldoze my way in anger, but this is a fight of masters, the one that loses it’s stance first is the one that takes damage.
I almost did not manage to dodge, as the Juggernaut pass sliding off my armor, but it’s wide open for a nice leg sweep to the back.
Sweeping my leg at it’s back, he dodge most of the damage as my toe talon sink into the flesh of it’s arm.
Not letting up i sweep again with my toe talon at him, him having more dexterity manage to leave with just a graze.
His hand flies my way but I'm unable to dodge it, But the punch that should leave a scratch just bounce off the armor because of the angle.
Taking note of how to deflect hit’s, my mind remember my days at muay thai training.
So i sweep my right leg, and he gives me space and i give him a stronger sweep with my left leg using my toe talon for better damage.
A true muay thai kick lands on the Juggernaut, the power of the kick so high that he can’t shrug off the damage as is skin is sliced open by the pressure of the sweep, blood flying off as i take my stance back.
My actions take the Juggernaut by surprise and he don’t manage to land a hit back, instead i get another counter opportunity.
Another simple toe talon sweep manage to injury this tough enemy.
Taking my chance i attack again, after some struggle i manage to get a opportunity to hit, but leave no damage.
I take heavy breaths as my velociraptor like stance is broken, but the Juggernaut is not much better as he’s running out of rage steam too.
The Juggernaut tries to hit me, but his sloppy try did not help so i managed to barely dodge.
I try to get a hit in, but I'm countered instead.
The Juggernaut just grab me, lift me up and slam me on the ground with force!
I did manage to get Lemi off me before this, but ouch!
My armor scream at the force of the impact, but keeps true as i do a back flip and lands ready for his next attack.
A charge, one that i did not manage to get out of the way, the ‘overflow’ of the attack so high that i buckled and was launched flying.
The shrieking of metal clear, with my wings disabled i can’t correct myself, the fall was bad, another injury on top of another.
I slowly get up, my armor groaning along with me.
I don’t attack, but i get my Velociraptor’s stance back as i see the glowing red veins of the Juggernaut fade, it’s time to fight back.
The Juggernaut run my way and swings it’s hand at me, but i take some distance and lunge at him
Right leg in front, use the sweep speed, and slash with the left leg!
My toe talon cuts deep, from his waist to his shoulder, a very deep slash wound opens, blood flies like a red rainfall as i take distance, this attack was devastating, just like what he did to me.
“Eye for eye, tooth for tooth.” I growl back at the Juggernaut.
The Juggernaut launches another attack like it’s injury never existed, and i counter with a angry growl
Another graze appears on the Juggernaut, and i decide to do a raptors lunge while it’s weak.
I fly into it’s face, but he manage to block with his hands, but i still give him grievous wounds.
The Juggernaut looks like he decided to fight with a grinder, but is still going strong.
*OP: 29.5 HP left, be fast, he’s almost able to enter beserk again.*
Rodzher.
Another punch comes flying, and i dodge.
I try to counter with a high talon swipe.
My toe talon fly from down to up cutting his flesh like it did not exist as more blood floods out, taking the opportunity my leg inverts it’s flying path, giving it even more grievous wounds as my leg lands with a heavy thump, the ground shake a little at the power.
The Juggernaut veins flare up again in red, it entered berserk rage again.
I use the opportunity to get my Velociraptor stance back.
The Juggernaut, with all the grievous wounds runs at me like a rocket on steroids but i manage to dodge using my armor’s deflection to boost me out of it’s hit zone.
Sweeping with my leg again i manage to graze the big guy before taking distance, i won’t give him leeway to hit me that hard like last time.
A dash, followed by a well placed punch, i manage to avert most of the damage as my armor make some noise, it was scratched.
Taking the close range opportunity i lean away from his punch following the speed generated by the hit.
Using all this to propel my leg up it’s face and give him a nice slash.
The Juggernaut jumps back, but got a new grievous wound to the collection.
“You Bruda, is hard to kill!” I growl in frustration.
*OP: 14 HP left, his beserk state is almost over, don’t let up!*
Rodzher freund.
The Juggernaut jumps high and comes down with a slam, but i jump out of the damage zone, the strike so heavy that he mane a mini earthquake.
With a dash i get before the Juggernaut, using one leg as hard brake i fling the other leg to it’s face talon first, it managed to avoid another hit to the face, but still got another grievous wound as the Juggernaut jumps back.
As soon as my leg lands my stance breaks as i lower myself a little, breathing hard.
I’m caught unprepared, a body slam hits me square in the chest, the armor shrieks as I'm launched flying, but i just skid on the ground before recovering, taking no extra damage.
“Missing my wings already!” i Huff.
I did not attack but got my stance back, every time my stance breaks he gives my armor hell.
The Juggernaut lunges at me and punch me, but my armor manage to deflect the damage as i fail to dodge the attack fully.
I swipe at the Juggernaut, but my attack is slapped away as we return to a stare down.
The Juggernaut rage juice ends as it pants hard, but still try to punch me, but i dodge it’s attack.
I take this change and lunge at his face like a velociraptor!
The speed of his attack, combined with my actions ‘overflow’ into the attack.
Not only did i almost kill the Juggernaut, but i also managed to pin him down.
Knowing he will try to throw me off him i make him lose his speed advantage as i jump beside him ready to attack.
Making a half moon motion with my leg i sweep it down as fast and strong as possible into the Juggernaut’s face.
The toe talon finally pierces his skull and make his brain into mush, the strike so strong the ground sinks, but his head stays strong.
Taking my talon out of his brain i finally sigh.
“Too much work just to kill you.” I growl in Frustration and exhaustion.
Taking no time i start assimilating him as i think about the new knowledge i got from the fight.
I fail to get a good amount of skill in ‘Deflection Mastery’, this mastery eludes me for now, but ‘Tactical Analysis Mastery’ on the other hand... So that’s how it goes... I’ll keep that in mind.
I sigh as i finish the assimilation.
Lemi also wakes up, brand new, and slides up to me, her face a mix of smile and worry at the cracks in my body.
Using my pseudo fingers i give Lemi some headpats, this get her worry out of her as she coil around me again and rest her head on top of my shoulder.
*OP: I got the data about this guy, i can implement it on you now if you wish, also, now that you have nanites, use it to replenish your charges, being able to put someone on fire or shock it senseless is better than nothing, that is if you don’t wish to retreat or ambush with a cloud of smoke.*

*OP: ‘Wrath Overdrive’ Upgraded. Mutated ability: ‘Asura’s Wrath’ replaces it. Be warned, ‘Asura’s Wrath’ last as long as the Juggernaut Beserk state, and when it ends you get into a weakened state for a while.*
I got 5000 units of nanite, but just 3500 units was allocated for repairs, 500 was used for the upgrade, 500 used for rearming.
That leaves 500 units of nanites, can’t do nothing with only this or I'll die of hunger and thirst.
As i head to the gate. It lights up and starts to slowly open.

“Fuck.” I growl out at the new turn of events as i sprint out the gate...
