With every inch that it traveled upwards, the beam would expand horizontally by five. Such was the beam that traveled upwards to the roof of the dome.
Noah was immediately blinded, even though he had closed his eye within milliseconds of the firing of the beam. Even when he closed the armored eyelid of his eye, the light of it shone through.
When the beam reached the top of the dome, under the combined force of the beam from the bottom and the leviathan-sized plasma blade above it, the barrier instantly shattered into illusory glass shards.
The soldiers far away on the battlefield couldn't believe their eyes. The immensely large dome, that must have been large enough for an entire mountain to fit into, had been broken. When it broke, they saw, in the region where the dome had been, a million pieces of debris of all shapes and sizes falling to the ground, as well as an immense volume of blood burst out like a dam had been broken flood the forest. They might have seen more, but the light of the beam that was suddenly revealed along with the already bright plasma beam forced them all to look away or close their eyes. The intense all-encompassing light turned the darkness of the night to a mere myth.
With a roar that shook the eardrums of everyone in the nearest hundred kilometers, the two powers, the plasma blade that was being supported by a pile bunker collided with the dragon breath.
The world trembled!
At the moment of the collision, a terrible screech like that of metal of metal echoes throughout, temporarily deafening all that heard it.
Such was the collision! Fissures spread like spiderwebs, and in many places, the earth simply collapsed inwards!
No sea could handle this temperature without evaporating in moments! No mountain could withstand this power!
The velocity of the blade, of course, slowed down. But under the constant jet propulsion, the strings that kept pulling it down and Mia’s arms supported by the blood exoskeleton, a constant immense downward force was applied. It was sufficient to not be pushed back by the dragon breath.
The fact that the dragon breath, an attack so powerful that it could be considered the reason that led certain regions like the people of the Eira Kingdom to worship dragons could be repelled, was held back by three humans, was astounding. Most of all, this dragon breath was a buffed version of regular dragon breath. This was a feat for the history books.
With the collision, the wide beam was sliced by the blade split into two different directions beside the blade. With the plasma blade that was releasing immense amounts of downward heat and light, the the split streams of dragon breath was redirected away sideways. Some plasma of the blade also spilled sideways in such a manner.
Because of the sheer magnitude of both forces, the plasma from the blade and the dragon breath matter that could not combine when they spilled outwards due to containing faint shreds of the wielder’s mana intent within them burst sideways like an exploding volcano.
They burst out sideways at various angles, causing devastation wherever it landed on a scale far surpassing what the third runic seal release had done.

Within seconds, a fifth of the demonic forest was gone. The demonic forest was large enough to fit a third of the continent within, and was by far and large the largest piece of vegetation on the continent, yet a fifth of it was gone. Half of a major country could fit into this devastated space.
This was for the region on one side of the collision. On the other side were the soldiers. Despite standing kilometers away, plasma still flew at them. If this continued, thousands of soldiers would die.
Though, there was someone that came around to prevent it.
With just a wave of her hand, a white-haired woman in a comfortable tunic put up a transparent barrier that walled off the demonic forest from the U-shaped clearing, one that stretched from the depths of the earth to the skies. It was a barrier currently unfathomable for Noah and his group, but it was just a minor hassle for her.
“Sheesh, and I wasn't even planning to step out today…”
Her figure was shrouded in mist and far too high up in the skies to be spotted by anyone on the ground.
The two divine forces wrestled for control, but neither gave an inch. The outpouring of bright yellow and white-hot matter out of the sides of the collision did not decrease in the slightest either.
Destruction, destruction, destruction!
The world trembled! Pillars of lava burst out of the ground, and the forest, once lush with vegetation as the picture of nature itself was reduced to a tragic wasteland. The blackest smoke bloomed into the sky and spread out over the region as if hell itself had manifested in the region, with the two resplendent sources of colliding light illuminating the region. If any animals lived in the demonic forest, they would have perished, written out of existence!
As for the actual combatants, they were not faring well. Aside from Noah on the ground beside the dragon, who only had to supply mana at the highest possible rate to the mimicked skill of blood control to maximize ionic propulsion, Mia, Evan and the dragon were rapidly beginning to exhaust. This was far over the limits of all combatants.
Far, far over their limits.
“More, Mia! Evan! Pour everything in! More! Just buy me a minute!”
Even with the telepathic communication talisman, Evan and Mia could barely hear what Noah was screaming out with the deafening roars of the two immeasurable forces drowning out all else out. But they got the general gist.
With a scream, Evan’s veins pulsed and the whites of his eyes showed as he pulled even harder on his strings. Noah also had some blood wrapped around Evan's arms and a part of his torso as an exoskeleton to increase the strength he could exert, but it was an uphill battle. At this point, the rate of strings that were being vaporized from the heat had overtaken the rate at which he could supply mana into the rune of extension to add more string lsngth.
Mia also began screaming. The blood exoskeleton had now traveled completely all around her body up to her neck, and she was forcefully pulling in so much mana from the atmosphere that she had far surpassed the rate at which the archlich had been able to draw in mana with the help of a ninth circle spell.
The dragon was also clearly pushing its limits. A roar spilled out of what was left of its severely mutilated jaws, one far louder than any it had pushed out before. To Noah on the ground, it was so loud he was hit with a sudden and brief vertigo from the sheer volume of it. It roared louder and louder, as if screaming its heart out into the dragon breath.
Noah, who was currently sprinting full-speed at supersonic speeds in circles around the dragon, stumbled for a brief moment, but he stomped fiercely on the ground to upright himself and clenched every muscle in his body.
In both hands, a bolt of lightning the size of a full-size spear began to materialize, far larger than the forearm-sized ones he had thrown at the dragon before. While he did this, all the blood that that burst out and spilled into the soil and streams of the forest was stirred up into a mist, a mist that weaved through or over the trees and through bushes rushed towards Noah, then began to swirl around him. Within moments, he had become the eye of an immense tornado of blood mist that touched the skies, a swirling tornado that was also traveling in circles around the dragon as it kept Noah in its eye. Noah did all of this while still flooding mana into the exoskeleton of Mia, Evan and the pile-bunker guillotine.
