[The First Mutant Mayhem] - Genetic Hybridization and Integration - Creating the first Mutant-Inhuma

Suddenly, a golden glow illuminated Val's eyes and his head jerked upward as a groan escaped his lips. He felt the shattering of his mental blockade, uncovering things he'd never before seen. It was as though he was ignorant to the hidden mysteries of the cosmos. Yet, he refrained from losing himself in this revelatory spectacle. Grabbing his pencil, he hurriedly began to write the profound insights that he saw.

Epiphany watched with a contented smile as Val feverishly filled pages with a complex tangle of letters and symbols. "Make the most of the wisdom I've imparted to you," she whispered, offering her encouragement.

Rising to her full height, she turned to leave. However, just before disappearing, she halted, cast a final glance at Val, and murmured, "Until we meet again, Valexis Haller," then disappeared without a trace.

After several minutes, the golden glow in Val's eyes dimmed, leaving him clutching his head as he grunted in agony. The influx of newfound knowledge and visions felt as though they were tearing his brain apart. He spent a few labored breaths waiting for the pain to subside. Exhausted yet determined, he cast his gaze over the papers strewn about. A victorious smile slowly stretched across his face, for at long last, he had unearthed the key he had sought.

The crucial point wass that a hybrid combining mutant and inhuman traits can only be created if the individual undergoing the transformation is not a typical human.

Val underwent a transformation of his DNA following his ingestion of SSS V2.0, his usage of Chi, and his intake of the Peaches of Immortality. These events metamorphosed him from an average human being into an immortal - a person who cannot die unless explicitly killed.

The concept originates from the fact that both Eternal-Inhuman and Mutant-Deviant hybrids have been previously observed. In order to combine these two without them negating or overpowering each other, it is necessary to intertwine an immortal individual's DNA, which can effectively bond these two elements together. Additionally, Val's modified, immortal DNA carries unique properties that serve as a "universal adapter", aligning seamlessly with both Inhuman and Mutant genetic patterns.

Having discovered the key, Val subsequently shifted his focus towards constructing an enhanced version of the machine that he had utilized years ago to administer the SSS V2.0.

Val's superhuman intellect enabled him to construct the desired machine merely days later. As he swiped the sweat off his forehead, he took a step back to appreciate his creation. Wearing a wide smile, he declared, "I shall name it - The Quantum Energy Harvester, or QEH for short."

The Quantum Energy Harvester (QEH) was a technological marvel that employed the principles of quantum mechanics to produce energy.

The QEH harnesseed the power of the quantum vacuum, also referred to as the quantum sea. This vacuum represented the baseline state of energy, the birthplace and eventual graveyard of all particles. According to quantum field theory, even the space perceived as 'empty' teems with transient ("virtual") particles that continuously materialize and annihilate, giving rise to a sea of ever-changing energy.

This book's true home is on another platform. Check it out there for the real experience.

This energy is also identified as zero-point energy. The QEH incorporates a mechanism capable of 'exciting' these quantum fields and transforming the fluctuations into practical power.

Quantum mechanics proposes that in a vacuum, particles and antiparticles are perpetually being formed and destroyed in pairs, creating what's typically known as quantum fluctuations or zero-point energy. The QEH hosts a unique mechanism — a Quantum Resonator — that can interact with these fluctuations, seizing the particles before they annihilate and transmutating their energy into a functional form.

The Quantum Resonator is composed of superconducting quantum circuits that are cooled to temperatures nearing absolute zero. This ultra-cold environment enables the quantum circuits to operate with peak efficiency and minimum energy dissipation.

The apparatus also takes advantage of the Casimir effect — a physical force that emerges from a quantized field between two closely placed, uncharged, parallel plates. These plates have the potential to modify the energy density of the quantum vacuum situated between them, stimulating the formation of more particle-antiparticle pairs. The energy generated from these additional particles is then collected, thereby augmenting the device's output.

Moreover, the quantum circuit takes advantage of quantum superposition (where quantum particles can simultaneously exist in multiple states) and entanglement (where particles become interconnected and the state of one instantly influences the other, regardless of the distance) to enhance the efficiency of the energy extraction procedure. This method allows the QEH to generate an enormous amount of energy within a remarkably small physical space.

After this energy is accessed, the QEH employs a built-in high-efficiency converter to transform it from its raw form into electrical energy.

The QEH is equipped with an extensive array of safety features. These include radiation shielding and quantum state stabilizers to ward off undesirable fluctuations.

Having successfully constructed the QEH, Val pivoted his focus to his next objective: a device that would assist him in transforming into a mutant-inhuman hybrid.

He named this device the Genetic Hybridization and Integration Module, or GHIM in brief.

Initially, Val utilized the Quantum Energy Harvester (QEH) to fuel the intricate and power-intensive operations of the GHIM. The QEH persistently extracted energy from the quantum vacuum, supplying a dependable and virtually inexhaustible power source for the GHIM.

Subsequently, Val arranged the blood samples of Charles, Erik, and Shaw side by side with Inhuman blood that he retrieved from a Hydra base he had demolished in Germany. These samples encompassed the distinct genetic markers and sequences characteristic of both groups. Val employed the GHIM's diagnostic systems to scrutinize these samples and isolate the exact genetic sequences attributing to their unique abilities.

Val leveraged the GHIM to plot the intricate genetic architectures of mutants and inhumans, a process that pinpoints the genes and genetic patterns to be employed in the hybridization procedure.

Next, armed with the data gleaned from the genetic mapping, Val engaged the GHIM's bio-engineering machinery to concoct a new hybrid genome. This genome amalgamated the advantages of the mutant and inhuman genes while offsetting any potential vulnerabilities or conflicts.

Finally, Val inserted the hybrid genome into one of his isolated cells situated within the GHIM's incubation chamber.

Val observed in awe and delight as the mutant and Inhuman genes sidestepped each other and attached themselves to his cell.

Once the hybrid cell was formed, Val stepped into a specifically designed Hybridization Chamber that he had constructed. He pondered, 'This is the moment of truth! There's no turning back now. Although I've successfully created the hybrid cell, the uncertainty of how it might react once it enters my body, and whether the procedure will even succeed, still looms large. Regardless, I'm not deterred by that. I'm well aware that a failure could result in my immediate death or worse, transform me into a mutated monster. However, I relish this risk.'

Val smiled and thought, 'This was the higher risk I spoke of - risk that could lead to death.' His gaze traveled over to the tubes connected to his body as he thought, 'But the rewards would make me unique, one of a kind.'

With a nod of determination, he closed his eyes just as the countdown signaling the commencement of the procedure reached its end.
