In Trask's Nevada Base,
A man wearing a lab coat was running in the dark hallway with a horrified expression on his face.
His hands were covered in blood as well as his lab coat which was splashed with blood.
He thought, 'I am so fucked! Fucked! I have to get out of here! Right now! I have to save myself!'
* DING *
Suddenly, he heard a chime and he turned his head in the direction of the sound.
His eyes widened when he saw the elevator door open and he thought, 'Yess! Finally! I can get out of here!'
He ran with all his might toward the elevator and he entered it.
He pressed the button for the ground floor hurriedly as he murmured to himself, "Come on! Come on! Come on! Work! God Dammit!"
* BOOM *
Suddenly, he heard a loud banging sound and he raised his hand and looked forward fearfully.
What he saw made his heart jump up to his throat.
In the dark hallway, he could see an outline of a person who stood there.
He gulped nervously and immediately pressed the button repeatedly.
When he raised his head again, he could see that the shadowy person began walking toward him.
He pressed the button as he murmured, "Please! Work! Please! Please!"
He looked up and this time, he could see that the person was running toward him.
He pressed the button frantically and shouted, "Motherfucker! Work! I am going to die! Work!"
Finally, the elevator door began slowly closing and the man prayed to himself as he saw the shadowy person getting closer and closer toward him.
* DING *
The elevator door closed before the shadowy person could arrive.

And, the man sighed in relief and slumped on the floor.
He had a wide smile on his face as he thought, 'I am fucking saved! I am alive! Hahaha! I am alive!'
He stayed on the floor for a few seconds and gazed at the ceiling as the elevator traveled upwards.
He thought, 'I am going to live! I am not going to die today!'
However, he noticed that the ceiling appeared closer to him than before.
He ignored it while thinking, 'It must be my imagination! I am so freaked out right now! My brain must be playing tricks on me!'
However, he noticed it again which he ignored it.
But, he noticed it for the third time.
This time, he didn't ignore it and he tried to stand up but he couldn't.
Because his head hit the ceiling of the elevator and he was only kneeling.
He realized that the shadowy person was trying to crush him to death.
This horrifying realization caused him to shout as he pleaded, "Please! Please! Let me go! I will tell you everything! Everything!"
However, the ceiling kept coming down and he tried to stop it's descent using his hands but he couldn't.
Now, he was almost lying on his stomach but he still tried to stop the ceiling's descent.
There were tears and snot all over his face as he desperately shouted, "Please! Pleeeeease! Let me live! I don't want to die! I dooooon't waaaant toooo diiiiieeee......"
However, the ceiling kept coming down and it pressed him on the floor.
After a few seconds.....
* SPLAT *
The man's brain matter and bones flew everywhere as well as the blood and he was finally dead.
Below the crushed elevator, stood a man wearing a distinct black armor with a mask on his face.
His armor was covered in blood as well as his face but he remained unfazed.
His eyes remained locked above as he watched the elevator slowly fall down.
This man was none other than Val wearing The Phantom Reaper's armor.
Val turned around and walked away as the elevator crashed on the floor behind him.
He glanced at his hands and thought, 'One more down!'
He glanced around when he noticed a small camera on the wall.
He stared at the camera and flicked a small energy orb at it.
The orb flew toward the camera and collided with it, resulting in an explosion.
* BOOM *
. . .
In an undisclosed location,
Madame Hydra stared at the static image of Val and swirled the wine in her glass.
She took a sip of the wine while staring at the image.
Suddenly, she remembered something and asked, "Any survivors?"
A voice from behind her replied, "No, Supreme Leader."
"What about the equipment?"
"Destroyed."
"The plans for Sentinel?"
"Destroyed."
"The mutant bodies?"
"Stolen."
"Oooh!", She smirked and while swirling the wine of her glass, she commented, "So, The Reaper is working with the mutants?! This is... exciting news. I had realized something was wrong when Trask didn't disclose Project Sentinel in Paris. First him and then, this..."
She stopped smirking and threw the wine glass on the screen.
* CRASH *
"How many years has it been now?! How many years has it been?! The same man has been after us for more than 20 years! 20 years for fucks sake!", she shouted angrily.
The red wine slowly dripped down from the screen and she continued, "Pray Reaper! Pray that you don't get caught! Because... if I do...."
"Hehehe...hahahaha!", She began laughing eerily, causing the HYDRA soldier around her to squirm in fear.
She stopped laughing and glared at Val and said, "You would beg me to kill you."
. . .
A few days later,
In Xavier's school,
Val and Charles along with Hank and Havok were sitting in front of a television.
They were watching a news channel in which the reporter was talking about a meeting that was going to be held in the White House which would be presented by ' Trask'.
Val changed the channel, turned to Charles and asked, "What did she say? Is she ready?"
Charles looked at the pager in his hand and nodded as he replied, "Yes, she says she's ready. But, she is scared of the most important part of the plan."
Val said, "Tell her to calm down. That part is extremely important. Without it, our whole plan falls apart."
Charles relayed Val's message to Mystique and placed the pager aside.
He asked Val, "Have we got everybody associated with Project Sentinel?"
"Yes, we have. But...", Val replied, "There is one person that's remaining."
"Who?", Charles asked.
"Madame Hydra.", Val replied.
Charles remembered something and exclaimed, "Of course! The green-haired woman!"
He asked, "How would we take her down? She is the leader of HYDRA."
Val sighed and replied, "One step at a time, Charles. First, we have to make sure that everything goes according to plan tomorrow. Then, we have to worry about her."
