Lotsa stuff has changed in my life, but I don't think it's appropriate of me to basically dump my life story on the internet, so I'll only go over stuff relevant to this project.

1) After writathon I crashed hard mentally and spiraled off into depression - and lots of bad irl stuff didn't help either.

2) I managed to get a pretty decent job two months ago, so my free time was restricted and I was coming back home very exhausted. But I honestly feel better due to being financially independent.

3) I've sat down to try to write a little something more for this story, but I think it's too tangled - too messy for me to be able to continue it in an enjoyable way.

4) As stated in one of my goals for this story, I don't want to focus on rewriting this, as I'd just get stuck harder trying to untangle the mess and trying to achieve perfection. And if you'll allow me to steal a quote from another media: "The truth of the matter is, I despise perfection. If something is truly perfect, that's it. The bottom line becomes. There is no room for imagination." - the hunt. for perfection is fine, but I don't have the restraint to try to go for it without getting stuck in the weeds.

I'm officially declaring this project as discontinued. I'll try to see about using my time off to properly plan out something better and write a large chunk of it before starting to post something again. Hopefully I can actually finish it this time around.
