Neither did Imai Akuma, a typical Japanese citizen who came home one day and found a questionnaire in his inbox. After finishing and submitting the questionnaire, he goes to bed having to wake up early for work; however, instead of waking up in his house, he wakes up in a dark cave in the middle of nowhere!
