Chapter 15 Tormak Regulu Dodoron
"Lord Tormak, the guests have arrived," the butler Baskara said gracefully while twisting his white mustache, wearing a high-class butler's attire, the old butler stood beside his master who was sitting at his office desk made from ancient wood from the world tree.
"Mm, wonderful" Tormak replied while holding a wine glass made of rare 7 elemental crystal in one hand, wearing a bright red noble suit that looked painful to the eyes, a dark green-haired man in the prime of his life, Tormak Regulu Dodoron the head of the Dodoron family sharpened his eyes, sighed in satisfaction, Tormak stood up from his chair.
Inside the office room with a high ceiling decorated with gold and various jewels that looked like a dragon lived there, Tormak looked out the wide window, there was a blue planet with the sun rising from the horizon shining beautifully, it was beautiful, Tormak thought, but unfortunately this was a poor planet and the worst thing was that this was his planet.
Remembering his misfortune of being born into such a poor noble family, Tormak shook the wine glass in his hand before taking a graceful sip, truly, he was truly unlucky, not only was his territory the poorest in this frontier sector with nothing to be proud of, but this sector was filled with pirates and space monsters that cost him a lot of his money, fortunately he was smarter than the previous Dodorons, just by raising the taxes a little in his territory, he was able to build this magnificent space station.
Indeed at first there were some who tried to oppose him to build this station, why build such a large space station this area has no traffic or reason for ships to dock here! It was really stupid, that was precisely why he built this space station so that ships would have a reason to come here! Even that alone they couldn't realize, indeed Tormak was so unlucky to be surrounded by incompetent people, of course they were all punished properly.
But the most frustrating thing is when this station is finished no ship wants to dock here and the reason is because he lacks money, even now he is already in huge debt to complete this station, he should be able to build an entertainment center and gambling hotspot, that's why he raised his regional tax a little more, however, unfortunately Tormak is cursed with lazy people who don't want to pay the taxes he asks for, even though this is for the good of the Dodoron region itself, Tormak can't understand.
And yet, even after the repeated ordeals, Tormak still had his genius and a bit of luck, he managed to turn this station into a place for people who didn't want to get too much attention, nobles, Clans, Mercenaries or even pirates who wanted to dock or have meetings, they did it here, it was not pleasant but Tormak with his determination managed to endure it, in return he managed to get some connections from them and now his hard work would pay off.
"Isn't it a beautiful day Baskara" Tormak smiled gracefully looking at the sunrise behind his dark planet.
"That's true my Lord" Baskara the old butler answered from behind his master.
Today there will be a grand meeting between the famous pirate Gordoban, one of the largest pirate gangs in the empire, and the other party is none other than a Great Noble, Tormak can hardly believe it, the Great Nobles refers to the five most powerful Nobles in the empire out of thousands of other nobles, their power is unimaginable to Tormak, and now one of them is coming to his territory, this is the result of his hard work day after day, if he can make a connection with this great noble then entering the inner circle of the imperial nobility is not a dream, it is beautiful, truly beautiful, Tormak closed his eyes imagining his bright future.

"Forgive me, my lord, but Lord Gordoban has already entered the station"
"Ah? I guess I was lost in thought, I was just thinking about my strategy to play Gordoban and the Great Noble, that's right, even the Great Noble and the infamous Gordoban are just pawns to me" Tormak couldn't help but smile at the thought.
"Excellent, my lord" Baskara answered with a straight face.
"Very well, then let us welcome the barbarians"
Turning around, Tormak looked at the maids who stood in the room gracefully waiting for orders like statues, they were the top ones chosen for their beauty, but they were nothing compared to those sitting in the middle of the room where there was a long table and two long chairs, sitting on those chairs, were girls from the Dodoron branch families while the others were celebrities in his territory, they were gifts to please his guests, with a dignified face, Tormak walked in front of them.
"All of you" Tormak exclaimed, getting their attention, most of them had expressions of fear and sadness that were not good, if their guests were not happy with this then it would ruin Tormak's plan, sighing at their stupidity, Tormak spoke loudly "all of you are the chosen ones and you should be proud of it, now this might be your chance to rise in social rank, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, for which you should thank me, but I am not here for your thanks, not at all" Tormak stared at them with a sharp gaze "all you have to do for me is entertain and obey our guests that's all I ask, it's not that hard is it?"
Tormak smiled kindly but the response he got was a look of fear, even the people from his branch family had an unpleasant face, making Tormak frown in displeasure.
"Follow my words or your family will pay" Tormak said not only to the people from his branch family but to everyone here including the maids and servants.
Greeted with a timid nod, Tormak's mood lifted a little, even for this trivial matter he had to try hard to explain it, but it couldn't be helped since not everyone had a far-sighted mind like him, letting the maids tidy up his clothes, Tormak walked to the gold-decorated wooden door with his chest filled with anticipation followed by the dressed up girls.
I will do it, by using my intelligence I will break through the misfortune and stupidity that surrounds me all this time! Even now the great nobles are just stepping stones for me! This Tormak will become one of the Great Nobles in the end!
With joy and dreams in his heart, Tormak walked out with his chest puffed out.
Walking inside the specially prepared station area with red carpet, and walls covered in white and gold marble, followed by the girls he had prepared, along with the servants and royal guards of the Dodoron house.
Eventually Tormak found himself in a large room that was even more luxuriously decorated, with a large dark brown meeting table made from Dryad Dragon Bone that he had gone into debt to buy, surrounded by high-backed chairs, each of which cost ten years of a commoner's salary.
In the next room there is also a waiting room that can accommodate dozens of people with sofas, a swimming pool, a bar and even a cinema room for his guests to pamper themselves.
All of this is Tormak's pride that he is not ashamed to show off, while he admires the place he has built, Baskara speaks from beside him "Ahem, my Lord, Lord Gordoban is almost here"
"Ah? I know, I was just thinking of the right opening line" Tormak spoke with a confident smile.
"Very well, My Lord" Baskara answered flatly, but looked at Tormak with a cold gaze that Tormak did not realize because he was lost in his own thoughts again.
Not long after that, Tormak received confirmation that Gordoban had arrived, feeling his heart pounding with nervousness, Tormak loosened his collar a little which actually messed up the clothes that had been tidied up by the maids when he arrived in this room.
"announcing the arrival of Gordoban Calico!"
When the two royal guards beside the door opened the large marble door in front of him, Gordoban and his entourage were already standing on the other side.
A big muscular man who looked feral like a wild animal with red hair and scars on his face, his eyes were too sharp like a predator making everyone who saw him shudder, with a sneer on his face, Gordoban Calico, the strongest space pirate in this part of the Galaxy had arrived before him.
