I put all my weapons back in my inventory and put all my items back in there pouches just then I heard the sound of someone approaching my room before knocking at my door I walked over to the door and opened it, as I opened the door I could see Mayhem standing in the corridor "It's time." Mayhem said "Right." I said before Mayhem walked away, I pulled my assault rifle out of my suit's inventory before I took a moment to reflect on everything that has happened I suffered so much and hurt so many people people that probably didn't deserve it but I didn't care I only care about my own interests I have conquered so many places and I have conquered so many people the only thing that matters to me is me I then picked The Antimatter Cannon up off of my dresser and I put the two straps around each of my shoulders and I was now carrying The Antimatter Cannon on my back The Antimatter Cannon sat on top of the large rectangular portion on the back of my suit and the two straps were secured around each of my shoulders I then walked out of my room before I turned around to close the door and just then I saw Sheila standing in my room she had black eyes "I am not loyal to you Josh." Sheila said before she rushed towards me and attacked me, I quickly closed the door before I began making my way towards the hangar I made my way through the corridors and into the hangar before walking towards the command room and stepping inside as I entered I could see Nitro, Mayhem, Cydaea and Viper and all the other Resistance fighters standing around the table "Alright everyone this is it, the time has finally come for us to reclaim our world." Viper said as she placed her hands on a map of Washington DC "We will land on the outskirts of the city and fight our way through the streets all the way towards the capitol building." Viper said as she pointed to the capitol building on the map "The Federation is gonna throw everything they've got at us, and I've just intercepted a message from Rulok himself he's ordered all Federation forces back to the Washington DC to defend the city." Nitro said "And we will throw everything we have at them." Viper replied "We'll fight our way street by street building by building room by room and wipe them all out!" Mayhem said "This will be our final fight." Cydaea said "Josh is there anything you would like to say?" Viper asked as everyone looked at me "Let's do this." I said as Viper nodded and everyone left the command room and began boarding the transports, I followed Nitro, Mayhem, Cydaea and Viper towards a transport the back door of the transport opened and we all boarded the transport and sat down the back door of the transport then closed as the transports took off and flew out of the hangar and made there way towards the United States Of America.

The transports all flew in formation across the ocean and as I looked out the window I could see several different looking ships fly in and join our formation "Who are they?" I asked "The world." Viper replied as I continued to look and saw that there weren't that many ships heading towards the United States Of America, the transports soon arrived in the United States Of America and as we approached the city the Federation forces within the city began to fire on us and knocking out several transports "We're taking heavy fire from the city, we're not gonna make it!" the pilot yelled "Land on the outskirts of the city!" Viper replied as the transport landed on the outskirts of the city the back door of the transport opened and we all ran out the back door of the transport closed as I looked over and saw the other transports land the back doors of the transports opened and I watched as Resistance fighters ran out of the transports and into the city just then I saw the different looking ships land the different looking ships opened and I could see people running out of the different looking ships the people were carrying Federation guns suddenly a man from one of the different looking ships approach us before talking to Viper "We got your message Viper." the man said "Is this all there is?" Viper asked "After people began rising up against the Federation the Federation began killing everyone they slaughtered everyone all over the world, we tried reaching out to anyone around the world but there's nobody left everyone is dead we're all that's left of the Humanity." the man said, Viper paused for a moment before speaking "We've come too far to give up now." Viper said before Mayhem raised her weapon "Let's get 'em!" Mayhem yelled as we all charged into the city.

We entered the city and the battle began there were Federation soldiers in the streets and on the rooftops of buildings as well as Robots in the streets and gunships in the sky as we ran through the streets I began shooting every Federation soldier, Robot and gunship that I saw it seemed like every type of Federation soldier and Robot I had ever faced was here to defend the city we made our way towards the capitol building and I watched as Mayhem, Nitro, Cydaea and Viper tore their way through any soldiers in their path Mayhem's rocket launcher blew up big groups of soldiers while Nitro had his bladed gloves to tear up soldiers and Cydaea used her sword to cut through any soldiers that got too close and Viper used her katana to slice through through the soldiers, we continued moving towards the capitol building the intense battle raged on after what seemed like hours of fighting we were getting closer to the capitol building and much of the Federation's forces were already wiped out but much of our forces were gone as well we continued fighting when Mayhem took the lead towards the capitol building "Come on push up!" Mayhem yelled when suddenly she was struck by a bullet Mayhem then collapsed to the ground I watched as a pool of blood formed around her Mayhem is dead.

I looked at Mayhem's dead body before I heard Viper yell "Come on we can't stop now!" Viper yelled as we pressed on, we all ran through the streets and made our way towards the capitol building we moved through the streets as we fought more soldiers, Robots and gunships until we finally arrived at the gate of the capitol building "Alright this is it!" Viper said as several Resistance fighters attempted to get the large metal gate that led to the capitol building open, I then looked forward and could see a massive Federation force waiting near the entrance to the capitol building hundreds of soldiers, Robots and gunships were in front of the capitol building waiting for us "This is gonna be a shit show." Nitro said "It will all be worth it in the end." Cydaea said "Josh, why don't you do the honors." Viper said as she pointed behind me, I turned around and could see the Resistance fighters as well as the civilians that were fighting with us looking at me I took a deep breath and began to speak "For years we have lived in fear for years we have lived under the Federation's oppression but now the time has come for us to fight and reclaim our world look around you the Federation's facilities lay in ruin, their fleet is destroyed, their army is crippled, their Robots lay broken at our feet and now the only thing that remains is Rulok, we will not fear the Federation any longer we will not lay down our weapons we will stand we will fight and we will reclaim our world!" I announced as everyone cheered just then the two Resistance fighters finally managed to open the gate I then turned around and faced the capitol building and pointed towards it "Charge!" I yelled as everyone roared and swarmed through the gate and rushed towards the capitol building, the Federation forces outside the capitol building then began to rush towards us.

Everyone ran with weapons raised as we began to fire at the oncoming Federation force and eventually the two forces clashed and the battle commenced in a maelstrom of bullets, blades and bloodshed the Resistance and the Federation attacked each other with unyielding brutality soldiers died robots exploded and gunships crashed as the battle raged on I carved a bloody path through the Federation forces when suddenly I had an idea I activated my Air Strike Designator and aimed my crosshair at a large group of soldiers and after a few moments my Attack Ship flew in and attacked the soldiers with it's machine guns and rocket launchers the soldiers were killed by my Attack Ship I then deactivated my Air Strike Designator and my Attack Ship flew back to the Resistance base I then continued killing the rest of the soldiers eventually we managed to cut our way through most of the Federation's forces and I noticed a clear path to the capitol building had opened "Viper, I'm going for the capitol building!" I yelled "Go we'll cover you!" Viper replied as I began running towards the capitol building slaughtering any soldiers that dared to stand against me, I managed to reach the entrance to the capitol building I ran up to the large doors reloaded my assault rifle I then looked back and could see Nitro fighting a large group of soldiers he managed to take out quite a few of them but suddenly he was struck with a bullet before being struck with another and then another before eventually Nitro collapsed to the ground I watched as a pool of blood formed around him Nitro is dead.

I turned around and faced the large doors of the capitol building there was a keycard reader next to the large doors I pulled out my keycard and slid it through the reader and the large doors of the capitol building opened I then put my keycard away and stepped inside the capitol building I gripped my assault rifle ready for another fight but as I entered the capitol building I looked around and noticed that the capitol building was empty and uncomfortably quiet, I began to walk through the capitol building but just then I heard an intercom activate and I could hear a voice on the intercom "Well here he is at last, the man who's been causing me so much trouble." the voice on the intercom said, I immediately recognized the voice "Rulok." I said as I continued walking "Hard to believe that just one man could cause so much chaos and to be honest I didn't expect you to make it this far, but then again you did manage to escape from my prison and steal that suit only to then use it to destroy everything I worked so hard to build." Rulok said, I continued to move through the capitol building but as I walked down a hallway an Angel and a Demon appeared the Angel had gold eyes and a halo on it's head the Angel was tall and thin it had long narrow arms and legs and it had large hands while the Demon had red eyes and horns on it's head it's body was covered in spikes the Angel and the Demon began attacking me I raised my assault rifle and fired at the Angel and the Demon the Demon tried to hit me but it hit the Angel instead the Angel then started attacking the Demon and before long the Angel and the Demon began fighting each other the Angel and the Demon fought each other until eventually the Angel hit the Demon enough times that the Demon collapsed to the floor and disappeared I then fired at the Angel and after a few shots the Angel collapsed the the floor and disappeared I then reloaded my assault rifle before I continued moving I made my way down a hallway and continued through the capitol building, I began searched the rooms for Rulok only to find nothing "Where are you Rulok!" I said before Rulok spoke again "I had to take some pretty desperate measures in order to try and get rid of you, those Hybrids were very hard to control but if we put them in the right place and let them to do their own thing they function pretty well, did you know that those Hybrids were originally supposed to be my super soldiers, Stahl tried to modify Human DNA to try and give my soldiers enhanced capabilities they would have been faster, stronger and better than my standard soldiers but something went wrong and instead of an army of super soldiers I was left with a horde of Hybrids, it seemed like a waste to shut down the project and kill the Hybrids so I kept that lab running and put the Hybrids to good use hunting you down, if only you stayed in that laboratory of mine I could have done great things with you if you became a Hybrid, well you destroyed it along with everything else I worked so hard to build and speaking of those Hybrids I have a gift for you." Rulok said as I entered a large room and as I did so a large door opened and a Hybrid stepped through the Hybrid looked almost Human it was giant it had large arms and legs and long sharp claws at the end of them the Hybrid roared before lunging towards me I jumped out of the way and switched to my sniper rifle before jumping again to avoid it's attack's the Hybrid's long arms made dodging it difficult but I managed to land a few hits but before long the Hybrid managed to grab me and pin me to the ground I then extended my blade and sliced the claws off of the Hybrid's hand freeing myself the Hybrid recoiled in pain and as it did I rushed over to it and used my Thruster Pack to jump up to it's head I then drove my blade into it's neck and slid all the way down it's torso before pulling my blade out and grabbing the Hybrid's chest I then pulled the Hybrid's chest apart and the entire Hybrid was torn into two pieces the Hybrid then dropped to the floor dead as I retracted my blade and switched to my assault rifle before continuing through the capitol building "Where the fuck are you Rulok!" I said before Rulok's voice came back over the intercom "Of course there was the problem of finding you but the tracker that is built into that suit your wearing made it easy to find you." Rulok said "A tracker in my suit so that's how the Federation found the Resistance base and the Subspecies compound, come to think of it the Federation did always seem to know where I was I guess now I know why." I thought before Rulok spoke again "I could have just attacked the Resistance base when you first arrived there but I knew better I waited patiently biding my time until I saw you with the leader of the Resistance Viper on TV, once Viper made her announcement about her plans to attack the Washington DC I knew that it was the perfect opportunity to attack the Resistance base I would attack the Resistance base when you returned there with Viper I would attack the Resistance base when all of the main Resistance members were there and kill them all I would wipe out all of the Resistance fighters before completely destroying their base, I even sent Sheila there to ensure my victory but it seems that my efforts were not enough." Rulok said, I then came upon a staircase and walked up it I then continued moving through the capitol building I then approached a large door but just then I looked and could see Linda, Brian, Belial, Stahl, Manticore, Calina, Skitter, De'vorah, Vex, Valeria and Grimskull along with several Ghosts "Do you understand Josh, we are everyone you have hurt everyone you have killed we will always be with you eventually your time will come when you will die and you will become just like us and once that happens we will make you suffer as you have made us suffer." they said as they rushed towards me and attacked me, I quickly ran towards the door as they rushed towards me and once I reached the door I opened it before slamming it shut behind me I stood there for a moment holding the door closed before I slowly opened the door and saw that they had all disappeared, I then turned around and continued moving I walked down a corridor I looked ahead and could see a large door at the end of the corridor I approached the large door but just then the large door opened and three of those different armoured soldiers stepped though the large door the large door then closed as the three different armoured soldiers stepped forward and pointed their guns at me "Alright fuckers, let's do this!" I said as I raised my assault rifle and began to fire.

I fired my assault rifle into the different armoured soldiers as they scattered and returned fire on me, I jumped and ducked to avoid their fire before switching to my rocket launcher and shooting one of the different armoured soldiers the rocket collided into the different armoured soldier and exploded causing him to fly back and hit the wall before collapsing to the floor dead I then turned and fired on the others as they used their Thruster Packs to avoid my rockets I aimed up and fired more rockets the different armoured soldiers dodged my shots as they continued to fire at me I kept firing until I eventually hit one of the different armoured soldiers causing him to fall to the floor dead the last different armoured soldier landed before he extended his blade and charged at me I put my rocket launcher in my inventory before I began to run towards him and as we approached each other I grabbed his arm to stop his blade from hitting me I then quickly extended my blade and plunged it through his head I then pulled my blade upward until I had ripped his head off of his body I looked at my blade to see the different armoured soldier's head still stuck to my blade with his spine still attached to his head I then pulled the different armoured soldier's head off of my blade before retracting my blade and pulling out my assault rifle I then approached the large door the large door had a keycard reader next to it I pulled out my keycard and slid it through the reader and the large door opened I then put my keycard away before I stepped through the large door, I stepped through the large door and looked around I could see that I had entered a large office I looked around the large office and could see a fancy wooden desk with a comfortable looking chair behind it I could see a computer on the fancy wooden desk as well as a recording device next to an intercom microphone the recording device was playing Rulok's voice that I was hearing all throughout the capitol building "Fuck he's not here!" I said as I turned the recording device off, I took a moment to look around the office before I let out a sigh and began moving back towards the entrance of the capitol building.

I made my way towards the entrance of the capitol building as I stepped outside I looked around and could see dead Federation soldiers, dead Resistance fighters, destroyed robots, downed gunships and downed transports everywhere there was not a single living person in sight the city was silent just then I heard what sounded like footsteps approaching me I turned to face where the sound was coming from but I couldn't see anything I glanced around in confusion suddenly a man wearing an armoured suit appeared out of thin air and stood in front of me the armoured suit that the man was wearing was black with a red visor on it's helmet it had a large gun attatched to each of it's arms suddenly the man in the armoured suit began to speak "Looking for me?" the man in the armoured suit said, I immediately recognized the man's voice it was Rulok wearing a highly advanced armoured suit, Rulok slowly walked up to me before looking down at me "My army was unable to kill you Joshua I guess I'll just have to kill you myself." Rulok said as he raised both of his arms and fired a shot from each of his guns, they struck me causing me to fly back and drop my assault rifle, I tumbled along the ground before eventually coming to a stop I coughed as I struggled to stand up but just then Rulok used a Thruster Pack to fly over to me before picking me up off of the ground and throwing me into a nearby crashed gunship before using his Thruster Pack to fly over to me again and strike me, I recoiled from the attack and collapsed to the ground it was clear that I was outmatched as Rulok's suit was superior to mine in every way Rulok then approached me before he extended blades out of his arms and plunged them downwards towards me I held my arms up and braced for the end when suddenly I looked up and could see someone standing in front of me it was Cydaea she had jumped in front of me to block Rulok's attack and she now had Rulok's blades plunged into her, I watched Cydaea collapsed to the ground as Rulok retracted his blades I rushed over to Cydaea to see if she was alright "Cydaea!" I said as I looked at her, there were two large stab wounds in her chest Cydaea coughed before looking up at me "...Josh..." Cydaea said just then Rulok approached us and began to speak "Before I kill you, how about a little show and tell." Rulok said as he activated some kind of device on his suit just then I heard a loud sound coming from the city me and Cydaea looked over and could see a large TV that was attatched to the side of a building turn on I then saw what the TV was showing the TV showed me admitting to being the one who destroyed the Federation prison and killing all of the prisoners inside of the Federation prison, killing that man, killing that woman and killing that baby, raping and then killing that little girl, killing all of those people in that bank and then robbing that bank, killing and then eating that man, killing all of those people in that Cathedral and then destroying that Cathedral, doing all of those horrible things when I ruled that village, killing all of those people in that city during The Hunt, doing all of those horrible things when I was a Pirate, killing that woman and killing that man and skinning that little boy alive and killing that man that won the Tokyo City Race, I looked down at Cydaea and I could see tears in her eyes "Cydaea." I said "...Josh... ...how... ...could... ...you..." Cydaea said as she slowly closed her eyes and her body went limp Cydaea is dead.

I began to breath heavily as tears started to form in my eyes just then Rulok began to speak "That suit you're wearing was recording everything and transmitting the video feed back to me now everyone will see who their precious hero truly is but you never saw yourself as a hero did you Josh you know that Humanity is selfish, violent and hateful I understand this better than anyone so I did something about it I wiped out all of Humanity and ushered in a new era an era with no pain, an era with no suffering, an era with no Humanity the last of Humanity followed you here only to die Humanity followed you Joshua Humanity followed you to their deaths you led Humanity to it's death." Rulok said as he extended his blades "I have brought true peace to the world and now all that's left is for you to die." Rulok said as he thrusted his blades down towards me I immediately dropped Cydaea's dead body and raised my hands to grabbed his arms stopping the blades from stabbing me "It's over Josh, you lose." Rulok said "I did not come this far just to die now!" I replied, I held Rulok's arms back with just my left hand as best as I could as I moved my right arm away and extended my blade and swiped it across Rulok's arms my blade effortlessly sliced through his armor and cut off both of his arms his now severed arms fell to the ground as Rulok screamed in agony and stumbled backwards before collapsing to the ground I then slowly approached him and put my foot on his chest Rulok gazed up at me before I plunged my blade into the bottom of his head my blade protruded out of the other side of Rulok's head I then pulled my blade out of him as his body went limp Rulok is dead.

I stood over Rulok's body breathing heavily as I retracted my blade and used a first aid vial to heal my wounds before I heard a voice calling me "Josh!" the voice said, I turned to see who it was and I could see Viper running towards me she stopped a few meters from me and gasped as she saw Rulok's body "Is that him?" Viper asked "Yes, Rulok is dead." I said, Viper let out a sigh before turning to face me "We won." Viper said, I turned around to face her "It's over." I said "Yes Josh, it's finally over." Viper said, I let out a sigh of relief I then picked up my assault rifle and put it in my inventory before walking away but just then Viper spoke "Josh, about what we saw..." Viper said but before she could continue I quickly interrupted her "Forget it, I was never a hero." I replied "You may not have seen yourself as a hero but the rest of the world did, so why..." Viper said pausing for a moment before speaking again "Why did you do it, why did you do all those horrible things?" Viper asked and without needing to think about my answer I told her "Why not everybody does whatever they want anyway so why shouldn't I besides everyone wants to do all of the horrible things that I have done they may lie about by saying that they don't but they are hypocrites there is no such thing as a good Human there is no happiness in this world there is only hatred and suffering in this world only the strong survive in this world only those with power survive in this world Humanity doesn't want peace Humanity wants power every Human wants to kill and destroy everything everyone is selfish, violent and hateful you stand there with your delusions of 'Hope' and 'Morality' but you know that these are just illusions, my Mom and my Dad hated me I thought I loved them but I was just lying to myself because that's what I wanted to believe but now I know the truth love is not real peace does not exist there is only suffering in this world, thinking that the two Gods don't care about you is one thing but hearing them say it to you is another thing entirely I was only ever meant to be unloved and now that you know who I truly am I don't have to pretend to be the good guy anymore." I said, Viper stood there staring at me before she spoke "I knew it was you." Viper said "What?" I said "After you returned from your missions we would hear the reports of the aftermath of your missions we would hear about the devastation against the Federation but we would also hear about all of the horrible things that happened but we didn't know who was responsible for all of those horrible things the Federation would say that you were responsible for all of those horrible things but nobody wanted to believe them I had my suspicions that you were responsible for all of those horrible things but I needed to be certain that's why I had you participate in the Tokyo City Race in order to win that trophy I knew you wouldn't win the race so when you returned to me with that trophy in your hands my suspicions were confirmed it was you, you were the one that did all of those horrible things I should have killed you right then and there but I knew that you would be needed for our attack on Washington DC." Viper said, Viper then drew her katana and pointed it at me before speaking again "I cannot allow your crimes to go unpunished Josh!" Viper said, I stared at her before smiling "Well then what are you waiting for." I said as I extended my blade.

Viper rushed towards me and attacked me I dodged her incoming strike before swinging my blade towards her she avoided me attack with ease before following up with another attack this time she managed to hit me I winced as her katana cut through my suit and sliced my body I placed my hand over the wound before charging at her I swung my blade but she managed to dodge she then hit me again I flinched as her katana struck with my suit before she immediately attacked again this time dealing some serious damage to my suit, I was outmatched Viper was a much better fighter than I was I watched as the screen on my helmet's visor began to malfunction Viper was destroying my suit and soon she would kill me if I didn't do something just then I felt Viper's katana enter the back of my suit her katana managed to slice through the back portion of my suit Viper then pulled her katana out of my suit as I fell to my knees my suit was no longer responding to my commands this seemed like the end just then Viper stood in front of me and held her katana to my neck she then raised her katana to finish me suddenly I mustered up the strength to raise my arm and plunge my blade directly into Viper's chest I watched as blood spewed out of her as Viper fell to her knees I then removed my blade and watched Viper collapse to the ground motionless Viper is dead.

I stayed on the ground for a moment to collect my strength I then attempted to open my suit but it wouldn't open I then struggled as I pried open my suit with my hands and crawled out of it I then stood up and looked at my suit it was heavily damaged and the fact that it stopped working made it clear that my suit was destroyed, I let out a sigh before looking around and seeing that the city was empty the Federation was dead but so was everyone else the world was destroyed everyone everywhere was dead there's nobody left there's nothing left everything and everyone in the universe in dead I am the only one left I looked down at Viper's dead body before walking up to Cydaea's dead body "Cydaea." I said softly pausing for a moment before I continued to speak "I'm sorry." I said before picking Cydaea's dead body up off the ground and began moving through the city I carried Cydaea's dead body through the city until I stumbled upon and old cemetery I entered the cemetery and found a small building made of stone I entered the building and sitting in the center of the building was a stone sarcophagus I put Cydaea's dead body down before opening the lid on the sarcophagus I looked inside and saw that the sarcophagus was empty I then picked up Cydaea's dead body and placed Cydaea's dead body in the sarcophagus before closing the lid I then picked up a broken piece of concrete and used it to carve Cydaea's name into the sarcophagus and with that Cydaea was buried "Rest in peace, my love." I said as I kissed the lid of the sarcophagus, I kissed my love farewell before leaving the building and walking out of the cemetery, I walked out into the street and wondered what I was going to do now that the Federation was destroyed and all of Humanity is dead there's nobody left all life in the universe is dead I walked through the streets until I arrived back at the capitol building I walked up to my suit and grabbed The Antimatter Cannon that was strapped to my suit I put the straps on The Antimatter Cannon around my shoulders and carried The Antimatter Cannon on my back I then walked towards the capitol building and entered I began walking through the capitol building until I reached the large office I entered the large office and approached the fancy wooden desk I then put The Antimatter Cannon down on the fancy wooden desk before I sat down on the comfortable looking chair that was behind the fancy wooden desk I then took a deep breath "It is done the Federation is no more." I said, I still have the Ghosts, the Angels, the Demons, Akasha and Desiree to worry about but when they inevitably come for me I will deal with them now that I have The Antimatter Cannon I leaned back in my chair and sat there for awhile before I eventually became tired I sat in my chair and closed my eyes before I eventually fell asleep.
