I opened my eyes and looked around I noticed that I was no longer in my room at the Resistance base but rather I was in a forest the forest was dark I stood up and looked around as I looked around I noticed a light in the distance I slowly made my way towards the light I drew closer to the light until eventually I reached it and saw that it was a lantern hanging on a tree branch "I should probably take this." I thought as I grabbed the lantern and lifted it up to illuminate the area, the lantern gave off very little light as I could only see a few meters ahead of me I then looked ahead and could see several other lights in the distance I took a deep breath as I realized what was happening "I'm dreaming again." I said, I gripped the lantern tightly before I began following the lights through the forest.

I began moving through the forest as I followed the lights I walked for quite awhile constantly checking my surroundings I soon reached one of the other lights and as I approached it I could see that it was another lantern hanging on a tree branch I began moving towards the next light when suddenly I saw Linda, Brian, Calina and Valeria standing next to me just then they rushed towards me and attacked me, I began running through the forest as they chased me I ran through the forest until I entered an open area I looked behind me and could see that Linda, Brian, Calina and Valeria were no longer there suddenly I looked ahead and could see Skitter, Belial, Stahl, Manticore, De'vorah and Vex standing in front of me just then they rushed towards me and attacked me, I jumped to avoid their attacks as I began running and they chased me I made a mad dash through the forest eventually I entered a more dense part of the forest I looked behind me and could see that Skitter, Belial, Stahl, Manticore, De'vorah and Vex were no longer there I stopped to catch my breath "Fucking shit." I said as I took several deep breaths, I then continued moving through the forest I continued following the lights through the forest and as I approached another light I could see that it was another lantern hanging on a tree branch I then moved towards the next light which was also coming from a lantern hanging on a tree branch I moved from lantern to lantern following the lights to hopefully try to get out of the forest I noticed the next light ahead of me I got closer to the light when suddenly the light quickly moved towards me at unbelievable speeds as it made a terrifying noise I then noticed that the light wasn't a lantern it was an Angel the Angel was tall and thin it wore white robes and it had a halo above it's head instead of a face the Angel just had a hole in it's head with a single gold eye in it the light that I saw was coming from the Angel's halo the Angel attacked me and I jumped back from the Angel as it attacked me I narrowly dodged it's attacks suddenly the Angel knocked me to the ground and I dropped the lantern I struggled to stand back up I then noticed a large tree branch on the ground I picked up the large tree branch and proceeded to hit the Angel with it I then struck the Angel with the large tree again and again and again until eventually the Angel was laying on the ground motionless I then watched as the Angel disappeared, I took a deep breath before I continued following the lights through the forest.

I ran through the forest desperately trying to find a way out suddenly I stopped and looked around I could see that I was now standing in a large open area I looked around and could see several lanterns on tree branches the trees surrounded the large open area and the lanterns that were on the tree branches illuminating the entire area I then realized that I had been in this forest before I stood there and thought for a moment before I remembered what happened in this forest "When I was fourteen years old I ran away from home one night because my Mom and my Dad were abusing me I entered this forest to get away from them I walked through this forest until I reached a large open area I then sat down and thought about all the times my Mom and my Dad abused me my Mom and my Dad would yell at me, insult me and beat me everyday I sat in this forest and I realized that my Mom and my Dad never loved me I realized that my Mom and my Dad hated me, I sat in this forest thinking about all the pain that my Mom and my Dad caused me I then remember standing up and walking around this forest as I genuinely considered killing my Mom and my Dad I walked around this forest planning to kill my Mom and my Dad I thought about every possibility I thought about every way I could kill my Mom and my Dad I thought about every way I could dispose of their bodies I thought about every way that I could get away with it but I knew that I couldn't kill my Mom and my Dad I would get caught as much as I wanted to kill my Mom and my Dad I couldn't so I just left this forest and returned home." I thought, I took a deep breath when suddenly I saw several Ghosts standing around me staring at me "There is no escape Josh this is the path you have chosen your fate is sealed." they said as they rushed towards me and attacked me, I desperately tried to avoid their attacks when suddenly a Demon appeared the Demon was massive it was covered in large spikes it's arms and legs ended in huge claws it's head had two large horns it had six red eyes it had a long tail that ended in what looked like a machine gun it also had several other mechanical parts attached to it's body it had a large mechanical portion on it's back that looked like it had multiple large gun barrels on it, just then the Demon let out an ear shattering roar I covered my ears to try and block out the excessively loud roar I then saw the Demon point it's tail at me before it fired a barrage of bullets at me.

I quickly jumped out of the way as the bullets collided with the ground I sprinted around the area dodging bullets as I looked at the Demon eventually it stopped firing bullets only to then shoot multiple rockets from the large mechanical portion on it's back I sprinted around the area desperately trying to dodge the rockets just then the Demon opened his mouth and spewed a torrent of fire at me I quickly jumped out of the way of the fire just then the Demon raised it's tail and pointed it at me I prepared to jump out of the way of the barrage of bullets I thought was going to come out of it but instead it fired an artillery shot out of it's tail I narrowly managed to dodge the artillery shot as it collided with the ground and exploded but the explosion managed to knock me back, I coughed as I stood up just then the Demon extended a large blade from the end of it's tail before it thrusted it's tail towards me I barely dodged the attack as I watched it's tail retract before extending again to attempt to hit me I avoided it's attacks but just then the Demon charged towards me I ran as it charged past me it then stomped it's way back to the center of the area just then the Demon began to spin around suddenly it began using all of it's weapons and attacks at once I had a very difficult time avoiding it's onslaught of attacks just then I was cut on my right leg by the blade on the Demon's tail but I didn't stop moving I couldn't I wasn't about to let this Demon kill me, the Demon eventually ended it's barrage of attacks the Demon then attempted to strike me with it's tail again "Alright I've had enough!" I said as I dodged it's tail only to grab onto it before the Demon could retract it and once the Demon retracted it's tail I was carried up towards the Demon's head I then let go of the Demon's tail and landed on it's head as the Demon attempted to strike me with it's claws I positioned myself in front of one of it's eyes before I plunged the large tree branch into the Demon's eye the Demon roar in agony as it desperately tried to strike me with it's claws but I evaded the Demon's attacks as best as I could as I plunged the large tree branch into the Demon's eye over and over again eventually the Demon collapsed to the ground before it disappeared, I then took a moment to collect myself "Fuck, that was insane." I said, I then closed my eyes for a moment before I opened my eyes and when I opened my eyes I noticed that I was back in my room at the Resistance base.
