The transport arrived back in Scotland as it flew towards the Resistance base the transport flew into the hangar and landed the back door of the transport opened and I stepped off the back door of the transport then closed as I walked towards the command room where Nitro was waiting for me "Good you're back, I've got another mission for you." Nitro said "Lay it on me." I said "The Federation has a fortress in Venezuela this fortress is well fortified we've been trying to destroy this fortress for the past three months we've thrown so many Resistance fighters at it but so far we haven't even been able to get close to it a few weeks ago we lost contact with the Resistance fighters that we sent over there so with that being said I want you to go to Venezuela find the Resistance fighters and figure out a way to destroy the Federation fortress." Nitro said "Alright I'll get it done." I said "Good the transport will take you to the other Resistance fighters, meet up with them and help them destroy the Federation fortress." Nitro said, I turned around and walked out of the command room I made my way down to my room and once I arrived there I opened the door to my room and entered my room I then pulled the fancy looking wine glass out of one of the pouches on my suit's waist and placed it on my dresser I then left my room and closed the door before I made my way back to the hangar, arriving at the hangar I walked up to the crate of ammunition and refilled my ammo before I approached the transport the back door of the transport opened and I stepped aboard I then looked and could see De'vorah, Brian, Vex, Belial, Linda, Stahl and Manticore along with several Ghosts standing just outside of the transport just then they rushed towards me and attacked me but before they could reach me the back door of the transport closed "Take me to Venezuela." I said "You got it Josh." the pilot said as the transport took off and flew out of the hangar the transport then made it's way towards Venezuela.

The transport arrived in Venezuela as it flew towards the ground and landed the back door of the transport opened and I stepped off the back door of the transport then closed before the transport flew away I looked around and could see that I was standing in a large open field I then noticed that there was a trench in front of me I entered the trench and began walking through the trench, I walked through the trench until I looked and could see several Resistance fighters around the trench the Resistance fighters were performing various tasks some were fixing the Resistance trench while others were preparing their weapons just then one of the Resistance fighters noticed me and walked up to me "Josh you're here." the Resistance fighter said "Yeah I'm here to help you guys destroy the Federation fortress." I said "Well it's about time we got some real help." the Resistance fighter said "Hey everyone Josh is here!" the Resistance fighter yelled but the other Resistance fighters didn't react they just continued working "Don't mind them everyone is exhausted, we've been throwing ourselves at the Federation fortress and we've lost so many Resistance fighters." the Resistance fighter said "I'm here to make sure we destroy the Federation fortress, speaking of which where is the Federation fortress?" I asked "It's about a kilometer across the field." the Resistance fighter said, I then walked up to the edge of the trench before I poked my head out to try and see the Federation fortress I looked around the area and could see a large open field that was covered in craters there were destroyed Robots, downed gunships and dead Federation soldiers everywhere there were also several downed Resistance transport as well as dead Resistance fighters everywhere I then looked and could see a massive building in the distance the building was huge it was constructed from concrete there was a single large window near the top of the building there were two artillery cannons on either side of the building and there was a large trench in front of the building "That's the Federation fortress?" I asked "Yup we've been throwing ourselves at it for the past three months with no luck." the Resistance fighter said, I continued looking at the Federation fortress Nitro was right it was well fortified "We've thrown everything we have at that place Resistance fighters, transports, artillery fire but we haven't been able to get close to that thing our only option is to keep hitting them and gradually wear them down until we weaken their defences enough that we can get in there." the Resistance fighter said, I recoiled my head before I looked back at the Resistance fighter "It's a shit show out here everyday the Federation sends soldiers, Robots and gunships to come and attack us and all we can do is hunker down and hold them off, we've lost so many Resistance fighters I don't know how much longer we can keep this up." the Resistance fighter said "I'm here to help and one way or another we will be destroying that fortress." I said "I hope you're right." the Resistance fighter said "For now follow me I'll show you around." the Resistance fighter said as he began walking, I followed him as he showed me around the Resistance trench he showed me that there were two artillery cannons in the Resistance trench he then showed me where the ladders that lead out of the Resistance trench are he then walked into a bunker I followed him into the bunker and he showed me around the bunker he showed me where the mess hall is and he showed me where the sleeping quarters are the Resistance fighter then walked up to me before he spoke "Well that's about it, make yourself comfortable." the Resistance fighter said as he started walking away but before he could get far I stopped him "Hold on, who's giving the orders here?" I asked "Well Nitro was giving us our orders but the Federation started jamming our communicators a few weeks ago so we can't contact him." the Resistance fighter said "So you're all just sitting in this trench without anyone giving orders?" I asked "Pretty much." the Resistance fighter replied "Well that's about to change." I said as I made my way out of the bunker, the Resistance fighter followed me as I left the bunker I then looked around the Resistance trench and could see the other Resistance fighters I then spoke "Alright listen up since nobody is giving orders around here I've taken it upon myself to command you on this mission I will be giving orders from now on!" I yelled, the Resistance fighters looked at me unsure of what to do "Any questions?" I asked but nobody said a word "Good." I said as I walked back into the bunker, the Resistance fighter that showed me around followed me "You're going to be giving orders?" the Resistance fighter asked "Is that a problem?" I asked "Umm..." the Resistance fighter said but before he could say anymore I spoke again "It's clear to me that you are all struggling to complete this mission I'm here to make sure that this mission get's done and since Nitro is unable to give orders I will give the orders." I said "Alright." the Resistance fighter said as he left the bunker, I walked through the bunker when suddenly I looked and could see Valeria standing next to me she had black eyes just then she rushed towards me and attacked me, I ran from her until I arrived at a small room there was a table in the middle of the room I walked up to the table and could see that there was a map on the table I looked at the map and could see that the map showed the area that I was in there were markings on the map that showed where the Resistance trench was and where the Federation fortress was Nitro sent me here to destroy the Federation fortress and now that I'm giving the orders I'm the one who has to come up with a plan to destroy the Federation fortress I looked at the map as I began planning the attack on the Federation fortress.

I stood in the small room staring at the map as I planned for the attack I thought of different ways that we could reach the Federation fortress and attack it these Resistance fighters have been trying to destroy the Federation fortress for three months now with no luck Nitro sent me here to help destroy the fortress and one way or another I will destroy the Federation fortress I stood there gazing at the map when suddenly I heard what sounded like an explosion the entire bunker shook violently I looked around before I heard one of the Resistance fighters yelling from outside of the bunker "We're under attack!" the Resistance fighters yelled "Oh shit." I said as I ran out of the small room, I ran across the bunker as I could hear more explosions followed by the bunker shaking more I then heard gunfire coming from outside of the bunker I reached the entrance to the bunker and I ran through the door and was now out of the bunker I looked around the Resistance trench and could see Resistance fighters running around frantically some of the Resistance fighters positioned themselves at the edge of the trench before they raised their guns and started shooting in the direction of the Federation fortress while other Resistance fighters ran around the Resistance trench preparing boxes of ammo and other supplies I then looked up over the edge of the Resistance trench and could see several Federation soldiers approaching the Resistance trench I could also see the two artillery cannons that were next to the Federation fortress firing at us "Shit!" I said as I raised my assault rifle and began firing at the approaching soldiers "Hold them off!" I yelled as me and the other Resistance fighters fired at the incoming soldiers, we managed to take out a few of the soldier but there were so many of them and they kept getting closer the Federation soldiers raised their guns and fired back at us a few Resistance fighters got killed as we continued firing we killed more Federation soldiers but eventually the soldiers reached the Resistance trench and were now entering the Resistance trench "They're in the trench, kill em all!" I yelled as me and the other Resistance fighters turned and began firing at the soldiers in the Resistance trench, me and the other Resistance fighters fired at the Federation soldiers and the Federation soldiers fired back we fought in the Resistance trench in close quarters with no cover as explosions from artillery fire erupted all around us we killed lots of Federation soldiers but they killed lots of Resistance fighters as well it was a massacre I switched to my submachine gun and used it to quickly gun down as many Federation soldiers as I could I shot every Federation soldier I saw as I ran through the Resistance trench I stepped on the dead bodies of Resistance fighters as I slaughtered every Federation soldier I came across after hours of fighting many of the Federation soldiers in the Resistance trench were dead I ran through the Resistance trench hunting down any remaining soldiers until eventually the few surviving soldiers exited the Resistance trench and ran back towards the Federation fortress I peeked out over the edge of the Resistance trench and shot the soldiers as they retreated and as I was firing I noticed that the artillery cannons from the Federation fortress were no longer firing after awhile I stopped shooting as the few remaining soldiers entered the Federation trench and were no longer visible I reloaded my submachine gun before I switched to my assault rifle I then began walking around the Resistance trench as I assessed the damage, I looked around as I walked throughout the Resistance trench I could see lots of dead Resistance fighters their corpses littered the Resistance trench there were craters from where the artillery fire hit multiple parts of the Resistance trench were damaged I looked around as could see the surviving Resistance fighters as they walked throughout the Resistance trench performing different tasks some of them were repairing the damaged parts of the Resistance trench while others were disposing of the corpses just then one of the Resistance fighters walked up to me "Another attack these attacks happen everyday, if this keeps happening we'll be wiped out." the Resistance fighter said "Then we need to destroy the Federation fortress as soon as possible." I said "How we've thrown everything we have at that place, we've tried everything." the Resistance fighter said "You have me, I will make sure we destroy the Federation fortress." I said, the Resistance fighter let out a sigh before he spoke "We've been out here for three months getting massacred so excuse my lack of enthusiasm." the Resistance fighter said before he walked away, I poked my head out over the edge of the Resistance trench and looked at the Federation fortress before I recoiled my head and let out a sigh I then began making my way back towards the bunker and once I reached the bunker I entered the bunker and made my way back to the small room I entered the small room and looked at the map before I let out a sigh "The Federation fortress must have a weakness, there has to be something we can do." I thought as I gazed at the map, I stared at the map for awhile planning I thought about every possibility every way we could destroy the Federation fortress but eventually I took a deep breath and left the small room I then made my way to the mess hall I entered the mess hall and could see a small table with packages of food on it I could also see the other Resistance fighters eating from the packages of food I grabbed a package of food and opened it I looked inside the package and could see several pieces of cooked chicken as well as a bottle of water and a small container of mashed potatoes all of the food in the package was preserved I opened my suit's helmet and began eating the food in the package and once I was done I closed my suit's helmet before I dropped the package on the ground I then looked and could see the other Resistance fighters leaving the mess hall and moving towards the sleeping quarters I made my way to the sleeping quarters as I looked around and could see several cots some of the Resistance fighters were laying down on the cots I walked up to one of the cots before I put my assault rifle away and laid down on the cot I could have taken my suit off to sleep but with the Federation just one kilometer across the field I'll sleep better with my suit on I then looked and could see a group of Resistance fighters standing just then one of the Resistance fighters in the group spoke "We're on night watch tonight, sleep well boys." the Resistance fighter said as the group of Resistance fighters left the sleeping quarters I laid in the cot thinking about how I was going to lead these men to victory until eventually I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

I awoke the next day and rose from the cot I looked around and could see that the other Resistance fighters were just waking up the other Resistance fighters rose from their cots before they left the sleeping quarters I pulled out my assault rifle before I followed the Resistance fighters we moved through the bunker me and the other Resistance fighters walked into the mess hall and grabbed some food the other Resistance fighters ate their food I opened my suit's helmet and ate my food and once we were finished I closed my suit's helmet before me and the other Resistance fighters approached the entrance to the bunker we then walked out of the bunker I looked around and could see that several Resistance fighters were already in the Resistance trench performing various tasks the other Resistance fighters soon began performing their duties as well I walked around the Resistance trench as I inspected the other Resistance fighters and as I was walking I found a spot in the Resistance trench where nobody was I looked around and could see that there were no Resistance fighters here I then opened up my suit and stepped out of it my suit closed automatically before I pulled my pants and underwear down and pissed and shit in the corner of the spot of the Resistance trench that I was in and once I was done I pulled my underwear and pants back up before I placed my hand on my suit's chest piece and my suit opened up I climbed into my suit and my suit closed automatically I then continued walking through the Resistance trench, I walked throughout the Resistance trench but just then one of the Resistance fighters walked up to me "Josh what are your orders?" the Resistance fighter asked, I poked my head out of the Resistance trench and looked at the Federation fortress as much as I wanted to get over there and destroy the Federation fortress me and the rest of the Resistance fighters would have to run across the open field and we would be completely exposed out there I recoiled my head before I looked at the Resistance fighter "We need to wear them down and weaken their defences, tell the other Resistance fighters to prepare the artillery cannons." I said "Understood." the Resistance fighter said as he began running through the Resistance trench, after awhile the rest of the Resistance fighters prepared themselves for the attack several Resistance fighters stood next to the artillery cannons while the rest stood in the Resistance trench ready to attack I then looked at the Resistance fighters and spoke "Alright boys we need to soften them up as much as we can, if we can't find a hole into the Federation fortress then we'll make one!" I said as I poked my head out of the Resistance trench and looked at the Federation fortress "Fire the artillery!" I shouted and as soon as I did so the Resistance fighters that were operating the artillery cannons began firing the artillery cannons, the other Resistance fighters that were standing next to the artillery cannons would reload the artillery cannons as quickly as possible I looked towards the Federation fortress and watched as our artillery fire rained down on the Federation fortress several of the artillery shots hit the Federation fortress but the Federation fortress suffered little damage it didn't take long for the Federation forces at the Federation fortress to react as within moments the two artillery cannons that were next to the Federation fortress began firing the Resistance forces and the Federation forces were now attacking each other from across the field we fired our artillery and the Federation fired their artillery countless artillery shots soared across the field and rained down on both the Resistance trench and the Federation fortress explosions from the artillery shots erupted all around the fighting went on for hours we continued firing despite the explosions erupting all around us I could see several Resistance fighters get killed by the explosion from the Federation artillery cannons "Keep firing!" I yelled as the Resistance fighters operating the artillery cannons continued firing, the Resistance fighters that were standing next to the artillery cannons kept reloading the artillery cannons as fast as they could I watched as several artillery shots rained down and struck the Federation fortress but despite the many times we hit the Federation fortress we only managed to cause minor damage to it I then noticed one of the artillery shots from our artillery cannons hit one of the Federation artillery cannons I watched as the Federation artillery cannon was completely destroyed by the artillery shot "That's it keep firing!" I yelled, but just then one of the artillery shots from the Federation artillery cannons struck one of our artillery cannons the Resistance fighters operating the artillery cannon as well as the Resistance fighters standing next to the artillery cannon were killed as the explosion from the artillery shot destroyed the artillery cannon "Shit." I thought as the artillery cannons from both the Resistance trench and the Federation fortress continued to fire, just then I noticed two gunships coming out of the Federation fortress I could see the two gunships flying towards the Resistance trench "Federation gunships incoming!" I yelled as the Resistance fighters that were standing in the Resistance trench prepared for the incoming attack "Keep firing the artillery, we'll deal with the gunships!" I yelled as the Resistance fighters that were operating our one remaining artillery cannon continued firing, I raised my assault rifle and fired at the approaching gunships the rest of the Resistance fighters raised their weapons and fired at the gunships the two gunships were approaching the Resistance trench quickly just then one of the Resistance fighters aimed a rocket launcher at one of the gunships and fired the rocket collided with the gunship and exploded I watched as the gunship went down and crashed into the ground before it exploded "Alright one down and one to go!" I yelled as we continued firing, we desperately tried to take down the one remaining gunship but we were unable to the gunship flew directly over the Resistance trench before it began shooting at us with it's machine guns and rocket launchers me and the rest of the Resistance fighters desperately tried to avoid the shots and the rockets as the gunship descended and hovered just above the Resistance trench just then several Federation soldiers disembarked the gunship and landed in the Resistance trench the soldiers then began attacking us "Federation soldiers are in the trench, kill them!" I yelled as me and the other Resistance fighters began shooting at the Federation soldiers, the gunship ascended into the air before it started shooting at us again I switched to my rocket launcher but just then I looked towards the Federation fortress and could see one of the artillery shots from our one remaining artillery cannon hit the other artillery cannon that was next to the Federation fortress the artillery shot struck the artillery cannon and the artillery cannon was destroyed now both of the artillery cannons that were next to the Federation fortress are destroyed I then aimed my rocket launcher at the gunship but before I could fire the gunship fired several rockets at our one remaining artillery cannon the rockets struck the artillery cannon and exploded the Resistance fighters operating the artillery cannon as well as the Resistance fighters standing next to it were killed and the artillery cannon was destroyed now both of our artillery cannons are destroyed I then fired at the gunship I watched as my rocket struck the gunship and exploded then gunship erupted into a ball of fire as pieces of the gunship fell around us I then turned my attention towards the soldiers that were in the Resistance trench me and the other Resistance fighters attacked the soldiers and the soldiers attacked us we managed to kill the soldiers but many Resistance fighters died as well I then switched to my assault rifle before I looked around to make sure that there were no more threats and as I looked I could see that all of the Federation soldiers that had entered the Resistance trench were dead and with the two artillery cannons that were next to the Federation fortress destroyed and our two artillery cannons destroyed the fighting had stopped I looked around the Resistance trench as the other Resistance fighters darted their heads around "Is that it?" one Resistance fighter asked "The fighting is over, for now." I said, all of the surviving Resistance fighters then began moving throughout the Resistance trench performing various tasks such as repairing the damaged parts of the Resistance trench and disposing of the corpses just then one of the Resistance fighters ran up to me "Josh, we've confirmed that the two artillery cannons next to the Federation fortress have been destroyed." the Resistance fighter said "Yes I know we've managed to weaken their defences." I said "However our artillery cannons have also been destroyed." the Resistance fighter said "Yeah I can see that." I said "Without our artillery cannons we're going to have a much harder time attacking the Federation fortress." the Resistance fighter said "Then we better destroy the Federation fortress as soon as possible." I said "But for now we should rest." I said as me and the other Resistance fighters moved towards the bunker, we arrived at the bunker and entered the bunker we moved towards the mess hall and grabbed some food and ate it before we moved towards the sleeping quarters I put my assault rifle away before I laid down on one of the cots I looked and could see a group of Resistance fighters preparing for the night watch I laid in the cot wondering how we could destroy the Federation fortress we destroyed the two artillery cannons that were next to the Federation fortress but the Federation managed to destroy our two artillery cannons as well "We will just have to keep hitting them until we weaken their defences enough that we can destroy the Federation fortress." I thought before I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

I awoke the next day and rose from the cot I looked around and could see the other Resistance fighters waking up and leaving the sleeping quarters I pulled out my assault rifle before me and the other Resistance fighters walked into the mess hall and grabbed some food I opened my suit's helmet and quickly ate the food before I closed my suit's helmet and walked out of the mess hall I then approached the entrance to the bunker I walked up to the door and opened it I the stepped out into the Resistance trench I walked around the Resistance trench and could see the other Resistance fighters all of the Resistance fighters were busy performing various tasks suddenly one of the Resistance fighters walked up to me "Josh what are your orders?" the Resistance fighter asked, I poked my head out from the Resistance trench and looked towards the Federation fortress and I noticed that it was quite foggy today I couldn't see the Federation fortress and if that was the case then I doubt the Federation could see us either I recoiled my head before I spoke "We cant just sit here and wait for the Federation to come and kill us, we came here to do a job and we need to get it done." I said as I turned to face the Resistance fighter "Tell the other Resistance fighter to gather their shit and get ready, we're going in." I said "Understood." the Resistance fighter said as he began running through the Resistance trench relaying my orders to the rest of the Resistance fighters, I stood there next to the edge of the Resistance trench as all of the Resistance fighters gathered their gear and prepared for attack everyone lined up next to the edge of the Resistance trench and once everyone was ready I was about to give the order to attack when suddenly I heard what sounded like stomping coming from towards the Federation fortress I peeked out from the Resistance trench and looked towards where the sound was coming from but I couldn't see anything it was too foggy but just then I noticed something moving in the fog I looked and after awhile I could see three Robots emerge from the fog the Robots had three small legs attached to a large body there was a large gun with two barrels on either side of the Robots bodies the three Robots were heading straight for the Resistance trench "Incoming!" I shouted as the Resistance fighters poked their heads out from the Resistance trench "Federation Robots incoming!" one of the Resistance fighters said "Open fire!" I yelled as me and the rest of the Resistance fighters raised our guns and began shooting at the approaching Robots, we fired at the Federation Robots but to little effect the Robots continued to approached as we desperately tried to destroy them just then one of the Resistance fighters aimed a rocket launcher at one of the Robots and fired the rocket collided with the Robot and the Robot was destroyed but there were still two more Robots, we kept firing at the Robots until I pulled out my sniper rifle and aimed it at one of the Robots I aimed directly at the red eye in the center of the Robot's body and pulled the trigger my sniper rifle fired and I watched as my bullet passed right through the Robot's eye just then the Robot collapsed to the ground and was destroyed now there was only one Robot remaining just then the one remaining Robot stopped moving we continued firing at it as it just stood there suddenly I looked and noticed that the Robot was aiming it's large guns at us my eyes widened as I realized what was about to happen "Everybody down!" I yelled as the Robot opened fired and a barrage of lasers came shooting out of the Robot's guns rapidly, me and the rest of the Resistance fighters ducked down to avoid the rapid barrage of laser fire "We can't move that Robot has us pinned down!" one of the Resistance fighters said, I stayed crouched unsure of what to do if we were going to attack the Federation fortress this Robot needs to go I then got an idea "I'll draw the Robot's fire away once it starts shooting me return fire on the Robot!" I yelled before I used my Thruster Pack and soared out of the Resistance trench, the Robot immediately noticed me and started shooting at me I flew away from the Resistance trench before I landed I then quickly ran around desperately trying to avoid the Robot's attacks just then the Resistance fighters emerged from cover and resumed firing at the Robot I ran around the area as the Robot tried to hit me I then began approaching the Robot doing my best to avoid the lasers I managed to reach the Robot and once I got close to it I put my sniper rifle away and extended my blade I sliced the large guns off of the Robot's body I then plunged my blade into the Robot's eye before I pulled my blade out of the Robot and the Robot collapsed to the ground it was destroyed, I retracted my blade and pulled out my assault rifle as the Resistance fighters stopped shooting I then ran back to the Resistance trench I approached the Resistance trench before I looked down at the Resistance fighters "Alright let's go!" I said "Are you sure it's safe?" one of the Resistance fighters asked "We came here to do a job take a look out there the fog is thick we'll use it as cover as we approach the Federation fortress." I said, the Resistance fighters gripped their weapons tightly as they looked towards the Federation fortress "This may be our only chance to destroy the Federation fortress let's go!" I yelled as the Resistance fighters climbed out of the Resistance trench, me and the Resistance fighters then began running towards the Federation fortress.

We ran towards the Federation fortress the thick fog obscured our vision if we couldn't see the Federation then they couldn't see us either we continued moving towards the Federation fortress when suddenly and Angel and a Demon appeared the Angel had gold eyes and a halo on it's head it's body was narrow it had multiple tendrils instead of legs and it had two arms with a massive blade on each of them it's head was long and it's mouth was full of sharp teeth while the Demon had red eyes and horns on it's head it was huge it had two arms and two legs it's hands and feet had sharp claws on them it's back was covered in spikes just then the Angel and the Demon began attacking me and the Resistance fighters "Shit it's an Angel and a Demon!" one of the Resistance fighters said "Everyone scatter!" I yelled as all of the Resistance fighters took cover behind destroyed Robots and downed gunships before they started shooting at the Angel and the Demon, the Demon slammed it's fists into the ground and ripped up a large rock the Demon lifted the large rock over it's head before it threw the large rock at me I jumped to avoid the large rock I managed to evade the large rock but the large rock struck two of the Resistance fighters I looked back and could see that the two Resistance fighters were crushed by the large rock and the two Resistance fighters were dead I looked at the Demon and raised my assault rifle but before I had a chance to shoot the Angel swoop in and began swinging it's massive blades at me I narrowly dodged the Angel's attacks when suddenly I saw the Demon rip up another large rock the Demon threw the large rock at me I jumped out of the way and I watched as the large rock hit the Angel the Angel was knocked back by the large rock that hit it just then the Angel stood and screeched at the Demon before it started attacking the Demon and just like that the Angel and the Demon were now fighting each other "Hold your fire!" I said as the Resistance fighters stopped shooting and looked at me "Are you serious?" one of the Resistance fighters asked, I stood there watching the Angel and the Demon attack each other "Save your ammunition." I said, the Resistance fighters lowered their weapons and watched as the Angel and the Demon attacked each other the Angel swung it's massive blades at the Demon while the Demon ripped up large rocks and threw them at the Angel before long the Angel managed to tear through the Demon and the Demon collapsed to the ground before it disappeared I then extended my blade and approached the Angel before I drove my blade into the Angel's chest the Angel shrieked in agony before it collapsed to the ground and disappeared I retracted my blade before looked at the Resistance fighters "Come on keep moving." I said, the Resistance fighters emerged from cover and started running as we continued moving towards the Federation fortress.

We continued running across the field the thick fog obscured our vision we kept moving until we arrived at a hole in the ground we jumped into the hole and looked around we couldn't see much due to the fog but just then a Federation soldier emerged from the fog the Federation soldier was looking down at his weapon as he walked the Federation soldier was unaware of our presence but suddenly the Federation soldier looked up and noticed me "Oh fuck he's here!" the Federation soldier yelled, I quickly extended my blade and plunged it through the Federation soldier's chest and with that he was dead I then retracted my blade before I looked around and noticed that we were standing in the Federation trench just then several Federation soldiers emerged from the fog and started attacking us "This is it, attack!" I yelled as me and the other Resistance fighters began gunning down every Federation soldier in the Federation trench, we ran through the Federation trench killing any soldiers we came across we cleared out every corner of the Federation trench eventually we managed to kill all of the soldiers in the Federation trench we moved through the Federation trench until we arrived at a door that was built into a large concrete building I looked up and could see that this door led into the Federation fortress I then turned around and looked at the other Resistance fighters "We've made it now let's get into the Federation fortress and destroy it." I said as I looked back at the door, there was a keycard reader next to the door I pulled out my keycard and slid it into the reader and the door opened I then put my keycard away before me and the rest of the Resistance fighters ran into the Federation fortress.

We entered the Federation fortress and it didn't take long for the Federation forces inside the Federation fortress to noticed us we immediately began shooting every Federation soldier we saw as we moved through the Federation fortress we ran through the Federation fortress as we gunned down every soldier we encountered we soon arrived at a large room that had several corridors in it that led to different parts of the Federation fortress I turned around and looked at the Resistance fighters "Alright split up and clear out every room in the Federation fortress, when you're done we'll regroup here." I said before the Resistance fighters split into groups and went in different directions, a small group of Resistance fighters stayed with me as we continued moving through the Federation fortress me and my group of Resistance fighters moved through the main areas of the Federation fortress we encountered soldiers and Robots that tried to stop us but I managed to take them out before they could kill any of the Resistance fighters that were following me we soon arrived at another large room we moved through the large room when suddenly I heard a noise coming from above me I looked up and could see a Hybrid clinging to the ceiling the Hybrid had a somewhat Human looking body but it's arms and legs were long it had three sharp claws on it's hands and feet it had spikes on it's arms, legs and back it's head was narrow and I could see a long narrow tongue sticking out if it's mouth which was full of sharp teeth the Hybrid roared at me before it jumped down towards me I didn't have enough time to move as the Hybrid landed on me and started clawing at me I struggled against the Hybrid as I heard the Resistance fighters yelling "What the fuck is that?" one of the Resistance fighters yelled "Shoot it!" another Resistance fighter screamed as the Resistance fighters began firing at the Hybrid I extended my blade and was about to stab the Hybrid but the Hybrid jumped to avoid my attack and all of the bullets being fired at it by the Resistance fighters the Hybrid and clung to the wall before it jumped at me again but this time I raised my blade and when the Hybrid landed on me my blade went right into it's chest the Hybrid roared in pain as it thrashed I then began stabbing the Hybrid repeatedly until eventually the Hybrid collapsed to the ground dead I pushed the Hybrid off of me before I retracted my blade and stood up and looked at the Resistance fighters "What was that?" one of the Resistance fighters asked "Hybrid." I replied, the Resistance fighters looked at each other with confused expressions before we continued moving through the Federation fortress, me and my group of Resistance fighters continued moving through the Federation fortress until we arrived at a door with a keycard reader next to it I pulled out my keycard and slid it through the reader and the door opened I put my keycard away before we ran through the door and entered another large room I looked around and could see computers and electronic equipment everywhere there were also several Federation soldiers in the room I then noticed one of those different armoured solider standing in the center of the room it didn't take long for the soldiers in the room to noticed us and we quickly raised our guns and began firing at the soldiers the Resistance fighters fired at the regular armoured soldiers while I focused on the different armoured soldier we exchanged fire as both Federation soldiers and Resistance fighters fell eventually the Resistance fighters managed to kill all of the regular armoured soldiers and all that was left was the different armoured solider the Resistance fighters fired at the different armoured solider but just then the different armoured solider extended his blade and charged at us but just as the different armoured solider reached us I grabbed his arm preventing him from attacking before I lifted him up over my head I then bent down on one knee before I slammed the different armoured soldier into my other knee I heard the different armoured soldier's spine break with a satisfying cracking sound I then tossed the different armoured soldier to the floor before I slammed my foot into his head and I saw his head splatter under my foot and with that the room was clear, I looked around the large room before I noticed one of the pieces of electronic equipment I walked up to the piece of electronic equipment and inspected it the piece of electronic equipment looked like some sort of jamming device just then one of the Resistance fighters walked up to the piece of electronic equipment and spoke "This must be the device that the Federation was using to jam our communicators." the Resistance fighter said, I extended my blade and sliced through the piece of electronic equipment and after a few swipes the piece of electronic equipment was destroyed me and the other Resistance fighters then made our way back to the large room where I said to regroup and once we arrived at the large room I could see the rest of the Resistance fighters were there one of the Resistance fighters approached me and spoke "Josh we've cleared all other areas of the Federation fortress." the Resistance fighter said "Good then all Federation forces in and around the Federation fortress are dead, now we need to destroy the Federation fortress." I said "We will set up explosives around the Federation fortress." the Resistance fighter said "Good set up the explosives and once you're done regroup back at the entrance of the Federation fortress." I said "Understood Josh." the Resistance fighter said as he and several other Resistance fighters ran through the Federation fortress, I began moving back towards the entrance of the Federation fortress and once I reached it I waited for awhile until eventually the rest of the Resistance fighters regrouped with me "Alright the explosives are set and are ready to blow." one of the Resistance fighters said "Then let's get outta here." I said as I left the Federation fortress, I left the Federation fortress as the rest of the Resistance fighters followed me we walked through the Federation trench before climbing up out of the Federation trench we then looked at the Federation fortress and before long we watched the Federation fortress erupt into a massive fireball and with that the Federation fortress was destroyed the other Resistance fighters cheered as this happened just then one of the Resistance fighters spoke to me "Thanks for all your help Josh, we couldn't have done it without you." the Resistance fighter said "No you really couldn't have." I replied, I then activated my communicator "Nitro this is Josh, can you hear me?" I asked "Josh good to hear from you what's the status of the Federation fortress?" Nitro asked "The Federation fortress has been destroyed." I said "Well done Josh I'm sending a transport to come and get you come on back to the Resistance back and I'll have another mission for you." Nitro said "Alright." I said as I deactivated my communicator, I stood in the field waiting until eventually a transport flew overhead before it landed nearby me and the rest of the Resistance fighters walked up to the transport the back door of the transport opened and me and the rest of the Resistance fighters stepped aboard the back door of the transport then closed "Let's go back to the Resistance base." I said "Understood." the pilot said as the transport took off and made it's way back towards Scotland.
