The other Resistance fighters went ahead of me each of them received an assignment from Nitro before eventually I stepped into the command room where Nitro turned to face me "Alright Josh I've got your first mission ready for you." Nitro said "I'm ready." I said "There is a Federation research center on the outskirts of Bristol in England, your mission is to destroy the Federation research center." Nitro said "You're sending me out there by myself?" I asked "It's clear that you're capable of taking care of yourself so yes you will go to the Federation research center and destroy it." Nitro said "Okay, I'll do it." I said "Good, take this communicator so we can give you orders from here you can also use it to report back to us and to call one of the transports to pick you up" Nitro said as he pulled a small device out of his pocket and handed it to me, I took the device and put it in one of my pockets "You can take one of the transports to get to England, just tell the pilot where you want to go and he'll take you there, oh and don't forget to tune into the correct channel to talk to us we're on channel seven" Nitro said "Alright." I said as I turned around and walked out of the command room "Oh one more thing Josh." Nitro said as I turned around to face him "Don't forget your suit." Nitro said, I nodded as I made my way through the base, I walked through the base before I arrived at my room I opened the door and approached my suit I pulled the device that Nitro gave me out of my pocket before I placed it on my dresser I then place my hand on my suit's chest piece and my suit opened I entered my suit my suit then closed automatically I then picked the device up off of my dresser and looked at it I thought about how to use the device "Communicator huh." I thought, I then placed the device on my suit's helmet and the device attached itself to my suit's helmet before a message appeared in my helmet's visor "Communicator installed." the message read "Oh cool." I said, I then pulled out my assault rifle before I exited my room and closed the door behind me I then made my way back to the hangar, I arrived at the hangar and began walking towards one of the transports I then noticed a crate full of ammunition I walked up to the crate and grabbed some ammunition from the crate and refilling my ammo I then noticed a weapon next to the crate of ammunition I picked up the weapon and inspected it the weapon was a shotgun with a wooden stock and two barrels made of metal that were side by side "Sweet." I said as I put the shotgun in my inventory, I then made my way across the hangar before I looked over and noticed that Mayhem was following me she walked beside me before speaking "Well you're a Resistance fighter now lad." Mayhem said "Yeah." I said, suddenly I noticed someone approaching us they were wearing a white shirt and black pants that had several pockets on them and black boots they were tall they were wearing grey armour that completely covered their body their helmet had what looked like a large mouth with sharp teeth while the rest of their helmet was featureless they had a strange device attached to their armour and they were carrying a strange gun just then the person began to speak "Mayhem I'm finished with my tasks." the person said, I could tell by the person's voice that they were male "Good work, by the way this is our new Resistance fighter." Mayhem said "Nice to meet you, I'm Skitter." the person said "I'm Josh." I replied "I look forward to seeing what you can do Josh." Skitter said as he turned around and walked away, I was about to continue walking towards the transport when suddenly another person approached us the person was a woman with white skin and short black hair and brown eyes she wore a black shirt and black pants that had several pockets on them and black shoes she wore grey armour and she had a sword in a sheath on her waist the woman then began to speak "Mayhem I'm back from my mission." the woman said in a Romanian accent "Welcome back, by the way this is our new Resistance fighter." Mayhem replied "Nice to meet you, I'm Cydaea." the woman said "I'm Josh." I replied "Welcome to the Resistance Josh." Cydaea said before she walked away, I turned back towards the transport and began moving towards it again and once I was at the transport the back door of the transport opened and I stepped aboard as Mayhem began to walk away "Good luck out there Josh!" Mayhem said as she walked away, I sat down on the seat and told the pilot where I wanted to go "Take me just outside of Bristol in England." I said "You got it." the pilot replied as the the back door of the transport closed the transport then took off and soared out of the hangar and flew across the sky towards England.

The transport soon arrived in England and landed just on the outskirts of Bristol the back door of the transport opened I took a good look around before I thought about activating my communicator and tuning it to channel seven just then I could see a small message on my helmet's visor that showed I was connected to Nitro's communicator "Nitro this is Josh, I've landed in England and I'm ready to get started." I said "Alright Josh, the Federation research center should be just north of where you landed get over there and destroy it." Nitro said "Alright I'm on it." I said as I thought about deactivated my communicator and the message on my helmet's visor disappeared the pilot then turned around and faced me "If you need a pick up just call me on your communicator, I'm on channel nine." he said "Alright." I said as the pilot turned back around, I disembarked the transport and as I did so the back door of the transport closed "Now which way is north?" I thought as I looked around before looking up at the top of my helmet's visor and seeing a compass appear "Oh well alright then." I said as I faced north and began moving.I walked for awhile until I could see a building in the distance "That must be the Federation research center." I said as I continued walking, I moved towards the Federation research center but as I drew closer to the Federation research center an Angel suddenly appeared the Angel had gold eyes and a halo on it's head the Angel screamed at me before it got down on it's hands and feet and began crawling towards me I quickly raised my assault rifle and fired at the Angel as it crawled around on the ground I managed to hit it a few times and as I did so the Angel collapsed to the ground before disappearing I then reloaded my assault rifle before continuing towards the research center.

I approached the Federation research center and as I got closer I could see a group of soldiers patrolling the outside of the building I quickly pulled out a grenade I pulled the pin before tossing it at the group of soldiers, one of the soldiers looked down at the grenade as it rolled over to him "Shit grenade!" the soldier yelled but as the group tried to get clear of the grenade it exploded and took them all out, I then saw a door on the side of the building with a keycard reader next to it I ran up to the door and slid my keycard through the reader and as the door opened I stepped inside, once inside the building I looked around and found myself in a large room with a door at the far end of it I walked up to the door and stepped through and as I did so I entered another large room with a large cargo lift in the center there were metal containers scattered about there were several soldiers lifting small crates as well as two of those two legged Robots like the one I saw in the Federation fortress, I looked around trying to plan my next move carefully but just then I saw several barrels with explosive symbols on them I hid behind one of the large containers and waited until one of the Robots walked past one of the explosive barrels I then shot the barrel and it erupted into a ball of flame that destroyed the Robot, the soldiers immediately stopped what they were doing and opened fire on me I took out each soldier one by one occasionally shooting an explosive barrel to take out large groups of them before I ran up to the Robot and slid between it's legs and unloaded into the fuel tank on it's back causing it to explode, I looked around the room to make sure it was clear but just then the cargo lift began to descend and once it reached the ground floor I could see a Federation soldier wearing tough armour and carrying a shotgun in his hands the tough armoured soldier then began to fire on me I quickly ran behind one of the containers narrowly dodging the tough armored soldier's shots I peeked from behind cover to try and shoot the tough armoured soldier but to no avail the tough armoured soldier shot at me relentlessly I quickly recoiled my head before peeking again but this time I caught a glimpse of an explosive barrel I had missed I waited for the tough armoured soldier to walk close to it before I jumped out from behind cover and shot the barrel causing it to explode the tough armoured soldier staggered from the blast and I wasted no time rushing over to him to finish him off I aimed my assault rifle away at the tough armoured soldier's head and fired I shot the tough armoured soldier and he collapsing to the floor dead I then took a deep breath as I looked around and could see that the area was clear.

I reloaded my assault rifle as I began moving towards the cargo lift I reached the cargo lift and was about to step onto it but just then I could see Linda standing next to the cargo lift just then she rushed towards me and attacked me, I quickly stepped onto the cargo lift and pressed the button to go up before turning around and seeing that my Mom was gone, the cargo lift ascended to a metal walkway that was suspended above the room I looked over and could see a door with a keycard reader next to it I ran up to the door and slid my keycard through the reader as I did so the door opened and when I looked inside the room there was one of those Hybrids the Hybrid was large and had a mostly Human body it's arms and legs were long and it's hand's were large and had sharp claws on them it's feet were large and had sharp claws on them as well and it's head was a skeletal head that was long and narrow the Hybrid roared at me as it stomped it's way towards me and attacked me "Oh shit!" I screamed as the Hybrid charged at me, I jumped back and quickly turned around and ran towards the other side of the walkway as the Hybrid chased me as I approached the end of the walkway the Hybrid lunged at me and I jumped to avoid it's attack as the Hybrid landed just inches away from me I felt the walkway begin to break apart I ran until there was nowhere left to go I turned around and could see the Hybrid slowly approach me I raise my assault rifle and fired into the Hybrid's head the Hybrid jumped at me but just then the section of walkway that it was standing on broke apart and I watched as the Hybrid fell to the floor below and with a loud crash the room became silent I slowly approached the broken section of walkway and looked down to where the Hybrid fell I could see the Hybrid's body laying on the floor dead "What the fuck." I said as I jumped across the broken section of walkway and approached the door at the far end, I walked through the door and entered a large room with several tables with documents on them I flipped through some of the documents to see what I could find most of them just had information about the Federation weapons and Robots but one documents had detailed information about a device called a Thruster Pack I then looked around the room and saw a device that had six thruster's attached to it "Thruster Pack huh, sounds useful." I said as I put away my assault rifle and walked up to the device I inspected it I then picked up the device and began to fit it onto my suit just then the device automatically attached itself to my suit I could then see a message appear on my visor "Thruster Pack installed." the message read I pulled out my assault rifle and ran back to the table where I found the document about the Thruster Pack and began to read "The Thruster Pack is an advanced movement device." the document read "Let's try it out." I said as I thought about turning my Thruster Pack on and right as I did so my Thruster Pack activated and I flew into the air "Whoa!" I yelled as I thought about turning my Thruster Pack off and right as I did so my Thruster Pack deactivated and I landed on the floor "Well this will come in handy." I said as I saw my suit's energy meter on my helmet's visor I could see that I had used some of my suit's energy the meter quickly refilled after a few moments and I looked around the room and saw several Ghosts just then they rushed towards me and attacked me, I quickly ran to avoid their attacks before I saw another door with a keycard reader next to it I ran up to the door slid my keycard through the reader and stepped through the door.

I stepped through the door only to find myself outside of the building standing on a metal walkway I looked around and could see another metal walkway above me I used my Thruster Pack and soared up to the walkway I then saw another door with a keycard reader next to it I slid my keycard through the reader and entered the building again I then found myself in a corridor with a large staircase that led up at the end of it I ran down the corridor when suddenly a Demon appeared the Demon had red eyes and horns on it's head the Demon was big it wore black armour and it had big hands and feet the Demon turned to face me before it charged at me I quickly evaded the Demon before I raised my assault rifle and fired at the Demon the Demon charged at me again as I avoided it's attacks and continued firing eventually I managed to shoot the Demon enough that it collapsed to the floor before it disappeared I then reloaded my assault rifle as I walked up the staircase and found another door with a keycard reader next to it I slid my keycard through the reader and entered a large room with computers surrounding the edges of the room as well as a large glass window that allowed me to see outside I then noticed one of those different armoured soldiers like the one that told the other soldiers to put me on the gunship when the Federation captured me standing in the center of the room the different armoured soldier then turned to face me "Ah the prisoner, I see the others were unsuccessful in dealing with you but don't worry I would be more than happy to deal with you myself." the different armoured soldier said before he raised his gun and began firing at me. I fired my assault rifle at the different armoured soldier as he jumped out of the way using his own Thruster Pack to avoid my attack before returning fire on me I jumped and ducked to avoid his attacks as I continued to shoot, I managed to hit the different armoured soldier a few times before he extended a blade from his arm and charged at me I quickly dodged his attack before tackling him to the ground I then stood up and placed my foot on his chest pinning him to the floor before firing my assault rifle into his head and with that the different armoured soldier collapsed to the floor dead, I took a deep breath before reloading my assault rifle I then walked up to one of the computers and thought about how I was going to destroy this place but just then I looked behind me and could see Brian standing there staring at me just then he rushed towards me and attacked me, I quickly moved to avoid my him before I looked back and could see that my Dad was no longer there I took a deep breath before I looked up towards the window I then saw several rockets flying towards the window "Shit!" I yelled as I sprinted for the door but it was too late one of the rockets exploded on the window shattering the glass allowing the others to fly into the room the rockets soared through the room before exploding on the back wall the blast caused me to fly out of the window and fall, I fell to the ground below and I landed on my back I struggled to stand up and as I looked up I saw a large four legged Robot like the ones on TV the day the Federation attacked the Robot had two rocket launchers attached to each side of it's body it had a single red eye on it's head the two rocket launchers that were attached to each side of the Robot's body were aimed up at the room I was just in with smoke coming from the barrels the Robot then aimed them at me and began stomping towards me "Oh fuck!" I yelled as I jumped out of the way and ran behind a piece of rubble.

I peeked out from behind the rubble to get a better look at the Robot but it saw me and fired a laser gun at me I ducked back behind cover as the lasers hit the rubble as I sat there trying to plan my next move the Robot suddenly stomped it's way towards me I looked up and noticed that the Robot had walked over me and I was now directly beneath it as I looked at the Robot I could see a fuel tank on the bottom of it "Oh hello." I said as I raised my assault rifle but before I could shoot the Robot stomped away "I've got to get under that Robot." I though as I ran up to it, the Robot suddenly turned around to face me and fired several rockets at me I quickly turned and ran to avoid the rockets I ran behind a large piece of rubble as the rockets exploded on it I then I ran up to the Robot as fast as I could trying to avoid it's lasers I quickly ran underneath the Robot and fired at it's fuel tank and with a few shot the fuel tank exploded, I turned away as flame surrounded me before I looked back at the Robot and could hear the Robot begin to fall "Oh boy." I said as I quickly ran out from underneath the Robot as it collapsed to the ground, I took a deep breath as I reloaded my assault rifle and could feel my body ache from the fall I looked at my helmet's visor and could see that my vital signs we're low a message then appeared "Apply first aid." the message read "Apply first aid?" I thought and just then a small portion on my suit's left arm opened up and revealed a empty cylinder just big enough for one of those small vials I picked up in the Federation fortress I pulled a vial out and put it in the opening of the small cylinder just then the small portion on my suit's left arm closed automatically and I could feel a sharp pain in my arm from what I could only assume was a needle followed by the feeling of cold liquid entering my body, within moments my body felt better and I could see that my vital signs were stabilizing I then activating my communicator "Nitro this is Josh, Mission accomplished." I said "You destroyed the Federation research center?" Nitro asked, I looked up at the now smoldering ruins of what was left of the Federation research center "Uh yeah, you could say that." I replied "Nice work Josh, call the pilot and have him bring you back to the Resistance base and I will have another mission ready for you." Nitro said "Alright I'll see you soon." I said as I changed to channel nine on my communicator to call the pilot "Pilot this is Josh, I need a pick up." I said "Roger that, I'll be there soon." the pilot said, I deactivated my communicator and before long the transport flew overhead and lander near me the back door of the transport opened and I stepped aboard and sat down the back door of the transport then closed "Let's go back to the Resistance base." I said "You got it." the pilot said as the transport took off and made it's way back to Scotland.
