Surveying his surroundings, Lee noticed an iron tin cover on the ground. He swiftly grabbed the silver Tin Lid, approximately a meter in diameter, and wielded it as a makeshift shield with his left arm. The first wolf leaped toward him, aiming for his neck, while another wolf lunged at his leg to slow him down.
Lee countered with a powerful punch to the first wolf's face, stunning it and causing it to crash to the ground. Without hesitation, he brought the shield down forcefully, striking both wolves and sending them sprawling.
The wolves emitted painful howls as they felt the impact. Lee heard the system voice but paid it no mind. Suddenly, he felt a sharp pain in his leg. Glancing down, he saw one of the wolves he had struck with the shield sinking its fangs into his left leg. Despite Lee's enhanced legs, the wolf's teeth had managed to penetrate a few centimeters, causing him to feel pain.
Lee raised his left leg, with the wolf still clamped onto it, and executed a powerful kick. He sent the wolf hurtling across the room, the two wolves who charge wanted to avoid but they were to late the wolf that Lee sent flying crash on them .

The collision was intense, and Lee disregarded the system's voice. Instead, he noticed the lifeless body of a mysterious man in black nearby. He quickly retrieved an object from the man's body and rushed towards Ira and Jan's location within the confined indoor space.

Ira's current condition was dire. She had managed to kill one of the wolves, but the second wolf had seized the opportunity and collided with Ira's stomach. Unlike Lee, Ira lacked the strong muscles to shield herself, and she absorbed the full force of the wolf's attack. Warm blood welled up in her mouth, and pain radiated from her injured stomach.
Feeling utterly helpless, Ira found herself weaponless and wounded, struggling to fend off two wolves. Lee, on the other hand, faced four without sustaining severe injuries. The sense of inadequacy weighed heavily on her. The second wolf spotted the injured Ira and drew nearer, intent on finishing her off.
Suddenly, a figure leaped forward, arms outstretched, positioned to protect Ira. Ira gazed at Jan in surprise and exclaimed, "What are you doing, Jan? Get away from here!"
Tears welled up in Jan's eyes as she replied, "I can't just stand by and do nothing when you guys keep getting hurt for me. I'll protect you."
Summoning every ounce of her courage, Jan stepped in front of Ira. She crouched down, snatched up a wooden plank lying nearby, and held it with both hands, assuming a defensive sword stance.
The wolf, however, seemed dismissive of her presence, considering her weak and powerless. It disregarded her and lunged at Ira with the intent to kill. But then the Wooden Plank struck the left side of its head, leaving it disoriented.
As Jan struck the wolf's head, she felt her hands go slightly numb. She thought, "Even though I joined the Kendo club in college and gained some experience in fighting, it was only for a year, and we faced humans, not wolves. They move completely differently from humans. But I have to do this."
Jan readied herself in a sword stance once more. When the wolves leaped, Jan swung her Wooden Plank, hitting one on the nose and causing it to tumble to the ground. In the process, Jan suffered a minor injury as warm blood began to trickle from her left cheek.
"Damn it," Jan thought, "I don't have the strength to finish him off. I'm just a normal girl."
Ira, trying to stand up, placed one hand on her stomach where the wolves had collided with her earlier. She assured Jan, "Jan, it's okay. I can handle this now. The wolves just caught me off guard. The injury I sustained in my stomach doesn't hurt as much anymore. I can deal with him."
Jan glanced back at Ira, who was attempting to rise with one hand still on her chest. Jan protested, "I can't let you, Ira. With this injury, you'll just become dog food for him."
Jan confronted the wolf, striking its head with the wooden plank every time it attempted to advance.

After two minutes of intense combat, Jan and the wolf exchanged dozens of moves. Jan's hands grew sore, and fatigue steadily overtook her with each swing. Her hands became covered in wood splinters, adding to her pain with each strike. However, she didn't release her grip on the wooden plank.
The wolf, too, showed signs of wear and tear. It felt slightly dizzy from Jan's relentless head strikes, and her attacks had taken a toll on its body and bones, causing some blood to trickle from its mouth.
"I have to finish him," Jan thought, realizing she had little strength left. "I must end this with my next move."
She closed her eyes, focusing her remaining strength into both her hands. The wolf leaped toward her with increased speed, eager to finish Jan off.
For the first time, Jan surged forward faster than she had ever moved before. In her head, she heard the system voice:
Break Reaction Speed limit
Gain 15 points to Reaction Speed
Gain 15 points to Strength
Gain 10 points to Cell Vitality
As the voice concluded, Jan felt significantly stronger and faster. She moved swiftly and lightly, bringing the wooden plank down upon the wolf's head. Jan harnessed all her remaining strength, putting it into the swing. The wooden plank struck the wolf's head with immense force.
Crack.
The bones in the wolf's head finally fractured and caved in.
